Karan's eyes glitters listening bajarbattu from her mouth after long.. he felt so good but was also confused with her behaviour
He was confused that why she was behaving so nicely with him.. he came out of his thoughts when Preeta called him
Preeta: Karannn.. (Karan looked at her) kabse bula rahi hu mai.. sunn ku nahi rahe ho?
Karan: So.. sorry.. woh mai kuch soch raha tha.. tum ruko mai dawai deta hu
Preeta nodes.. Karan gives her the medicine and water

Saying this she went towards the bed and lays in the bed
Karan looked at her unbelievably.. he too went towards the couch and layed there

Karan woke up listening some noises.. he looked at Preeta standing in front of the mirror and getting ready while humming a song
He sat in the bed and smiled looking at her

He again gaze at her and chuckles seeing her struggling with the laces of the blouse
He stood up and stood behind him.. he raised his hands to help her but Preeta wide her eyes seeing him and immediately turned towards him

Before Preeta could say anything he immediately tying her laces
Preeta was about to shout at him but stopped seeing him closing his eyes.. seeing his gesture Preeta felt so blessed

Saying this she immediately ate the medicine and went downstairs
After sometime
Karan came downstairs to have breakfast.. he smiled widely seeing no one sitting beside Preeta and Arjun sitting opposite to her
He immediately went towards the dining table and sat beside her
Karan (smiling widely): Good morning everyone
All got confused seeing him so happy while Arjun chuckled knowing the reason

Karan: Ku mere khush rehne se tujhe koi problem hai.. khud tuh din bhar devdas jaisa bane ghumta hai.. abb mai khush hu.. toh woh bardasht nahi ho raha tujhse
Sherlyn giggled listening to him.. Rishabh glared her
Rishabh (smiling tightly): Tujhse baat hi karna bekar hai
Sherlyn: Karan tumhe Rishabh ji ko nahi nahi bata naa hai toh matt batao.. par mujhe toh bata do apni khushi ka kaaran
Karan (smiles): Bhabhi.. woh Preeta humare rishte ko ekk chance dena chahti hai (looks at Preeta)

Karan grins listening to them but then he looked at Preeta who was not looking happy with the plan

Arjun (glaring her): Tera dimag kharab ho gaya hai kya..? Jab dekh yeh bakwas leke baith jaati hai.. aree I already have a girlfriend.. phir mai tere pati me ku nazar dalunga
Preeta: Matlab agar teri girlfriend nahi hoti.. toh nazar daalta tu Karan pe
Arjun (angrily): Dekh.. bohot ho gaya tera (irritated) aur tujhe aissa ku baar baar lagta hai.. ki meri nazar tere pati par hai
Preeta: Ku ki mera pati.. bohot handsome hai.. bhale mai usse abhi naraz hu.. par haa.. handsome bada hai mera pati
Arjun (smiling tightly): Sorry Preeta Arora.. opps Luthra ji.. muh aapke handsome pati pe koi interest nahi hai

A week later
In this one week Karan tried every possible thing to get Preeta's forgiveness while Preeta was impressed by the way he was trying to mend the things between them
It was the day when Arjun was going back and Preeta was all emotional
She was hugging him being emotional and Karan was seeing them making faces being jealous
Karan (in mind): Kya hai yaar babydoll.. abb woh jaa raha hai.. toh jaane de naa.. kya gale laga rakha hai usko kabse (frowns)
While other side Preeta and Arjun break the hug.. Arjun wiped Preeta's tears making Karan more jealous

Rakhi: Ku bhai..? Preeta hi ku milne aayegi? Tu milne nahi aa sakta.. dekh abhi toh mai tujhe rok nahi sakti.. par haa.. mujhe waada kar.. ki hum sab se milne aata rahega tu
Arjun (chuckles): Okk.. I promise aunty mai aata rahunga aap sab se milne
Rishabh came forward and hugged him
Rishabh: Tujhe naa mai jetna thank you bolu utna kam hai.. tere kaaran mere bhai ki life sudhar gayi
Arjun (smiled): Maine toh kuch nahi kiya
Rishabh: Jhooth matt bol.. mujhe bataya Sherlyn ne.. ki tune hi Preeta ko Karan ko ekk chance dene k liye kaha.. Preeta ne Sherlyn ko bataya tha
Karan looked at Arjun surprisingly
Arjun: Maine yeh sab sirf apni best friend k liye kiya.. aur abb toh Karan bhi mera dost hai (to Karan) ku Karan

Karan chuckles and nodes.. Preeta narrowed her eyes seeing them
Arjun: Accha abb chalta hu mai.. flight ka time ho raha hai
Saying this he waved at everyone and left from there
Preeta pouts sadly seeing him gone.. Karan kept his hand on her shoulder comfronting her

Preeta was sitting in the bed waiting for Karan
Preeta: Yeh Karan abhi tak aaya ku nahi.. waise toh 8 baje tak aa jaata tha.. par aaj 9 baj gaye abhi tak nahi aaya (she heard the bell ringing) aa gaya sayad
She smiled widely and immediately ran downstairs

Preeta opened the door and smiled seeing Karan.. Karan smirked looking at her
He entered inside
Karan: Kya baat hai Mrs. Luthra.. mera intezar kar rahi thi aap
Preeta: Mai koi tumhara intezar nahi kar rahi thi samjhe
Sherlyn: Accha toh daur k ku aayi (Karan looked at her) tujhe pata hai Karan.. bell ki aawaz sunte hi daur kar aayi hai madam
Preeta: Aisa.. aisa kuch nahi hai.. tum.. bhabhi kuch bhi bol rahi hai.. tum jaake fresh ho jao.. mai mom k saath dinner lagati hu
Karan smirks again but Preeta glared at him which made his smirk vanish
Karan: Mai.. mai fresh hoke aata hu
Saying this he immediately left upstairs while Sherlyn chuckles
Sherlyn: Tumne bhi naa Preeta.. dara rakha hai bechare ko
Preeta: Nahi bhabhi maind koi nahi daraya.. yeh toh khud darta hai.. (chuckles) aur mujhe bada maza aata hai
Sherlyn (smiled): Tum dono ko aise dekh k bada accha lagat hai.. par please mere dewar ko jyaada pareshan matt karna
Preeta: Par thora toh karungi.. ku ki usns bhi mujhe bohot sataya hai
Both looked at each other and bursted out laughing
Sherlyn: Preeta.. tum upar jao.. jaa ke dekho.. kahi Karan ko kisi cheez ki jarurat toh nahi.. mom ki dinner mai help kar dungi
Preeta: Par bhabhi.....
Sherlyn: Maine kaha naa tum jao.. mai sab sambhal lungi.. tum bass mere devar ko sambhalo

After sometime all had their dinner and went to their respective rooms

Preeta came out of washroom after wearing her night dress.. Karan who was scrolling in his while sitting in the bed phone looked at her
He simply stood up from the bed and went towards the couch to lay there but Preeta stopped him

Karan: Nahi nahi.. mai tumhare pass bilkul bhi nahi aunga.. abb so jaye?

Saying this she hugged him tightly.. Karan hugged her back tearfully

Both looked at each other tearfully and hugged each other again

Karan smiled pulling her closer and leaned towards her.. Preeta too leaned towards him while closing her eyes and wrapped her around his neck
And soon their lips met.. both kissed each other other passionately
After sometime both break the kiss being out of breath.. Karan picked up Preeta in his arms.. he moved towards bed and made her lay in the bed
He came over her and leaned towards her.. screen blurred
