They hurriedly got dressed since they couldn't leave how they were, especially Izuku, he already got an earful from Aizawa for going out like that in this cool weather. He can't go and get sick when he's just now recovering, who knows how badly it'll affect him.
Though Izuku didn't feel like putting on thick clothing he sucked it up since they had more important things going on. The zipper on his jeans got stuck and he started tugging and yanking it with a frustrated whine. The skin on his finger got caught and he mewled loudly making them rush over to him.
"Izu you ok?" Denki asked worriedly.
"Yeah, I'm fine," He shook his hand.
"You're bleeding,"
"Shit let me see,"
Shoto gently grabbed his hand and looked at his finger with a frown. He licked up the blood that started to bead since Alphan saliva can ease a packmate's pain. Denki returned with a band-aid and handed it to Shoto as Mineta finally got Izuku's zipper free and zipped his jeans up. They finished changing their clothes, Denki insisting on putting Izuku's shoes on for him.
"You know I'm not a baby, right?" Izuku told him.
"Oh hush, you know you can't get hurt even if it's only a little while your Omega is healing," Denki stood back up.
"I know you hate feeling helpless, just bear with it for a bit more, we're just trying to make sure you're ok," Mineta told him.
"I know," Izuku smiled a little "I guess I'll take advantage of getting to be lazy before I have to go back to training,"
Shoto lifted him up into his arms, "You can be lazy whenever you want,"
The other two sighed as they followed them, "You're going to spoil him rotten,"
"Don't act like I'm the only one," Shoto chuckled as they couldn't say anything.
"I feel so special," Izuku smiled, hugging his neck.
"You are,"
No one bothered them as they left the building, Shoto unlocked the car and sat Izuku in the back.
"You can lie down for a bit since your nap got interrupted, it'll take about an hour and a half to get there. Denks you can sit up front," Shoto turned to him.
"Yes I get to pick the songs," Denki excitedly got in the passenger seat.
Everyone got settled into the car, Izuku laying his head in Mineta's lap and hugging his waist.
"Why are you so squishy?"
Mineta laughed, "I am?"
"Yeah, you're squishy and warm,"
"Is that why you always want to lay on me?"
"Mhm,"
"What about me?" Denki asked.
"I like laying on you too but you always end up on top of me," Izuku told him.
"Not on purpose~" He whined.
"They should make cars with beds in the back," Izuku thought aloud.
"Pretty sure they do," Denki responded.
Shoto's phone started ringing and Denki accepted it for him, holding it up to his ear as he focused on the road. Izuku laughed as Mineta squinted and tried to count how many freckles Izuku had on his face. Izuku started staring back and soon Mineta turned red and covered Izuku's eyes making Izuku laugh more.
"Why are you so pretty?"
"Maybe I'm just blessed," Izuku removed his hands.
Mineta leaned down to kiss his forehead and Izuku got comfortable, deciding to take his nap now.

They finally arrived at the hospital after being stuck in traffic for an extra twenty minutes. When they entered the waiting room Fuyumi spotted them and came over.
"Hey," Shoto hugged her "How's Dad?"
"He's calmed down a bit, come on he's on the top floor,"
They followed her to the elevator and remained quiet as she and Shoto spoke, not wanting to insert themselves. Once they stepped out of the elevator Shoto stopped and pulled his jacket off, putting it on Izuku.
"I don't trust the scent blockers to block everything out, if you need to step out for air just let me know," Shoto told him.
"I will,"
Shoto took his hand and they continued on, "I've been meaning to check in on you but I never got a chance to," Fuyumi frowned.
"It's alright, life gets hectic sometimes," Izuku told her.
She sighed, "Yeah it does, thanks for coming despite it being hard on you right now. I know Dad will be happy to see you, he won't admit it but he's very fond of you. Every time he brings the ideas you come up to life you're the first person he wants to show. Thank you for that by the way, it makes him happy seeing how excited you get over his quirk," she smiled.
Izuku smiled back, "You don't have to thank me, I enjoy it too,"
They reached Enji's room and there was a guest limit so only Shoto and Izuku went in while Natsuo came out leaving Rei. Shoto hugged his mom as Izuku went over to Enji who made a face as the nurse finished drawing blood.
"Are you ok?" Izuku frowned.
"I'm alright," Enji smiled.
"Your eye isn't damaged, right?"
"Luckily it isn't, I'll just have a scar," Enji told him.
"Oh, so we're twins now?" Shoto grinned.
Rei hit his arm, "That's not funny,"
"Why were you even in Europe?"
Enji sighed, "They asked us for help with the league since they're from Japan, they're trying to make it our problem. So they sent me over to work things out, it was a commission order so I had no choice,"
Izuku clicked his tongue, "They sent you by yourself and that nearly got you killed, the commission needs to take accountability. Just send me there, I only need five minutes to get rid of them,"
Enji patted his head, "Don't be ridiculous, we're heroes remember, we don't take lives we save them. Even if we did I wouldn't let you get blood on your hands, you're still a pup,"
Izuku pouted at that, "I'm almost an adult and look what happened to you, if Hawks and Miriko weren't there then..."
"Hey have some faith in me, I'm the number two hero remember," Enji laughed.
Izuku narrowed his eyes, "Hmmm,"
"So what are you going to do about Touya," Shoto finally asked.
They became serious, "He's our son, we have to do our best to bring him back and make things right. As a family it's our job to do that, he needs our help," Rei said.
"We all failed him, I failed him and this is what my failures led to," Enji said lowly.
"I don't think I can be a part of that," Shoto spoke up.
"Shoto," Rei frowned at him.
"I'm sorry Ma but I can't, he's a stranger to me, we have no connection whatsoever. I can be here to support you but that's it, I have a pack that I need to take care of. They take priority over a sibling I have no memory of and from what I do know he tried to kill me as an infant. So quite frankly I'm not comfortable with being near him let alone helping him," Shoto told her.
"Shoto he's your brother, he needs you, family shouldn't abandon one another in a time of need," Rei tried to get him to reconsider.
"Stop it Rei," Enji said gently "He has every right to feel the way he does and you can't just force him to care if he doesn't. He doesn't owe us or Touya anything, it's ok if he doesn't get involved,"
Rei let out an angry whine, "You're always trying to tear our family apart," She left in tears.
Enji sighed, "Don't worry I'll speak to her once she calms down so don't feel bad, do whatever you feel is right. You're not obligated to get involved in this, I caused this so I should be the only one fixing it anyway,"
Shoto nodded and Izuku patted Enji's hand, "Um it probably isn't my place to say this but I've recently come to terms with the fact that just because you're related by blood doesn't mean they're good for you. If trying to fix the relationship and have them in your life causes more agony than happiness that relationship isn't worth it. I know you love your pup dearly and you want him back in your life but he not only wants to kill you but your entire family.
It...may already be too late to fix things and no matter how much you love him don't let that love put your life at risk. He's dangerous Enji, and he can and will kill without discretion, it isn't worth it. Tell him what you've always wanted to and if that doesn't change how he feels then you have to let him go. From that video, he released it's very clear that he feels that Shoto is the cause of everything that went wrong in his life.
I love you and your family a lot, you've all been so good to me," Izuku's eyes darken "But Shoto means more to me than life itself. If Touya comes for him like he says he will then I won't hesitate to put him down for good. So I sincerely hope you all are successful in making things right," Shoto looked at Izuku as he spoke.
Enji took his hand, "I understand what you're saying, I'm so happy Shoto has someone who loves him that much. I'm aware things likely won't go the way I'm hoping so hear me when I say this, do whatever you need to do to protect your family. I'll take responsibility for whatever that may be, after everything I did to Shoto I can at least do that much,"
