*Yawn*
Izuku yawned as he brushed his teeth. The OFA user took a moment to stare at himself in the mirror and looked at the time on his phone. "I look like absolute shit," he thought while putting his toothbrush in its holder. Then ran the warm faucet water and threw it on his face, coughing right after.
The truth was, Midoriya didn't have one ounce of sleep last night. On the other hand, Momo slept like a princess... He was too worried about waking her up in any way that he just decided not to sleep altogether. That was his biggest mistake because he realized a bit too late that the student council had a meeting with all the other student council classes. He groaned and started to change into his uniform pants realizing he left his shirt and blazer back in his room. "Great, this just shows how tired I am" he mumbled before opening the door into his room.
When he did Midoriya froze when he saw Momo just standing there. She noticed that he was staring at her and she directed her vision from the window to him, instantly blushing at what she was looking at. Midoriya wasn't wearing a shirt and he honestly forgot that Momo was in his room. "M-Midoriya?" she whispered. "O-Oh sorry! I totally forgot you were in here... a-and I need to get my shirt" he reached for his dresser before Momo stood up and walked over to him. He froze once again as she grabbed the side of his face. "M-Momo?" he mumbled. "President, are you tired?" she questioned, examining the dark circles under his eyes. "H-Huh? Only a little bit." he awkwardly looked away. "Is that so? I think you might need to get some rest, yes?" she smiled genuinely. It reminded him so much of... of his mother. "I'm fine Momo-San. Thanks for worrying" he smiled back and grabbed his blazer, going back into the bathroom.
Momo just stood there concerned, yet confused. She checked the time on her watch and saw that it was still early, but decided to get ready herself. She left Midoriya's room and went to her own.
After a while, Midoriya finished getting ready. He yawned and headed downstairs, only to see a few early birds awake. "Midoriya, you look nice" Iida bowed at his friend's presence and smiled. "Iida I'm not the actual President" he laughed while walking into the kitchen. He couldn't deny that he indeed did look good. Since there was a student council meeting today, he decided to wear the outfit designated to him. Every year, a new class President got to make their own outfit. People said that they liked his the most. His hair slicked back completed the fit all too well.
"You want some toast and eggs? Maybe bacon too" Kaminari responded while yawning. He obviously wasn't ready at all, he still wore his yellow pajamas, and his hair was tied up showing his forehead. Midoriya sighed but smiled at his friend. "Yeah, thanks. Also Kaminari, please make sure to be ready in the span of half an hour," he replied while walking to the coffee maker. He poured the coffee beans and water into the machine and then watched as it brewed. "I don't know how you can drink that stuff" Mineta made a gross face at Midoriya. He was a bit surprised that Mineta woke up this early. "Mineta, why are you awake so early?" he asked. "Well... Kaminari kinda forced me to attend the meeting as your committee member" Mineta sighed as he looked at Kaminari with a death glare. "Oh right, we don't have one. That slipped my mind, thanks Mineta" he smiled at the purple-haired student and grabbed his coffee from the machine while walking to sit on one of the island's chairs. Mineta stood there for a moment and slowly smiled. He's never had anyone say thanks to him before... maybe being a part of the student council wasn't a bad thing.
A while after talking and watching as the four annoying students came down to bother them, Kaminari finished cooking. The moment he finished cooking, that was the moment that Momo came down. And was she stunning to the eye. It had Midoriya physically say "Wow" in silence. The whole room went quiet as she walked into the kitchen, playing with her fingers. "Uhm, why is it so quiet?" she mumbled. Her hair was down and her onyx eyes stared into Midoriya's as he blushed.
He held out his hands for a hug and she instantly accepted. "You look good" he blushed as she hugged on tighter. "Thanks President, you don't look too bad yourself" She smiled and let go. The whole room stared at the two in annoyance. "Why don't you two just fuck already" Kaminari rolled his eyes and placed the plates around the room. Midoriya and Momo blushed while looking away. "W-What? It was just a hug?" Midoriya whispered while sitting back down. Momo sat beside him and blushed heavily. "Yet again, Kaminari's right. Wouldn't our babies look amazing President~?" she teased as he got even more flustered. "Okay then, since you want babies so bad, let's go make them Vice President" he picked her up from the chair and started walking towards the staircase as everyone stared in disbelief. "W-Wait what!? R-Right now!? I-In this?" she panicked and tried to let go of his grip but he put her down anyway. "W-Why is that what you're worried about!?" he backed away from her, going back in his seat. "You were joking?" she questioned as she sat back down. "Of course, I was joking!?" he slightly yelled. "What... what just even happened" Iida whispered, dumbfounded.
"Were you just going to let him take you up there..." Tokoyami looked at the two. "I-I uhm. S-Stop, this is an inappropriate subject and I will not be talking about it. Hmph." she started to eat her food while looking away. "Wow, she pulled the wild card on us" Mineta sighed. "As always" Kaminari whispered. But Midoriya was as shocked as everyone else. "Maybe she was joking... for the plan right?" he thought, but at the bottom of his heart, he didn't want it to be a joke.
~Time skip~ 10:55 AM
The day has been decent, with no drama, no Bakugo and Todoroki being dicks, none of that. It's been a peaceful day. So how come Midoriya was scared out of his mind for this meeting? The whole 2-A council told him he was going to be fine... but there was a little bit of fear in him. It's just a normal meeting... just like the ones in class but with even more student council presidents and some teachers. Was it because Midoriya was overly tired that he was scared of falling asleep? Or was it because he'll never be good enough? Why was he even the Student Council President of 2-A?
"Okay, these will be your designated seats. We will be having 2-A right here, 2-B right here, and 3-A right here." Nezu pointed at the sides of the U-shaped table. Everyone sat down and listened to Nezu speak fluent Yapanese. "Now, that 3-A has introduced themselves, can 2-B do the same?" Nezu smiled. "I'm Vlad King, class 2-B's teacher and instructor. Thank you for letting us be one of the classes nominated to be a part of the student council" Vlad King smiled. "Hello, I'm Ibara Shiozaki the President of class 2-B" Ibara stood up and introduced herself. "Hey everyone! I'm Itsuka Kendo, the vice president of class 2-B! I hope we can get along 2-A" Kendo smiled after standing up which made Midoriya raise an eyebrow when he saw that Momo had an annoyed look at her introduction. "Yui Kodai... secretary" she whispered. Yui was a woman of little words. "I'm Neito Monoma, and we're obviously better than class 2-A at everything. I hope we don't get al-" Before Monoma could finish his sentence, Kendo chopped him right in the neck, apologizing right afterward. This made Midoriya snicker, but not enough for anyone to notice. "I'm Tetsutetsu, the amazing treasurer of 2-B" he smirked. "Pony Tsunotori here! I'm the committee member!" she smiled.
"Great, now could 2-A introduce themselves?" Nezu smiled. "Yo, I'm Shota Aizawa known as Eraserhead. I have no clue how my troublemakers got nominated as a top class of UA" he yawned and sat down. 2-A just gave Aizawa a dirty look. Then Midoriya stood up and smiled. "Uhm. My name is Izuku Midoriya, I'm the class president of 2-A. Glad to meet you all" he smiled before sitting down. Momo gave him a thumbs-up before standing up. "Hello everyone, my name is Momo Yaoyorozu and I am the vice-president of 2-A" She waved and sat back down. "Good morning everyone, I am Tenya Iida, the secretary of 2-A" he smiled. "I'm the one and only Denki Kaminari, the historian and best 2-A council member here" he boasted as Tokoyami dug his nails into Kaminari's hand. "J-Just kidding" he whispered as Tokoyami let go. "Hey, I'm Fumikage Tokoyami, the treasurer of 2-A" he whispered. "And, I'm Minoru Mineta, the committee member of 2-A" Mineta spoke.
"Amazing, now this concludes the introductions of the new school year's council members. Please talk about the upcoming events regarding the school festival" Nezu walked out of the room, leaving everyone to discuss upcoming events.
Then the meeting was over. That meant the day was done. Everyone packed up their things and left, except for the 2-B presidents and 2-A presidents. "You alright Midoriya? You think you can hold out for the day?" Momo looked concerned. "I'm fine Momo, go on ahead" he smiled as she nodded. He saw that 2-B's president also left. So it was just the President of 2-A and the vice president of 2-B. A weird match-up. Kendo and Midoriya. The two had never talked before so it was odd to be in each other's presence. "Hey, Midoriya was it?" Kendo walked up to him with her hand out. He shook it and nodded. "Yeah, that's me. Nice to meet you" he smiled. "You too... but uhm. You alright man? You seemed zoned out for the last half of the meeting" he chuckled a bit which made him flustered. "O-Oh crap. Was I? I didn't get much sleep last night" he sighed and grabbed his things. "Really? I could tell... I'm surprised your classmates didn't notice when you guys were sitting right next to each other-" she laughed a bit.
"Yeah... haha- I'm sorry if it disturbed you in any way" he apologized. "No, it's fine. I was wondering if we could exchange contact info maybe? You seem cool" Kendo smiled. "Oh, sure. I was planning on doing that with the other presidents, but they left" he took out his phone as she gave him hers. "I don't blame them, that whole thing was super boring." Kendo yawned as they exchanged them back. "I thought I was the only one who felt that way. I was already tired as is" he spoke while walking out of the meeting room. "Pfft, we're more similar than you think President" Kendo winked as she walked out too. "Is that right? I'm going this way vice president, so I'll talk to you another time huh?" he smiled. "Yep! See ya!" She waved while walking down the hall on the opposite side of Midoriya. "I wonder why Momo felt some sort of grudge for Kendo that whole meeting," he thought while walking.
