Pin got up with a heavy heart.
They got dressed and walked off to the Medicine bay.
They wished they could have a different mentor.
Scarlett was her mentor, but she was mean.
The orange haired Healer was skilled and smart. Pin could admit that.
But she was never close to Pin and never accepted them.
They wanted someone to care about them but the only ones that did care were Alice, Bridgette, Courtney, Dj, and Gwen.
They cared about their friends and smiled thinking about them.
When they finally told Gwen and Alice the truth it felt like a weight has been lifted.
The three siblings got closer because of this, and they found time to talk and eat together.
Walking into the Medicine bay Pin was hit by the smell of herbs and potions.
The herbs were in bottles, but their scent seeped through the bottles.
It was a normal smell for the Healers and Pin was used to the smell.
They were still smiling when they ran into their mentor.
Scarlett: What are you smiling about!?
Pin: Nothing Foxheart...
Scarlett: You don't get to call me by my Other name! You are MY apprentice!
It seemed like whatever Pin did their mentor had a problem with it.
Scarlett: You are lucky I am taking you to get your Other name!
Healers get their Other names from their ancestors not their leaders.
Scarlett gave Pin a green drink.
Pin quickly drank the sour drink with big gulp.
They shivered and went to the nearby sink.
They put the sink on and quickly washed the glass and put it away.
Scarlett: Finally!
They left the Medicine bay and started their journey.
Pin liked going on walks outside of the Kingdom.
The occasional long piece of grass hit Pins tail.
It felt ticklish but they did not say anything.
After a while they turned left to go into Mud Kingdom territory.
It was surreal entering Mud Kingdom!
Pin has been into the territory before to get herbs and to go to the Sky Castle.
But every time they felt like it was the first time.
Scarlett tried her best to keep away from the mud, but Pin did not care as much.
When they reached the path to get to the Sky Castle Pins feet were covered in mud!
They started to clime the hill.
It was not too hard to do.
Even if the hill was the size of a mountain and hanging above water and sharp rocks.
For some reason, the sound of the water made Pins fur prick up.
At the top they saw a castle with old glass art.
It had cat people!
One of them were two siblings one with black hair and the other with white hair.
Inside the castle were seats and even herbs.
But they looked like they were covered in dust and have not been used in ages.
The outside of the tall castle would have fooled anyone who has not entered into the castle before.
It looked old from the outside, but everything was new -Except the herbs- and it overlooked the edge of the hill.
They went up the creaky stairs into another level of the castle.
They kept climbing until they reached the top and were outside.
Even though the water made Pin uneasy they thought the sight was amazing.
Pin closed their eyes and started to focus.
When they opened their eyes, they were in Snow Kingdom!
They knew that when talking to the ancestors that in would happen in one of the kingdoms.
But Pin did not have any connection to Snow Kingdom.
So why were they always put here?
Like the times they had to go into Snow Kingdom this water did not freak them out.
Which has always been questioned by others in the kingdom.
A figure appeared in front of Pin.
Her hair was blue, and she reminded Pin of Gwen.
??????: Hello Pin
She said softy like she was scared any word above a whisper would harm the Healer.
Pin: Stella
The Healer said without looking up. Stella seemed upset.
Stella: I wish things were different. I want to thank you for telling your sisters the truth.
Pin finally had the courage to look up at the past warrior.
Pin: No problem. And you died everyone dies it is not something to be controlled or changed.
Stella: That isn't that I meant!
The blue haired warrior panicked.
She looked like she wanted to tell Pin what she meant, but she stopped herself before she could.
Stella: I am here to help you! There is another!
A cat girl with brown hair with White accents to it came towards the pair.
She looked like a Healer and that she was from Snow Kingdom.
The cat girl analysed Pin and seemed surprised.
She grabbed something from an herb bag she was holding and gave it to Pin.
??????: What is this?
She asked and Pin felt annoyed.
They were handed the Green, wet, spongy herb and they played around with it.
Pin could not believe that they were given the easiest herb to identify.
Pin: This is moss!
They answered and was about to give it back to the past Snow Kingdom Healer.
But she rejected it and gave it back to Pin.
??????: Tell me more! Where is it found and what does it do?
Pin was annoyed they had to play this game, but they knew that the Healer had her reasons.
Pin: Moss can be found in moist shady areas! But primarily found in Snow Kingdom! They can be used to dress wounds while help is on the way! It can also be used in planting when dried up!
The Healer looked at Stella who seemed proud of Pin.
The Healer grabbed the herb off Pin and put it away. Stella and the Healer talked for a moment and then they both looked at Pin.
??????: You have been training for a while as a warrior, right?
Pin: No! I have been helping Dj! He does not like fighting so I taught him about herbs. In exchange he taught me to fight!
The Healer smiled. Did she already know this?
??????: Alright! It is time for you to get your Other name!
She paused and looked at Pin.
She noticed the light skin patches on their body and their muddy shoes.
??????: Your Other name is Frostfoot!
Frostfoot smiled and they stood up tall.
??????: I know you will be a good Healer! Make your Kingdom proud!
She left and it was only Pin and Stella.
The blue haired warrior was about to leave but she stopped remembering something.
Stella: I want to warn you about something!" Beware Foxes and Badgers!
Stella left and Frostfoot went back into the Sky Castle.
Pin was still thinking about the warning.
Did she mean the animals Foxes and Badgers?
They are too small to harm cat people unless they were in their cat forms.
Breaking out of their thought Pin noticed that Scarlett was waiting for them.
Scarlett: Are you ready now?
Pin noticed the brown tip in Scarlett's reddish-orange tail.
The young Healer nodded, and Scarlett rolled her eyes.
Scarlett: Let's go now!
They went down the stairs and Pin kept their eyes on Scarlett.
They went outside and looked back at the Castle.
She saw glass art of the first Healer. Her eyes caught the sun's rays.
The young healer was excited to go back but when they reached Mist Kingdoms territory, they kept walking.
Pin: Where are we going? The inner kingdom is the other way!
Scarlett: We are not going to the Kingdom! We are going into the human village!
Pin waited for Scarlett to shift into a cat, but she did not.
This was weird so Pin ran in front of Scarlett.
Pin: Maybe we should shift now since we are so close?
Scarlett: We don't need to for this trip.
WHAT!?
Pin: We do! We would get in so much trouble! We would get spotted!
Pin knew the rules all too well.
Scarlett: We need to get some humans! That would give us the upper hand against the other Kingdoms!
Pin: But that is wrong! You cannot do that!
Scarlett turned to her apprentice with a fierce look in her eyes.
Scarlett: Need I remind you that I am your mentor! I do not know why I even care about you or the dumb Kingdom! It is not even my Kingdom!
Pin felt their body grow warmed with anger from Scarlett words.
They slapped the orange haired Healer in the face.
Pin: You don't have the right to say that!
The two shifted and started fighting.
Pin jumped onto Scarlett holding her to the ground, but Scarlett got out.
She swiped at Pins nose.
Pin yowled and hit Scarlett in the same place.
While Scarlett was blinded with pain Pin jumped onto Scarlett and held her onto the ground, making sure she could not leave.
?????: What is going on here!?
Pin jumped up allowing Scarlett to slowly get up as well.
There was a Mist Kingdom patrol with six members in it including Chris!
He looked at the two Healers clothes which were on the ground.
Chris: Pin? Scarlett? What are you two doing!?
Both of them tried to get a word in but Chris stopped them.
Chris: I only want one of you talking at a time! Pin I want you to grab you clothes and come with me!
He turned to his patrol.
Chris: Take Scarlett back into the Kingdom and make sure she stays in sight!
Alice went out from the group and grabbed Scarlett's clothes.
Scarlett: I can grab those myself!
The orange haired Healer yowled.
She got grabbed by Alice which amused Pin.
The group left and it was only Pin and Chris.
Chris: What happened?
Pin could not hold it in.
Pin: I am sorry Chris! We were walking back from the Sky Castle! She walked past the kingdom, so I asked her about it! She spoke. We were going to the human village! She told me she wanted a human to beat the other Kingdoms then insulted our Kingdom saying it is not hers!
They expected their leader to be mad at them, but he was not.
He thought for a moment, and he sighed.
Chris: Let's go back to the Kingdom!"
He grabbed Pins clothes and allowed them to climb onto his back.
They went into the Kingdom and Chris dropped Pin and their clothes off in the Medicine Bay.
The black-haired leader walked up to Scarlett who was back in her true form.
Chris: Come with me!
They went into the middle of the inner Kingdom and Alice went up to the spotted furred Healer.
Alice: Are you alright Pin!?
Chris: Can everyone gather please! There is something I want to tell you!
The two siblings went over to see what was going on.
Chris: It seems we have a traitor in our mist! Scarlett! You are now exiled from Mist Kingdom! Your wounds will be treated but afterwards you have to leave!
He allowed Scarlett to walk to the Medicine Bay where she was followed by insults and anger.
Pin ran after her and when she went into the Medicine bay Pin jumped onto a table.
Scarlett looked at Pin and seemed angry.
Scarlett: Let me guess you are going to rub it in my face?
Pin: No! I wanted to say I was warned about a fox! That fox was you! But I hope your life gets better wherever you go!
This surprised Scarlett.
She has been nothing but rude to Pin but they still were nice to them.
When Scarlett got treated, she walked out of the Kingdom.
She ran until she was not seen again.
Pin remembered something and they ran to a tall brown-haired cat boy apprentice.
Pin: Dj!
They mewed and he looked down to see them.
Dj: Pin! Are you all right! I heard what happened!
The black-haired Healer purred!
Pin: Yeah, and I want to thank you for saving me!
Dj: What do you mean?
He had been in the inner Kingdom all day.
Pin laughed.
Pin: You taught me how to fight! If you did not, I would have been gone!
Dj: Are you sure you are all right!? That sounds awful!
Pin was going to answer their friends when they heard someone call their name.
It was Alice!
Dj heard this and walked away so they could talk.
Pin: What is wrong? We need to talk! It is about changing rooms!
This made Pin interested, and they were listening.
Alice: You know how Gwen and Izzy swapped rooms because Gwen was fighting with Courtney?
Alice: Well Chris was getting suspicious because we have been getting close after we found out we are siblings!
Alice: He want us to change back! But Gwen and Courtney are still mad at each other!
Alice: So, I though Izzy could move back in with me.
Alice: Gwen could go back into her room and Courtney and Bridgette could swap rooms!
Wait this would mean Pin and Courtney would share a room.
Pin blushed at the thought and Alice smirked.
Alice: I can see the blush through your fur!
Pin mumbled and then looked at Alice.
Pin: That is a promising idea! As long as the others are all right with it!
The two-siblings smiled, and they went off to tell the others.
They all seemed happy with this idea and Pin helped Bridgette and Courtney move rooms.
When Courtney finally moved in Pin noticed that they were still in their cat form.
Courtney noticed this and quickly grabbed the Healers clothes.
Pin: Thank you!
Pin mewed and grabbed the clothes.
Courtney turned away as Pin shifted back into their true form.
But when they looked at their clothes they cried.
Courtney: What is wrong!?
Pin: I need help!
Courtney: Are you alright with my turning around?
Pin: Yeah! Please!
Slowly Courtney turned around to help Pin.
They had their pants on, but they did not have their shirt on.
Pin: My binder go broken in the fight! But it was my only one!
Courtney understood why she was upset.
Pin: If I do not have my binder than what would the others think of me!? What would I do with myself!? I cannot stand being without it!
This was difficult for Courtney to answer but she had an idea.
She went to her clothes drawer and dug through it.
She grabbed what she wanted and handed it to Pin.
A bra!
Courtney: Until you can get another Binder you can have this! I know it is not a solution but for now it is the best!
The bra did not make Pin happy.
Pin: But it does not work the same way as a binder! What will happen if the others see me, and It does not fix the way I see myself!
Courtney: Of course it cannot fix the way you see yourself! It is not meant to do that!
Courtney: And you worked hard to make a name for yourself in the Kingdom!
Courtney: Chris believed you and not Foxheart!
Courtney: If they say anything different then that then they do not deserve you!
Pin smiled and took the bra.
Pin: Thank you, Courtney!
They put the bra on which still smelt like Courtney.
They tried clipping it up, but they had trouble.
Pin: Can you please help me?
Courtney nodded and clipped the bra up.
Pin put their shirt on and hugged Courtney.
Pin: Thank you so much! You are the best!
