The City is falling apart, families are in agony and sorrow for the ones they've lost to the Unknown nicknamed after his mode of appearance, MR. DARK
No one has volunteered to go in search for those lost or even tried to look deep into the matter. Everyone trying to save his or herself with family leaving the authorities to sort it out by themselves alone.
All the happening doesn't seem right for Luke who is just a teenager and doesn't have much to contribute to the society.
