"What are they doing?!" Maki demanded. "Why aren't they eating lunch?! Why is Kaito being shown that piece of paper?!"
"Hmhmhm...I think Kokichi's tutoring Kaito, since Kaito's kinda struggling in math," Kaede giggled. Himiko gasped.
"You mean...Kokichi is the smarter one?!" she breathed.
"Yeah...pretty much," Kaede replied.
"Tell...me...more...about...him..." Himiko rasped.
"Er, well...Kokichi Ouma is the Ultimate Supreme Leader. He's a trickster," Kaede replied. "He likes playing pranks on people, and he does tend to lie a lot. But, other than that, not many people really know about him." Himiko's eyes widened.
"What do you mean?!" she demanded.
"He...doesn't really like to talk about himself," Kaede explained. "So, we really don't know anything about him."
"So, he's...he's...mysterious?!" Himiko asked, hyperventilating.
"Uhhh....yeah...pretty much," Kaede said, raising a brow at Himiko.
"Oh, my goth! He's...perfect! " Himiko breathed. "Nyeeeeeeh...deathly pale, dark hair, smart, a trickster, and...mysterious! And him being the Ultimate Supreme Leader, I bet he also wears a cape! All of that can only mean one thing!" She sighed and moaned rapturously as she ran her hands down her body. "I want...him...now!"
"But...why do you want him?" Shuichi asked. "He's kind of a troublemaker." Himiko locked murderous eyes with him.
"Nyeeeh...don't you understand?" she growled. "He's a vampire! And he lies to protect his true identity!"
"Hahaha, what?" Shuichi laughed. "He's not a vam-" But, he was interrupted by Kaede nudging him to be quiet.
"You know, maybe you're right, Himiko!" she said with a large grin. "I think Kokichi's a vampire, too!"
"K-Kaede!!" Shuichi stammered.
"I know I'm right...!" Himiko replied, breathing heavily. "I must have him...now!"
"What about Kaito?" Maki asked eagerly. "Tell me more about him!"
"Hm, well...Kaito Momota is the Ultimate Astronaut," Shuichi replied.
"So, he's gone to space?" Maki breathed.
"Well, actually, not-" Shuichi began.
"He has!" Kaede interrupted. Shuichi looked at her in utter shock.
"Amazing!" Maki breathed. "Outer space is the perfect place! It's darker than my room and it's suffocating! To be in a place where darkness and death are practically waiting to take you away in their sweet embrace...he is sooo lucky!" Maki and Himiko sighed blissfully as they stared dreamily at Kaito and Kokichi.
"Sooo...are you two going to the Halloween dance this Saturday, now?" Kaede asked.
"Kokichi doesn't have a girlfriend, does he?!" Himiko asked.
"Or Kaito?!" Maki added.
"Nope! They're both single!" Kaede replied cheerfully. Maki and Himiko swooned again.
"We'll be there," they sighed in unison.
"Good!" Kaede said, pulling Shuichi along. "C'mon, Shuichi. Let's go."
"Kaede, why would you lie to them like that?" Shuichi whispered as they walked away.
"Let them be in love, Shuichi!" Kaede replied. "This is probably their first time having a crush on someone, and I think they should experience it to the fullest!"
"If you say so, Kaede," Shuichi mumbled with uncertainty. Meanwhile, Kaito was getting frustrated with Kokichi tutoring him.
"Kokichi, you're not even makin' any sense!" he said. "How the hell does x=5?!" Kokichi groaned and rolled his eyes.
"Because, you idiot! What you do on this side, you do to the other! Then, that cancels out that, and that's how you get 5!" he exclaimed in exasperation. "God, Kaito! Sometimes, you're even dumber than Gonta!"
"Say that to my face, asshole!" Kaito growled. Kokichi thrusted his face inches from Kaito's.
"Yooouuu're...even...dumbeeerrr...thaaan...Gon-taaaaaa!!!" he enunciated, cupping his hands around his mouth.
"I'm not dumb! You're just impatient!" Kaito countered.
"You got one of those things right!" Kokichi said, standing up from the table. "Later!"
"Heeeey! Mrs. Kobayashi said you have to tutor me!" Kaito said. "It's your job as an honor roll student!"
"She's not paying me, so it's not my job!" Kokichi retorted with a cheeky grin. "And, therefore, not my problem!" With that, he walked away, leaving Kaito alone.
"Dammit..." he growled. "What am I gonna do, now?"
"I'll help you," Maki said, suddenly appearing by his side, making Kaito jump. He looked at Maki in shocky. (Haha XD).
"Whoa! Who are you?!" he asked. "I haven't seen you around here!" Maki sat down right next to him, her eyes fixated on his.
"Maki Yumekawa, Ultimate Assassin," she replied. "I'm new here." She leaned closer to Kaito, who nervously scooted back. "Can I touch your hair?" she asked.
"Uuummm...sure?" Kaito replied hesitantly. Maki began breathing heavily as she slowly reached for his hair. She slowly caressed it, closing her eyes as she enjoyed every stroke.
"It's so...sharp," she whispered. "Can you stab people with your hair?"
"I...don't know. I've never tried it before," Kaito replied awkwardly. "Listen, um, Maki, I'm glad you like my hair an' all, but I gotta go." He stood up to leave, but Maki grabbed his arm.
"Wait!" she cried desperately. Kaito sat back down.
"W-What is it?" he stammered fearfully.
"I said I'd help you...with your math homework," Maki said.
"A-hahaha...you don't have to," Kaito replied nervously. "I can always find someone else to-"
"I want to!" Maki insisted, staring Kaito in his eye. She began feeling his face and slowly brushing her hand down his cheek. "I'll do aaaanything to be near you."
"Whoa! Do you like me, or somethin?'" Kaito asked.
"I adore you..." Maki whispered, her chest heaving with burning passion.
"Well, I can't really blame ya," Kaito said with a proud grin. "After all, I'm Kaito Momota, Luminary of the Stars!"
"That is sooo hot!" Maki breathed, baring her teeth sensually at him.
"Hahaha, thanks!" Kaito replied. "Let's get started, then! Okay, how do I do 6x plus-" But Maki placed her hand on Kaito's math homework. Kaito looked up in surprise at Maki, who was staring at him lustfully. Kaito's heart began pounding against his chest as Maki pressed her hand against it. "M-Maki?" he stammered.
"Let's not talk about math right now," Maki murmured. "Let's talk about...chemistry."
"Er, well, ahem...I'm actually doing alright in chemistry," Kaito muttered. He tugged at his collar as beads of sweat started pouring down his face. "Hey, is it just me, or is it getting hot in here?"
"I'm not talking about that chemistry," Maki said, leaning in closer to Kaito. "I'm talking about you...and me...at the dance this Saturday."
"Oh! You're askin' me out to the dance?" Kaito asked, laughing nervously.
"Will you go with me?" Maki breathed, basically crawling onto Kaito at this point. Kaito let out a yelp of surprise when he realized Maki was sitting on his lap.
"Uhh...I, uhhh...um..." Kaito stammered. Maki's lips were inches away from Kaito's. "I, uh...oop!" Kaito was cut off by Maki suddenly pressing her lips against his. As she kissed him, she uttered small moans and sighs of pleasure. Kaito's face reddened as his whole body began to heat up. Maki gasped sharply as she pulled away. She clutched his shirt tightly and stared longingly into his eyes. Kaito was breathing heavily as he lifted his shaky hand to give Maki a thumbs up. "Okay...I'll go with you."
