"so, it looks like there's still a lot of stuff we don't know about you y/n, care to explain?" Georgie says
You leaned back in the taxi. Georgie's question lingered in the air, and you couldn't help but chuckle. Taking a moment to gather your thoughts, you began to share a bit of your past with the two. " when I was younger, I used to be into street racing. Fast cars, adrenaline, the whole deal. But," you hesitated.
Percy's eyes widened "You were a street racer?"
You nodded, "Yeah, I had a thing for it. Used to modify cars, enter races, it was a different world to what i do now"
"so, what made you stop?"
"It's a long story," you replied, glancing out the window as the city lights passed by. "But long story short, I stopped because things were getting more serious with acting, and my manager thought it was best to avoid any potential risks. So, yeah that's about it
"wait so how old where you through all this?" Percy asked
"yeah your still young aren't you?" Georgie says
"I'm 21, my dad taught me how to drive stick when i was 14 on our property, i got my licence at 16 so, i would've been 16 and i got that 911 at 18"
(TIME PASSED)
you made it back to the airport and the time was 4:50, "you guys had me worried for a bit, but you got here in time" Tim said as you all once again boarded the new bigger plane that held more fuel.
as you all settled in, the plane took off, you sat with hunter and he was watching Netflix, but you didn't pay attention, the 16-hour flight ahead seemed like an opportunity to catch up on some much-needed rest. You reclined your seat, closed your eyes, and drifted into a peaceful sleep.
(HOURS LATER)
Eventually, a soft glow began to come through the windows. The hum of Hunter snickering to a joke from his show he was watching gently pulled you back to consciousness. Slowly, you opened your eyes, adjusting to the light of the plane cabin.
Glancing around, You stretched in your seat and caught Hunter's eye as he paused his Netflix binge.
"Morning, or whatever time it is," you mumbled, still groggy from your extended nap.
"well looks like your not dead" Hunter replied with a smirk, removing his headphones. "How'd you manage to sleep through the entire thing?"
"What!?" you said with a half asleep, readjusting your seat to a more upright position.
The flight continued its steady course, and the cabin crew began the breakfast service. Trays of food were given out, and the smell of coffee wafted through the air.
"would you like anything sir- " the flight attendant stopped mid sentence you thought something happened so you confusingly looked up towards her
"are- are you Y/n L/n? i mean of course you are, i was told all of you would be here but still its really you" she says with a flustered look
"yeah, i am Y/n" you said confused as hunter gave you a knowing look You, on the other hand, managed a polite smile, unsure of what had caused such a reaction.
"Is there something special about the breakfast or...?" you trailed off, gesturing to the trays in her hands.
"Oh, no, I mean, yes, but that's not it," she stammered, trying to regain composure. "I'm just a big fan, and I never expected to meet you. Can I, uh, get a picture? or a signature? i don't know is that unprofessional"
Hunter chuckled beside you, he was Definity loving the encounter As the flight attendant hurried away, giggling to herself, Hunter leaned in with a teasing grin. "ladies and fame follow you everywhere, don't they?"
You rolled your eyes playfully. "Apparently, even at 35,000 feet. Who knew? man i didn't even get to have my breakfast" you say looking off to where she got off to
hunter just laughed " you don't even seem bothered that a pretty girl showing interest in you, you must have eyes for someone else"
"huh" The rumbling of your stomach was hard to ignore, and Hunter's comment barely registered as you continued to glance at the direction the flight attendant had gone.
"I think my stomach is going to eat itself," you say with a sheepish grin.
"Well, we're about to land, so once we're on the ground, you can find the nearest place to eat. Romania must have some fantastic local dishes."
As the plane touched down in Bucharest, the flight attendant returned, still slightly starstruck offering you a small bag of snacks and a genuine smile.
"Sorry for the interruption, Y/n. Enjoy these for now" she said, handing you the snacks.
You thanked her and eagerly delved into the contents of the bag. The flight attendant discreetly asked for the quick selfie, and you obliged, she took out her phone as she tried to get a good angle but you offered to take the picture so you could fit you both in the screen "is it alright if i give you a kiss on the cheek?" your eyes widened "uh I don't-" "go ahead it wouldn't be the first time this trip" Hunter said
You chuckled nervously at Hunter's words, but before you could react, the flight attendant, planted a friendly kiss on your cheek. You grinned awkwardly for the selfie as you took it
"Thank you so much! This means the world to me," she gushed,
"No problem at all. It was nice meeting you," you replied with a warm smile as she went away.
"come on man" you threw your hands up looking at hunter in disbelief
"what? you worried it was gonna be as good as Jenna's" he said dropping an invisible microphone
"as good as my what?" Jenna said stretching her arms on the tarmac
"the flight attendant turned out to be a fan of Y/n, she asked for a photo and gave him a peck on the cheek" hunter said looking out for her reaction however it wasn't a reaction either of you were expecting
"well i hope it wasn't as good as mine" Jenna said walking off towards the other girls with her suitcase
"what the hell was that about?" you said to hunter, he just shrugged "sounded like she was jealous to me"
"yeah right-o" you all eventually met up again with Tim, you were casually munching on the snacks that were given to you earning glances from everyone as the crunching of the chips became the only sound in the room
"what?" you say "where did you get those from?" Emma says as you looked down towards the flaming hot Cheetos you were eating confused " the flight lady gave them all to me, she probably heard one of my old live streams where i said my favorite snacks were Takis and flaming hot Cheetos" you say
"can i have one? i love spicy shit" Jenna spoke out as you handed out the packet letting her stick her hand in and taking out a handful as she did though everyone else then lined up to have some
"what's going on" you laughed " they didn't offer us any of these on the plane" Joy says
"alright everyone we have officially made it to Romania, lets get all our stuff ready and make our way to the air BnB's.
"damn, Air BnB's" you say "yeah we have 5 and only 4 people can stay in each one" Tim says everyone looks at each other confused "do we get a say? or has the groups already been chosen?" Georgie said with a thoughtful look
"with all the people we have working on this project we had to pick which ones you'd be staying in, when it comes to filming you will have trailers, but this is the best way to do it"
Tim took a moment to explain the arrangements for the Airbnbs. He explained that they had considered various factors like personalities, compatibility, and roles in the project to come up with the best combinations for each house. The goal was to make a smooth working environment.
"As for the arrangements," Tim continued, "Y/n, you'll be with hunter and Catherine, in one house. Georgie, you'll share with Joy, victor, and Christina. and Percy, Emma, Moosa and Calum you will be in the third house and I'll tell the others which houses they'll be in. We tried to balance it out, so no one feels left out, and it aligns with the shooting schedule."
"why do we get three people?" Catherine said with a tilted eyebrow, Tim looked confused as he read back over his notes " oh your right there are three people in yours...hmm." he says " Jenna you go with them, that sound good?" he smiled
your face dropped "come on, its like they're all in some big ploy to mess with me" you though to yourself with exhaustion " yes Tim that's fine" Jenna finished. and with that you all got into black SUV's and made your way to each apartments which was pretty simple they were all around the corner from each other, easy walking distance
