If youre reading this, it probably means that you also suffer from being a teen. I just want to say, that its okey if you dont know what to do, if you dont know how things work and if you dont know who you are. I guess we all experience these kind of things and were all afraid to talk about it. Im afraid too. Thats why im writing this with no face or name to it. But i guess its fine cuz im taking my first step. I was never able to ask for help when i needed it, i was never able to actually express my feelings, my toughts, but now, i had enough. I want to be heard, i want to be seen and i know that the only way i can do that is by adressing those people who suffer the same as me. So if youre here, cuz youre suffering too and dont know how to speak up, dont know what to do, you are more than welcome to express yourself here. Im not gonna judge you, so i expect the same. I just want you all to feel that
