((Hello everyone. Before I begin, I just want to say that part of this Chapter will be based on Pokémon episode Scent-sation! while next chapter go into ash gym battle plus something new and original you'll have to wait see what I mean anyway let's start!))
Narrator:The gang have finally made it to their next destination in Celadon City. As they were walking through the city, the gang saw how tall the buildings are in Celadon City.
Lexus:Wow. This place is still as good I remember.
Green:I'll say. And the aroma smells pretty good [Green added as he sniffed the air]
[Charmander, Brock, Fern, Carwyn and Misty sniffed the air also]
Brock:Green is right. Something smells heavenly!
Misty:Perfume.
Ash:Hey what's going on?
[Brock then begins to run off]
Ash:Wait, Brock where are you going?
Green:Obviously, where the aroma is coming from.
Lexus:We better not lose him
Fern:Ivysaur[Fern said ]
Carwyn:Cubone [He added]
[The gang then took off after Brock]
[They caught up to Brock who was pressing his face on a window of a store]
Ash:Who you making faces at, Brock?[Ash asked as he and Green came over]
Brock:My nose tells me that this is my kind of town! [He answered giddily]
Boys:Huh? [Ash and Green puzzled]
[They then look through the window to see some ladies talking. The building turned out to be a perfume shop]
Girl:So, then he says 'maybe we can both go together.[she said to the others]
Green:Why am I not surprised? [He said with a sweat drop]
Brock:I think we should stay here a while. [said Brock completely lovestruck]
[Fern can only facepalm at this while Carwyn looked confused]
Ash:Well, if you wanna waste your time. Green, Misty, Lexus, Charmander, Fern, Carwyn, let's get moving.
[The boys turn to see that Charmander and Misty are gone. Lexus, Fern, and Carwyn were the only ones remaining]
Green:That's funny. Where did they go?[he and Ash look around]
[Brock poked them on the shoulders to get their attention and points inside the perfume shop. They looked to see that Charmander and Misty had gone inside the store wanting to try out the perfume]
Lexus:Well, looks like Charmander and Misty wanted to try out the perfume [she looked through the window] Maybe they have scents that my tauros might like let's go boys.
[She then grabs Green by the arm]
Green:Whoa! [Green yelped as he got pulled inside with Fern and Carwyn followed after]
[Brock even followed after them]
Ash:Hey wait! What about the gym!?[Ash called out]
[Green and Lexus were then inside the store looking at the different perfume in stock].
Green:You know you didn't have to drag me in, Lexus[He said annoyed]I can just follow you inside.
Lexus:Sorry, Green. Got a little carried away there [Lexus said as she laughed nervously]I just wanted to check out these different perfumes.
Green:It's okay but I will admit, it does smell nice in here.
Fern:Ivysaur [Fern added as it was also enjoying the aroma]
Carwyn:Cubone [He added also liking the smell]
?????:Hello
[They turn to see a woman with a long blue hair tied in a ponytail coming up to them]
?????:Welcome to our perfume shop. Would you like to sample one of our perfumes?
Lexus:Sure [She answered]What type of perfume do you have?
?????:Well, I do have this one. [the girl said as she hold up a blue perfume ]This one's called Clear Ocean"
[Lexus stuck out her arm and the girl sprayed the perfume on her arm. Lexus then sniffed it and sighed at how good it smelled]
????:How about you, young man? [the girl said as she turned to Green]
Green:Okay [he respond as he held out his wrist. The girl sprayed the perfume on it]
[Green smelled the aroma and smiled]
Green:Wow. This is really good.
?????:Mmhmm. We take great pride in our perfumes [the girl said]Each one is made from the different fragrances of our own creation.
Green:That's interesting to know [Green said while Lexus nods her head]
?????:Would you be interested in buying any of our perfumes?[the girl asked]It's only 20 dollars for you and your girlfriend.
Green:She's not my girlfriend
Lexus:Yeah. We're just friends. Nothing else.
Lexus:And to answer your question yes I will. Green:I'm not interested right now so no thanks [Lexus reached into her pockets paying the lady as she gained a new perfume Item ]
[Lexus and Green walk off with Fern and Carwyn following behind]
[Lexus and Green were walking through the store to meet up with their friends, they then heard a voice]
?????Young man, are you accusing me of overcharging my customers for inferior perfume?!"
[They walked forward and saw a woman dressed in a kimono confronting Ash. Wanting to know what is going on, Green walked up]
Green:Excuse me, ma'am. But what seems to be the problem?
?????:This rude little boy said that my perfume is a waste of money and that it stinks.
[Green, Fern, and Carwyn gasped]
Green:Ash, is that true?
Ash:I'm just saying what I think about perfume. And to answer your question, ma'am: No. I meant all perfumes are a ripoff cause all they do is turn guys into zombies. Like this! [Ash claimed as he pulls Brock in]
Brock:Hi. What's your name? [Brock asked still lovestruck]
[The woman smiled before directing her glare at Ash]
Lexus:I think he just dug his own grave [She said with a sweat drop]
????:P for pretty, E for elegant, R for radiant, F for fun, U for urbane, M for mysterious, E for energy, and that spells... [the woman in the kimono told him]
Misty:Perfume
Brock:Right
Charmander:Char
Ash:I don't need that smelly junk to give me energy! I'm full of it! I got tons more energy than I know what to do with! [He claimed]
Green:Um, Ash. I think you should stop talking right now
?????:If you object to our products so much, perhaps you should leave. Since we all sell perfume here, you must find us offensive. [the girl in the kimono said angrily]
?????:You should be ashamed of yourself! [a perfume employee scolded Ash]
????:You insensitive little worm! [another perfume employee added as she and another employee surround Ash]
Ash:What'd I say? [Ash asked cluelessly]
[Lexus and Green both face palm at this. Ash was then kicked out of the store by an employee]
?????:Get out and don't come back! [she yelled]
Ash:I don't wanna come back! I'm on my way to the Celadon City gym! [Ash yelled back before storming off]
Green:And this is why we should watch what we say [Green said as he saw this]
Lexus:Especially in a perfume store like this one.
[Fern and Carwyn both nod their heads in agreement]
[After leaving the perfume shop, Lexus and Green parted ways with Misty, Brock, and Charmander. They then head to the Pokémon Center where Nurse Joy healed their Pokémon. When that was done, Green began to exchange his Tentacool for his new Shiny Dodorio named Alpha and his Pikachu for his Beedrill on his Pokédex. Lexus and Green were then outside on the battlefield near the Pokémon Center for a practice battle. Fern and Carwyn were watching from the side]
Green:Thanks for helping me practice for my Gym battle, Lexus.
Lexus:No problem, Green [She replied ]Just don't hold anything back.
Green:Sure thing [Green said as he takes out a Poké Ball ]Helios, you're up!
[He throws the Poké Ball and Helios came out]
Helios:Charmeleon [it said]
[Lexus then takes out a Poké Ball]Lexus:Fine let's fight fire with Fire,Go Pyro!
[She throws her Poké Ball and Pyro appears]
Pyro:Ros!
Green:huh I've never seen this version Before? [He said before taking out his Pokedex].
Green Pokedex:Tauros, wild bull Pokémon,paldean form, Fire/Fighting, When heated by fire energy, its horns can get hotter than 1,800 degrees Fahrenheit. Those gored by them will suffer both wounds and burns, People call this kind of Tauros the Blaze Breed due to the hot air it snorts from its nostrils. Its three tails are intertwined.
Lexus:Let's begin! [She said]Pyro, Tackle attack!
[Pyro charges at Helios ]
Green:Helios,dodge and then use Flamethrower!
[Helios Quickly dodged to avoid Pyro attack him as it skids to a halt once he missed his target. Helios then fires Flamethrower which hits Tauros sending it skidding back a bit]
Lexus:Pyro, shake it off and use flame charge!
[Pyro begins to kick up dust as it charge at Helios]
Green:Dodge with smokescreen!
[Helios did just as that to prevent the attack from hitting him hiding into the smoke much to Pyro and Lexus shock. ].
Green:Good work, Helios. Now use seismic toss full speed!
[Helios rushes toward Pyro very fast and grabs his leg with all his might jumps swinging him around, as Pyro was sent flying and hits the ground]
Lexus:Pyro?!
[Eevee slowly gets up and shook it's head]
Lexus:Okay, Pyro,Flame charge!
Green:Use Scratch Attack, Helios!
[Pyro and Helios began to run at each other with their Attacks .They then clashed hitting each other resulting in them skidding back]
Green:Use Scratch attack again!
[Helios then ran up to Pyro and begins to Scratch him with its claws. Pyro shook his head after that]
Lexus:Pyro, Tackle attack!
[Pyro tackled Helios but only made it skid back a bit as it blocked with claws ]
Green:Not bad, Lexus. But that won't stop us now Helios, another Flamethrower attack!
[Helios fired Flamethrower at Pyro. It hits making him skid on the floor]
Lexus:Pyro! [She yelled]Can you continue battling?
[Pyro tries to stand but then fell back down in exhaustion]
Green:Oh yeah! Good work, Helios!
Fern:Ivysaur [Fern cheered]
Carwyn:Cubone! [He cheered]
Lexus:Pyro, return! [Lexus said as she returns Pyro to his Poké Ball ]That was good, Green. Now it's time to face my next Pokémon.
[She takes out another Poké Ball]
Lexus:Tauros, your turn!
[She let's out Tauros]
Tauros:Ros!
Green:Tauros, huh? [Green said as he recalled Helios] Alpha, I choose you!
[He throws his Poké Ball and Alpha the Dodorio comes out landing on the field ].
Alpha:Dodorio!
Lexus:Alpha? [She asked] I guess you figured out what type this gym specializes in.
Green:You can say that [He answered] Alpha, use aerial ace!
[Her beak is glowing as she rushed to strike Tauros]
Lexus:Tauros, dodge and use Rock tomb!
[Tauros got out of the way just as Alpha tries to peck it. Tauros then hurled Boulders at his foe. It also lowers the foe's Speed by preventing its movement. Green, Fern, and Carwyn gasped at this].
Lexus:You got it! [She said ]Okay Tauros, use Take down!
[Tauros charged at Alpha hitting her hard she fell hard on ground pushed back she gets up slowly as Tauros suffers recoil damage ].
Green:Alpha, use Sword dance!
[Alpha nods using sword dance increases her attack and defense]
Green:Now, Strike hard and Use Aerial ace!
[Her beak then glows and begins to peck at Tauros causing major damage to it]
Lexus:Tauros, shake it off and use Take down!
[Tauros then began to charge at Alpha again].
Green:Dodge it, Alpha!
[Alpha listened to Green as it dodge the take down ]
Green:Now, Headbutt!
[Alpha charged at Tauros hits hard with her head making it skid back ].
Green:Good Alpha! [Green said]Now, one more Aerial ace!
[Alpha then used Aerial ace on Tauros again which causes even more damage. Tauros then fell down defeated]
Lexus:Tauros!
Green:Yes! Victory number two! [Green said as he raised his fist up]Nice work, Alpha!
Alpha:Dodorio Rio! [Alpha said as stomps toward Green as he pats all of her heads]
[Fern and Carwyn cheered for their trainer's second victory. Lexus smiled and returns Tauros to it's Poké Ball]
Lexus:Don't worry, Tauros. We'll train hard next time [she said as she looked at Tauros Poké Ball]
Lexus:Okay Green. This will be the third and last battle [Lexus told Green ]Are you ready?
Green:Always [Green replied as he returns alpha]
Lexus:Wave, I choose you! [Green said as she chose her Aqua breed Tauros]
Wave:Ros!" [Wave said as it appears on the battlefield]
Green:Beedrill, come on out! [Green said as he let's out Beedrill]
[Beedrill buzzes as it came onto the field]
Lexus:Let's get this battle started! [She yelled ] Wave, water pulse!
[Wave shot a sphere of water at Beedrill]
Green:Beedrill, go over it and use Tackle!
[Beedrill flew over the water sphere and then begins to hit wave with a Tackle Attack]
Lexus:Wave, shake it off and use Wave crash!
[Wave jumped up and tackles Beedrill, knocking it to the ground with wave crash as it can barely get up ]
Green:Oh no,Beedrill?! get up please!
[Fern and Carwyn were shocked at this]
Lexus:Nice! Now Wave, Water pulse full blast!
[Wave shoots Water pulse at Beedrill, washing it away on the ground]
Green:Beedrill, can you get up?
[Beedrill got up, but due to the water on its wings, it was difficult for it to fly. Lexus saw this]
Lexus:Now's your chance, Wave! Another Wave crash on Beedrill!
[Wave leaps and tackles Beedrill. Beedrill skids on the ground with swirls in it's eyes]
Green:Beedrill!
[Fern and Carwyn became shocked that Beedrill was defeated]
Lexus:Good work, Wave [she pat Wave head]
[Green smiled and returns Beedrill to it's Poké Ball]
Green:You tried your best, Beedrill. We'll work on that in the Celadon Gym.
[Lexus and Green then walked up to each other and shook hands]
Green:Good battle, Lexus.
Lexus:Thanks, Green. I may have won the third round, but you still won in the last two.
Green:It was still good practice though [Green said as they let go]
Lexus:Shall we head over to the Celadon Gym?
Green:Sure thing. But first, we're gonna need to make a quick stop to the Pokémon Center
Lexus:Right. After all, you can't beat the gym leader if your Pokémon are all exhausted.
[Fern and Carwyn both nod their heads in agreement]
[After healing their Pokémon at the Pokémon Center, Lexus, Green, Fern, and Carwyn were walking through Celadon City to find the gym. Lexus looked ahead and sees something]
Lexus:Hey, look! [she said as she pointed forward]
[Green looked to see a building that is shaped like the top of Gloom's head]
Green:That must be the gym Let's go.
[They made their way over. As they reached the steps, they see Ash sitting on the steps looking depressed]
Lexus:There's Ash [Lexus said as they walked up to him]
Green:Hey Ash [He greeted]
Fern:Ivysaur [Fern said]
Carwyn:Cubone [Carwyn added]
[Ash turned to look at them. They became shock when they see a big red X on his face]
Ash:Hey Lexus. Hey Green [Ash greeted gloomily]
Green:What happened to you?
Ash:I tried to challenge the Celadon Gym leader, but those girls won't let me in
[A flashback shows Ash at the entrance of the Celadon Gym, but a bunch of girls refuse to let him enter]
Ash:What do you mean I can't come in?! I'm trying to become a Pokémon master! [Ash yelled]
????:I wouldn't let you in if you were the last Pokémon trainer on Earth! [a blue haired girl shouted]
Ash:Huh? [Ash asked confused]
????:This gym doesn't allow anyone inside who says that perfumes are a stinky ripoff! [the blue haired girl claimed]
Ash:Why not!? [Ash demanded]
????:We manufacture that "stinky perfume" right here in this gym." a [brown haired girl informed]
Ash:Uh oh [Ash said as he realized his mistake]
????:So, you see, young man..[the blue haired girl said as she slammed Ash's face with a big stamp ]You're the stinker!
[Ash fell to the ground with a big red x over his face. The door to the Celadon Gym then closes]
[Ash got up and went to the door]
Ash:But don't you understand?! I have to challenge your gym master so I can win a badge! You've gotta let me in! [he begged]
[But the blue haired girl taunted him by down her eyelid and sticking out her tongue. She then left]
Ash:Pretty please, with a cherry on top? [Ash continue to beg]
[The flashback ends as it returns to the present when Ash finished explaining what happened]
Lexus:Well, it serves you right for what you said about their perfume [She said with a huff]
Ash:How was I suppose to know?[Ash asked ]I was only saying what I thought about it.
Green:That's true, Ash.But sometimes if you say the wrong thing, you might end up offending people and that could lead you to trouble
[Ash nod his head as he understood what his friend was saying. Green then look up at the gym with a glare]
Green:But still. This is an outrage! No gym leader should do this to a challenger! It's against the rules!
Lexus:Yeah!
Fern:Ivy! [Fern said]
Carwyn:Cubone! [He added]
Ash:But what'll I do? [Ash asked ] Without the Celadon badge, I'll never be able to compete in the Pokémon League.
Green:Leave that to me, Ash [Green said ]I'm going into that Gym and have this all straighten out.
Lexus:In the meantime, you wait out here until this is done. And also think about what you did back in the perfume shop.
[They marched up the stairs leaving Ash alone]
[Lexus, Green, Fern, and Carwyn entered the gym. The receptionist and another girl was by the entrance]
????:Hello [the blue haired girl greeted ]Can I help you two?
Green:Yes. We would like to see the gym leader
?????:Okay. You two can head to the front desk. One of our employees will help you out [the blue haired girl said]
Lexus:Thank you.
[The walk over to a desk where they see a girl behind it. But not just any girl, it was one of the employees from the perfume shop]
?????:Hi, are you here to challenge Ms. Erika?
Green:Yes I am.
Fern:Ivysaur [Fern replied]
Carwyn:Cubone [Carwyn added]
Lexus:Aren't you one of the employees from the perfume shop?
?????:Yes. And I also help run the gym [the girl replied as she walks up to them ] If you're going to challenge Erika, allow me to escort you and your girlfriend to her.
[This Annoyed Lexus and Green]
Both:She's/I'm not my/his girlfriend! [they shouted simultaneously]
[The girl giggles as she lead them through the gym to find Erika. They then came to a room]
????:You'll find Miss Erika in this room [The girl said ]Good luck.
Green:Thank you [Green said as he, Lexus, Fern, and Carwyn went inside. The inside of the room looked almost similar to that of a forest. In the room, some girls were caring for some Grass type Pokémon. A blue haired girl wearing a red headband, a sea green short sleeved dress with white stripes, and red flat shoes was telling Misty, Brock, Charmander, and other girls a story].
?????:And so, Omanyte bid farewell, and promised to, one day, return to visit the friends who changed his life on that far away beach. The end. [The blue girl said as she was showing them a book]
Brock:Great story [Brock said tearfully]
Charmander:Char [Charmander said]
Green:Excuse me? [Jake called]
They turn to see Jake, Green, Bulbasaur, and Cubone coming up
Brock:Lexus! [Brock said]
Misty:Green! [Misty added]
Charmander:Char [Charmander said]
Lexus:Hey, guys! [She greeted]
Green:Which one of you ladies is Erika, the Celadon Gym Leader?
Erika:That would be me [the blue haired girl said as she raised her hand ]I am Erika. Are you challenging me to a gym match, young man?
Green:My name is Greenight but please call me Green and I am challenging you.
Erika:Well then, Jake. I accept.
[Erika and Green are on opposite sides of a battlefield. Green, Bulbasaur, Cubone, Misty, and Brock were sitting at some bleachers to spectate. Even Erika's workers were sitting on the bleachers to watch.]
Erika:We will each be using three Pokémon in this Gym battle [Erika said]
Green:Fine by me.
Lexus:Go, Green! [She cheered]
Fern:Ivysaur! [Fern cheered]
Carwyn:Cubone! [He cheered]
????:Take him down, Ms. Erika! [yelled one of the Gym staff]
Erika:I'll go first [Erika said as she took out a Poké Ball ]Tangela, I choose you!
[She throws her Poké Ball and out comes a Pokémon with blue vines covering it and standing on red feet]
Green:Hmmm [he took out his Pokédex and scans it]
Green's Pokédex: Tangela, the Vine Pokémon. The whole body is swathed with wide vines that are similar to seaweed. Its vines shake as it walks.
Green:That sure is a lot of vines [Green said as he puts his Pokédex away and takes out a Poké Ball] Beedrill, you're first!
[He throws the Poké Ball and Beedrill came out. Misty shivered at seeing Beedrill]
Misty:Why did it have to be a Bug type? [she squeaked]
[Lexus and Fern both sweat dropped at this while Carwyn just look at them confused]
Erika:Beedrill, huh? Looks like you came prepared.But that alone won't help you.
Green:We shall see
Erika:Let the battle begin! [Erika said ]Tangela, start this off with Constrict!
[Tangela shot it's vines at Beedrill]
Green:Dodge the vines in the air, Beedrill
[Beedrill flew up in the air to avoid the vines]
Erika:Use Constrict again, Tangela [Erika ordered ]Grab that Beedrill!
Green:Keep dodging, Beedrill!
[Tangela continues to shoot it's vines and Beedrill attempting to grab it, but Beedrill was fast as it dodged the vines swiftly]
Brock:Wow. Look at Beedrill go
Misty:I may not like bugs, but I am impressed with it's speed
Green:Now let's use your new move Beedrill, Poison Sting!
[Beedrill fired Poison Sting at Tangela which causes major damage to it]
Erika:Tangela! [She yelled]
Green:You got it! Now, Twineedle!
[Beedrill flew in with it's pinsirs glowing and used Twineedle on Tangela causing it even more damage. Fern and Carwyn both cheered for Beedrill]
Lexus:You're doing good, Green! Keep it up!
[Green smiled at this]
Erika:Tangela, fight back with Vine Whip!
[Tangela recovered from the attack and used Vine Whip to hit Beedrill. Beedrill was pushed back a bit]
Green:Beedrill, shake off the Vine Whip and use another Twineedle!
[Beedrill flew up to Tangela]
Erika:Not so fast, Green! Tangela, Constrict!
[Tangela shot out its vines and this time was able to grab Beedrill. Jake, Green, Misty, Bulbasaur, and Cubone gasped at this]
Brock:Beedrill's been caught!
Green:Beedrill, get out of there!
Erika:Keep holding Beedrill and use Mega Drain!
[Tangela, still holding Beedrill with it's vines, used Mega Drain and is starting to absorb it's energy]
Green:Oh no! I better think of something to get Beedrill out of here [He thought ]
[He begins to think and finally gets an idea]
Green:I got it! Beedrill, shoot String Shot in Tangela's eyes!
[Beedrill looked up at Tangela weakly. It then shoots String Shot at Tangela's eyes blinding it. Erika gasped at this]
[With Tangela blinded, it's vines loosen around Beedrill]
Green:Beedrill, get out of there!
[Though it is weakened, Beedrill was able to fly out of the vines and into the air]
Erika:Tangela, get the String Shot off of you!
Green:Beedrill, Poison Sting!
[Just as Tangela was about to get the webs off of it's eyes, Beedrill flew in and fired Poison Sting which hits Tangela]
Erika:No!
Green:Now Beedrill, Tackle and follow it up with another Twineedle!
[Beedrill flew and used Tackle on Tangela which causes damage. Its pincers then glowed as Beedrill used Twineedle on Tangela which causing major damage.]
[Tangela then fell on it's back with it's eyes in swirls]
Erika:Tangela!
Misty:Wow. He did it! [Misty said surprised]
Lexus:Uh huh. He beat one of Erika's Pokémon.
Brock:Green really knows how to play it smart.
Bulbasaur and Cubone cheered for their trainer's victory
Green:Good work, Beedrill! [Green said as he gives it a thumbs up]
[Beedrill nods it's head and held up it's pincer to copy it's trainer]
Erika:Tangela, return! [she returns Tangela to it's Poké Ball ]You battled hard. Take a good rest
[She then looks at Green]
Erika:That was good, Green. But now you'll face my next Pokémon [Erika continued as she takes out another Poké Ball ]Weepinbell, I choose you!
[She throws the Poké Ball and Weepinbell comes out]
Weepinbell:Weepinbell!
Green:Weepinbell, huh? [Green said before turning to Beedrill ]Wanna keep battling, Beedrill?
[Beedrill nods it's head]
Green:Okay then. Let's start second round!
Erika:Yes. Let's. Weepinbell, Razor Leaf!
[Weepinbell did what Erika said and fired Razor Leaf at Beedrill]
Green:Dodge them all, Beedrill!
[Beedrill dodge the Razor Leaf attacks, but ends up getting hit by two attacks]
Lexus:Oh man. Beedrill must be still weak from Tangela's Mega Drain
Carwyn:Cubone [Carwyn said feeling worried]
Green:Beedrill, focus and use Twineedle!
[Beedrill charges in and with its pinsirs glowing, used Twineedle on Weepinbell causing it damage]
Erika:Weepinbell, get Beedrill with Stun Spore!
[Weepinbell fired Stun Spore towards Beedrill]
Green:To the air, Beedrill!
[Beedrill flew up to the air to avoid the Stun Spore, but fell down the air a bit due to it being tired]
Green:Now get behind Weepinbell and use tackle!
[Beedrill did what Jake said as it flew behind Weepinbell. Unfortunately, Erika saw this]
Erika:Weepinbell, behind you! [she warned]
[Weepinbell turns and sees Beedrill]
Green:Uh oh! [he gulped]
Erika:Now Weepinbell, Sleep Powder!
[Weepinbell emits a purple powder which bathes Beedrill. Beedrill begins to doze off and fell to the ground]
Lexus:Oh no! Beedrill's asleep!
Fern:Ivysaur! [he yelled]
Carwyn:Cubone! [Carwyn said worried]
Brock:This is not looking good for Jake.
[Green watched as Beedrill was snoozing]
Green:Beedrill, wake up! [he yelled]

[Weepinbell fired Acid which hits the sleeping Beedrill. Green and the others gasped at this]
Erika:Now Weepinbell, finish Beedrill off with Razor Leaf!
[Weepinbell fires Razor Leaf at Beedrill. Beedrill skid on the ground and now has swirls in its eyes showing that it's defeated].
Green:Beedrill!
Fern:Ivysaur!
Carwyn:Cubone!
Erika:Well done, Weepinbell!
Weepinbell:Weepinbell [Weepinbell said to her]
[Green smiled as he returned Beedrill to it's Poké Ball]
Green:Good work, Beedrill. You earned a rest [he said as he takes out another Poké Ball ]Time for a little heat. Helios, your turn!
[Green throws the Poké Ball and Helios came out]
Helios:Char Meleon!
Lexus:That should help him,Fire types have the advantage over Grass types.
[Fern and Carwyn both nodded at what she said]
Erika:A lot of challengers I faced always used Fire types when they battle me. This will be no different. Weepinbell, Acid attack!
Green:Dodge them all, Helios.
[Helios dodge the Acid attack]
Green:Now,Flamethrower! [ Helios fired flamethrower at Weepinbell which causes major damage. Weepinbell then got up]
Erika:Use Razor Leaf!
[Weepinbell fired Razor Leaf at Helios]
Green:Oh yeah? Helios use your Flamethrower to burn down the Razor Leaf!
[Vulpix fired Ember which burns the Razor Leaf attack. Erika and Weepinbell gasped in shock at this]
Green:Now move in and use seismic toss!
[Helios charges in with seismic toss grabbing Weepinbell as he jumps spinning him around he threw him hard into gym ground as he skids back ].
Erika:Weepinbell,Please get up!
[Weepinbell struggles to as he looks at his opponent]
Green:Now use Flamethrower. Full power!
[Helios charged its Flamethrower attack and fired at Weepinbell. The attack not only caused major damage to Weepinbell, but it also burned Weepinbell]
Erika:Weepinbell! [She said with worry]
Gym staff:Come on Ms. Erika. Fight back! [one of the staff called out]
Erika:Weepinbell, fight through the burn and use Acid!
[Weepinbell fired Acid at Helios]
Green:Helios dodge them all.
[Helios dodges the attack and charges in]
Erika:Keep firing Acid, Weepinbell
Green:Helios keep dodging the Acid. When you get close enough, use scratch! [Helios nods dodging all the attacks once he was close enough he strikes Weepinbell with his attack].
Erike:Weepinbell! [She shouted ]Get up! Please!
[Weepinbell tries to get up but it then suffers from burn. It then fell back down on the ground defeated much to Erika's shock]
Green:Good work, Helios.
Helios:Charmeleon [Helios said as it looked at Green happily]
Lexus:Two down, one to go [Lexus said as she watched this]
Brock:Green sure is on a roll.
Misty:I know. He's really outsmarting Erika.
[Fern and Carwyn cheered for their trainer's second victory]
Erika:Return, Weepinbell! [Erika said as she returns Weepinbell ]I have to admit, Green. You continue to impress me with your skills, but I'm afraid I can't let you claim victory so easily.
Green:I don't expect a match to be easy, Erika. I'm just ready for any challenge sent my way.
Erika:Well said. This will be the final round [Erika said as she took out her third Poké Ball ]Gloom, I choose you!
[She let's out her Gloom]
Green:Gloom, huh? [Green said before turning to Helios ]Do you want to keep going, Helios?
Helios:Char Char [Helios replied with a nod of it's head]
Green:Okay then.
Erika:Let's begin! Gloom, start the battle off with Petal Dance.
[Gloom then used Petal Dance which shoots pink petals at Helios]
Green:Helios,burn it all away with flamethrower and then get in close to use Scratch!
[Helios did as Green said as it used Flamethrower to burn away the attack, but just as it was charging towards Gloom...]
Erika:Oh no you don't! Gloom, Stun Spore!
[Green gasped as Gloom shoots Stun Spore at Helios. Helios coughs and then fell to the ground unable to move]
Green:No!
Lexus:Helios is paralyzed!
Misty:Oh no!
Brock:How is Green gonna get out of this?
Gym staff:Go, Ms. Erika! [one of the gym staff cheered]
Gym staff:Keep it up! [another gym staff added]
Erika:Gloom, use Acid on Helios!
[Gloom spit Acid at Helios which hits and causes damage to Helios].
Fern:Ivysaur! [Fern yelled]
Carwyn:Cubone! [Carwyn yelled in shock]
Erika:Now use another Petal Dance!
[Gloom then fired Petal Dance and hits Helios, sending it skidding on the ground]
Green:Helios!
[Helios tries to get up]
Green:Come on. Get up!
[Due to the Stun Spore, Helios was struggling to stand up]
Erika:Gloom, another Acid attack!
[Worried about Helios, Green took out it's Poké Ball]
Green:Helios, return! [he said as he recalled Helios just before the Acid could hit it]
Lexus:Phew. That was close.
Misty:Yeah. If Green didn't recalled Helios, who knows what will happen to it.
Brock:Let's just hope he has a plan
Erika:So you're switching out?
Green:Oh yeah [Green said]Alpha, I choose you!
[He throws the Poké Ball and let's out Alpha]
Alpha:Dodorio!
ErikaSo it's a Flying type, huh? Let's see what it's got!
Green:Gladly Alpha, go for a Headbutt attack!
[Alpha charges at Gloom]
Erika:Gloom, defend yourself with Stun Spore!
[Gloom began to shoot Stun Spore. Luckily, Green saw this]
Green:Alpha, stop your attack and jump behind gloom!
[Alpha did what Green said and Jump upward to avoid the Stun Spore as its behind gloom]
Green:Now use Aerial ace!
[She used aerial ace which causes major damage to Gloom]
Erika:Gloom, behind you! Use Acid!
Green:Alpha use mirror move stop their attack!
[Alpha immediately used mirror move spewing stun spores at Gloom causing it to get paralyzed stopping its attack as it can't move ]
Erika:Oh No!? Gloom, fire Petal Dance!
Green:Dodge and Use Aerial ace Alpha!
[Gloom begins to fire Petal Dance at Alpha, who dodges the attacks by jumping high into the air. The spectators watched this as they were following where Alpha was as she landed].
Alpha:Alpha! Use aerial ace!
[Alpha charged at gloom and used Aerial ace causing Gloom to skid back with super effective Damage]
Erika:Gloom, fire Acid!
[Gloom Tried fire Acid but can't paralyze having taken its toll on gloom]
Erika:No! Gloom get up and use Petal Dance! Green:Now's our chance Use Aerial ace Alpha!
[Gloom tried fire Petal Dance at Alpha but couldn't as alpha landed a aerial ace on gloom making it slid back]
[Fern and Carwyn cheered for Alpha]
Green:Ok Alpha finish this with aerial ace! Erika:Come on get up gloom use petal dance!
[Alpha then came at Gloom with its beak glowing. It then unleashes aerial ace on Gloom from one side to another. Alpha kept going until Gloom couldn't take it anymore. Gloom then fell on it's back with swirls in it's eyes]
Erika:No! [Erika yelled as she fell to her knees]
Green:Yes! We did it!
Alpha:Dodorio!
Lexus:He won!
[Green Pokémon cheered for their trainer's victory]
Brock:Green sure is strong out there
Misty:Yeah. He sure knows how to battle [She added impressed]
[Erika smiled at her Gloom and returns it to it's Poké Ball]
Erika:You did great, Gloom. Thanks for battling so hard.
[With the battle over, Erika walked over to Green]
Erika:Green, you really showed some skills in our Gym battle. In recognition of your victory, I award you the Rainbow Badge [she said as she hands him a badge that resembles a flower with several colors on the petal]
Green:Thank you, Erika [Green said as he takes it]That makes badge number six for me.
[Fern and Carwyn cheered. Green then looks at Erika]
Green:By the Erika. I would like to talk to you about something.
Erika:Sure. What do you want to talk about?
Green:Well, for starters. I heard from my friend, Ash that you barred him from your gym [he narrows his eyes]
Erika:Ash? [Erika asked as she ponders ]Oh. You mean that rude boy with the cap? Yes, he did say those nasty things about my perfume.
Lexus:Wait a minute [Lexus said as she, Fern, and Carwyn walked up ]You mean you were the woman in the kimono back at the perfume shop?
Erika:Mmmhmmm. After having my employees kick him out, I then had my Gym staff deny him access to my gym.
????:That's right! [one of the Perfume shop employees said ]Anyone who insults Ms. Erika's perfume is unworthy of challenging her to a gym match!
Green:Even if that's the case, you can't do that!
Erika:Why not?
Green:Because: two wrongs don't make a right [Green lectured ] Look Erika, I know you don't like it when someone makes fun of your perfume, but you have to remember that you're a gym leader. And the one rule a gym leader should always follow is to never turn away a challenger. Especially if said challenger insulted your perfume.
[Erika gasped as she was reminded of that. Green then turns to Misty and Brock]
Green:Clearly you two should know that, since you were gym leaders yourselves.
[Misty and Brock both looked at each other]
Both:He does have a point [the latter said]
[Green then turns to look at Erika]
Green:And another thing. Don't you think you were being a little unfair to Ash? Yes, he did offended you with what he said about your perfume, but that doesn't mean you should take it so personally. I mean, if you do this to other challengers, then you would be hurting their chances of entering the Pokémon League
Lexus:He's right you know.
[Fern and Carwyn both nod their heads as they too agreed with Green]
Green:Also,my friend, Ash is one of the best battlers I know. He may be bit immature,Reckless and insensitive but he worth getting to know if You give him a chance So please, let him battle you.
[Erika was looking down feeling bad for what she had done. Green's friends both smiled at what Green did. But then, two of the gym staff then angrily confront him]
????How dare you say that to Ms. Erika! [the blue haired gym staff yelled]
????:Maybe we should have him barred from the gym too! [the brown haired girl added]
Erika:No! [She said which caused them to stop ]He's right. I was so focused on my perfume, that I took it too personally as a gym leader. I should've realized what I did was wrong and I should never have turned away a challenger like Ash.
Lexus:Does this mean, you'll unban Ash from your Gym?
Erika:Yes. I will
[Just then, a mysterious girl comes into the room]
???!:Excuse me? [she asked]
[Everyone turns to see her]
Ashley:My name is Ashley and I'm here to learn about perfume.
[Green got a good look at her face and instantly knew how she is]
Green:You've gotta be kidding me [he thought with a sweat drop]
Erika:It's nice to meet you [Erika greeted as she came up to her
Ashley:Thank you ma'am.
[Misty, Brock, and Charmander then came up to him. Somehow, they feel something familiar about him]
Lexus:Who's that girl? [She asked as she stood next to Green]
Green:I think that's Ash in disguise.
Lexus:Really? [She asked in surprise]
Green:Uh huh. I know his face anywhere.
[Fern and Carwyn looked at each other in surprise]
Misty:You look awfully familiar [Misty said suspiciously] Haven't we met someplace before?
Ashley:Maybe you met my sister [Ashley said nervously]
[Charmander then walked up to her which caused her to freak out]
Charmander:Charm char [Charmander said as he recognized her]
Ashley:Hey knock it off [Ashley said in Ash's voice as Charmander tries to hug her]
[Annoyed, Charmander blasts Ashley with his Flamethrower. This caused her hair to fall off, revealing her as Ash Ketchum in disguise. Almost Everyone gasped in surprise]
Friend:It's Ash! [his friends yelled]
Fern:Ivysaur!
Carwyn:Cubone!
Ash:Yeah, it's me
Erika:You're that boy! [She gasped]
Ash:Erika, you wouldn't let me in. So I wore this stupid disguise. I had to sneak into your gym so I can battle you for a badge. And now I wanna challenge you!
Erika:Okay.
Ash:Huh? [Ash puzzled]
Erika:I accept your challenge,Your friend here reminded me of my duties as a gym leader.
Ash:Really?[Ash asked as he looks at Green]
Green:It's true, Ash. You can now challenge, Erika.
[Ash smiled at his best friend]
Erika:But, we're gonna have to postpone the match til tomorrow.
Ash:Why?
Erika:After my gym battle, all of my Pokémon are exhausted. So I'm gonna have to tend to them until then.
Ash:Okay then. Tomorrow it is. Come on guys.
[Ash, Green, and the gang then exited the gym and walked down the steps]
Green:By the way, Ash. How did you get that girl costume in the first place?
Ash:I don't want to talk about it [Ash replied]It's too embarrassing
[Fern and Charmander couldn't help but chuckle as they imagined what Ash went through to dress up as a girl. Carywn on the other hand just shook his head in amusement]
