I'm so glad I'm one of the kids he actually likes.
"Go to your cabins. I have a hangover, ugh...damn you Chiron..." Mr.D rubs his eyes.
He turns and motions for us to walk with him. We all do.
"Peter. Luke. Y/n." He nods.
Percy rolls his eyes at the Peter comment. "It's Percy."
"Yeah, I heard you the first time you got here." Mr.D tells him.
"But did you?" I grab Percy's arm to stop him from starting a fight. He looks back at me and shuts up.
"Okay Mr.D what will it take for you to tell Chiron it was just some like...Nyphms or something?" Luke asks.
"Are you trying to bribe me right now?"
"Yeah. Is it working?"
"Yep. I want uh...y/n bring me one of those chocolate boxes from your dorm. The champagne kind. Can ya do that for me sweetheart?"
"Sure. When?" I ask.
"Tomorrow morning. Stayed up late, already have a hangover. You threes fault. Gonna need them."
Percy looks at me and rolls his eyes. I look over at Luke and do the same. He makes fake talking hands and I laugh. Suddenly Percy's hand is over my mouth.
Luke puts a finger to his lips and gestures to Mr.D with his head.

When we get back to camp Mr.D confirms I will in fact bring him champagne chocolate, then lets us go.
Luke goes to his cabin first, then it's just Percy and I.
"No way we actually got busted bro..." he mumbles.
"Yeah. But now we know it only takes a box of chocolates"
He laughs.
"You want me to walk you back?" He asks.
"I'd like that."
We walk in comfortable silence until we reach the cabin.
"Well, see you tomorrow...or well-later this morning" he says.
"See ya Percy."
"See ya y/n."
I sneak back into the cabin Lily, Brandy, and all my other siblings are asleep now.
I crawl into bed and lay down. I pull the frilly sheets up over me.
I'm tired. Good tired though.
Percy's hoodie is still on me. It's a bit big but it's really nice. I think he's just really nice. He's perfect to be around.
Ugh, I want to be with him dude. He's perfect.
But for now, I'm just gonna sleep.

Suddenly a large box appears in front of me.

I get up and check the time. 6:05. Good. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:00.
I walk out of the cabin and to where Mr.D should be.
On my way I see a group of Athena girls. I recognize them. Julia, Sylvia, and Sophia. The call themselves the ai's which is really fucking weird considering AI is an actual thing.
They're nice to me though. They're not snotty, they just know everything. Athena kid stuff.
I wave to them and smile and they do the same. "Hey girl!" Sylvia chirps.
"Heyy" I wiggle my finger up and down. (It's the one finger wave but idk how to describe it 😿)
"Hey y/nnn" Julia and Sophia say in sync.
"Ohh cutie pie hoodie pookie" Sophia compliments me.
I laugh and they do too. All good spirits. I'm glad to have them as friendly acquaintances? Or whatever we are...
But, when I'm past them they start to whisper.
I hear one loud one from Sylvia "oh my gosh, Annabeth is gonna be pissed!" Pissed at what bro...?
I look at myself. Percy's blue hoodie-no reason for annoyance there. PJ bottoms...nope. Maybe my hair? Maybe it's looking fire or something. Or maybe they were just talking about her before? Doesn't matter.
I keep walking and arrive where Mr. D is. He's in a chair with sunnies on. (Or sunglasses if you call them that 🔥‼️)
"Hey Mr.D" I throw up a hand as a wave.
"Huh?" He says groggily. "Oh, hey sweetheart. You got the chocolates?"
"Yep. Straight from mom herself." I tell him. "Sorry if I woke you up." I slide them on the table in front of him and walk away.
"Jackson? That's new..." he mumbles.
"Huh?" I turn back.
"Assuming that's the uh...not Luke kid's." He bites into a chocolate.
"You mean Percy's? The hoodie?" I ask, confused on how he could guess that.
"Ohh...you haven't looked have you!" He cackles.
"What? What is it?" I ask.
"Go check in a mirror!" He's still laughing.
"Okay...thank you" I sprint off while waving.
"Bye bye now"
I get back to my cabin.
"What's wrong y/n?" Brandy has a smirk painted on her lips.
"Shut up Brandy." My brother Micha tells her, his twin/my sister Maya talks next. "Why are you smirking? That's weird." They rolls their eyes.
"Okay...uh...gotta go. Bye!" I zip into the bathroom, behind me a hear a "oh. That makss more sense now..."
I turn into the mirror and read the back. It's just a stupid school hoodie.
That has his last name on the back.

I grab a towel and head into the shower. Hmm...what do I wanna use today?
I'm thinking uh...Coconut. Yep, I'll smell like coconut.
I get the right shampoo, conditioner and soap. I undress and get into the shower.

After my shower I change into my normal outfit. Or as Percy calls it "default fit" kinda funny.
I spray coconut perfume on me as well. Gosh, I love my mommy. Always making sure we're perfectly happy.
I do my hair for a couple minutes, making sure it looks good. It's great. Wonderful!
I grab a container of nail polish. Dark blue. Yeah, that's gonna be nice.
I carefully paint each nail, thinking of how I'm gonna get Percy to realize I like him without telling him.
I could get Luke to? No, he'd make it weird.
I could get Lilly..? No, she's a kid.
Brandy!...would tell him something inappropriate.
Okay, guess I'm just gonna have to show signs.
I wait for my nails to try and grab a shimmering lip gloss.
I smear it across my lips u til it's even. I look myself over fully.
Nice.
I head out the door with the hoodie in hand to return to Percy.
When I sit down at our table Luke isn't there.
"Where's Luke?" I ask and place his hoodie down next to him. Then six down across from him in my usual spot.
"You weren't here yet so he went to go look for you." He doesn't look up.
"What's wrong? Don't worry I settled things with Mr.D. We're good." I laugh.
He looks up at me. Just his eyes though. "they haven't said anything to you?"
"Who?"
"Nothing then, forget about it. Moving on!" He smiles a bit.
"No, no Percy. Who was supposed to talk to me?"
"Nobody was supposed to. Girls are just mean." He laughs half heartedly.
"What did they say about me..?" I ask.
"Nothing. Even if they did say something bad, it wouldn't even matter. Because you're perfect." He says while he takes a bite of a poptart.
PERFECT?! WOAHHHH WOAHH YIPEEE WEEEEE BEST DAY LF MY LI- "you really think that?"
He looks me dead in the eyes. "I know it." I blush. I don't even care anymore.
"Are you gonna eat breakfast?" He asks.
"No. I'm not hungry" I'm kinda hungry but I don't wanna eat. I don't think it's like an eating disorder or whatever everyone else tells me, I just don't want to.
"Okay, I get that. But you need to eat something at lunch if you don't eat right now. Even if it's like nasty salad or whatever they had last week." He laughs.
"Why do you care about if I do or don't?" I ask.
"Because I care about you."
"I-" I'm cut off by Luke sighing and sitting down.
"There you are!" He says.
