Previously on What if Goku trained Deku. After the sports festival, the Z fighters left to gain a hero license. During the time Iida's older brother was unable to do hero work because of Stain and Cell. Luckily Deku, Iida, Todoroki, and Goku stop the bio-android and the hero killer. Let's see how things will turn out now!
In the hyperbolic time chamber...
Deku was wearing the turtle gi he wore back training with Goku.
Deku was busy dodging the Kamehamehas he blasted on himself until...
Goku-Heads up!
A ki blast came out of nowhere and Deku dodged it. Goku tried to punch Deku but Deku quickly dodged it.
The two then did a sparing match. Later they landed on the ground.
Deku-You know I could use some training without getting jumped like that.
Goku-Yeah, well you gonna expect the unexpected, and last I checked don't heroes have to be aware of their surroundings?
Deku-Ok, you got a point.
Goku-Anyway, how long have you been here?
Deku-About an hour out there and 15 days in here.
Goku- So why are you training in here?
Deku-After I used Ultra Instinct twice I tried to use it again but I've been struggling.
Goku-Yeah same here. But hey it's good that you want to master the forms but sometimes you need to work at your own pace.
Deku-Yeah, you're right again.
Goku-Just for now work on other things besides Ultra Instinct.
Deku-All right.
Goku-are you also training for the upcoming practical exam?
Deku-Yeah, I'm gonna have to team up with someone and it could be anyone, so it's making me nervous after all it could be anyone.
Deku immediately thought of Uraraka. Then Deku spun his head around from the thought.
Goku-Are you ok?
Deku-Yeah! I have to go and check something out!
Deku ran out of the hyperbolic time chamber and flew back home.
Deku shook his head.
Deku (thought)-No, no, no, that is just crazy. Oh man, why did it happen? Why did we almost kiss? Do I have feelings for her? If so why so quickly?
Deku then made it home.
Inko-Hello Izuku, how was training at Kami's lookout?
Deku-It was good, I got some training done for the exam in UA.
Inko-Oh ok well I made some Soba for dinner, want some?
Deku-Yeah, thanks mom.
After dinner, Deku was lying in bed wondering. Not just about the exam but his potential feelings for Uraraka.
Later Deku woke up.
Deku-Huh? Where am I? Oh my gosh, what happened here!?
Deku was in his turtle hermit gi and was in his room partially destroyed.
He walked around to see destruction everywhere.
Deku-Where is everybody? Mom!? Goku!? All Might!?
Deku looked to see a body lying on the ground. He walked to see what it was.
Deku-Oh no.
It was Uraraka. Deku ran to her but the moment he held her she turned to dust.
Deku-Uraraka!!
Deku then saw everyone he knew and loved lying on the ground dead.
Deku-This can't be! This can't be!!
Deku started to cry until he heard someone laugh.
Frieza-What's matter young hero? Oh, guess I shouldn't have to ask since you let this happen.
Deku-You, I know you, you're Frieza!
Frieza-Well, well what a smart boy you are. Goku might have told you about me.
Deku-What did you do Frieza!? Did you do this!?
Frieza-Yes but all of this could have been prevented if you've been here.
Deku-What?
Frieza-It would make sense that there's no difference. You're a quirkless nobody, a useless Deku, and a poor excuse of a hero and a human being.
Deku-Your gonna pay Frieza!!!
Deku charged a Frieza but Frieza easily dodged it.
Deku ran toward Frieza and tried to punch him but Frieza caught the punch sensed him flying and slammed him to the ground.
Deku tried to use a ki blast nothing happened.
Deku-Ha how?
Frieza wrapped his trail around Deku's neck and lifted him from the ground.
Deku was struggling to get out of Frieza's grip until...
Deku-Daaaaahh!!!
Frieza punched Deku in the gut till Deku was drawing blood from his mouth.
Frieza then punched Deku in the stomach repeatedly and Deku was screaming in agony.
Frieza-You don't get it, do you? One for All rejected you and the training you got from Goku was for nothing.
Deku-Ba but-
Frieza-But what? You thought you had a chance? There's a war coming between heroes and villains. You gonna let everyone down so give up.
Deku was starting to feel fear when he looked at Frieza and heard what Frieza said.
Frieza charged a ki blast on his fingertip and pointed between Deku's eyes.
Frieza-Bang.
Suddenly Deku woke up on the floor.
Inko-Izuku wake up you're gonna be late for school!
Deku-Oh thanks Mom!<thought>Phew good thing it was a nightmare.
Deku looked on the ground to see a puddle of blood. Deku started to feel scared by the sight.
Deku quickly grabbed some clothes and cleaned up the mess.
Deku-Was that really a dream? Or was that gonna happen in the future?
Later...
Bakugo-Worst day ever.
Deku-I can see why.
Bakugo-Why the hell are we teaming up!!!!
Flashback...
Mr.Aizawa-So you suggested that we have Bakugo and Midoriya be partners for this assignment?
Goku-Yes I mean I can't be the only one who noticed that these two don't get along.
Mr.Aizawa-Yes, I see.
Principal Nezu-And it would make sense. There are probably times when they have to work together for the greater good.
Principal Nezu drank some tea.
Goku-Do you agree with that Vegeta?
Vegeta-Yes, fine.
Goku-Oh and one more thing.
Everyone-Hm?
Goku-Can we take them to the otherworld?
Mr.Aizawa-I'm not sure we can do that.
Vegeta-What are you planning Kakorot?
Goku-We've seen what they can do, and they excelled in their ki training.
Mr.Aizawa-Maybe...What do you think Principal Nezu?
Principal Nezu-I supposes.
Goku-Oh and don't worry if things go south I'll step in.
Principal Nezu-All right then.
Goku-Great.

Bakugo-Im gonna murder you Goku!!!
Deku-Calm down Kacchan.
Goku-Look I know you two aren't a big fan of each other but you gonna have to work together when the time comes. Ok?

Deku-Ok. Um, Goku there's something I have to do first.

Deku went to see how Uraraka's and Ayoama's practical exam went.
Goku-How's training with Vegeta?
Bakugo-Shut the hell up!!!
Deku was halfway through the hallway until he bumped into Uraraka.
Deku-Uraraka, there's something I gotta tell you.
Uraraka got a flashback where Ayoama asked if she liked Izuku.
Uraraka started to panic.
Urarak-Sorry Deku I have an important thing I gotta do, bye.
Deku-I wonder what happened to her?
Bakugo-Hurry up you dam nerd. I don't want to spend a single minute with this guy!!!
Deku-Ok.
Deku ran back to Bakugo and Goku.
Goku-Ok now hang on to my shoulders and I'll take us to the otherworld.
Deku and Bakugo grabbed his shoulders and Goku instant transmission.
They teleported to Otherworld.
King Yama-Dah! Goku?
Goko-Yo King Yama. Are they ready as I asked?
King Yama-Yes turn left over there and you'll meet them.
Goku-Ok thanks. Come on guys.
Deku and Bakugo walked behind Goku.
Deku-So wait who are we gonna be facing again?
Bakugo-Yeah and how much can I hurt them?
Goku-You'll see.
They finally walked into the arena and the opponents were revealed.
Goku, Deku, and Bakugo were sweatdropping.
Bakugo-The Ginyu Force!? Why the hell are we fighting walking, talking fruit and yogurt!?!?!?!?
Goku-Well, you two excelled in your training for using ki. Not only that The Ginyu Force has been training as well so I felt like you guys could use a challenge.
Bakugo-Hm. Fine then.
Goku-Ok I'll be over there watching you guys, in case things go south I'll step in.
Goku flew to the stance. And then Bakugo turned to the Ginyu force.
Bakugo-So what did Goku promise you guys if you win?
Captain Ginyu-Well that's easy when we win he has to bring us back to life so we can help Lord Frieza again.
Deku-Too bad. That's not gonna happen.
Captain Ginyu-We shall see. Now prepare yourselves and tremble before the Ginyu Force!!
Deku and Bakugo sweat drop from the pose they just did.
Captain Ginyu-You know what to do men.
Ginyu Force-Yes sir.
Deku-Ok how about I'll take Burter and Jeice while you take Reccome and Guldo.
Bakugo-Screw it I'm gonna take them all down!!
Deku-Kacchan!!
Bakugo-Gr, why can't I move?
Guldo-My what a short temper.
Reccome-Reccome final kick.
Before Reccome had the chance to kick Bakugo, Deku shot a ki blast at Guldo freeing Bakugo.
After that, Bakugo dodged the attack and countered with his explosion quirk.
Jeice and Burter caught Deku off-guard sending him flying. Deku landed on his feet and launched back at Jeice and Burter.
Jeice and Burter flew back into the air. Jecie created a red ball.
Jeice-Crusher Ball!
Jeice threw the crusher ball at Deku, and Deku quickly dodged it but played into Burter's hand.
Buter and Jeice appeared behind Deku and punching him repeatedly in the back.
Deku slammed into the ground. Bakugo saw what happened, and suddenly Reccome was behind him.
Reccome-Reccome Eraser Gun!
Bakugo-Dah!
Bakugo was caught in the blast then he landed next to Deku.
They slowly got up.
Bakugo-Dam it! I can't believe we're losing to those clowns. Hey, why aren't you using your transformations!?
Deku-Because I need to improve my base form. You know as well as I do we need to work together.
Bakugo-Tch.
Deku-Even though you hate me, I still want to work together. So please I'm begging y-
Bakugo-Oh shut it!!! I don't give a crap about that!!! You can take care of the extras since you're an extra!!!
Deku sweatdropped.
Deku-Uh ok.
Bakugo-Is something the problem you damn nerd!!!
Deku-Nothing, nothing, really I swear.
Deku was panicking his hands around.
Bakugo-What do you think we should do with Shorty over there? From what I can remember he can stop time by holding his breath.
Deku-Just do what you do with me.
Bakugo-?
Deku-Scare the heck out of him.
Bakugo turned to Guldo and Reccome with an ominous grin.
Bakugo-Oh...my...gosh. It must be Christmas morning, I'm grinning ear to ear.
Deku thought-Kacchan can be very scary like that.
Bakugo charged at Guldo but was stopped by Reccome.
Bakugo jumped over Reccome's head, and then turned around and hit his head with an explosion.
Reccome was pushed back.
Reccome-At least my face didn't end up like last time. Oh man, it's a horrible sight to see.
Bakugo-After I'm done with you, I'm gonna make a whole like worse.
Reccome-Haha. You got a million of them, don't you? All right funny man let's play.
Bakugo charged at Reccome.
Reccome-Is this the best you can do?
Bakugo-Don't think this is gonna end well for you. Just you wait.
Guldo smirked and then held his breath and struggled to push Reccome out of the way.
Gulod got into a different position and started to breathe again.
Instantly Bakugo changed course and headbutted Guldo.
When everyone saw it they were shocked. Bakugo grabbed Guldo and threw him to Reccome.
Reccome caught Guldo which caught Reccome off guard.
Bakugo-Taste my ki AP shot!!!
Bakugo shot multiple explosions at Guldo and Reccome.
The smoke faded and revealed that Reccome and Guldo were unconscious.
This shocked the remaining members of the Ginyu Force, giving Deku the opportunity.
This caught Jeice and Burter off guard, leaving Deku an opening to slam them, heading towards the ground.
They turned around and tried to use their ultimate attack.
Jeice/Burter-Purple comet crush!!!
Multiple purple ki blasts were flying at Deku. Deku quickly dodged and deflected them all.
And then Deku slammed them to the ground again knocking them unconscious.
Deku then landed on the ground.
Bakugo-What took you so long you dam nerd!!!
Deku-Do you know that's getting old? And besides we have bigger issues.
Bakugo turned to see an angry Ginyu.
Deku-Ok, I think if we worked together then...
Bakugo-Hell no!!! There's no way I want to do that!!! I can take care of this guy myself!!!
Deku grabbed hold of Bakugo.
Bakugo-Let me go, you damn nerd!!! Get your hands off of me!!!
Deku-Just listen! Can't you sense it? Remember he's been training since he died. And these guys are no pushovers. But this guy is on another level.
Deku lets go of Bakugo.
Bakugo-Then what are we supposed to do?
Deku-We could fu-
Bakugo-No.
Deku-But I didn't even say what it is.
Bakugo-You didn't have to, you were suggesting that we use fusion.
Deku-maaaaaaaybbeeee...
Bakugo-To that I say no.
Deku-But why?
Bakugo-Why can't you use your transformations!?!?!
Deku-Well I need to have a handle with ki in my base form. I haven't done that in a while. And there could be a good chance he could swap bodies with us.
Bakugo-Grrr... Fine. How do we do the fusion thing?
Deku-From what I saw from Goku's memories...
Deku then explained each movement of the fusion dance.
Deku-Oh yeah. We need our ki to be exactly the same and do the finger-touching with a perfect angle and our fingertips can't miss ok?
Bakugo looked like he's gonna explode.
Captain Ginyu-Hey what's the hold up you two!?
Deku-Oh can you give us a min, please?
Bakugo-I think I rather swap bodies with a frog.
Deku-Come on I don't think he'll wait much longer.
Bakugo-Fine! But if our fusion is messed up I'm gonna murder you.
Deku-Ok.
They got in position and did the fusion dance.
Deku/Bakugo-Fuuuu—Sion-Ha!!!
A green and yellow/orange aura flowed around. In a big burst of light, the fusion was completed.
Captain Ginyu-What the?
Dekugo-What should we call ourselves? Hmm...about Dekugo, yes that has a nice ring to it.
Captain Ginyu-All right then, are you ready to fight!?
Dekugo-Heck yeah, it's time to show you what were really made of.
They both charged at each other.
They kept clashing fists and taking blows but later in the fight, Dekugo was starting to win the fight.
Even to the point where Captain Ginyu was getting desperate. Captain Ginyu shot multiple ki blasts at Dekugo but they were deflected.
Instantly Dekugo slammed Captain Ginyu to the ground.
Captain Ginyu-Dam it.
Dekugo-I suggests you surrender Ginyu, you've lost.
Captain Ginyu-Funny, I remember this happening on Namek.
Dekugo-Hm?
Captain Ginyu-Change now!!!
A yellow beam was shot from Captain Ginyu to Dekugo. When the yellow beam was shot at Dekugo it was gone.
Captain Ginyu-What the?
Dekugo-Heh, Deku made a good call. Since Deku and Bakugo merged, their bodies became one temporarily, so that means your change now technique is useless.
Captain Ginyu-Grrrr.
Dekugo-Don't blame us for this, this is your fault for giving us the chance in the first place.
Captain Ginyu lunged at Dekugo but instantly Dekugo appeared behind him and knocked him.
Goku-Wow didn't think you guys would fuse.
Dekugo-It was Deku's plan but pretty sure Bakugo could handle it. So how long does this fusion last?
Goku-Well I think about...10 mins.
Later...
They instant transmission back to UA. Once they got back, Deku and Bakugo separated.
Deku-Man, that was crazy. So that's what being a fusion feels like.
Goku-Yeah but you'll get used to it.
Bakugo-All I know is that I will never do that again!!
Deku-Ok, we got it.
Goku-You guys pass for defeating the Ginyu force, working together, and putting the Ginyu force back to hell.
Deku-Thats good right Kacchan?
Bakugo just walked away.
Deku-Uh ok.
Goku-Ok, now I think you guys should head to class right now.
Deku-Oh right.
A few days later...
The UA students arrived at the mall.
Iida-All right now everyone pick a partner and get the stuff for the training camp and meet back here in a few minutes.
Instantly everyone picked a partner and was gone, leaving Deku and Uraraka alone.
Deku-Guess it's just you and me.
Uraraka-Yep, so what are you gonna shop for?
Deku-Oh just some training weights, and what about you?
Uraraka-Oh just some bug spray.

Deku-What was all that about?
Deku walked into a store and bought something. And then he left to get his training weights.
Deku-Ok, I got what I need but I still need my training weights. I guess if I can't get any then I might have to ask for Goku's.
Suddenly...
???-Oh, it's someone from UA, nice. I want an autograph.
The stranger wrapped his arms around Deku.
???-You were the one who got beat to hell at the sports festival, right?
Deku-Uh, yeah
???-Aren't you one of the students who ran into the Hero Killer and Cell in the Hosu incident, too? You're practically famous.
Deku-You sure do know a lot.
???-What can I say—I'm just a big fan of yours. I can't believe I'm running into you again.
Deku made a surprise look.
???-It makes me think that it might not be a coincidence. No, no this feels like its destiny.
The stranger then grabbed Deku's neck.
???-Oh, right. From your point of view, we haven't officially met since the attack on UA.
The stranger was revealed to be Tomura Shigiraki.
Shigiraki-Why don't we spend some time catching up? Izuku Midoriya.
Deku thought-Tomura Shigiraki.
Later...
Shigiraki-Don't make a scene. I'm just an old friend who ran into you at the mall.
Deku-Why couldn't I sense your energy?
Shigiaki-Lets just say I have a friend who knows your friend Goku.
Deku-You mean...
Shigiraki-Yes, let's have a friendly chat.

Later Deku and Shigiraki sat somewhere to chat.
Shigiraki-When it comes down to it, I hate basically everything. But the hero killer pisses me off the most right now.
Deku-Isn't he one of your guys?
Shigiraki-Not technically but that's what the media made it look like. And that's what my problem is. It's like everyone is obsessed with that stupied hero killer. The attack on UA, the Nomus on Hosu—he upstaged all of it. No one's giving me a second thought. Why is that?
Deku-Im confused. I don't agree with anything you do. I don't agree with the hero killer either. The hero killer and I have one thing in common, we're inspired by All Might.
Deku gets flashbacks about Stain and the attack on the USJ.
Deku-The hero killer doesn't do it for fun. I think the difference is that he stays true to his beliefs. That's the difference.
Shigiraki-Ah... that's like a weight off my chest. I see it now...All the dots are connected. The problem is All Might.
Uraraka-Deku? Is this a friend of yours?
Shigiraki then let's go off Deku.
Shigiraki-Oops sorry about that but I'm late for something. It was nice chatting Midoroya.
Shigiraki then walked away as Uraraka rushed to Deku.
Deku-Not so fast Shigiraki. What is Frieza and One for All after?
Shigiraki-Not sure, who knows. But in a word of advice, watch out because I will most likely have to kill you.
Shigiraki then disappeared into a crowd of people.
Uraraka-Deku are you all right?
Deku-Yeah, I think I will.
Uraraka-Why couldn't we sense his energy?
Deku-Remember the Nomus I fought at the USJ. He got trained by the same guy whose DNA was inserted into the Nomus.
Urarka-Who could have done that?
Deku-who ever made the Nomus and Dr.Gero.
Urarka-Well we need to stop him.
Deku-If we do that then we'll cause panic. Well, alert the police, not the public.
Uraraka-Ok.
They alerted the police and they tried to find Shigiraki but no sign. Inko would also be worried and Deku just like in Cannon.
The other day...
Deku-There is something I need to talk to you about.
All Might-Well, what is it?
Deku-I had this dream where everyone I knew was gone because of Frieza.
All Might-Hm.
Deku-And I couldn't use my ki or One for All. When I woke up I saw blood on the floor coming from my mouth.
All Might-What!?
Deku-In parts of my dream, he was doing damage to me.
All Might-I can't say I'm an expert on dreams but it could be a vision.
Deku-I hope not. If so then I have to do everything I can to stop him.
All Might-Have you told Goku about it?
Deku-No not yet.
All Might-Earlier the other day Goku asked the chief of police to find any evidence that would lead to Frieza. They still haven't found any of it.
Deku-So it's possible.
All Might-Yes, maybe.
Deku-If it is a vision, then I have to do everything I can to stop it.
All Might-Do you even know how it happened?
Deku-Yeah, Frieza said that I wasn't there and everything I did to become a hero was for nothing.
All Might-Don't strain yourself on this young Midoriya. All you can do right now is rely on the people around you. And keep getting stronger.
Deku-You may be right.
All Might-Just do the best you can ok? That's all that matters when you fight your battles.
Deku-Ok.
All Might-Does Goku know about this?
Deku-Oh, no I haven't told him about it.
All Might-I might as well guess that you should ask for more training so you can be better prepared.
Deku-Ok then. See you later All Might.
Deku walked out of the room.
All Might-Hm...If my suspicions are true then, I might as well take some training myself.
A week later...
The students were on a bus heading to the training camp.
Uraraka was practicing using her quirk to crush a can, while Deku was writing something in his notebook.
Uraraka started to notice something in Deku's bag.
Uraraka-Hey Deku what's that poking out of your bag?
Deku got nervous and flung his hands around.
Deku-Dah! Uh, it's nothing really, it's just something for training that's all.
Uraraka-Oh ok.
Mr.Aizawa-All right were here.
Everyone exited out of the bus.
Deku thought-Why are we up on the mountains.
Mr.Aizawa-The training camp is over there. But you have to get through this forest to meet the wild, wild pussycats. Also don't use ki or any type of flying.
Mr.Aizawa got back on the bus and left.
Everyone-Did he just left us!?
Deku-Funny way to start training camp.
Uraraka-Thats for sure.
Iida-Indeed.
