Hello,

My name is Johnny and I'm actually a monster! I know, it's pretty weird, but there's nothing I can do about it. The funny thing is, I look just like a normal human and I have blue colored eyes and vertical line pupils. Humans have blue eyes too. You see, monsters usually have red eyes, and I do too, but only when I get angry. The rest of the time, they stay a lovely shade of blue.

Being a monster has brought its fair share of difficulties into my life. People just can't seem to accept me for who I am, including my classmates anyway I never cared about them. But instead of letting their judgment get me down, I decided to embark on my own incredible journey through various worlds. I even joined an organization that sends me on exciting missions. Trust me, it's been quite the adventure !Throughout my travels, I've faced countless challenges and obstacles. Some of them I managed to overcome, but let's be honest, most of the time I failed. Yet, despite the setbacks, I've learned so much about myself and the world around me. It's been a rollercoaster ride of emotions, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

So, my dear reader, I hope you're ready to dive into my extraordinary story. Join me as I navigate through different worlds, face unimaginable difficulties, and discover the true meaning of resilience. I promise you, it's going to be an enchanting and heartwarming tale. Now, without further ado, let's begin this captivating adventure together!!!

-:PROLOGUE:-

In the vast expanse of the Universe, there existed billions of galaxies, each with their own unique inhabitants. Some of these galaxies were filled with magic, while others were home to demons, devils, and monstrous beings. Though the universe seemed endless, there were still some races that had no idea other planets or galaxies even existed.

But this tenuous peace could not last forever, for evil forces sought to dominate all else. To combat these threats, Omegamon, Powerful Magician of the world, established The Universal Shield Alliance (USA), an elite group of powerful members whose duty was to defend the inhabitants of the Untiverse.

Only a select few were capable of joining the USA, those with extraordinary abilities who could prove their worth through tournaments or being selected by the organization. Many came from humble backgrounds, orphans and abandoned with little to call their own. Despite this, they shared a strong desire to protect what little they had, to serve as a beacon of hope in an often cruel and unforgiving universe.

The USA was composed of over 94,000 members, each dedicated to defending the countless realms in their respective galaxies. Among this impressive roster were the Guardians, 12 individuals who possessed unparalleled combat proficiency and immense magical powers. They were nearly invincible, feared by even the mightiest of foes.

The Guardians were known for their unwavering devotion to their team and the greater good. Despite the countless challenges they would face, they held their ground, ready to face the unknown. Their unwavering kindness and bravery knew no bounds, and together, they stood as an unbeatable force, a beacon of hope in the vast and mysterious Universe.

---500 YEARS LATER---

One day, while Amano Tsuchimikado, the First Guardian, was in battle, he stumbled upon an unusual baby monster. He was shocked to see that the monster looked completely human. Even though the baby was a monster, he raised his sword and was about to kill it. However, he couldn't bring himself to do it as he kept looking into the innocent eyes of the baby. He truly wanted to kill it because it was against the rules, but finally, he put his sword back and gently picked up the baby in his arms. Tsuchimikado, unsure of what to do, took the baby to the leader, Ubayashiki, to seek guidance.

Amano casted his teleportation magic and opened a portal to the Master Ubayashiki's Mansion. As he emerged through the portal, Amano found himself surrounded by a field of flowers.

Amano held the baby monster tightly in his arms as he looked around the area. He spotted a lady nearby and spoke to her in a calm and gentle voice, "Hello, ma'am. I have come here on an urgent matter. Is Master not around here?"

The lady gave a slight bow and spoke softly, "I will give your message to him right away, please wait here."

Amano stood there, holding the baby monster in his arms. He couldn't help but feel conflicted about his actions. "We guardians are supposed to slay the monsters, but I can't bring myself to kill him. In this world, monsters and demons are the ones who want to take over the universe, and our job is to kill them and bring peace to this world." he thought to himself. "

And here I am, saving this monster. What am I even doing?"

He looked down at the baby monster, who looked back up at him with innocent eyes. "He is a monster, but he looks like a human," Amano muttered to himself. "I have to wait until Master comes."

As Amano pondered, he felt a soft breeze blowing through the garden, carrying the delicate scent of the flowers. It reminded him of the beauty of nature and how everything in this world has its own purpose.

Suddenly, he heard footsteps approaching. Master Ubayashiki, in his elegant kimono, emerged from the mansion with a gentle smile on his face. He glanced at Amano and the baby monster, understanding the situation immediately.

Amano quickly knelt and held up the baby monster.

"Master, how are you?" Amano asked with a hint of nervousness.

Master Ubayashiki responded with a soft, soothing tone. "I am doing well, Amano. And what do we have here?"

Amano explained, "This is a baby monster. I found it and thought it best to bring it to you rather than slaying it."

Master Ubayashiki spoke in a soothing tone, "So what should we do with it?" He got right to the point.

Amano, feeling extremely nervous, remained silent for a minute before finally finding his voice. "I don't know, that's why I came here seeking your advice, Master."

Amano then spoke firmly, trying not to offend master. "Master, as the guardians and protectors of this universe, we are faced with a unique situation. This baby monster resembles to be a real human."

Master Ubayashiki responded, showing understanding. "I see. Are you suggesting that you want to raise it, despite it going against the rules?"

Amano was taken aback, but after careful consideration, he answered. "Yes, Master. If you permit it, I am willing to raise this baby monster. I understand the rules, but my desire remains."

Master Ubayashiki spoke, "Amano, I always thought that you hated monsters, but now that I have seen you, I realize you are quite soft-hearted."

Master Ubayashiki spoke in a cautious yet gentle tone, "I understand that this is a special case, but I can tell by the look in your eyes that you want to raise it. However, we must proceed with caution."

Amano held the baby monster close, still kneeling, and replied in a hopeful tone, "Master, I know this goes against the rules, but I still want to raise it. Please grant me permission."

Master Ubayashiki approached closer and took the baby from Amano's hands, nodding as he calmly spoke, "If this baby monster grows up to be a fine individual, I have no objections."

Master Ubayashiki then spoke in a soothing tone, but with a cautionary undertone. "However, if it goes out of control, you will be held responsible for it."

Though hesitant, Amano responded in a serious tone. "I will take full responsibility, Master."

Amano bowed deeply, his face beaming with gratitude. "Thank you, Master. I am sincerely thankful," he said in a happy tone.

Master Ubayashiki, still cradling the baby monster, spoke in a soothing manner. "I will inform the other guardians as well," he assured.

Speaking softly, Master Ubayashiki continued, "However, it's important to note that some of them may not approve. It goes against our rules."

Nervously, Amano glanced down and responded, "I understand that they won't agree, but I will find a way to persuade them, somehow."

Master Ubayashiki's voice remained calm and comforting. "I hope they will come to understand," he remarked.

Taking back the baby monster from Master Ubayashiki's hands, Amano cradled it close and kneeled before him. "Master, thank you for your time, I shall take my leave," he declared.

With determination in his steps, Amano walked away and used his magic to open a portal, transporting himself to his friend Julius, the second Guardian.

As he left, Master Ubayashiki looked up in the sky and pondered, "I wonder what kind of future that kid will have. I hope it will be for the greater good, or perhaps it could pose a threat to us. However, I believe that it may just be for the greater good."

Amano accidentally teleported himself inside Julius' house and broke a few pieces of furniture along the way, all while holding the baby monster tightly. As Amano heard footsteps approaching, he realized it was Julius.

Julius's frustration was evident in his tone as he laid eyes on Amano. "You, You broke my furniture again?" he exclaimed angrily. "You will have to pay for it."

In an irritated voice, Julius continued, "How many times do I have to tell you not to teleport into my house?"

Feeling frustrated, Amano responded, "I swear, this time wasn't on purpose, and of course, I will pay."

Amano then showed Julius the baby in his arms, pleading, "Do you really think I would have wanted to hurt this little guy?"

Julius eyes widened as he exclaimed, "Did you got married?"

Embarrassed, Amano replied quickly, "No, I didn't."

Curiously, Julius stepped closer to get a better look at the baby and remarked, "So, whose baby is this? It has beautiful blue eyes."

After a few seconds of hesitation, Amano spoke in a weak tone, "Actually, it's a monster."

Surprisingly calm, Julius
continued to observe the baby. "Huh? I'm not dumb, that's clearly a human baby."

Amano insisted, "No, it's actually a monster."

Amano then asked, "What? Aren't you surprised?"

Julius sat down on the couch and replied calmly, "It's not the first time you've done something stupid and crazy. Take a seat and explain everything to me from the beginning."

Amano joined him on the couch, taking a deep breath, and explained the whole story of how he found the baby and the permission he had obtained.

After listening attentively, Julius asked calmly, "And are you thinking of raising this child?"

Amano looked down at the baby again and replied, "Yes, I am."

Julius sighed in exasperation and said, "Are you out of your mind? Don't you understand? It's a monster, a monster!"

Amano was left speechless.

Julius spoke with anger in his voice, "Monsters kill humans. Monsters want to take over this universe. Why am I even telling you this stuff? You already know it, so why?"

Amano spoke softly and looked at the baby monster again, "I can't just watch it die. He has nothing to do with the war."

Julius replied, "It's a monster and that's all."

Amano pleaded with Julius, trying to convince him. "Julius, please just listen to me," he said.

But Julius was firm and he replied. "I don't want to listen, Amano. I know I always support you because we are best friends, but if you are going to raise this baby monster, I am against it. I am not going to stay by your side."

Amano was at a loss for words. He knew that Julius had always been there for him, but he couldn't ignore the bond he had formed with the baby monster. Despite his disappointment, Amano knew he had to respect Julius' decision.

After a brief exchange of words, Julius finally relented. Amano told Julius that he plans to train the baby at Nara Academy, a school on the planet CX43 where all abandoned or orphaned babies and children with potential are taken in and trained to become members of the USA. The students are trained to fight monsters.

Even after their conversation, Julius still disapproved of the baby monster. Amano, however, remained undeterred, holding the baby monster in his hands as he cast a teleportation spell. In an instant, they found themselves transported to the prestigious Nara Academy.

Amano met the Chief and Headmaster of the Nara Academy, as well as his old friend Rago who served as a teacher there. Amano begged them to care for the baby monster, who they believed to be only around two months old. Amano also promised to take full responsibility for its well-being. They relented and took the child in.

Later, Amano was on mission on planet DG117, where he unexpectedly encountered the 7th General of the Monster army, known as Phantom Reaper. Without hesitation, Amano bravely engaged in a fierce battle with his formidable opponent.

Despite his valiant efforts, Amano's fate took a tragic turn as he was ultimately defeated and killed by Phantom Reaper on planet DG117.

Upon receiving the news of Amano's passing, the other scout members of the USA were informed by Ubayashiki, who then promptly announced a meeting at his mansion for all the Guardians.

Arima, Amano's younger brother, was handpicked by Master Ubayashiki to assume the role of the first Guardian, taking over from his older sibling.

Within a few hours, news of Amano's death spread across the Nara Academy, causing confusion among the teachers and the Chief. However, Rago, Amano's old friend who was serving as as a teacher in Nara Academy, stepped up and took responsibility for raising the baby monster himself. He named the child Johnny O'Conner. There was a reason Rago named him Johnny.

After the death of the Amano, in Nara Academy, the headmaster and the teachers were confused about what to do with Johnny now. They had no idea what to do.At just two months old, he appeared to be fully human, but deep down, he was a monster, potentially posing a threat to them all. The Headmaster made the decision not to care for Johnny, urging Rago to do the same. However, Rago, still cradling Johnny in his arms, adamantly refused. A heated argument ensued between the two, with the other teachers present as witnesses.

The other teachers intervened, attempting to persuade Rago to abandon the idea of caring for Johnny. Despite their efforts, Rago remained resolute, causing the other teachers and the Headmaster to eventually give up. The Headmaster proposed a compromise to Rago, who nodded attentively, willing to listen.

The Headmaster declared that they would construct a small tent for Johnny just outside the gates of Nara Academy, where he would reside. Rago could teach him if he desired, but Johnny would have to stay there until he turned three years old, the age at which he would be eligible to enter Nara Academy as a student. However, he would not receive the same level of care and treatment as the other students.

Rago had no choice but to accept the Headmaster's terms, finally surrendering to the decision. The Headmaster and the teachers breathed a collective sigh of relief.

Rago proceeded to set up the tent outside Nara Academy, far from the forest and near the river. He made sure to make it as comfortable as possible, including a cooking pot and a small bed inside. As he surveyed the surroundings, he realized that bathing would not be an issue, as the river was conveniently nearby.

Rago was already furious with the Headmaster and the teachers' decision, but he managed to put away his anger. He held Johnny in his arms and looked at him once again. Johnny's innocent blue eyes stared back at him.

Rago thought to himself, "My friend trusted me to raise him. Even though he's no longer in this world, I will keep my word. Even if this kid is a monster, I will raise him into a fine individual."

As the months passed, Rago made the decision to stay with Johnny in his tent. Rago's daily routine consisted of teaching at Nara Academy in the morning and then returning to Johnny in the evening.

❉The Beginning❉

✳PRESENT✳

✦Johnny's POV :

When I was turned one year old, on our free days, Rago began giving me physical training like running and dodging. He even took me out into nature and forests on purpose, believing that it was always beneficial for training. Rago didn't teach me magic yet, I guess you could say that I was still too young to learn, but he kept teaching me about fights and battles. I surprised him by quickly picking up strategies and fighting styles. After a few days, Rago decided to buy me wooden swords and shields for training. He advised against using two swords, but I insisted, and he agreed as long as I felt comfortable with it.

I have a cute, girly tone to my voice, and Rago was aware that others might make fun of me if they hear me speak. So, he instructed me not to speak with anyone.

Rago continued to teach me the basics and other skills for two years, until I turned three.

Rago's POV :-

In the early morning, I woke up, stretched a bit, and looked around. "It has been three years since he started training Johnny in swords and weapons, and he has become really skilled at it. Our learning and training methods at Nara Academy are so effective that even young students, as young as 2 or 3 years old, are able to learn and mature like 15-year-olds. However, Johnny is different. He possesses sharp thinking and quick decision-making skills, as well as a perfect calm attitude," I thought to myself.

Johnny's POV :-

Just then, I returned from my morning walk and approached him. Rago patted my head, and we exchanged greetings, wishing each other a good morning. Rago began preparing breakfast at the cooking pot, which was positioned outside of the tent. In just a few minutes, breakfast was ready. Rago placed a mat on the ground, and we both sat down to enjoy our meal.

While eating breakfast, Rago asked, "So, Kid? Did you pack your bag and books, as well as other things?"

I replied in my girly tone, "Yes, I did it last night."

Rago spoke in a concerned tone, "It's your first day at the Academy." I responded, "Yeah, it is. I know, don't talk with others no matter what, and if necessary, use sign language to communicate."

Rago added, "Yeah, and don't get in trouble either. If you're ready, then let's finish our breakfast quickly and go."

I said, "Okay."

After finishing breakfast, I grabbed my bag, and Rago followed suit. We both exited the tent and began walking towards Nara Academy.

This was my first time entering the gates of Nara Academy. As the guards opened the door, I observed the many houses inside and spotted a large building, which I knew to be my Academy. I smiled at Rago, who was holding my hand. Rago then led me into the Academy and spoke to me.

Rago kneeled down and patted my head. "Don't get in trouble, kiddo. I will see you later during physical class, okay?"

I nodded in agreement and entered the classroom. I noticed that many students were already there, dressed in nice clothes and engaged in conversations with one another. I spotted an empty seat near the window at the back and decided to sit there. As I settled in, a few students began to take notice of me and started whispering amongst themselves.

Boy 1: "Isn't that the monster kid we heard about?"

Boy 2: "Yeah, I heard that too. Let's not talk to him, he might be dangerous."

Girl 1: "He looks like a human though."

Boy 1: "Yeah, but still, let's keep our distance from him."

I simply ignored the whispers and continued to sit quietly. Soon, the professor arrived, calming the class and introducing herself before beginning the magic lesson.

She began teaching us about the basics of magic, explaining the four main magic attributes: Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. Additionally, she mentioned that there were two bonus magic attributes, Light and Dark. However, the professor emphasized that only monsters possessed the dark attribute. Furthermore, she introduced a special sphere that could determine each student's magic attribute. While some students could possess two or even three attributes, such cases were extremely rare.

I also had the opportunity to use the sphere, which revealed that my magic attribute was dark. The teacher wasn't surprised by this revelation, he continued providing further instruction to the class.

During the physical training class in the training grounds, the students were required to engage in sparring matches using wooden weapons. The boys in the class began taunting me, but I remained composed and unaffected by their words. Eventually, it was my turn to spar, and my opponent happened to be Harry, a popular student who excelled in weapon usage. The boys and girls in the class started cheering for Harry, expecting an easy victory for him.

To their astonishment, I stepped forward wielding two swords, a sight that surprised everyone. The professor advised me to use a shield, but I firmly refused. The battle commenced, and within a mere ten seconds, I defeated Harry. The professor called an end to the battle, and I quickly extended my hand to help Harry up from the ground. Initially hesitant, Harry eventually accepted my hand.

The entire class was in awe when they saw how incredibly powerful I was, my strength and skill leaved everyone speechless. Later everyone returned to their class.

As the day passed, I met up with Rago and apologized to him for not meeting up during physical class. We talked about how my day went, and I told him everything that had happened in class. Rago wasn't surprised to hear that students were talking about me being a monster; he knew it was coming. We talked while getting into my tent.

After freshening up and having dinner, Rago called me for something important. I quickly came over and sat beside him on the couch. Rago spoke, "I'm sorry, but I don't know how to say this."

I remained calm and spoke in a soothing tone, "It's okay, take your time."

Rago took a minute and then spoke, "I have to go, if you know what I mean."

I understood the situation and I already knew that Rago was having a tough time because of me. I was still not accepted by the students at the Academy, and Rago was getting insulted by the teachers as well so he was leaving because of it.

I spoke in a calm tone, "It's okay, I understand."

Rago nodded and said, "I will be going back to my home planet, and I won't be able to see you soon, or maybe not again."

I smiled and said, "Teach, I want you to know that I will always remember you."

Rago nodded and picked me up in his arms, hugging me tightly. I hugged him back, feeling grateful for the time we had spent together.

The next morning, in the early hours, Rago packed his belongings and knelt down to pat my head. "I know I shouldn't say this, but I feel like you are my own son. The past three years have been filled with joy and laughter. I will miss you."

I remained calm and smiled at Rago.

Returning the smile, Rago casted a teleportation spell and vanished, returning to his home planet. I waved goodbye as I watched Rago disappear, and the teleportation circle closed.

Alone with my thoughts, I began to reflect on my situation. "I suppose it's better for him without me. After all, I am nothing but a monster."

After my teacher left for his home planet, I began to return to the Academy regularly. However, my days were far from pleasant as I endured constant bullying. Despite the torment I faced, my emotions remained unaffected. I refrained from retaliating or engaging in any form of confrontation, instead opting to maintain a blank and indifferent expression regardless of the situation. Insults and attacks directed at me failed to elicit any reaction or concern; I simply did not care. Consequently, I chose to spend my time in solitude, avoiding any unnecessary interactions with others. This pattern persisted for two years.
