Flashback....
Veer was warmly welcomed by the Maharaj. Unknown of his intentions Maharaj Dayanand smile at him and said
"Aapka swagat hai alwar mei"
"Shukriya Maharaj hume yha bula ne k liye " he replied.
"Aap log bohot thak gaye honge aap log ka kaksh tayar hai aap log wha aaram kr sakte hai"
Veer along with his men went to the respective room to take rest after the tiring journey.
His room was luxurious with many antique pieces and a big king sized bed at the center of the room and an attached balcony. He heard the clashing of the sword he followed the sound and went to his balcony.
Two people were were practicing sword fight.The first person was inwhite attire and the second was in cream color attire their faces were hidden under the mask.
Both seemed to be professional none of them seemed to back off.
During the fight one of their turban fell and long hairs were released but she still continued the other person attacked her she ducked her attack and retorted with equal force. She held her forearm and threw her on the ground pointing the tip of her sword on her opponent neck.
Finally she surrendered.
She gave her hand and helped her to get up.
Her opponent stood up and dusted her cloth and untied her mask and her hair.
She huffed and asked
"Pta nhi wo din kb aayega jb aap hmse harengi"
"Iss janam mei toh ye mumkin nhi lgta"
"Sukanya aap akele aise insan hai jinse hm kabhi isme jeet nhi paye"
"Aur hm Asha krte hai ki hm wo akhari bhi ho"
"Apno se harne mei kya dukh "
They both giggled unaware of the third person who eyes were on Sukanya.
He was mesmerized by her beauty and her strength.
His eyes darkened and he smiled looking at her.
In this few months he managed to make his place in the kings heart he manipulated him with his sweet words.
Soon it was decided that the marriage will take place in a month.
Sukanya was still doubtful about him. She didn't trust him but was quite because her friend was happy and she didn't want to upset her.
Sukanya always felt someone's gaze upon her but she ignore thinking that she was being paranoid.
Arjun was busy solving some issue but he used to send letters to sukanya to check on her.
Anamika was getting ready for the pre wedding rituals.
Sukanya entered and teased her
"Kya baat hai aap itni acchi lg rhi ki hmari toh nazar hi aapse nhi ht rhi"
"Chup kare aapse toh km hi acche lg rahey"
"Wo toh hai ab hm hai hi itni khubsurat kya kare"
Watching her antics Anamika chuckled.
"Aap bhi tayar ho gyi hai ab hm thora dekh aate hai kuch kami toh nhi teh gyi"
Sukanya said and left her room.
She lifted her heavy skirt and huffed
"I don't understand why am I wearing this thing it's too heavy " she muttered to herself.
She saw a maid placing the wrong flower. She was going on that direction when she noticed a room was ajared.
She went there and was about to close it when she saw veer along with a man were discussing something.
She knew eavesdropping is not a good thing.
Sukanya being curious she went closer and when she heard what they were talking about she felt loosing the ground beneath her feet.
She stumbled and accidentally a vase fell alarming them.
Before she could react the door fully opened and veer saw her.
She was about to escape from there but veer held her forearm and pulled her with a jerk.
He closed the door and pinned her to it.
"Kisie ki bate chup k sunni acchi baat nhi hai Rajkumari Sukanya"
"Humne kuch nhi suna" she lied
"Accha toh fir bhag q rhi thi aap hmse"
"H..hum.. hum bhag nhi rahey the wo bas hume koi bulaya tha"
"Hume maloom hai aapne sab sun liya hai"
She knew that she was caught so she finally accepted it.
"Thik hai mana hmne sab sun liya ab kya krye ga hmara?"
"Aur hm aapko pehle hi bta de hm ye vivah nhi hone denge kisie bhi haal mei"
"Aapki sacchai hm sab k samne la k rahenge"
Veer started laughing at her.
"Aapki baato pe kon yakeen karega aur maan lijye koi kr bhi liya tb kya?"
"Hmare sainik yha ka har ek cone pe tainat hai hmara bs ek ishara chahiye inhe"
"Aap kya chahate hai hmse?" She asked with tear filled eyes.
He smirked and said something in her ears.
Her eyes were wide when he heard his condition.
"Hm aisa kuch nhi karenge "
"Thik hai toh dekhiye hume sab nasht krte hue"
She was vulnerable she had no choice left but to accept his condition.
Sukanya tried her best to inform Arjun about the situation but everytime her letter were caught by veer.
In this few days sukanya was distant with everyone she started remaining more quiet. She wanted to tell everything to Anamika but veer blackmailed her.
Finally it was the day of their wedding Anamika was getting ready in her room.
A maid entered and gave Anamika and placed a glass of water.
Anamika was thirsty so she drank it after few minutes she felt her head was getting heavy, she was dizzy by the time she understood something was mixed in the water she already blacked out.
On the other hand someone sat in the bridal attire and completed all the rituals.
The priest announced them as husband and wife.
After the announcement veer stood up and lifted the veil infront of everyone.
Everyone was confused why did he do that but when they say the bride's face every person was shocked.
Sukanya was the bride instead of Anamika. The crowd was filled with murmurs.
Arjun was numb his gaze remained fixed at her face. His eyes were filled with tears.
He felt his heart shattered into pieces.
Their attention was caught when they saw Anamika was descending the staircase holding her head.
She saw the gathering and was confused at first then she noticed her best friend in her attire.
"Sukanya?" She asked in a whispered
"Aapne aisa q kiya?" She asked in a hurt tone.
Sukanya stood there without uttering a word, her head was bowed in shame.
Her heart was filled with secrets which she was desperate to reveal but her lips were forced to be sealed.
