"It's been 7 hours" said a scientist tapping their fingers on the table top, with a bored expression underneath their mask. He said and stood up the rest of the scientists were just as bored waiting for the Smiling Critters to wake up. "Maybe that 'Catnap' as they call him now, used too much of his poppy gas on them?" suggests one of the scientists going over to Hoppy and using a taser on the corpse. The corse jerked, but nothing else. The scientist then goes over to Dogday and uses the taser on him causing him to yelp and wake up. "OW!" he screamed making the scientists jump in surprise. "What the-?! Where are we?!" Dogday said growling. "Relax.. Dogday, it's fine, you're safe.. for now" one of the scientists said, smirking under the mask they laugh a bit as they hear Dogday gasp as he looks around the room and his eyes look towards Hoppy's corse. "H-Hoppy... wha.. what happened..?" he asked in a scared small voice. "You don't need to worry Dogday, you all are safe, Hoppy will be good as new when we are done with her" "Them" corrects Dogday. "Them?" asked the scientist. "Yes, Hoppy goes by they/them pronouns, respect that" Dogday growls out looking the scientist in the eyes. The scientist rolls their eyes "sure sure, whatever" they say going over to Hoppy's corpse again. "Don't touc-" Dogday was about to yell before the CEO came in. "You, what are you doing here?" he asks his voice hinted with anger. The CEO ignored him and walked towards the scientist behind the panel. "Have you caught the experiment yet?" he asks getting a no in response. "Don't waste your time on these guys then, go find that experiment!" the CEO yells causing a few scientists to run out looking for something. Dogday tilts his head towards the CEO, and the CEO sighs before explaining "Dogday, as you know... your friend Hoppy was attacked" Dogday looked towards Hoppy then back at the CEO before nodding. "We are looking for the one who attacked you guys, but we need to keep you guys here while we look, it's unsafe ou-" Dogday cut him off "sorry to interrupt sir, but where are Catnap, and Bobby Bearhug at?" he asks making the CEO raise a brow. "We can't have you all roaming freely right now, only two at the moment, it's for your safety" the CEO said walking out of the room with a straight face, before he left he turned towards a scientist "good luck dismantling them all, and building them back up" said the CEO with a smirk as the scientist saluted.
