Liam and Jim are out hunting with Taylor.
"I was kind of surprised you suggested this trip." Jim says.
"Well, every man needs a hobby." Taylor says.
"When did you pick it up?" Jim asks him.
"Well, when i got to Terra Nova, fish were the only thing i could hunt that didn't hunt me back."
"This place must be full of memories." Liam says.
"Actually, sometimes I kind of miss those days. One time, I brought my son out here. Well, i strong armed him into coming. That didn't work out too good." Taylor says and Liam and Jim look at him.
"That's the first time i ever heard you talk about Lucas." Jim says. "So, how long has it been since he went missing?"
"It's not my favourite topic." Taylor says. "I did bring you out here for another reason though." He tells Liam and he looks at him.
"Okay?" He says taking a sip from his water bottle.
"Y/n is like a daughter to me." He says and Liam chokes on the water he was swallowing. Jim chuckles.
"Right. Uh.."
"You impressed me the other day, in fact you have since you came here." Taylor tells him. "I don't have the right to have an opinion, I'm not her real father. But i just want to let you know that Y/n is a good one and she deserves the best."
"I understand, sir." Liam clears his throat awkwardly. "I'm.. uh, i haven't really.. but i want to. I'm just.. I'm not Reynolds, i guess, i don't know how to be like a some gentleman with all that courting stuff he talks about." He says and Taylor chuckles.
"Really? No girls back in the future? I would expect you had them falling all around you." Taylor says chuckling. Jim looks at his son, curious too.
"Well, I didn't really have time." He shrugs. "But there was never really anyone that caught my eye like Y/n does." He admits.
"Y/n is not a lady from the old days. She's not expecting you to be Reynolds. What she does expect, well I haven't talked to her, but what i expect from you is to be clear with her. I can tell she cares for you, and you her. Just be good. Honesty and trust is important to her."
"Yes, sir." He nods. "So, i kinda just got your blessing, huh?" He says with a smile and Taylor chuckles with a nod.
"Yes you did. But if you hurt her.." Taylor gives him a stern look. "I don't need to warn you about what I'll do to you. Or what anyone in Terra Nova will do to you. Everyone who knows Y/n, cares for her and will protect her feelings at any cost. She's like the heart of Terra Nova. Do you hear me, young man?"
"Loud and clear, sir." Liam tells him.
Jim smiles at his son, then his fishing rod tugs.
"Oh, yeah. I got something."
"Net it!" Taylor tells him.
"Like this? What now?" Jim asks and Taylor laugh.
"Reel the bastard in." He tells him and he tries but the huge fish swims off.
"Oh, no." Jim says and gets thrown forward.
Taylor and Liam jump on him before he falls off the cliff. Jim exhales in relief.
"Fun hobby." He says sarcastically.
"Yeah." Taylor says and Liam chuckles.

You walk beside Malcolm up to Horton.
"Horton. Welcome back." Malcolm says.
"Markus, so good to see you."
"It's Malcolm. Malcolm." He corrects him.
"Of course, so sorry."
"Hello, Mr. Horton. Welcome back." You shake his hand and he bows slightly in greeting.
"Thank you, Dr. Tate." He says and you smile smugly at Malcolm, who rolls his eyes.
"This is Dr. Shannon." You introduce her to him and they. "She'll be doing your physicals and blood work-ups instead of me this time."
"Just to be safe." She tells him. "You never know what you might've been exposed to out there after all this time."
"Well, i place myself entirely in your capable hands." He tells her.
"Okay. Come on, Maddy." She says and leaves.
"Give them a hand unpacking the rover, would you? There's a good chap." Horton then tells Malcolm and you bite your lip to stop from laughing. You giove Malcolm an apologetic look before leaving after them.

"And you just left him out there?"
Liam had parked the rover at the gate and was getting out as Jim talked with Wash.
"And you just left him out there?"
"Well, we weren't about to wrestle him into the rover, Wash." Jim says.
"What do you think he's gonna do to Curran if he finds him?"
"I don't know." Jim tells her.
"I don't wanna be in his shoes right now." Liam says.
"Anyway, it's a good thing you're back. We had a break-in in the infirmary last night." Wash tells them and Liam whips his head to her.
"Y/n worked late last night, is she okay?"
"Yeah, it happened later. She found it this morning though and called it in. She's waiting for you in the clinic."

"Broke in through the window. Knew exactly which room to target." Jim says as he and Liam investigate the scene.
"And exactly what they were after. They've taken every vial of Azimeth." You tell them.
"That makes sense. It's got a high street value." Jim says.
"Well, yeah, in Chicago. But here we barely have streets. I mean, you think there's Azimeth junkies in Terra Nova." Elisabeth asks him.
"Tell you one thing. They gotta be high, drunk or desperate to use a sonic pistol indoors in such close quarters." Liam says pulling his sleeve up to touch the door without destroying any possible fingerprints. "Whoever did this is hurting this morning."

Elisabeth, Liam, Jim and Josh were out working in their garden.
"No. I don't understand how anyone could justify stealing from a hospital." Elisabeth says.
"You know, when you're looking to get high, you don't care about anything else." Jim tells her. "I mean, look at that kid, uh, your buddy who got a parasite from drinking Taroca root."
"Hunter had nothing to do with this, dad." Josh tells him and Liam frowns at him.
"I didn't say that he did."
"Well, I just hope we can recover som elf the missing chess. Y/n has a patient with a rare neurological disorder, and the only thing that's gonna help her is a small dose of Azimeth. She'll die without that treatment.
"Can't you order more?" Josh asks.
"We'll have to wait till the Eleventh Pilgrimage just to requisition it." She tells him.
"That's just stupid!" Josh says angrily and they look at him in surprise at his sudden outburst. "Has anyone ever thought that the thing this place needs most is a way to communicate with 2149?" He says and leaves.
"What's wrong with him?"

Outside Liam still helps his parents and his father then smirks at him while he works, then turning to Elisabeth.
"Liam got Taylors blessing today." Jim tells her and Liam whips his head to him.
"What? Really? To date Y/n?" Elisabeth smiles excitedly. And Liam nods with a chuckle. "Well, that's great!"
He just gets back to work on the plants, but the grin stays on his face.
"You know, Y/n is really worried about her patient, i can tell, she hides those emotions to not cause concern and she is just amazing with patients. But i think outside of that she can get really affected by it." Elisabeth says.
"Taylor called her the heart of Terra Nova." Jim says and Elisabeth smiles with a nod.
"I can see that. Everyone loves her." She says, then look at her son. She throws some dirt at him and he gapes at her. "Then what are you still doing here?"
"What? I'm trying to be a good son and help my dear parents in the garden." He tells them. Jim then throws some dirt at him. "Fine! Just stop, I can't go see her like this anyway." He stands up and gestures to all the dirt they threw at him and they laugh.
"Do it soon, at least." Elisabeth whines.
"I swear sometimes i think I'm the only adult in this family." He shakes his head and dust the dirt of his clothes.

Liam goes to find you, and he does as you stand by your scrub locker.
"Hey." He says and you turn to see him walking up to you.
"Hey." You smile.
"We have a suspect. We're gonna head out and take a look around his place to see if we can find the missing Azimeth." He tells you and you smile and sigh in relief.
"Oh, that's good. Thank you." You say. "Let me know as soon as you find those chems, okay?" You tell him and he nods, but doesn't go to leave yet.
He looks at you for a moment, trying to find the right words, opening and closing his mouth a few times.
"Anything else?" You smile.
"Uh.." He takes a deep breath. "You wanna.. ugh, oh my god, I'm horrible at this." He sighs and you chuckle.
"I would love to." You tell him and he frowns at you.
You raise an eyebrow at him and he chuckles.
"I'm not sure what to do though, I'm sorry. I haven't thought this through other than i wanted to ask you out." He admits.
"How about i make the plans?" You suggest.
"You sure you don't want me to be like some gentleman and plan everything like Reynolds would?" He asks and you chuckle.
"No, you're not Reynolds and I'm not Maddy. You asked, but let me plan it." You tell him. "I already have something in mind."
"Oh, really? That somewhere you bring all the boys." He asks and you chuckle, shaking your head.
"No." You roll your eyes. "Just you." You tell him take a step closer to him.
He wraps his arms around your waist and pulls you closer, looking down at you while you take his collar and bring him down to place a kiss on the corner of his mouth.

Josh walks out of his room and put a chem of Azimeth on the table.
"What's going on?" Maddy asks.
"Go check on Zoe." Jim tells her. "Liam." He then calls out and he comes out of his bedroom.
"What's up?" He asks, then sees the chem. Frowning he turns to his parents who's looking at Josh.
"What are you doing with this?" Elisabeth asks.
"It's for Y/n's patient. I swear, I didn't know. I didn't think anyone would get hurt." He tells them.
"You broke into the clinic." Jim says. "You stole from your mother. You didn't think anyone would get hurt?"
"I'm sorry."
"I don't understand. Did you use it?" Elisabeth asks him and he shakes his head. "Did you sell it?"
"I gave it all to the Sixers, so that-"
"The Sixers!? Why, Josh?" Jim exclaims.
Liam gape at his brother in shock.
"They promised me they'd get Kara here." He tells them and Liam runs a hand through his hair.
"Who? Who said the Sixers could do that?" Jim asks.
