As you arrived at the Airbnb with Hunter, Catherine, and Jenna, you couldn't help but feel a sense of relief washed over you, your finally here, finally in Romania. and filming will start anytime now, You couldn't wait to dive into this project, you made a mental note to yourself to stay focused, professional, and relaxed. No more getting stuck in feelings or thoughts, it was time to bring out your A-game and give it your best.
as you were lost in thought a hand on your shoulder brought you back to reality "are you ok?" you turn around to see Catherine, one of the seasoned members of the cast, You were initially starstruck, but quickly composed yourself.
"yeah I'm fine, just relieved that we're finally here, one step closer, you know?" you say with a small smile she returned the smile and said " do you mind helping me out a bit i cant seem to get this suitcase out from the back" "uh sure no problem" Offering to help Catherine with her suitcase, with a good grip on the suitcase you carefully slid it side to side and when you felt it unhook off something you gave it a good tug and it came straight out.
"thank you Young man" she said going to pick it up from you "its ok Catherine ill take it in for you" you say grabbing out your own suitcase, "look out Mr, gentlemen is here" hunter calls out
"Alright, Hunter, really? When do you plan to stop messing with me?" you groaned. "Not anytime soon," he winked, with Jenna laughing in the background. "What are you laughing at?" you asked Jenna.
"Nothing, just that neither of them are gonna shut up about us, I know it," she replied. As you headed towards the front door, "There is no 'us.'" you scoffed

"The place looks nice, no?" Hunter remarked to Jenna. "I love the colors," she responded, awestruck. "Also, don't listen to him," Hunter leaned in, whispering to Jenna before casually strolling into the apartment.
"you mean when he said, 'There is no us'?" Jenna says, but Hunter just shrugged. "You never know, what can happen" he teased. "We're just co-stars, alright?" Jenna retorted, but hunter was already inside with the others.
as Jenna entered she was met by everyone standing in the entrance amazed by the open planned Airbnb
"Whoa, this place is so cozy!" Jenna exclaimed, her eyes darting around to take in every detail.
Catherine wandered into the kitchen area, " nice kitchen as well" she says " Y/n's gonna cook up some master chef quality meals in here" hunter chuckled as you shot him shocked look
"who said I'd be cooking?" you joked walking up to a couch "Okay, but do these couches pass the comfort test?" Jenna announced, as you jumped and sunk into the plush sofa and let out a theatrical sigh. "Oh yeah, top-tier comfort right here."
after a couple of minutes of exploring the main areas of the Airbnb you all decided to unpack and settle into your own rooms, your room being on the same floor as Hunter and Catherine being on the second floor as Jenna.
as you made it to the room you have chosen, the first thing you did was slump into the bed and had accidentally fell asleep. time had passed, and the rest of the crew continued with their unpacking and settling into their rooms.
its been two hours and hunter, Jenna and Catherine had no idea where you were "surely he's not still unpacking is he ?" hunter said as Jenna looked at the time "its been over two hours" she yawned "well you two go check on him, i have to call Tim" Catherine says going up to her room
Jenna and Hunter exchanged glances as they stepped into your room, their initial concern shifting to amusement at the sight of you peacefully sleeping. The room was dimly lit by the bedside lamp.
"Guess he was more tired than we thought," Hunter whispered, trying not to disturb you. Jenna's lips curved into a gentle smile. The two of them quietly walked around the room, glancing at the still-packed suitcases. "he didn't even start unpacking" hunter whispers
"I don't think he's planning on waking up anytime soon," Jenna says, stifling a laugh.
"yeah Let's give him some time," Hunter suggested, leading Jenna out of the room, gently closing the door behind them. "He must've needed it." Jenna finished,
Hunter couldn't help but find her words amusing. "The man slept 15 hours on the plane and still needs more? Must be some serious beauty sleep he's going for," he chuckled as they walked down the hallway.
Jenna, on the other hand, was captivated by the sight of you peacefully resting. "He must have been really exhausted though" she said, her voice a gentle whisper. "I mean, we've all been through a lot with the travel and everything."
"yeah but, finding out your dad has cancer will Definity do it" Hunter blurted out as Jenna's eyes go wide "his dad got cancer!?" she whisper shouted " yeah, i wasn't supposed to bring that up... Percy and Georgie told me"
"Oh no, that's terrible. And here I was thinking he's just tired from the travel."
Hunter scratched his head awkwardly. "Yeah, they said he got the news right before we left. Must be tough for him."
As Jenna's eyes flickered towards your room, through the open door the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you slept seemed to captivate her attention. Hunter caught on to her distraction.
"Something on your mind?" he teased as he playfully nudged her, a grin on his lips. "You're not developing a little crush on our sleepy co-star, are you?"
Jenna's cheeks turned slightly pink, "No way! I was just... thinking about, you know, the filming schedule and stuff."
Hunter raised an eyebrow, not buying it for a second. "Uh-huh, sure. Just remember, we're all here to work, not to get distracted by Y/n's charm."
Jenna took a brief moment, looking back towards your room with a thoughtful gaze again. The seriousness in her eyes. you could tell that something about your situation had struck a chord with her.
Rolling her eyes, Jenna lightly shoved Hunter. "Don't be ridiculous. I was just... wondering if he's alright. You know, considering everything."
The unexpected sound of Hunter tripping echoed, And your eyes slowly opened, adjusting to the sudden noise, you found yourself standing in the doorway with a sleepy yawn. Jenna couldn't help but chuckle, the sight of you rubbing your eyes and yawning was giving off an endearing, childlike vibe, like a child waking up after a nap.
"Hey, Sleeping Beauty, back to the land of the living are you?" Jenna teased with a playful grin. Your slightly disoriented expression only added to their laughter.
You ruffled your hair and mumbled a sleepy greeting. "What's going on out here?"
"Hunter had a little accident. He's just too graceful," she replied,
Hunter, still recovering from the shove, shot her a mock glare. "Yeah, yeah, laugh it up. I was just messing with you. I Didn't think I'd hit a nerve." he says referring to her shoving him
"You'll live, drama queen." Jenna said
"well I'm going to start unpacking so, I'll see you around" you say walking back into your room
As you stepped back into your room, Jenna called out, "Don't fall sleep this time, or we might have to send in the rescue squad."
You saluted her, promising to keep your eyes open, and closed the door behind you, Jenna watched you go. Hunter nudged her, "Lost in thought again, Jenna. damn" she nudged him back " any bets on how long it'll take for him to fall asleep again?" she giggled
hunter smirked crossing his arms. "I give it... an hour, tops."
you took a moment to look around the room which now felt a bit more familiar after your nap. so with a determined sigh. the place carried a quiet ambiance that allowed your mind to wander. As you unpacked, you stumbled upon items that brought comfort photos of your family, a worn-out book with scribbled notes, and a couple of polaroid's from the set of "X".
With each unpacked item, the room turned into a personal space, as you finished organizing, you glanced at the clock and realized that the evening had settled in. The soft glow of the streets lights filtered through the curtains, "I'm really doing this" you said to yourself,
after awhile of watching T.V with the group started to get hungry including you "anyone up for pizza?" you question "pizza sounds nice" hunter replied, "I tend to shy away from that, ill probably have a salad" Catherine says "i don't mind pizza as long as its vegan" Jenna tells you as you jump up from the sofa and searched for the closest take away pizza.
you made sure to get a vegan pizza for Jenna, and found a place that does salads and got one for Catherine, as you were walking back to the Airbnb you saw Georgie at a local McDonalds, he saw you too and from the line he waved at you before flipping you off, only because you flipped him off first, you chuckled to yourself before walking back
"I'm back and food is here!" you say as you entered the front door
"finally, I'm starving" Jenna says being overdramatic in her movements
You distributed the pizza boxes and salad, making sure everyone got what they preferred. Jenna's face lit up when she saw the vegan pizza, and Catherine graciously accepted the salad with a smile.
As you all gathered around the living area, the atmosphere became more relaxed. The chatter and laughter filled the room.
Jenna was savoring her vegan pizza "Y/n, you're a lifesaver! Finding vegan options in a new place can be tricky."
taking a bite of your own pizza. "Glad I could make everyone happy."
The group continued to share stories, discuss plans for the upcoming days, After dinner the decision to watch a movie was made by you, Hunter and Jenna. Catherine wanted to go relax in her room. You scrolled through the streaming services, all of you considering multiple options. Eventually, you settled on a film that looked promising
The movie started innocently enough, with action sequences and an intriguing cast. However, much to everyone's surprise, it took an unexpected turn into romance. As the scenes grew more tender and affectionate, you and Jenna exchanged glances.
Hunter, who had already seen the movie, couldn't resist a grin as he noticed your discomfort. "Well, well, looks like we stumbled upon a romantic masterpiece," he laughs
Despite the light-hearted comment, You and Jenna subtly shifted away from each other on the sofa, Hunter, thoroughly entertained by the turn of events, couldn't resist making more jokes. "Don't worry, folks, I won't spoil the ending for you lovebirds."
You rolled your eyes, Hunter was convinced that he had uncovered a hidden romance between you two, he purposefully chose this movie as it had to employees falling in love "Ah, the classic tale of colleagues turned lovers," he says, earning groan from both you and Jenna as the two of you realized why he wanted to watch this movie so bad
"Yes, because nothing says romance like a movie night with Hunter as our narrator." Jenna retorts
You chuckled. The movie continued, but the real entertainment for Hunter seemed to be the interactions between you and Jenna.
after the movie ended Hunter leaned in, his voice low enough for only you and Jenna to hear. "You know, there's no shame in admitting feelings. It's like a rom-com waiting to happen."
Jenna shot him a look before turning to you with a smirk. "Well, Y/n, should we let Hunter in on our secret love affair?"
you choked on your water at the out of pocket comment, but quickly decided to play along. "Sure, Hunter, we're madly in love. Happy now?"
"you guys are no fun, you know that?" he yawns before getting up "I'm going to bed, and no funny business alright?"
You and Jenna exchanged a look, a silent agreement that Hunter's teasing wouldn't stop. As he left the room,
"Secret love affair, huh?" Jenna chuckled. "I think we just became the stars of our own romantic comedy like we're living out a script that Hunter wrote himself."
You took a deep breath "Look, Jenna, we're here to do a job, that's it. I don't want anything to interfere with the project or our working relationship."
Jenna furrowed her brow, surprised by your sudden change in demeanor. " I thought we were just having fun with it."
You nodded and walked off to your room as well
"what's up with him?" Jenna thought to herself "did i do something? i mean it's like back at the hotel it was like he was just avoiding me at times"
