Unpleasntville
Allison and Jeremy currently sat in the kitchen waiting for the pizza to arrive. Jeremy sketching and Allison reading a book. "Hey, I um made something for you the other day," Allison told Jeremy as she got up from the chair to grab it from her bag. "What is it?" Jeremy asked. "It's kinda cheesy but it's a bracelet," Allison said then handed him a little velvet bag as she sat back down. "Like a friendship bracelet?" Jeremy asked as he took it out of the bag and put it on. "Something like that," Allison told him. "So what do you think about Anna?" Jeremy asked her.
As Allison was about to answer the doorbell rang. "I'll get it," Jeremy said as he got up to answer the door. "Hey. It's gonna be $22." The pizza delivery man told Jeremy. "Elena I need money!" Jeremy yelled up to Elena. "Uh here. Come in. Just put it on the table." Jeremy told the Pizza guy as he went back to the kitchen with Allison. Elena ran down the stairs and handed the guy the money. "Hi um keep the change," Elena said. "Thanks and you have yourself a good night." The pizza guy said then walked out of the house.
"Uh Anna is cool I guess, I don't really know her," Allison told him. "She seems kinda weird," Jeremy told her as he served Allison and himself a slice of pizza. "I don't know maybe she has a crush on you." Allison teased him. "Yeah, yeah shut up. Says the one that gave me a bracelet." Jeremy teased. "You know what I'll take it back if you'd like and I don't know maybe give it to your buddy Tyler," Allison told him. "No, I like it and you gave it to me so I'm keeping it," Jeremy said before taking a bite out of his pizza. "No need to get jealous little Gilbert," Allison said before going back to her book.

The next day Allison woke up to someone throwing books. "I will murder you I'm trying to sleep." She told Damon as she walked down the stairs into the lounge room. "What are you looking for Damon?" Stefan asked as he walked into the room as well. "Not your concern," Damon told him. "But putting Elena in harm's way is my concern." Stefan said. "hm what are you talking about?" Damon asked as he continued his search for a book. "I'm talking about Atlanta," Stefan said. "Oh yeah, Elena and I had a blast," Damon said.
"You're just bitter because one of us gets to be with the person we love and poor Katherine is just out of reach. Unless there's another way for you to get into that tomb. Is that what Bree said?" Stefan asked. "You're pathetic when you're fishing," Damon told him. "And you're transparent when you're deflecting," Allison commented. "Don't you two have school?" Damon asked. "Whatever you'll end up telling me later," Allison said walking away and up to her room to get ready.

"Allison look!" Jeremy exclaimed as he ran up to the Salvatore girl showing her his grade. "Wow, Jere good job." Alli congratulated him on his paper. "All that research helped," Jeremy told her. "Let's go to the grill to celebrate," Allison said and they headed to the Grill.
"So what have you been up to I feel like I haven't seen you much lately?" Jeremy asked as he and Allison sat at a booth. "Just dealing with Damon and Stefan's drama," Allison tells him. "Speaking of Damon drama isn't that him talking to Bonnie?" Jeremy asked as he looked behind Allison. "Yup, excuse me I'll be back," Allison told him as she walked up to Damon and Bonnie. "Haven't you bothered her enough Damon leave her alone," Allison told him. "Stay out of this little sister," Damon told her. "Is everything okay over here?" A guy asked. "Yeah, we're fine," Damon said.
"I wasn't talking to you." The guy said. Damon laughed and walked away. "Thanks, Allison," Bonnie said. "No problem I'll leave you now. He's cute." Allison said before walking away. "What happened?" Jeremy asked as she came back to the booth. "Just Damon being Damon," Allison told him. "Yeah well, I have to head home before Jenna kills me see you tomorrow?" Jeremy asked. "Yeah of course. Bye, little Gilbert." Allison said kissing his cheek and leaving.

The next day Allison sat in the living room with Stefan and Elena. "Why me? What does he want with me? And if he's trying to kill me why call first?" Elena asked. "It's because we're predators Elena. We hunt. We stalk. It's often as exciting as the kill." Allison told her. "I want you to take this," Stefan said as he handed her the pocket watch. "This is Jeremy's pocket watch. How'd you get it?" Elena asked. "I took it from Damon who took it from Logan who must've taken it from you," Stefan told her. "What happened to it?" Elena asked him. "Well, it's not just a watch. It's a sort of compass, but it points to vampires." Allison explained to her.
"Why did my father have it?" Elena asked her. "Well the Gilbert's were one of the founding families and back in 1864, they were among those who sought to eradicate the vampires. They used the compass to find us." Allison said. "Did you know them?" Elena asked. "Yes," Stefan told her. "I want you to keep this that way you'll know if you're ever in danger," Stefan said. They shared a kiss and that was Allison's cue to leave.

Jeremy and Allison were playing pool when they heard the voice of Anna. "Hey. How'd it go?" She asked. "What?" Jeremy asked confused. "Uh, the paper," Anna said. "Oh, I got an A. Thanks for the articles. They really helped." Jeremy told her. "Cool. So what'd he say about the vampires? Did he believe it?" Anna asked. "I don't even believe it. It's just a paper Anna. Anyways we uh gotta get going." Jeremy said grabbing Allison's hand and started walking away. "Uh hey, do you wanna do something later maybe?" Anna asked Jeremy. "Uh sorry we're stuck on lunch duty at the school dance," Jeremy said. "We are?" Allison asked confused and Jeremy gave her a look to play along.
"Oh yeah, we are?" Allison said. "How'd you guys get stuck with that?" Anna asked. "Well I'm failing English and I forced Alli to sign up with me for moral support," Jeremy said. "So maybe you know tomorrow or something. Maybe just you and me?" Anna asked. Jeremy gave her a tight-lipped smile. "I'm being pushy again aren't I?" Anna asked chuckling. "Well, thanks for the help. We'll see you around." Jeremy said.
Allison gave her a small smile and squeeze on her shoulder but when she touched her she saw a glimpse of what seemed to be Anna in 1864. "Are you okay?" Anna asked. "Uh yeah sorry, uh see you around," Allison said then caught up to Jeremy. "What happened back there?" Jeremy asked her. "Nothing just got a weird feeling," Allison told him. "You wanna get ready at my place I'm sure Elena won't mind," Jeremy asked. "Yeah, I just need to stop by my house and get my clothes," Allison told him.

"Here Damon. I believe this is what you were looking for. " Allison said as she threw down their father's journal. "Why are you bringing me Dad's journal? Shouldn't you be at your boyfriend's house getting ready?" Damon asked her. "I know you were looking for it and he's not my boyfriend besides I was on my way out. Thought I'd help since I did promise I would help you so there you go asshole." Allison said then walked out of the house.

Allison was up in Jeremy's room getting ready while he was in the shower. "Are you almost ready?" Jeremy asked as he walked out of the bathroom with a towel hanging low on his waist. "I'm done I'm just waiting for you..." Allison trailed off as she turned around and saw Jeremy. Allison let her eyes roam for a while until Jeremy cleared his throat. "Kinda need you to get out so I can change. Unless you'd like to stay?" Jeremy asked teasing her and moving closer to her backing her up against his drawer.
"I um should probably check on Elena," Allison told him. "Okay," Jeremy said. "Okay," Allison said as well neither of them made a move. "Hey, you guys almost ready?" Jenna asked as she walked into Jeremy's room. Allison and Jeremy quickly moved away from each other. "Uh yeah. I'm gonna go check on Elena." Allison said before leaving the room. "What was that? I thought you didn't like her?" Jenna asked. "I-I don't," Jeremy said. "Yeah well, you can cut the sexual tension with a knife. Hurry or I'll leave without you." Jenna said before leaving the room.

When Allison arrived at the dance she had gotten a text to keep a look out for the guy who posed as the pizza delivery guy yesterday. Stefan let her know he was a vampire and was after Elena. "Well, this is fun," Allison commented as she and Jeremy passed out Punch. "Super," Jeremy said. Allison saw as Elena, Damon, and Stefan arrived. She'd keep her eye out for a signal. A few minutes later a slow song started playing. "Oh great," Jeremy said.
"What jealous of all the couples? You know you can dance with me I mean after that little stunt you pulled earlier I think you might have a crush on me?" Allison teased. "Me a crush on you? In your dreams." Jeremy said. "You mean in your dreams. I know I'm in them." Allison whispered. "You guys neglected to mention this was a theme party." Allison heard the voice of Anna. "What are you doing here?" Jeremy asked her confused. "Well, seeing as you also neglected to invite me, I took matters into my own hands," Anna said.
"You're doing that thing again," Jeremy told her. "What thing would that be?" Anna asked. "That thing where you pretend we're dating even though we're not," Jeremy told her. "Oh, you mean stalking. Yeah. Get over yourself. Come on. I've never been to a school dance before. Humor me." Anna laughed.

Anna and Allison brought more cups to the table. "You don't go to school here, you know you don't have to help," Allison told her. "Oh, I don't mind It's fun. Oh um yeah before I forget. Jeremy, can I borrow your ancestor's journal?" Anna asked. "Why would you need the journal?" Allison asked she was still skeptical of her. "Jeremy said I could read it," Anna said. "Uh, I don't have it," Jeremy told her. "Oh, well, obviously you didn't bring it here, but I can walk you home," Anna said. "No I mean, I gave it to my history teacher. And besides Allison is spending the night." Jeremy told her.
"I am?" Allison asked and Jeremy nudged her shoulder to go along. "Oh right, I am," Allison said. "OK, but Wait. Why did you give it to him?" Anna asked. "Because he wanted to read it," Jeremy said. "You know, you shouldn't be giving that to just anybody. Not even Allison." Anna told him. "But he should give it to you?" Allison asked. "Loan. Loan it to me." Anna kept pushing. "Well, I loaned it to Mr. Saltzman," Jeremy told her once more. "Maybe he has it in his classroom. We can get it back." Anna said.
"What's the big deal with the stupid journal?" Jeremy asked. That's when Allison saw Anna's eyes start to turn red and her veins started to pop out. "Your eye," Jeremy said. "Uh, there's something in it. Forget it I gotta go" Anna said as she turned around and walked away. "I'll be back," Allison said before following after Anna.
"What do you want?" Allison asked as she pushed Anna up against the lockers. "That's none of your business," Anna said as she bared her fangs at her. "You don't scare me. I'm a lot stronger than you. Now I suggest you leave Jeremy alone or I'll make your brain explode. Got it?" Allison told Anna. "Got it," Anna said and Allison released her going back to the dance. Unknown to her the guy they were looking for was just down the hallway. "Everything okay?" Jeremy asked her. "Yeah," Allison told him. "Allison come on," Stefan said as he went up to her.
"I'll be back I promise," Allison told Jeremy before leaving with Stefan. Stefan and Allison walked into the cafeteria where Allison heard Elena scream. Stefan threw the guy off Elena before he could bite her. He tried to run but Damon stopped him. "Hey, dickhead. Nobody wants to kill you. We just wanna talk." Damon said. The guy started running again and Damon threw the broken broomstick to Allison and she stabbed the guy in the abdomen. "Now you feel like talking?" Allison asked. "Screw you." The guy told her.
Allison clicked her tongue, took a pencil and stabbed his leg. The guy groaned in pain. "Wrong answer. I can make this a lot more painful be thankful I'm going easy on you." Allison told him. "Why are you doing this?" Stefan asked. "Because it's fun." The guy said. Allison dug the stick deeper. "What do you want with Elena?" Allison asked him. "Oh I'm sure you're not so worried about Elena but her little brother right?" The guy taunted and that was Allison's last straw she lifted her hand and the guy started screaming in pain.
"You'll feel every vessel of your brain pop, now if you want it to stop I suggest you talk," Allison told him. "Fine! She looks like Katherine." The guy said and Allison stopped inflicting pain confused as to how this guy would know Katherine. "You knew Katherine?" Damon asked. "Oh, you thought you were the only ones. You don't even remember me." The guy said. "Tell me how to get into the tomb. Hmm?"Damon demanded. "No." The guy told Damon. This time Stefan pushed the stick even further.
"The Grimoire." The guy said groaning out of pain. "Well, where is it?" Damon asked. "Check the journal. Johnathan's journal. Jonathan Gilbert's Your sister should know how to get it." The guy said. "Who else is working with you?" Stefan asked. "Who else is there?" Damon asked. "No. You're gonna have to kill me." The guy said. Allison looked at Damon and he gave her the okay. Allison removed the broken broomstick and stabbed him in the heart this time. The guy groaned in pain as he took his final breaths.
"Wait. How are you going to find the other's now?" Elena asked. "He had to die," Damon told her. "But.." Elena started. "Elena he's been invited in," Stefan told her. They all heard a door close and turned to look where it came from and that's when they saw Mr. Saltzman. "Go. I got this." Stefan told Damon.

Later Damon, Stefan, and Allison stood in the hallway. "No way that idiot was working alone," Damon said. "I might have an idea of who he was working with," Allison said. But she was ignored as Stefan spoke. "You are. So the Grimoire it was Emily's right? That's what you need to reverse the spell. When the founding families burned her, they took her things and you were hoping that Dad's journal would tell you where it is." Stefan asked. "Look at you putting all the pieces together. Good for you. I was half-right. Well, it's out there now. Let the games begin." Damon said.
"My offer still stands," Stefan told him. "Yeah with some hidden caveats, no doubt. Besides I'm not totally alone Allison has been helping." Damon told him. "No. Nothing is hidden about it. And you'll need more than just her help. No lies, deception. I'll be there when you open up the tomb. You and Katherine go and the other 26 vampires die." Stefan said. "If I agree?" Damon asked. "I'll help you," Stefan told him. "Why should I trust you?" Damon asked. "Because I'm your brother," Stefan said. "No that's not enough," Damon said. "Because I want you gone," Stefan said. There was a tense moment for a while until Damon spoke. "Okay," Damon said.

Allison was currently in Jeremy's room as she decided she'd take him up on the offer of a sleepover. "What did you tell Anna after you went after her? Jeremy asked. "I just told her she needed to tone it down," Allison told him. "Here you can borrow one of my shirts," Jeremy said as he threw her one of his shirts hitting her in the face. "Thanks, ass," Allison said as she got up to go into his bathroom to change. Jeremy's shirt fit her big and reached up to her thighs. When Allison finished changing she walked out of the bathroom and into Jeremy's room. "Did it fit alright..." Jeremy said as he trailed off he let his eyes roam her body.
"Now who's drooling?" Allison teased as she walked to sit on the bed. "Shut up," Jeremy told her. Jeremy fixed his bed and they both lay on their respective sides. "Hey, Alli," Jeremy called. "Yeah?" Allison responded. "Thanks for always having my back," Jeremy told her. "Of course. I'll always be here for you Jere." Allison told him. Jeremy pulled her close to his chest and rested his head on hers and that's how they fell asleep.
