"Kol?" I crouched on the ground next to him. He kept his hand on his chest and looked at me. "You were right something is really wrong with me." He said choking up. "No no." I said, shaking my head.
"What is wrong with him?" Caius spoke walking beside me. I glanced at Caius quickly and the thoughts inside my head went before I could even think properly. "Everything will be fine." I said nodding at Kol and looked at the forest and around me.
"Can you hear me J?" I said out loud and I saw Demetri and Felix look at each other questioningly. Jason appeared next to me with his phone to his ear.
"It's in Mystic Falls, the Original Witch is trying to kill the siblings." Jason said looking at me.
"It's not a good thing." I said looking at him. I heard Damon's voice on the phone.
"What are we doing?" Damon yelled. Jason looked at me and I put my hand on Kol's body and my eyes changed.
"Oooh what's going on?" Felix asked pointing into Madilyn's eyes.
"Yeah, I've never seen eyes like that." Demetri looked wide-eyed. Alec and Jane walked by the others and they watched.
"Madilyn?!" Damon's speech was heard.
Aro tried to step closer and touch her but before he had a chance Jason stepped next to her and growled with a warning tone stooping down to her level.
"Stay away from her." He looked hard at the Volturi kings and put his other arm around Madilyn. The Volturi kings looked at each other dumbfounded.
"Wait a minute. You're the guy in that picture." Demetri said and Jason looked up. They looked at each other and then at Jason.
"pardon me?"
"We found a picture of France... It was old and it had you and Madilyn in it." Demetri continued looking at Jason.
"So what is your point?" Jason asked, narrowing his eyes at Demetri.
"Nothing. We just thought you were some friend of her that she hasn't seen since." Demetri spoke his voice went low and he looked at Alec.
Then Alec realized. "She talked to you on the cell phone that night." Felix and Demetri turned to look.
"The night I went to the movies with her I recognize your voice, I went to her door and she was on the phone with you." Alec spoke slowly.
"Why did she lie to us?" Demetri asked and all eyes turned to Jason.
Jason raised an eyebrow at Alec. "So you are that Alec Volturi." He said looking at the brown haired vampire in front of him. Alec and Demetri looked at each other.
"I've heard a lot about you, including the rest of you." He said glancing at the Volturi in front of him. Alec looked Jason into his blue eyes.
Blue eyes...
"I remember you from yesterday, Did you come with that gorgeous blue-eyed one to buy more?"
"I didn't sneak out."
"Did you go to Rome this time of evening?"
"What? I don"t...Yes I went, I wanted to buy a dreamcatcher and the stalls around here are not open at this time."
"A dreamcatcher? What do you need it for, vampires don't sleep."
"It's for decoration and this is really gorgeous and reminds me of a certain person."

Alec blinked. "She was with you in Rome that night and bought that dreamcatcher." Alec said mumbling quietly but everyone could hear clearly. Jason raised an eyebrow and Demetri looked at him.
"Why did she lie to us?" He asked again and Caius looked at them and Jason realizing that this was the same person from the picture they were talking about. Jason looked at Madilyn and Kol but said nothing.
"Damon... Kill Bennet witch." Madilyn said her eyes were white and red.
"What? Bennet witch?" Damon's voice came from the phone that Jason was still holding to his other ear.
"Abby Bennet...Esther is using her. Kill her or turn her into a vampire. A vampire can't be a witch." Madilyn grumbled.
"Damon, you heard it, act fast, I'll text you the location." Jason said and hung up the phone.
"You know you look exactly the same, are you twins?" Felix asked aloud. Demetri, Alec and Jane turned to look at him. "What?" Felix shrugged.
Jason looked at them and the Volturi kings who were further away talking. He turned his gaze back to Kol and Madilyn. Kol's body started to turn gray and he just hoped that Damon would make it in time.
"Are you going to answer the questions?" Jane spoke looking at Jason and then her brother. Jason narrowed his eyes and looked each of them in the eye.
"Does it matter? Maybe she had a reason to lie. I'm her friend and I've been in the picture all along." Jason replied curtly and Jane nodded at him, but something was still going on.
I sighed and Kol's body started to change back to normal. "Damon made it." Jason murmured softly and my eyes returned to normal and I looked at Jason with a smile.
"Yes, he did." I said and Kol sighed and stand up.
"What the bloody hell was that?" Kol asked looking at us.
"Your dear mother tried to kill you." Jason said with a smile.
"Of course she tried." Kol said looking around. Each of the Volturi looked bewildered and questioning.
"What happened?" Aro asked walking back to us. Kol, I and Jason looked at each other.
"The original witch is the mother and creator of Kol and the other original vampires and she just tried to kill every original." I replied looking at the ground.
"Do you want to come with us to Volterra?" Aro asked looking at the three of us questioningly. A hopeful look appeared on Alec's face and he looked at me pleadingly. "We could go home and talk about everything." Caius said looking at us. "Yes we would like to hear everything." Aro continued and I looked at Kol and Jason.
"I go where Madilyn goes." Jason said looking at me with a smile.
"I'll go where Madilyn goes too." Kol answered. All eyes were on me. I nodded.
"We're coming to Italy, we're just going to get our stuff and I'm going to say goodbye to the Cullens." I answered looking at Aro who had a big smile on his face.
The Volturi went to the nearest motel to wait for us. Kol stayed outside to wait while me and Jason entered the Cullen's house.
"See you soon?" Esme asked while hugging me.
"I'll visit sometimes and I want to see Renesmee too." I said letting go of Esme who smiled at me. Renesmee stood next to me and hugged me.
"Mad Madi if Alec gets on your nerves I'm going to kick his ass." Emmett said loudly next to me. I chuckled at him and grabbed Carlisle.
"I'll say it again, you're always welcome back kiddo." Carlisle said with a smile, resting his head on top of mine.
"I know." I said.
After collecting our things, we walked towards the motel where the Volturi were waiting.
"Did you hear how they asked about me?" Jason said and Kol raised an eyebrow to ask.
"At the time everything happened Demetri and Alec were asking about me." Jason said.
"Oh." Kol answered.
"Yeah, I heard everything by side ear." I replied looking down at my feet.
"Alec caught me up with that dreamcatcher shopping story, they're tough to ask." Jason continued and I nodded at him.
"They don't know everything and they won't hear it." I said looking at Kol who spoke next.
"Aro can read my mind." He pointed.
"He can't. I'll stop it the same way I did the Cullens." I said stopping and looking at them.
"We're like family. The secret remains in our thoughts that no one can find." I said.
"Always and forever." Kol said and Jason nodded.
