Phantom sat with Captain Man and the rest of Danger Force in a seafood restaurant, Big Beards. As they were eating their lunch, the owner of the place came over to them and stood by their booth, behind the chair Captain Man brought over. "Ay! Your appetites be as big as me beard!" Big Beard exclaimed shocked and Captain Man nodded. "Shiver me timbers. This is some good food, Big Beard."
"I'm so full, I couldn't eat another bite." Volt said as she just stared down at her food as the rest of the group continued eating. "That's a shame. My daughter Lilith is on her way with our famous shrimps on a sword." Big Beard said and everyone's head, including Volts shot up.
"Oh, you didn't let me finish. I couldn't eat another bite unless it's served on a sword." Volt said as she motioned to the food on her plate and Big Beard smiled before he walked away.
His daughter then came out with a cart that had a few swords on it. "Order up for Danger Force!" She smiled brightly and the group cheered.
Lilith picked up a sword and turned to AWOL. "AWOL, you-" she started but Captain Man shook his head. "Nope. Me first, I'm more important." He said as he took the sword from Lilith.
Lilith looked at him confused but shrugged it off and picked up another sword. "AWOL, you can teleport these shrimp to your belly." She smiled and handed the sword to AWOL who shrugged. "That's not how I consume food, but thank you."
Lilith then picked up another two swords and turned to Volt. "Volt, I think you'll find these shockingly tasty." She smiled and Volt nodded. "Word play, fun." She said sarcastically before she stared eating the shrimp.
Lilith then smiled to ShoutOut and handed her the other sword. "ShoutOut, one bite and you'll scream with delight." She smiled and ShoutOut also smiled. "Word play, fun!" She said, more happily than Volt.
Lilith then picked up the last two swords and her smile fell slightly when she turned to Phantom who sat in between ShoutOut and Brainstorm. "Phantom, here you go." Lilith smiled softly and handed the girl the sword.
Phantom nodded in thanks and turned to ShoutOut. "Why didn't I get word play?" She asked and ShoutOut shrugged. "I don't know, maybe she didn't know what to say." She suggested and Phantom sighed.
"And last but not least... Brainstorm." Lilith said as she handed Brainstorm the sword before she sat in his lap. "The boy who storms my brain, daily."
Phantom glared Lilith and Volt couldn't help but also glare at her. No one tries to steal her best friends boyfriend. Captain Man saw Phantom glaring at the girl and gave her a look that said 'don't do anything'.
"So, are you officially official with anyone online?" Lilith asked Brainstorm who nodded, as he remembered when him and Eliza decided to put 'in a relationship' on their Brainstorm and Phantom Twitflash profile. "Yeah, and I'm officially thirsty." He said and Lilith nodded.
"Then I'll get you a draft water." She said as she stood up and booped his nose.
Phantoms glare stayed on her until she walked into the kitchen. Once Lilith was fully in the kitchen, Phantom moved herself so she was sitting on her boyfriends lap instead. Brainstorm looked at her confused and she shrugged and smiled as she ate her shrimp.
The groups phones started ringing and AWOL took his phone out and checked it. "It's Schwoz, somethings going down, we gotta bounce." He said.
"You guys can bounce, I got free stuff coming." Captain Man said with his mouth full. Phantom took her phone out of her pocket and Brainstorm read the message as he brushed his fingers through her hair that had recently been straightened.
"Four swimsuit models are trapped in a walk-in freezer." Brainstorm read out and Captain Man nodded. "And I'm out." He said as he stood up.
"Do you want our help?" Volt asked and the superhero walked away. "Don't want it, don't need it." He said as he pushed two people out of his way and left the restaurant.
"Should we have told him they're male swimsuit models?" ShoutOut asked her friends and Phantom shook her head. "He'll find out when he gets there." She said.
AWOL's phone went off again and Volt groaned in annoyance. "Shut up phone, Captain Man is on his way." She said and AWOL shook his head. "No, this is a new call. Hip Hop Purée is being robbed by someone called Gas Clown." He laughed and the rest of the group also laughed.
"Gas Clown?" Brainstorm asked and he couldn't help but laugh. "I'm threatened by neither of those words." Volt said and Phantom nodded.
"All right." AWOL said as he put his phone back in his pocket. "Let's go paint some tears on this bozo's face!" He said and the group cheered.
ShoutOut, AWOL and Volt got up and Volt continued eating her food as Brainstorm smiled at his girlfriend, who still sat in his lap. "You do realise I can't get up unless you get up." He said and Phantom sighed. "So true." She said before she got up, Brainstorm smiled softly at her, even though he didn't want her to get up.
ShoutOut and AWOL kept trying to get Volt to stop eating her food, and they eventually got her to leave it. Lilith then came back and wrapped her arms around Brainstorm. ShoutOut and Volt looked to Phantom and saw a small laser sphere in the palm of her hand. ShoutOut grabbed her wrist and closed her hand into a fist, causing the laser sphere to disappear. "Don't do anything you'll regret." She whispered to the younger girl who she viewed as a sister.
"You have to try dessert." Lilith smiled at Brainstorm before she picked up a cake from another customers table. "Would I regret it, though?" Phantom asked as Volt went over and took the cake from Lilith. AWOL shook his head. "No, you would not. That girl irritates me."
"Why thank you, we'll take this to go." The red haired girl said as she put on a fake smile and Lilith frowned.
AWOL then teleported the group to Hip Hop Purée before Lilith could say anything.
The group arrived at Hip Hop Purée and they were quick to notice all the customers were asleep. They were also quick to notice the clown wearing a gas mask behind the counter, cackling while taking money and putting it in a duffel bag
"Excuse me, we're looking for someone called The Gas Clown." Brainstorm smiled to the bad guy behind the counter who looked and him and cackled. Phantom looked at him a bit scared. "I-I think that's him." She stuttered and ShoutOut nodded.
"You gassed right!" The Gas Clown said before he tossed a gas canister towards the superheroes. The gas came out of the canister and the group of five quickly moved away so they didn't breathe it the gas and they all kneeled behind a table.
"I guess he does puns too." AWOL sighed.
"That's right! I'm gonna pun-ish you!" The Gas Clown said as he shoved more money in the bag.
"Gross." Volt said as she shook her head. "I'll take care of this clown. Watch and learn." She said to her teammates and friends before she stood up.
She turned around and The Gas Clown tossed another canister towards her. Yellow gas appeared and Volt started coughing. Once she stopped, she glared at the villain. That was a lucky shot!" She said, but in a high pitch voice. "Wait, why is my voice like this? What was in that gas?" She asked and the rest of Danger Force couldn't help but laugh at her high pitched voice.
"She sounds like Tiny Ray." ShoutOut laughed and Phantom couldn't sworn she heard Tiny Ray yell something. "Great, now I have his voice stuck in my head." She sighed and ShoutOut laughed again.
Volt glared at her friends before she turned back to the Gas Clown. She then tried to zap him but electric sparks went everywhere. The rest of Danger Force quickly ducked under the table and Brainstorm quickly hid Phantoms head in the crook of his neck and covered her head, automatically feeling the need to protect her as they hid under the table.
"Volt, chill with the zapping!" AWOL told the red haired girl as she couldn't control the electricity. "I can't!" She exclaimed, still with the high pitched voice and she yelped when she got zapped in the butt.
She then found two blenders filled with water and she shoved her hands into it and it stopped the sparks flying everywhere.
AWOL stood up and glared at The Gas Clown. "Time to stop clowning around." He said and The Gas Clown turned around and cackled before he through another gas canister towards him. The gas came out and he started coughing.
"Whoa, not cool dude." AWOL said once he stopped coughing, but instead of high pitched, his voice was very deep. He smiled. "Actually, this is kinda cool." He said then put his hands on his hips and did a superhero pose. "In a world where AWOL's about to kick this clown in his clown keister."
AWOL then teleported away but less than a second later, he appeared on the other side of the room with a thing around his waist. He looked around confused.
ShoutOut, Brainstorm and Phantom stood up and ShoutOut nodded. "Ok, obviously that gas is affecting their powers so we gotta make sure we don't get hit." She started explaining, and didn't see Gas Clown toss another gas canister towards the three.
Purple gas surrounded them, causing them all to start coughing. "No siento ningún efecto." ShoutOut said once she stopped coughing and she gasped as Phantom looked at her confused. "You can speak Spanish?" The purple superhero asked, but no sound came out
ShoutOuts eyes widened. "Whoa! ¿Estoy hablando español? Mi acento es increíble!" She said, not knowing Phantom tried to say something, but instead, the purple superhero nodded in agreement. "Brainstorm y Phantom, sientes algo?" She asked the two.
Brainstorm shook his head as he could not stop dancing. "I don't know what you're saying, but I cannot stop dancing!" He said and ShoutOut sighed as she turned to Phantom who shrugged. "I can't speak." She said and no sound came out, not even in a whisper.
ShoutOut sighed, then turned to Gas Clown and used her super scream, but it only pushed her backwards. She shrieked as her back collided with the wall. Phantom glared at the Gas Clown and tried blasting him with a laser sphere, but it retracted and hit her in the chest, causing her to fall down, coughing silently.
Brainstorm looked down at his girlfriend worriedly as he still couldn't stop dancing. "This guys messing with all your powers." Brainstorm said as he looked around at his friends. "But mine are ok." He said as he picked up a napkin holder with his telekinesis. He tried to throw it towards to the Gas Clown, but instead it hit him in the head, causing him to fall down to the ground.
"Gas-ta la vista, baby!" The Gas Clown cackled as he left.
ShoutOut sighed as she watch the villain leave. "Oh, que un desastre."

The five members of Danger Force went up the tube to the Man's Nest where Schwoz was doing his Schwoz-cast. He looked over at the teens and put his hand over his microphone. "What happened to you guys?" He asked the group who all started talking over each other. Schwoz then put his hand up. "Hold on, I'm recording a promo for my Schwoz-cast." He smiled then started speaking Schwabbalonian.
Once he finished, he took off his headphones and stood up. "Okay, what happened?" He asked.
"We just got our butts kicked by the Gas Clown." Phantom said as she leaned against the back of the round couch and Volt nodded. "He gassed us and it messed with our powers." She explained and Schwoz looked at her confused.
"What do you mean?" He asked and AWOL stepped forward. "Does this answer your question?" He asked as he threw his fist in the air, and nothing happened. He then started punching the air and he still didn't teleport.
"Oh no!" Schwoz said with wide eyes. "What about you guys?" He asked the other four.
"I got nothing!" ShoutOut yelled as she tried to use her super scream but it didn't work. Schwoz looked at the girl with sympathy and he turned to Phantom who tried to light a laser sphere and then try and use her super speed. She looked at Schwoz and shook her head.
Volt then tried to spark her hands but she gave up and sighed. "I couldn't zap a fly!"
"Aye, Brainstorm, you too?" Schwoz asked the blue superhero who took a step towards him. "My telekinesis isn't teleki-working. We need to teleki-person who can teleki-fix me!" He ranted and the rest of the group looked at him confused.
"Ok, Ray can not find out about this." Schwoz sighed and Phantom looked at him confused. "Why not?" She asked.
"Well, one time Ray and I were playing the What Ifsies game..." Schwoz trailed off as he remembered when he asked Ray 'What Ifsies Danger Force lost their powers', and Ray said he would ground the kids from fighting crime, and take Schwoz to Reno.
Brainstorm gasped. "He'd really make you go to Reno?" He asked and Phantom face palmed.
"Were you not listening? He'd also ground us from fighting crime!" Volt exclaimed and Phantom looked down and Schwoz nodded. "He's, so he can't ever find out! I know how much you love fighting the crimes. And I will not go to Reno!"
The metal door then opened and Captain Man walked out with two guys following behind him. "Oh Danger Force! You guys remember those swimsuit models that I went to save? Turns out they were dudes." He laughed and the teens pretended to be surprised.
"Yeah, they're from whatever country Dutch people come from." Captain Man smiled. "And they're awesome!" He exclaimed then turned to them. "This is Yan, and this is... sorry, I forgot your name."
"Ruud." The guy smiled and Captain Man put his hand on his heart. "I apologise, but I'm not good with names." He said, not understanding what Ruud meant.
"No, my name is Ruud." Ruud smiled and Captain Man nodded. "Oh, hilarious."
Captain Man then turned to the five teens. "So, what's going on with you guys? I saw you got a call about a Gas Clown?" He laughed as he checked his phone. "So what happened with him?"
"Well, we got to Hip Hop Purée and the Gas Clown was-" AWOL started but couldn't think of anything so ShoutOut stepped beside him. "Gone." She said.
"We are never gonna see him again." Brainstorm added then chucked. "No one will."
"So what, he's dead?" Captain Man asked and Brainstorm nodded. "Yes." He said and the rest of Danger Force looked at him weirdly before they all agreed. "He's off in that big circus in the sky." AWOL said as he looked up to the ceiling.
"He's gassing angels now." Volt said and Phantom looked at her weirdly.
"Wow, that is so sad." Captain Man hesitated. "Anyway, I told these Dutch models about your powers, and they wanna see them!" He smiled.
"Oh, you guys like sushi?" Captain Man asked the two models who nodded. "Ok, AWOL, why don't you teleport yourself to Japan, bring these guys some fresh sushi, yeah?"
AWOL shrugged. "Ok! Guess I'm teleporting to Japan." He chuckled nervously. "Here we go! Teleporting." He stalled.
Volt quickly moved to the side. "Earthquake!" She yelled as she stumbled around and pushed over Schwoz's cart. Phantoms eyes widened as Schwoz stormed over and looked down at the stuff. "My stuffs!"
ShoutOut ran over to her locker as Ruud, Yan, Captain Man and Phantom picked up all the stuff from the floor and Schwoz left. ShoutOut took out a pack of gum and handed it to AWOL as the group faced away from them. AWOL then put his fist in the air and intimidated the sound of him teleporting.
Everyone turned to him. "So, I just went to Japan, and it turns out they're all out of sushi!" He said and the models and Captain Man sighed as the rest of Danger Force shared confused looks. "But they did give this pack of gum." AWOL smiled as he held up the gum.
Captain Man walked towards him and AWOL handed him the pack and Captain Man smiled. "No way, they got Swellview Chew in Japan?"
Phantom sighed and shook her head at her fathers antics.
Captain Man then turned to the other four. "Phantom, show them your super cool laser spheres." He said and Phantoms eyes widened as she tried to think of something.
"Uhh, my hand hurts." She said as she raised her hand, showing only a bit of her burn scar as the rest was covered by her fingerless gloves. Captain Man nodded, knowing the whole story as Mr Davenport and Eliza told him.
"Ok, how about you run to Mexico. I heard your abuela made her famous churros." Captain Man smiled and Phantom narrowed her eyes at him. "You just want a churro, don't you?" She asked and Captain Man hesitated before he nodded.
Phantom sighed and made her way to her locker. She opened it and took out something that was wrapped in tin foil. She walked over and handed it to Captain Man. "Here you go." She smiled.
"But, you didn't use your power to do it." He said and Phantom shrugged. "I'm lazy." She said and Captain Man sighed. "Fine, do something with your bionics." He said and Phantom nodded.
"I can do that." She said before she activated her invisibility app. She looked around, trying to figure out what she could do before she walked over to AWOL and started playing with his hair. She then walked between Volt and ShoutOut, then deactivated her invisibility app. "Boo." She smiled and the two girls jumped.
"Ok. You're trying to scare your friends, that's my girl." Captain Man nodded and ShoutOut and Volt looked at him weirdly. "Brainstorm, you do something now." The superhero said, ignoring the two girls glares.
Brainstorm looked around confused, and ShoutOut looked out the window and an idea came to her mind. "I know! See that big red bird over there?" She asked and Brainstorm turned around and saw the bird and he nodded confused.
Phantom caught on to ShoutOuts idea and stepped forward. "Why don't you use your powers to make it fly where ShoutOut tells you to make it fly." Phantom said as she and ShoutOut looked at each other and nodded. Brainstorm smiled and nodded in understanding. "Oh right. Sure."
Brainstorm turned back around to face the window and raised his hand, pretending to use his telekinesis. "Ok, make it keep flying. Make it turn!" ShoutOut exclaimed as the bird turned. "Make it poop on that car?" She said with a disgusted look on her face.
"I'm definitely making it poop on that car." Brainstorm nodded as everyone gathered around the three and Yan and Rudd laughed, amazed.
"Ok, make it fly towards the Man's Nest. Keep it going, right towards the window." ShoutOut said as the bird kept flying towards the big window, showing no signs of turning. "Don't make it stop." She added.
"You sure?" Brainstorm asked, concerned and ShoutOut nodded. "Make it go faster! Make it hit the window!" She screamed as the bird collided with the window, causing ShoutOut to gasp loudly and everyone flinched, and Brainstorm covered his eyes and Phantoms as he held her close, knowing she loved animals and hated seeing them get hurt.
"That was awesome!" Captain Man praised ShoutOut. "All right, Volt, ShoutOut, you guys next." He smiled. "I wanna see you top that." He added.
Volt and ShoutOut hesitated before the emergency alarm went off. "Emergency!" Volt exclaimed.
Captain Man went over to one of the study chair and tapped the tablet. "Arson Boy is robbing the match factory." He said and his face lit up. "Oh this is perfect! Now my Dutch buds can watch you kids use your powers in action!"
Phantom looked at her dad as Brainstorm still held her close. "Or you can take Yan and Ruud and they can help you fight crime." AWOL suggested.
"What? No, I want you kids to do it." Captain Man said and ShoutOut sighed. "We'd love too, but we can't. We already agreed to something else." She said.
"What could be more important than fighting Arson Boy at the match factory?" Captain Man asked the teens.
Volt hesitated. "We agreed, to meet with the Gas Clowns family to explain what happened to him." She said and the other agreed.
"Wow, that is so mature of you. You know, sometimes I think your real superpowers are just being good, honest kids." Captain Man said. "Buts it a good thing you do have real superpowers, cause if you didn't, I'd ground all four of you and shut this place down so fast!" He laughed.
The five teens awkwardly laughed as they gave each other nervous looks.

The five members of Danger Force sat in Big Beards. "I'm sorry I couldn't teleport us here." AWOL said as he took a sip of his drink.
"I'm sorry I couldn't zap that waiter when he took too long to bring the drinks!" Volt exclaimed as she glared at the waiter.
"I'm sorry I windowed that bird." Brainstorm sighed and Phantom put her hand on his shoulder. "Bose, you weren't actually controlling that bird. You don't have your superpowers anymore." She said.
"Oh yeah. Now I'm sad about that!" Brainstorm said as he looked down and Phantom nodded. "We all are." She sighed as she held Brainstorms hand.
"I'm still pretty sad about that bird." AWOL said and Volt nodded. "Same." She sighed.
"Every life on this planet is precious." ShoutOut said and the group agreed.
"They are."
"All of them."
"Every single one!"
Lilith came over with a big tray of seafood. "Who wants some freshly dead creatures of the sea?" She smiled and the five sidekicks cheered as Lilith placed the tray on the table. "All lives are precious except for these!" AWOL said as he reached over to the tray.
The five started eating the food as Lilith sniffed Brainstorms hair. Phantom looked over and glared at her.
"There's no tarter sauce?" Brainstorm asked then sighed. "Now I'm sad about that." He said and Lilith's smile widened. "I'll get you some!" She said before she ran off and not even a second later, she was back, getting one final smell of his hair before going into the kitchen.
Phantom glared at Lilith as she ran into the kitchen. "Guys." AWOL started as he looked at his phone. "I'm kind of scared that Captain Man's gonna replace us." He said and the rest of the group looked at him.
"He wouldn't do that." Phantom said and ShoutOut agreed. "But why would you think that? Because of Schwoz said?" Volt asked and AWOL shook his head.
"No, because it says it on the news!" He said and then turned his phone around to show the news, and they were talking about the mission Captain Man went on with Yan and Ruud. They then showed a picture of the three of them at the match stick factory.
"Turn it off!" Volt exclaimed angrily before she threw their empty cup away and accidentally hit one of the waiters in the head, causing him to fall to the floor. Phantom looked at him with wide eyes.
Trent then started talking about the bird that hit the window, and it was apparently a famous bird called Justin Beaker. Brainstorm looked down and squeezed Phantoms hand that he still held.
AWOL turned his off and placed it on the table and sighed. "Well, this is just great." He said sarcastically. "We lost our powers, and now it looks like we might lose our jobs too." He said as he looked down at the table, and he phone started ringing. "Oh, great. Now I gotta answer my phone!" He said angrily then picked up his phone.
Once he pressed answer, he smiled. "Hey Schwoz!"
"Sorry to interrupt your lunches, but I have good news. I think I might've found a way to get your powers back." Schwoz said and Brainstorm looked up snd smiled and so did the others.
"Shut up!" Volt said happily.
"You shut up. If you guys could get some of the gas from that clown that totally destroyed you at Hip Hop Purée, I might be able to synthesise an antidote." Schwoz explained.
"Ok, but how are we supposed to find the Gas Clown?" Volt asked and AWOL nodded. "And even if we do, how're we gonna get his gas?" He asked. "He destroyed us the last time when we had our powers!"
"I've been working on that too, come back to the Man's Nest and I'll show you!" Schwoz said and the group agreed. "But be discreet-sies when you get back. There's a pretty big vigil for Justin outside the Man's Nest." Schwoz added and the group heard a massive crowd of people chanting 'justice for Justin'.
Brainstorm looked down again and the group comforted him.

"You might not we en want your powers back after you try Schwoz's handy-dandy
Danger-Makers!" Schwoz smiled brightly as he pointed his pointer towards the teens.
Volt was wearing a backpack that had a massive batter strapped to it. ShoutOut had a massive fan strapped to the front of her suit, while Brainstorm held a fishing pole.
"Aw yeah!" Brainstorm cheered with a massive smile.
"I kinda like mine." Volt shrugged. "I can still shock people." She smiled before she touched ShoutOuts shoulder, shocking her. "Ow!" ShoutOut exclaimed as she glared at Volt
Volt shrugged and turned around and touched Phantoms shoulder, but nothing happened. Volt looked confused before she touched her shoulder again, and nothing happened again. "Why didn't it shock her?" Volt asked Schwoz.
"Well, you have to crank up a charge." Schwoz said and Chapa looked down to see a lever. "Oh, nice. It comes with a chore." She said sarcastically.
Brainstorm raised his hand. "Question. This pole is sick." He smiled. "Follow-up question: what am I supposed to do with it."
"Well, if you can hook stuff with it, then you can make it levitate." Schwoz explained and Brainstorm nodded before he turned around and casted the fishing pole, and caught Schwoz microphone from his podcast. He then took it back and the microphone flew across the room and hit the opposite wall, causing it to break.
Brainstorm smiled brightly. "Cool!" He exclaimed as Schwoz looked at the microphone shocked.m
"Yeah yeah, it looks fun." AWOL said before he looked to Schwoz. "But what did you get ol' AWOL." He smiled and Schwoz looked around trying to find something. "I got you... this stick." He said as he handed AWOL the pointer.
AWOL looked at the stick disappointed. "A stick? Schwoz, I used to be able to teleport!"
"And I used to go through a bottle of shampoo every month. Things change." Schwoz shrugged and Phantom couldn't help but laugh.
Schwoz turned to the purple superhero. "I couldn't think of anything for you, but you have your bionics, and you still have the skills that Adrian taught you." Schwoz said, referring to when Adrian taught Eliza karate.
Phantom nodded. "Yeah, that's ok." She smiled and Schwoz returned the smile.
The emergency alarm went off and ShoutOut quickly ran to the study chair and pressed a button. "The Gas Clown is robbing Club Soda!" She smiled.
"This is great! You can use your Danger-Makers to fight some danger." Schwoz smiled and Volt nodded. "Yeah, and if we get one of his canisters, you can make an antidote." She said.
Schwoz nodded. "You'll get there in no time," he started as he walked over to something that covered by a tarp. "When you use the Man Wagon!" He exclaimed as he pulled the tarp off and revealed a small red weapon that had a rocket attached to it.
"Yes!" Brainstorm cheered with a smile as the rest of the group stared at the wagon with blank expressions.

The five members of Danger Force decided to take the Man Wagon, not realising how fast it was, so they all screamed as the Man Wagon went by every street in Swellview in a matter of seconds. They only stopped when they bumped into the Gas Clowns car.
The five groaned in pain as they stood up and chucked their helmets to the floor. Phantom glared at the car. "Stupid car." She sighed.
"Get out of the car, Gas Clown." Volt called out.
The drivers door opened and the Gas Clown stood up while cackling. "You may have beat us last time. But get ready for round two!" AWOL said as he held his stick up.
"And this time, I have a pole." Brainstorm said as he pointed to his fishing pole.
"So, just give up, we've got you outnumbered." ShougOut said and the Gas Clown cackled again as more clowns came out of the car, eventually outnumbering the superheroes.
"Ok, we definitely do not outnumber them." Phantom said to herself.
"Ok, that's enough clowns!" AWOL exclaimed.
All the clowns started cackling. "You clowns wanna laugh? All right, I'll give you something to laugh about!" Volt said as she started cranking her lever. She then shocked one of the clowns, causing him to fall down.
"Clown fight!" AWOL exclaimed loudly and a massive fight broke out.
Two clowns cornered Volt. When Brainstorm tried to cast his fishing pole, it got caught in his cargo jeans, and two clowns tangled him in it. ShoutOut tired to use her fan, but it didn't work so one of the clowns threw a canister at her head. The canister fell down beside AWOL, the gas came out and he started coughing. A clown then managed to get a choke hold on Phantom as she tried to fight him. She tried getting out of his grip, but it only caused her to lose her breath, and she couldn't get it back.
Captain Man then came on his Man Scooter and beat up all the clowns. Once he got most of the clowns, he turned to the one who had Phantom, and punched him straight in the face, causing him to let go of Phantom and fall to the ground.
Captain Man quickly caught Phantom as she was about to fall from exhaustion. The rest of the team stood up. "Thanks for the help, Captain." Brainstorm smiled.
"Get back to the Man's Nest." Captain Man demanded and ShoutOut looked at him confused. "Schwoz told me everything."
"Yeah, but," AWOL started but Captain Man cut him off. "Now!"
The four teens turned around and slowly made their ways back to the Man's Nest. Captain Man followed after a second, helping a tired Phantom walk back.

The five members of Danger Force sat on the small flight of stairs in the Man's Nest, leading up to the glass door as Captain Man paced in front of them, angry. "The lies! The deceit!" Captain Man ranted. "The scandalocity!" Schwoz said and Captain Man turned to him.
"You were in on this too!" He yelled and Schwoz looked down at his science equipment. "But he's right, the scandalocity was off the charts." Captain Man added.
Phantom looked down at her shoes, not wanting to look at how angry her father was.
"You could've got yourselves killed fighting those clowns, or worse!" Captain Man yelled.
Volt looked at him confused. "What's worse?"
"You could've embarrassed me in front of my two best friends in the whole world!" Captain Man said as he motioned to outside.
"Were they even there?" AWOL asked and Captain Man shook his head. "No. They're already on the plane back to wherever Dutch people come from. But they could've been there!"
"We were just trying to get our powers back!" ShoutOut defended and Volt nodded. "Yeah! Schwoz said he could synthesise an antidote if we bring back a sample of the gas." She explained
"And we got it." AWOL said and Captain Man shook his head. "I got it actually, because if you recall, I had to come and save you!"
"I think we had it well in hand." Brainstorm said and Phantom looked up.
"You fished your own butt, Bose!" Captain Man yelled and Brainstorm nodded. "That's fair, that is fair." He said and the rest of the team nodded.
"Look, I'm sorry, but if you guys can't get your powers back, I'm gonna have to take back your gum balls and suspend you from fighting crime." Captain Man said and the teens looked at him with disbelief.
"That's not fair! You let Henry and Andrea fight crime without powers!" Phantom exclaimed. "Yeah, and they almost died like a thousand times!" Captain Man argued.
"We're gonna get our powers back!" ShoutOut exclaimed and Brainstorm nodded. "Yeah, Schwoz said he could do it!" He added.
"Schwoz cannot just magically science up a way to solve every problem, okay? That's not how life works." Captain Man said.
Schwoz held up a test tube rack that held five test tubes with different coloured liquids. "It's done!" He smiled and the five teens cheered for him.
"Wait, what? How?" Captain Man asked confused as Schwoz walked over to the teens.
"A scientist never reveals his secrets." Schwoz said as he held out the test tube rack for ShoutOut to take one. "No, a magician never reveals his secrets." She said.
"Oh, okay, then I can tell you." He said as each member of the team took a test tube. "Don't care how, just want it now." Volt said as she took a test tube.
"Wouldn't understand it anyway." Brainstorm shrugged and Phantom nodded. "Neither." She said and Volt looked at her confused. "But you have bionic intelligence." She said and Phantom nodded. "I know."
"Here's to being super." ShoutOut said as she lifted her test tube a little and the others did the same before they started to drink the liquid.
Schwoz then shot all five friends in the neck with darts, causing them all to grab onto their neck and pull the dart out as they coughed. "Did you just shoot us in the neck with darts?" ShoutOut asked as she stood up.
"The antidote was in the darts." Schwoz smiled. "I trickied you!"
"But why?" Phantom asked asked as she pulled the dart out of her neck.
"Because! You're all scared of needles. Remember the monkey? Rick Twittler? Possessied?" Schwoz said and Volt glared at him. "I took that other needle like a champ."
"That doesn't matter." Captain Man said and Volt shrugged. "Matters to me." She said quietly.
"What matters is if it worked." Captain Man said. "Did you get your powers back?" He asked.
"I don't know. You tell us." AWOL said before he put his fist in the air.
Nothing happened.
"Why isn't it working, Schwoz?" AWOL asked the scientist, who shrugged with a sad look on his face.
Captain Man sighed. "Scream." He told ShoutOut. She tried using her super scream, but it didn't work. "Lift that cart." Caption Man told Brainstorm. He lifted his hand towards the cart and he tried using his telekinesis but the cart stayed on the floor. Captain Man looked at Phantom who held her hand out to generate a laser sphere, but nothing happened. He then looked at Volt who shrugged as No sparks appeared.
Captain Man turned and stood behind Schwoz's cart. "Danger Force, turn in your gum." He told the group and they all looked down.
AWOL walked over and placed his gum container on the cart and walked back. ShoutOut walked up and slammed hers down and followed AWOL. Brainstorm slowly walked up and he and Captain Man looked at each other as the blue superhero placed his gum container on the cart.
Phantom then walked up and looked up at her dad for a moment before she handed him her gum container. Volt was next, and she put her gum container on the cart as Captain Man looked at her as her cheeks were puffed out. "What's in your mouth?" He asked.
"Nothing." Volt said but it was muffled. Captain Man raised his hand and Volt hesitantly spat out a gum ball and wiped her mouth. Captain Man kept his hand up and Volt opened her mouth fully and more gum balls fell onto Captain Man's glove.
Captain Man gave the team one last glance before leaving the room.
"What happened, Schwoz?" ShoutOut asked. "Why didn't it work?" Phantom asked
"I don't know. Unless, the thing that took your powers away wasn't the Gas Clown." Schwoz theorised.
"If it wasn't the gas, then what was it?" AWOL asked and Brainstorm shrugged. "I don't know, but I'm starving. Anyone wanna order some Big Beards?" He asked.
"Dude! We just lost our powers." Volt said. "Of course I want Big Beards."
The five members of Danger Force ordered more food from Big Beards, not knowing that the seafood restaurant was the cause of all their power problems.
