Its been a few weeks
Its a week before they go to Lioness Camp at SGP
Lila has been self harming lately, cutting her inner thighs and sometimes her wrists
She's been doing it for at least a while, she hasn't told anyone, not even Chloe. She's also started making herself puke again but not often
Lila wakes up at 5am and gets ready to do her morning workout
Once she's stretched she does her usual workout and then moves to the pull up bar, she does about 25 pull ups feeling confident she can do more than 15
Lila then has a shower, after she's done she gets out and dries herself off before looking herself in the mirror, she breathes in her stomach hating how she feels and looks
She looks at her wrists and thighs which have scars from old cuts and scabs from new ones
Lila: * sighs heavily* Pathetic.
Lila gets dressed as the Arsenal girls have a week off training due to Lioness Camp the following week (Lilas wearing a black Nike Sports bra with her baggie Man City hoodie over it, with black Nike leggings and white Nike Airforces) once she's done she ties her hair back into a high pony tail
Lila then goes downstairs to find Leah sat with Beth, Jordan and Viv and some of the other Arsenal girls
Lila goes into the kitchen and gets herself a drink before mindlessly scrolling on her phone, on Instagram
She sees a video of tattoo ideas
Lila: Leah, what would you think about me getting a tattoo?
Leah: Depends on where you get it really. Why?
Lila: I want to get one.
Katie: They can be really addictive love.
Lila: I don't care. Plus its one tattoo.
Leah: We can get one this week once you decide what you want Lils.
Lila: I already know what I want.
Beth: Oh yeah? What do you want to get?
Lila: The Man City Logo. Sorry girls and Leah but City has a special place in my heart. It always has.
Leah: Think of something else sis. We can't have people seeing that you'll get hate for it.
Lila: Fine.
Leah: Look up some ideas and get back to me yeah?
Lila: Yeah alright.
Lilas phone goes off
Its Georgia
Lila answers and goes to her room
Over the phone:
Georgia: Bestie..... I miss you.
Lila: I miss you more G.
They talk
Lila: I really want a tattoo.
Georgia: Of what and where?
Lila: On my arm.
Georgia: And what?
Lila: So you know Selena Gomez has that song "Wolves".
Georgia: Yeah.
Lila: I want to quote one of the lyrics on my arm. The one where it says "I've been down the darkest alleys, saw the dark side of the moon" Or I was thinking another song quote by Sia. Where it goes "Yeah let's be clear I'll trust no one. You did not break me. I'm still fighting for peace." like in cursive writing on my forearm.
Georgia: I say go for the Sia one.
Lila: I was thinking that too.
Georgia: Send me a picture of it after.
Lila: Ok girlie.
Georgia: I gotta go, but I love you and miss you so much.
Lila: Love you too. Miss you more.
Georgia: Bye Lils. See you next week for the beginning of Euros.
Lila: See you.
Lila hangs up
The next day
Lila decides to have a lie in and gets up at 10am
Once her alarm goes off, Lila hops into the shower after doing her morning workout
Lila then gets dressed (She's wearing her black Arsenal training shirt with black Nike shorts and her white Nike Airforces with her old City hoodie)
Lila dries her hair and ties it into a slicked back, mid-high pony tail
Lila goes downstairs and finds Leah making a cup of tea in the kitchen
Leah: Hey.
Lila: Hi. I thought of a tattoo idea. A few actually.
Leah: Ok. What are they?
Lila: I'm thinking the lyrics "Yeah let's be clear I'll trust no one. You did not break me. I'm still fighting for peace." Or like a rose with barb wire on or around it or a little moon.
Leah: They all sound like a good idea. What do you like most?
Lila: All of them. But mainly the rose and the lyrics. Georgia thinks the lyrics are a good idea.
Leah: Maybe get the rose and the lyrics. I can take you today to get them.
Lila: Yeah if you can.
Leah: Ok. Look up some ideas or draw it out so the tattoo artist has an idea of how you want it to look. Lila: Already done.
Lila hands Leah some paper, with a picture of the rose with barb wire on or around it and the lyrics in cursive
Lila: I know where I want them. I want the lyrics on my right arm, like my forearm and the rose and barb wire on my right thigh and left bicep.
Leah: Ok perfect. Wanna go now?
Lila: Yeah.
Leah: Alright. Get your phone and hedphones. I'll get snacks on the way.
Lila: Ok. My car or yours?
Leah: Do you trust me driving in your car?
Lila: Your my sister of course I do.
Leah: Ok great. Give me your keys?
Lila: * gives her keys to Leah*
Leah: * takes them* Thank you.
They get in Lilas car and Leah drives to Tescos
Leah parks and they head inside
Lila grabs 2 Red Bulls and 2 Coca Colas for the both of them and Leah grabs Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps for Lila and some Strawberrys and Grapes for the both of them
hey pay and then leave the shop and get back into the car
Lila connects her phone to the aux
Lila starts playing music

Lia sings along to it as does Leah

The song ends and they arrive at the tattoo shop
Leah parks the car and they get out and head inside
ila tells the tattoo artist exactly what she wants and shows him the pictures of it
He does as she asks

She thank the man and pays him after he wraps the tattoos in cling film to protect them and tells her to take it off in the next few days
Lila: Ok thank you.
Leah: Thanks.
They leave and get back into the car
Leah drives back home
She parks the car and they head inside
Leah and Lila sit on the sofa in the living room and decide to watch Mrs Brown's Boys
Leah: How's it feel to have tattoos Lils?
Lila: Pretty good. It hurts a little but I know that's because of the needle.
Leah: Yeah.
Lila: What do you think Lessi will think?
Leah: She thinks the world of you. Even I can see that. She'll love them.
Lila: * smiles* I hope so.
Leah: * smiles*
Cut to a few days later
It's Sunday
Lila has taken off the cling film around her tattoos and they've healed, she's sent pictures to the My City Girls 💙🤍⚽️🤗 Group Chat that she shares with Chloe and Georgia, they loved the tattoos
It's time to head to SGP for Lioness Camp as its Sunday
Lila wakes up at 7am and has a shower, not doing her morning workout as she's going to be training later and heading to the gym
(Lila puts on black Nike shorts with her peach Lioness training shirt and peach and blue Lioness puffer jacket)
Lila dries her hair and then ties it back into a high pony tail
Lila packs her suitcase and backpack, and puts her guitar in its case, making she has everything she needs and then takes her things downstairs and puts them in the boot of her car
Leah comes down and does the same as her
They head back inside after locking their cars and getting breakfast
They sit together and eat before getting in their separate cars
Lila follows Leahs car to SGP, blasting music and singing along to all of them
The song that's playing now is Never Really Over
Alessia calls Lila
Lila answers
Over the phone:
Alessia: Hey baby. You nearly here?
Lila: I think so. I'm following Leah there. You ok?
Alessia: Yeah. I miss you.
Lila: I miss you more. How's Ella? She winding you up yet?
Alessia: You know she is. She made kissing noises when I said I was gonna call you and she went * mimicking Ella* "Ooooooh" * talks normally* when I said I wanted to get put in a room with you.
Lila: * smiles* Aww Lessi. Your actually sweet. But ignore Ella you know she's just taking the mick. I hope we get put in a room together too but I'm kind of hoping I'm put in a room with G or Chloe too.
Alessia: Yeah I get that.
Lila can tell Alessia sounds disappointed about that
Lila: But we can find free time to be together if I'm not in the same room as you.
Alessia: Yeah.
Lila: I should go. I'll see you later.
Alessia: Ok. See you later.
Lila: Bye.
Lila hangs up and the music keeps playing
Soon they arrive at SGP
Lila parks next to Leah and they both get out, grabbing their things from the boots of their cars and then heading inside
Chloe immediately sees Lila, squels and runs to her
Chloe: * hugs her*
Lila: * laughs and hugs back* Chloe!
Leah goes to Keira, Lucy and Georgia
Chloe: * breaks apart from her* Lils, just to pre-warn you. Alessias been off since she called you.
Lila: She's probably mad at me.
Chloe: Why?
Lila: I said I hoped I'd get put in a room with you or G and she got upset.
Chloe: Well just ignore it. You can't control you get roomed with.
Lila: True.
Lila goes to Alessia and sits on her lap (straddling her)
Lila: * places her hands on Alessias neck and caresses her jaw* Don't be mad.
Alessia: I'm not.
Lila: You know I can't control who we get put in a room with.
Alessia: I know. I just want to be in a room with you.
Lila: I know you do and I want that too.
Alessia: Yeah but only partly. I want to cuddle with you in bed. I want to wake up next to you. I can't do that if we aren't in a room together.
Lila: Lessi I do want to be in a room with you.
Sarina hangs up the notice board for the rooms
Everyone checks it

Lila: * smiles*
They get given their keys and Lila makes her way to the room
She beats Alessia there
Lila takes the bed closest to the window on the left side of the room and unpacks her stuff
