"Isn't today the talent show? We should probably go ahead and check it out." Gaeul spoke up as it made both of her two friends that were currently eating look up at her.
"Are you saying that because you're genuinely curious or are you asking us to come along with you to watch the talent show because there's a specific someone's performance that you really want to see?" Ningning asks with one of her brows lifted in suspicion. Her statement making a shade of crimson cascade throughout Gaeul's cheeks.
Yejun looks at her two friends with her eyes widened. Her mouth was stuffed with bread as she tried to piece the pieces together.
"Ning, you monster. You have a third eye, that's scary." Yejun spoke once she was done with her bread. She found it quite terrifying the fact that Ningning can sense anything that's happening between one of her friends.
"I'm just amazing, what can I say?" The chinese girl shrugs her shoulders before focusing her attention on Gaeul.
"Now tell me, were you planning to attend the talent show just so you can cheer for Sion. I know that you've been eyeing him for a while. Something's going on between the two of you, I just know it." She teases as she wiggles her eyebrows at her. This only embarassing her friend even more as she pushes Ningning's face away from her.
"If you already know the answer then don't even bother asking." Said Gaeul in defeat.
"Holy shit, you have a crush on Sion? That's crazy." Yejun gasps. I mean she wasn't expecting it, but she can kind of see it now. How has she never noticed??
"If he's performing, then the auditorium is going to be packed because his band is so popular. And who else is in the same band as him if it isnt Wonbin? Ugh, I'm prepared to turn into a sardine after this." Ningning groans just thinking about how packed the auditorium was going to be.
The mention of Wonbin made Yejun look over at her friend. She didn't know that Wonbin was going to be performing for the talent show. No wonder why he was always practicing late with his band.
Lord i think Yejun has been a bit too detached with her surroundings.
"Well than, if we're all agreeing to go watch the talent show then we should go there now so we can get front rows, come on." Gaeul stated as it made Ningning whine as she dreaded walking right now just after she was done eating. But since Gaeul was so eager to see her bf (*ehem i mean crush), the girls had no reason to argue and just did as she said.
Whilst they were walking through the hallways, Ningning was busy asking Gaeul about how she ended up taking a fancy in Sion as Yejun walked besides them as she just listens to her two friends conversation.
She felt her phone buzz from a notification. Taking her phone out of the pockets of her skirt as she looks at her phone screen. Being a bit perplexed when she sees that it was a notification from Wonbin. That was a bit weird. He never texts her first, usually it was her who messages him first.

"There's too many people around me, ew I feel so claustrophobic." Ningning complains as her friends could just shake their heads in disbelief.
"At least we were able to get front rows." Gaeul answers whilst grinning widely.
"Yeah all thanks to Yejun pushing everyone out of the way. Thank god that she's a tall giant and could get us to the front." Says Ningning as Yejun looked at her with glaring eyes.
"You know what, I'm just going to pretend as if I didn't hear that."
It wasn't long until the auditorium had gone quiet as the MC started the show. The show went on for about an hour with different students showcasing their many talents. Yejun was also able to see Sohee singing solo as he sang one of Bruno Mar's song. She'd always admired his voice and his talent for singing, so of course once he was done with his performance, she was one of the people who were cheering aloud for him. Sohee was able to recognize her voice and spot her in the front of the crowd as he smiled widely, waving at her before going off stage.
It was now the performace that the majority of people were most looking forward too. A crowd of screams eroded throughout the whole auditorium as the band went up on stage as they set up their intruments. The band consisted of four members. The pianist Sion, the drumist Chunhee, the singer Eunae, and of course everyone's personal favourite, Wonbin the guitarist.
As they performed, Gaeul only had eyes on Sion. It was pretty obvious as she didn't bother to look at the other members. Oh Ningning wasn't going to let her live after this, she was going to tease her 24/7 at every given chance.
Yejun was astounded by their performance. She inspected all the members individually, but the drummer Chunhee caught her attention the most. She watched as he played, not seeming to realise that a specific member of the band had been staring at her the entire time.
Ningning was done teasing Gaeul (for the meantime), the girl deciding to focus on the performance instead. She caught sight of Wonbin. Seeing the lad looking intensely at someone as he played the guitar. Who the hell was he staring at? She decided to follow where his eyes were staring at, to see that he was staring straight at...... Yejun?
Her eyebrows furrowed as she had a confused pikachu look on her face. HAH? Ningning tried to come up with all the possibilities as to why Wonbin would be staring at Yejun. Hell, Yejun didn't even realise that he was staring at her. She was completely oblivious to the fact as the girl was busy enjoying the performance.
Wonbin can't possibly like Yejun right? I mean... he can't? It wasn't like Sungchan was going to allow one of his friends to date his sister. But still, she did find it quite amusing if Wonbin did in fact had a crush on Yejun. A mischievous grin appeared on Ningning's face as she nudges Yejun with her elbow.
Her action annoying her friend as Yejun looked down at Ningning in confusion.
"Why are you nudging me?" She questions as Ningning pointed at the stage.
"Someone wants your attention it seems." She answers as an amused giggle left her lips.
Yejun looked at her peculiarly. She looked over at who Ningning was pointing at. Making eye contact with Wonbin, his expression cold as he stares directly at her.
The two of them stared at one another. The people around them seeming to dissapear as it was now only these two in the room. She couldn't quite decipher the look on his face. Somehow his eyes showed rage, yet jealousy? Why the hell did he have that look on his face, she didn't understand.
Yejun was the first to break the eye contact as she looked away from his burning stare.
"Were the two of you having a staring contest or what because that seemed kind of intense." Ningning spoke up as Yejun would just glance at her tiredly.
"Oh shut up Ning."

The talent show had ended as all the students were starting to make their way outside. Since the girls had front row views, they had to suffer the consequences and were the last people to leave the auditorium. It was still a long time until it was their time to leave, so they were just chilling by talking about who their favourite performances were.
"Junnie!" Someone called out as all three girls looked behind. Seeing Yejun's older brother walking towards them with his two friends.
"Hi noona." Seunghan greeted as he waved at them.
"What are you guys doing here?" Ningning questions them. She was wondering what they were still doing here instead of going outside to enjoy their break.
"We're going to visit Wonbin and Sohee hyung backstage. Thought that we'd congratulate them." Anton replied.
"Do you three want to come along? Thought that it'll be better than waiting for everyone to leave the auditorium." Sungchan suggested as the three girls looked at each other. They read each others faces before nodding their heads.
"Sure. It's better than waiting." Yejun answers as she lets her brother and his friends assist them to backstage.
...
"Gaeul, go ahead and congratulate him." Ningning whispers as he nudges her one friends arms. Pushing her over to where Sion was currently at.
"No I'm too embarassed." Gaeul replies shyly. She was panicking. She didn't know how to talk to him, screw that, she didn't know HOW SHE'D TALK TO HIM IN FRONT OF HER FRIENDS WHILST THEY WATCH HER.
"Come on now. It's now or never. Go shoot your shot girl." Ningning encourages.
All whilst these two girls were debating whether Gaeul should go over to her crush and congratulate him, Yejun had walked away from them to greet Wonbin.
The lad was sitting down a few seats away from where the rest of his friends were at. He was sitting down on a chair with his head facing down, looking completely distraught.
"Why do you look so down when you did amazing out there?" Yejun spoke up as he finally looked up.
"I didn't do good up there." He answers bluntly. This weirding her out.
"What do you mean by that- hey!" She was caught offguard when he took a hold of her hands and dragged her out of the room backstage. The two of them going unnoticed as no one seems to notice their dissapearence. All of them besides Ningning who caught the two of them leaving the room together.
"Hey Wonbin what's the big deal?" Yejun exclaims.
He lets go of her hands as he looks at her with a frown on his face. The lad had his arms crossed above his chest as he looks at her in dissapointment.
"You know why I did bad out there? Because you didn't even pay me any attention when we were performing. You were too busy staring at fucking Chunhee, you gave him all of your attention. You didn't even look at my direction even once if it wasn't for Ningning nudging and pointing her fingers at me?!" He exploded.
She stares at him in disbelief. Blinking in confusion before letting out a soft chuckle.
"Wonbin were you just... jealous?" She says through laughter as he blew some air into his cheeks before looking away.
"Who wouldn't. You promised me that you were going to cheer for me but you didn't even pay me any attention." He sulks as she grins at him.
"I'm sorry about that. I'll make sure to look at you next time. Gosh you're so adorable when you get jealous, it really brings out princess Wonbin." She says as he sends her a glare.
"Don't call me that. I don't like being called a princess." He said.
"Do you like being called a prince then?" Says Yejun as she was able to see his ears turn red.
"Shut up." Was all he said before running away from her.
