As the wind blows through the bathroom window i get lost in my thoughts about meeting Braxton family today. I'm scared nope that's not the right word I'm terrified.
Braxton keeps reassuring me that they'll love me his mom already does but it's not the same when it comes to siblings.
They honestly got lucky not for real dealing with Stella but me on the other hand I have to swallow my fears about meeting his. Hopefully his brother and sister is like his mom.
"Baby girl" Sehvahn said, snapping me back into reality
"Mhm yes?" I said, snapping back
"You good?" He asked me, coming inside the bathroom and hugging me from behind.
"Of course! Why wouldn't I?" I asked him
"Because I feel how tense your body is" he said
"It's not I'm just getting ready that's all" I said, smiling
"Baby girl, they gonna love you. Stop worrying" he said, resting his head on my shoulder.
He starts complementing me saying how beautiful I look wearing this blue sweater dress. I gave him a smile and nod my head but I don't think he believed the act I trying to put on.
He turns me around and lifts me onto the bathroom counter. He makes me puts all my hair stuff down and give him my full attention.
"Look at your hand" he said
I look at my hand staring at the promise ring he gave me.
"You see that ring?" He asked me
"Yeah" I said
"That ring is a promise shows you we wanna marry you one day so fuck what anyone else feel or say!" He said, kissing my hand
"I know" I said
"Good so if you know stop worrying" he said, kissing my lips

"Baby, they here" Braxton said
"Okay" I said
I get off my bed walking into the living room trying my best not to throw up in my mouth from how nervous I was.
Sehvahn stands beside me rubbing my back. Braxton walks back inside with his family right behind him.
"Baby, meet my sister Penelope and my bro Don" Braxton said
"Nice to meet you" I said, holding my hand out
"So your random girl my brother been talking about?" His sister asked me
"I hope I'm not random but I'm Aurora" I said, with a smile
She looks at me with a straight face which caused the smile I had fade away. His brother spoke up and started talking to me about random things but I didn't mind it all to be honest.
His sister wasn't feeling me and you could tell. Sehvahn tried talking to her because I guess they all grew up together but she wasn't talking to him either.
You could tell the energy in the room just changed dramatically. Tatum came out of his room asking for a snack so I told Braxton and Sehvahn I'll get him a snack.
Honestly I rather hang with Tatum than be in that room. I grab Tatum hand and walk into the kitchen to grab him some a snack.
I pick Tatum up and put him on the kitchen counter to grab what snack he wanted while we talked.
"Mommy, I don't think she likes you" Tatum said
"Yeah, I think you're right" I said, hopping on the counter next to him
"It's okay mommy I love you" he said, eating his snack then gave me a hug
"I love you more" I said
"Mommy are you sad?" He asked me while a tear rolled down my face
"Noo, neverrr" I said, wiping my tears away
"Mommy, you look sad though" he said
"I promise, I'm okay! Being pregnant with your lil sis or bro gets mommy emotional sometimes" I said, smiling
"Wait here" he said
He tells me to help him get off the counter so I did. He rans into the other room for a few minutes then comes back saying his dads wanna talk to me.
I honestly hope he didn't tell them I was crying because I don't want them thinking Braxton sister made me cry.
I hopped off the counter and walked back into the living room seeing only Sehvahn and Braxton standing in front of me.
"So now tell us why you're crying?" Braxton asked me
"Huh?" I asked them
"We see the tears running down your face" Sehvahn said
"I'm okay I swear" I said
Braxton gives Sehvahn a head nod before picking me up and taking me into his bedroom. He picks me down then locks the door standing right in front of it.
"Why are you locking me in the bedroom?" I asked him
"Because we need to talk" he said
"About what?" I asked
"The fact your crying but don't wanna talk to us" he said
"Because I don't wanna make it a big deal" I said
"It is a big deal if your crying" he said
"I'm 8 weeks pregnant of course ima be crying" I said
"But you're not crying at random shit. Your crying because of my sis aren't you" he said
"No" I said
"Try again" he said
"I'm crying because I feel like I'm not meant to be apart of a family" I said, sitting on the bed
Braxton comes next to me and hugs me tight like a bear hug.
"Baby, your are the biggest part of our family, we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you" he said, kissing the top of my head.
"I know but it's lonely feeling like your never gonna be a family the way your heart craves for it" I said
"Your gonna have the biggest family by the time me and Sev get done with you" he said, laughing which caused me to crack a smile
"I know" I said
"Listen, you're perfect in every way. If a nigga or bitch can't see your everything a nigga or bitch needs then their blind. We love you and we'll go to war about you. My people will come around and if they don't well fuck them because I never been the happiest like I am right now" I said
Braxton words caused a smile to form on my face. He kissed me and I kissed him back. I don't know what it is but him and Sehvahn be saying the sweetest things even though they swear they don't be having feelings.
