I miss you every second
In the excruciatingly long days

I find that i miss you the most
When the sky darkens
And the moon becomes whole

In those moments i am longing for you
I try to capture every moment i can
Freeze it in the picture frame in my mind
I remember things when i am with you
You make me feel alive
Like i can finally breathe again
You are the oxygen
Entering my lungs
Filling them up
Like the warm smoke of a cigarette
On a cool winters day
Your energy is so strong and so pure
I feel you all around me
I feel you from deep within
As if something is reaching down
Into my soul
And wrapping itself around it
Squeezing tightly
Making sure i feel it more and more
Every single time
Keeping track of you in my thoughts
