"You know it is going to be okay. Whatever happens with you and mark. I know you'll do best for this one and yeah Callie had Sofia but Rosie roo will always my favourite girl" Ellie said as Rosie started to cry
Lexie and Jackson lay in bed in the next room.
"Okay. I'm ... I can't-I can't-I can't. Um, I can't have sеx when there's a baby from a broken home in the next room. I...don't know why Cassie is still in your ex girlfriend room and hasn't gone back to mark them again mark...I can't listen to that brat anymore" Lexie said
She lays back down next to Jackson, who climbs on top of her.

"Oh does she really think she'll intimate any of those new interns" Cassie said as Ellie groaned as she looked to Cassie
"I hate new interns, their stupid, they don't do anything right and they get in my way" Ellie said as Cassie looked to her and laughed

"How's it going to Meredith and derek I mean he's basically your other brother" Cassie asked as Ellie looked to her and sighed
"All I know is there not talking, he isn't staying here and is working on his dream house but there's zola still it's a lot and I dunno I guess they made me believe in love you know now I don't believe in anything" Ellie said as Cassie smiled

"Jerry Hoffman. C.T. showed a traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. I cleaned and splinted his humerus fracture and sutured his facial lacerations. " Jackson said
" Well, he won't need surgery, but let's do a neuro exam every two hours just to make sure." Derek said
" Let's take a look at your handiwork. Oh, dear God. My grandmother could sew up a stuffed turkey ... " mark aiad
"Nard job since she's dead. I'll redo them" Ellie said

"Mr. Hoffman? Dr. Shepherd. You're at Seattle Grace hospital. There was an accident. A sinkhole collapsed" Derek said

" Nicky's on his way in. He's had some severe injuries that they need me to assess, but I promise you, I'm gonna take good care of your son." Derek said

"Oh right from the scar she . Apparently it's so bad she's like leather face as it's that gross and disgusting wait you have seen what's it like is it gross you can tell me" Lexie said

"Oh, uh, Jackson, Jackson, I need you to take over on a couple of these. " april said
" I can't. I have to see a man about redoing some sutures" jackson said

"Bailey needs her spleen patient taken to the O.R. " lexie said as April reads the board
"Uh ... he's in bed 3. So ... he just, um, he needs a consent form. "

"Dr. Sloan, I think you're gonna be really impressed by the buried sutures I did here. After you. " mark said as Jackson opens the curtain, revealing there's a woman lying in the bed instead of their male patient.
" That is impressive. It is. Gender reassignment, huh? Yeah. Normally they don't teach that till next year. " mark said as Ellie held back a laugh
" That's a mistake. This is not... " Jackson said
" Call me when you find the right patient. I don't have time for this." Mark said as he walked off
"Tour trying too hard" Ellie said

"Looks perfect, Jerry. Second time's the charm. Sutures look a lot better. " mark said
" Really? That's great. " Jackson said
"No. No, no. Not great. Better. Which isn't saying much considering the crappy job you did the first time. " mark said
" You-you just said it looked a lot better, s... " Jackson said
" This guy just fell into a sinkhole, his kid's in surgery, and now he's got a scar to remind him of this terrible day for the rest of his life. You want to go tell him that, big shot? Go ahead. Oh and Avery if you don't stop messing my sister around I won't reach you because I'll have to reach you Ellie has been through a lot in her life and has been hurt I'm not going to let you hurt her" mark said as Jackson nodded

Ellie walked over to Cassie who was in the tunnels and smiled as she sat next to her and smiled
"Are you okay? It can't be easy you working with Jackson. I know mark is excited to teach you both though" Cassie said as Ellie smiled
"I'm okay. My head is just a mess. I am trying to deal with it all. But it's not easy" Ellie said as Cassie looked to her and smiled
"It won't be. Can you believe mer got married" Cassie said as Ellie looked to her and nodded
"I know it's a shock I mean Karev has a lot to answer for, for being so spiteful. She did it for the chiefs wife after all" Ellie said
"Yeah."
"How is it going with mark. I know the two of you are getting close again" Ellie asked As Cassie smiled
"We're not getting back together I'm still hurt at what he did with Callie for now we are trying to coparent Rosie as it's the best for her and the start of her life was hell" Cassie said as Ellie looked to her and smiled
"I get that. It will be okay. You know that you'll make it work" Ellie said as Cassie looked to her and smiled
"Yeah hopefully" Cassie said. She knew Ellie had been through a lot as well and while she was okay and things were good with mark Cassie knew she wanted Ellie to be happy
Ellie knew how things were and she knew that Jackson was Lexie and she knew that she missed him and she knew how they had sex and told each other that they loved each other after the crash and Ellie knew it was just one night but she did miss him
She missed how things were before she shooting. She knew how mark had told her to move on but she didn't know if she could. Ellie knew that she s had feelings for Jackson Avery
