Mention slight Panic attack

Nick's POV:
I got woken up at 2:00 AM by Charlie stirring in his sleep he is having a nightmare I've gone full panic I say "Char" he doesn't reply, I go to his side and try to touch him.
He says "do-nt tou-ch m-e" I didn't I say "CHARLIE" he looks in my eyes his eyes are watery my poor baby is having a nightmare.
Charlie's POV:
I couldn't focus, how can I tell Nick that it was Ben in my nightmare, how can that man still give me, I haven't seen him for ages.
But for some reason he still gets to me, I'm calming down now nicks is sat next to me on our bed worried.
I can see it my eyes started to water and cried then I feel someone pulled me into a hug it was Nick he says "it's alright char let it out" I did I let out in quiet sobs.
After 10 minutes of me fully sobbing I start to stop, and I see Nick he says "you alright now char" I say "yes, thank you, Nick sorry" he then says "Hey I thought we banned the S word" I just laugh as he pulled me back to bed.
He then says "what was the dream about char" I say "I don't want to tell you what if you might laugh or be upset"
He says "Char I will never laugh at you, I love you, and you can tell me anything" I trusted him and I need to tell him I'm keeping it all inside me.
I say "it was about Ben" he says "BEN what did he do" I say "nothing I still remember what he did in high school and then you saved me but what if you weren't there what would have happened to me"
I'm crying again Nick pulls me back into a hug, I never thought that I would be thinking of that man but here we are.
Nick's POV:
I still can't believe even now that Ben still gets into Charlie head we haven't seen him for ages but still he can still get to Charlie skin it's kills me.
Charlie is on my chest back in bed it's 4:00 AM he says "sorry if I woke you up" I say "No S word char it's alright you had a nightmare you can't help it"
He lies on my chest he feels calm and breathing normally I'm glad he is okay, at least I was here in our apartment because who knows what he would be able to do alone.
I will always be Charlie support husband I will never want to see him suffer alone he my world and will always be I look and see Charlie peacefully asleep it doesn't take too long for me to drift to sleep too.
