Leah POV:
After a few hours of laying around and thinking about everything that happend in these last days i finally fall asleep.The Night was definitely to short i knew this right away when Lia waked me up.
,,Come on Leah..you need to wake up" Lia said after coming out of the bathroom ,,You have around 15 minutes before we need to go down for breakfast"
I nod and go to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth and thankfully i was a bit more awake then.After i did my hair i came out the bathroom to change my clothes and saw Lia sitting on the bed with Caitlin and Cara standing in front of her
,,What are you two doing here ?" i ask them when all three of them were looking at me
,,I wanted to pick Lia up so we could go down together and then Cara came out of her room and i asked her to come with me" Caitlin explains and Cara nods with a small smile on her face.
,,Caitlin and i am going down..you can go with Cara" Lia says and takes Caitlins Hand to drag her with her out of the room.
Cara and i look after them and she chuckles a bit ,,I give them two weeks before they have something official" she says and i go to my luggage to take out some clothes
,,Is everything ok ?" she asks and i look to her and nod a little ,,Yeah im just not a morning person"
We look at each other a while before i grab the jacket from yesterdays evening that Cara gave me
I watch her how she turns around and look at the wall ,,What are you doing ?" i ask her with a small laugh
,,I thought you wanted to change clothes" she says and i chuckle
,,You know you see my body in the changing room later right ?Or in the shower in all the changing rooms we will be at" i say and she nods ,,I know but i dont want you to feel uncomfortable with me looking"
I say smile at her and nod ,,You're cute" i say while changing my clothes ,,Im not cute..im respectful" she says and i laugh slightly ,,And thats cute"
She shakes her head and laughs a bit
,,What ?Why are laughing ?" i ask her still changing clothes
,,Nothing..i promise.I just cant believe that im cute in your eyes when im just respectful" she says and i sigh ,,Well you are.So accepted it" i say and smile at her when im down ,,You can turn around"
She turns around with a hand on her eyes ,,You're sure everything is covered ?" she asks laughing and i take a step forwards her ,,Look for yourself" i say with a grin
She looks through her hand and takes a deep breath ,,Thank god..i could not eat something after seeing you naked" she says with a laugh while i roll my eyes and smack her playfully on the arm ,,Dont be such a asshole"
,,Owww" she says playing and grins at me ,,Well im a cute asshole right ?" I grin at her and shake my hand ,,Now your just an asshole" i say and shakes her head ,,We both know im not".
She goes to the door and opens it ,,After you Vice Captain" she says and i smile and go out of the room after grabbing my phone.
At breakfast im sitting again with Lia.Kim and Katie join us a few minutes later while i look around and see Cara again with Beth,Steph and Jen at one table.We smile at each other before she goes back to her talk with Steph and Lia takes me out of my thoughts while looking at Cara.
She looks at Cara and then again at me ,,Everything okay ?" she asks and i nod with a smile ,,Yeah..everything is good"
After we got an break for an hour we go down to the training pitch to start the first session in this camp.We do a lot of passing and tactical things in the first session before we head to the gym to do a strength workout.Everyone got something else since the coaching staff makes individual plans for everyone.
I sit next to Beth on one of the bikes and we talk to each other noticing everyone stopped what they were doing to watch Cara do her squats.
She makes a few with an big amount of weight on the barbell before she lays it down and she looks confused around
,,What ?" she asks
,,How much do you have on it ?" Jen breaks the silence
,,I think around 290 Pounds" she says like it was nothing new to her.
,,And was this your last set ?Was this the maximum ?" Steph asks and Cara shakes her head ,,Can someone please tell me why you all are looking at me so shocked ?" she asks
,,They are not shocked they are impressed.Jen does squats with 230 Pounds and everyone thinks she was the strongest but now..you are" Kim says and she nods ,,And thats why everyone is confused ?Girls..my maximum is 350 Pounds and im sure i could do 360 on a good day" she says and laughs a bit
,,Do it!" Katie says and i look at her ,,No..she could hurt herself" i say and she rolls her eyes ,,She is our German Beast..she can do it!" she says and some laugh a bit.
Cara looks around and goes to all the other weights to take some and do the 360 Pounds ,,Dont..you can hurt yourself" i say to her again and she smiles ,,I got that..trust me" she says and i look around.Great..all the other teammates are doing bets
,,How much ?" Cara asks Katie ,,50 pounds against Jordan so do me a favor..please do it" she says and Cara laughs a bit while nodding ,,I got you" she says and i sigh
,,You're definitely an idiot" i say to her and she smirks ,,Im not..you know that.I just like a good challenge" she says and i go back to Beth.
Cara POV:
Well i didnt thought my first camp day with this team would end in a challenge but i love it.I love Challenges and nothing was easier than this.I did the 360 Pounds a few times a while ago and i know i can do it again.
I go under the dumbbell and a little later have it on my shoulders and take a few steps back. I take a deep breath before I do the 8 repetitions and finally let the weight fall to the floor. Katie jumps right on top of me and I catch her while she screams with great joy that she was right.
"Yeah...you really are a beast" she says and I laugh before I put her down and everyone tells me how impressive that was.
A little later we go back to our rooms and i take a shower before going to the physios so they could look at my wrist.I broke it a few months back and still played with it since i could still kick the ball but sometimes it hurts a bit so i need to go to a check up every now and then.
I sit there as Lia and Leah came inside ,,Everything good ?" Lia asks and i nod ,,Yeah just an normal check up" i say and smile at them ,,We wanted to ask you if come with us and a few others to play Volleyball" Leah says and i nod
,,I would love too..you both can go if you want.You dont have to wait for me" i say and they smile ,,Nahh we wait" Lia says.
A few minutes later we were making our way outside to the beach volleyball pitch and stand there to make two teams
,,Ok soo Leah,Wally,Cara and Katie against Jordan,Caitlin,Jen and Beth ?" Viv asks and we nod
,,Are you sure you dont want to play with us ?" i ask her and she nods ,,Yes im definitely sure" she says and i laugh a bit while nodding.Everyone from the team is there and some of the staff members decided to watch us so a lot was going on on the sides.
,,They dont know that you played Volleyball back then right ?" Wally asks me while we stand there waiting for the start of the Game ,,Nope they dont" i say with small grin and clap hands with Katie.
The Game was fun we all had a good time and our team won.After a while i think they noticed that i played Volleyball before but not my fault my mom wanted that i try Volleyball.
When the game was over I lifted Katie up because we won and we were very happy while Lia and Leah high-fived and came to us ,i let Katie down and we did our new handshake we created just a few hours ago before i clap hands with Wally and Leah ,,We are the best!" Katie screams and runs to Beth to jump on her and annoy her while Wally goes to Caitlin and they are talking.I look over to Jordan who is standing there looking at me and Leah
,,You both should talk..take your time and we all are waiting for you two in the players lounge" i say to Leah and look at her with a smile
,,I dont know..i have the feeling nothing will change.Everything will be the same after a while" she says and i nod
,,Then you need to tell her that..talk to each other and try to work on your relationship with her.You both should" she nods and smiles at me before going up to Jordan
,,What did you say ?" Lia says coming to me with Caitlin
,,Just that they should talk and work on their relationship" i answer and take my hoodie to put it on
,,Are you sure you want that to happen ?" she asks and i look at her confused ,,What do you mean ?" I ask and she smiles ,,Nothing..ignore it" she says and goes away with Caitlin ,,I tell you later what she meant" she says quietly and i look confused at the ground before going to the players lounge with Jen and Beth.
We sit there on the sofas and armchairs and i listen to Beth and Katie looking for a good song to start Karaoke
,,Oh my God!" i hear all of a sudden and see Noelle and Manu looking at me ,,What ?" i ask them
,,You did Covers a few years ago..and you can freaking sing" they say to me in German and Laura joins ,,Really ?Show me!" she says and sprints over to Noelle and Manu.I stand up and go to them ,,No please.." i say and try to take the phone
All the others look confused at us ,,Could you girls please talk in English so we know what is going on ?" Steph says and i sigh.Manu smirks and looks into the round
,,We have a singer and an guitar player in our team" she says and looks at the phone ,,And she can play the piano too" Noelle says and i go back to my Armchair while all the others watch one of my old covers of the Song Right now from One direction.
They watch the whole video while i sit there and look at it while i hope i can just go and never need to talk about it again
,,Serious Question..what can you not do ?" Katie asks and i sigh
,,No seriously..you're an amazing football player.You played Ice Hockey and Volleyball..you can freaking sing and you play two instruments.What more ?Can you speak 5 languages ?" Beth says and i laugh a bit
,,No i only speak german,english and a bit of Dutch and Spanish" i say and shake my head ,,And no im not perfect in everything..i just had a lot of money to do all the things i wanted to do when i was a kid" i say to them and smile a bit
,,Im not good in maths or in physics" i say and look at Lia ,,And i was in mental therapy after my first Pro Season.Im a person who likes to make everyone happy but sometimes forgets herself.And its still like this just a bit healthier"
,,But your still perfect in everything" Katie says making me laugh
,,If you think so..but im not perfect.I did lose games and play a wrong note on the piano.So yeah maybe good but not perfect" i say and smile while they all smile at me
,,You still need to play the guitar in the future for us..and you need to sing for us" Beth says and i laugh ,,If you guys are happy then yes"
Just a few minutes later i got a guitar in my hand and we play some songs while all the other ones singing and we had our fun.
Just a while later Leah and Jordan joined us and sat next to Beth and Caitlin and they told them everything that had happend.I was talking to Jen and told her how she could improve her guitar playing since she has few problems with faster songs.
Viv came up to me and gave me her phone ,,Do you know this one ?" she asks and i take her phone to look at a Taylor Swift Song.
I look up to her and sigh a bit ,,Not a big swiftie..but i know the basic songs" i say and she looks at me shocked
,,Yes she is definitely not perfect"she says and everyone looks to us ,,She is not a swiftie" she says and i laugh a bit before i get shocked faces from everyone ,,But you know a few songs right ?" Beth asks and i look to her ,,Just two or three.Like Shake it off" i say and smile a bit.
,,Well you definitely need a Taylor Swift Lesson since almost everyone is listening to her" Viv says and i nod ,,Okay.." i say and play some more songs for everyone so they could sing and i had fun with it and we just had an amazing time.
,,Okay before we go to Bed..Cara needs to sing for us.So we can sleep good" Katie says with a grin and i sigh a bit but nod with a smile ,,Okay..has someone an idea what i could play ?" i ask and everyone thinks for a minute
,,Do you know The Angel from Louis Dunford ?" Leah asks and i grin ,,Yes..obviously"
,,Ok then this one..and we join you for the chorus" she says and i nod and begin to play and sing it.I smile at all my teammates while we all sing it again and someone from the staff films it and puts it online on the Arsenal Instagram Page.

Sooo Part II of the Training Camp.In the next chapter i just write the end of it and then we maybe have Cara's first Arsenal Game :)
