[We join our heroes as they are about to Enjoy their time at a beach in Porta Vista. After finding a spot, the boys had just changed into their swimming trunks. Green was wearing a Light green swimming trunk while Ash and Brock were wearing blue swimming trunks. Ash, Brock, Pikachu, and Fern were running on the sand and jumps into the water except Charmander how naps on sandy beach].
Ash:Surf's up! [Ash yelled as they did that]
[Ash and Brock rise up to the surface as Pikachu and Bulbasaur begins to swim on the water]
Ash:The water's cool.
Brock:And the beach is hot.
Green:Nothing but fun in the sun this is the life.
Lexus:Hey guys!
[The boys turn to see Lexus in a one piece light blue bikini while holding a beach volleyball].
Lexus:I thought you guys were gonna wait for me at the snack bar. How's the water? [She asked.
Ash, Brock, Pikachu, and Bulbasaur were staring at her]
Lexus:What's wrong? Why are you looking at me like that? [She asked in confusion].
[Ash, Brock, Pikachu, Fern and Green Bulbasaur then came out of the water].
Ash:It's just weird to see you looking like a girl.
[This made Lexus angry].
Lexus:Well see how weird this looks! [she yelled as she threw her ball at Ash which knocks him into the water. This caused Charmander and Bulbasaur to wince at this while Green facepalms at this.]
Green:I'll get him.
[He jumps into the water, grabs Ash, and brought him back up to the surface. Ash was coughing as they were back up]
Green:I said it once, and I'll say it again. You have got to watch what you say about girls.
Green:Thanks for reminding me.
[While Ash, Lexus, Brock, and Pikachu were swimming, Green and Mankey were on another part of the water having a water fight with each other while Fern and Charmander were at the sand tanning. The gang then played a game of volleyball with each other. They took turns as they did that. Not to mention enjoying some snacks at the snack bar. The gang were then seen riding on a speedboat]
Ash:Isn't this great, you guys?
Lexus:The boat's beautiful. Whose it belong to?
Green:Beats me.
Ash:I don't know. Brock's the one who borrowed it. Guess he has some pretty rich friends.
Brock:Ash, I didn't borrow it.
Lexus:You were the one who told me to come on board!"
Ash:Only after I saw, Brock, and Green get on.
Green:In our defense, we were only following Pikachu and Fern.
Pikachu:Pika [Pikachu said with a sweat drop]
Fern:Bulba [Fern said with a sweat drop]
Ash:I think we're in trouble.
Pikachu:Pikachu! [Pikachu yelled]
Fern:Bulbasaur!" [He yelled]
[They both see something underwater coming towards them. This caused the gang to notice too. Suddenly, the boat collided with what's underwater causing the gang to scream as they are sent flying]
Green:What was that?!"
Ash:I don't know. But whatever it is caused something on the boat to break. I can't stop! [Ash yelled as he attempts to stop the boat]
Brock:Look out for that dock! [Brock said as he points to a nearby dock]
[Everyone screams as they got near]
Green:Brace for impact!
[The boat crashed into the dock knocking everyone over. Green then gets up.].
Green:Is everyone alright?
Lexus:I'm okay.
Ash:Me too
Charmander:Char char [Ash Charmander said being ok].
Brock:I'm good.
Fern:Bulbasaur [Fern said].
Pikachu:Pika [Pikachu replied]
[They then see the destroyed dock]
Ash:Uh.. The dock hit us.
Green:This is bad.
[Just then, an old man angrily runs up to the gang just as they got off the boat]
Old man:What do you little vandals think you're doing!? First you stole my boat, then you destroyed my dock! You'll pay for this!
Green:Wait. This is your boat?
Old man:Yes it is!
[Ash hid behind Lexus]
Ash:This is all a big mistake!
Lexus:Yeah. We had no idea. We're really sorry, sir
Lexus:We don't have any money, but we'd be happy to pay for any damages.
Old man:You would?
Lexus:I mean they'd be happy [she got behind Jake, Ash, Brock, and Green and push them in front of him].
Green:Dang it, Lexus!' [thought Green in annoyance]
[The old man then led the gang to a restaurant he owns. He introduced himself as Moe and gave each of them jobs. Ash, Green, and Brock were assigned as barkers for the restaurant. Pikachu and Bulbasaur are with them].
Brock:French fried flounder! Seven layer crab cakes! Get em while they're cold!
Ash:Try our new squid on a stick!
Brock:And our clam juice snow cones!
Green:I recommend the Sea food special!
Charmander:Char Char!
Fern:Saur!
[Then a couple comes by]
Brock:A table for two?
Boy:What do you think? [He asked his girlfriend].
Girl:Looks like a real dive!
BrockHuh? [Brock looks puzzled].
Boy:Hey! That restaurant over there looks good! [they walked past them]
[Green can only snapped his fingers in frustration]
Fern:Saur" [Fern said in disappointment].
Jessie:Welcome to Brutella's Ocean Chateau. Come up to our terrace. Enjoy our seafood and sea views." [Jessie said as some people go into another restaurant. She notices the gang and pulls down her eyelid to taunt them].
Green:It's Jessie from Team Rocket [he narrows his eyes]
Ash:What's she doing here?
Green:By the looks of it, she must be working for that restaurant.
Brock:Jessie looks good in that uniform too.
[Lexus then came out to watch the whole thing].
Jessie:A top quality restaurant attracts top quality people!
James:And a no quality dive attracts the bottom feeders! [he was also working at the restaurant].
Meowth:Yeah, you losers![He mocked]
Charmander:Charmander! [Charmander yelled in offense]
Fern:Bulbasaur! [Fern yelled angrily].
[Meowth insult has also infuriated the gang]
Green:Losers!? [Green yelled in anger]
Green:That does it! We're not gonna stand around while they make fun of us! This calls for action!
Ash:Yeah! We'll show them we're not losers! I choose everybody!"
[he said that, Ash lets out all of his Pokémon].
Green:You read my mind, Ash! Come out everyone!" [he lets out all of his Pokémon except Gyarados]Alright, let's get to work!
[The Pokémon all cheer at this]
[The Pokémon then got down to business to help out Moe's restaurant]
Ash:Pikachu, Green's Pikachu, Squirtle, and Sandshrew will pass out the flyers. [The two Pikachus, Ash's Squirtle, and Sandshrew pass out the flyers to the beach goers at Porta Vista]. Pidgeotto can use it's Gust to keep the charcoal hot.
[Pidgeotto flaps it's wings at the coal that was cooking some corn]
Green:Meanwhile, Spearow and Beedrill will assist in cutting the food
[Spearow and Beedrill were at the kitchen where they use their attacks to cut up some food]
Ash:Charmander and Helios will help out with the flame broiling! [Ash said as his Charmander and were using flamethrower as Moe begins to cook]
Green:And our Bulbasaurs and Skarmory will assist Lexus on waiting customers.
[Lexus then begins to take orders for customers as Ash and Green Bulbasaurs and Skarmory assists them. Pretty soon, thanks to the gang's hard work, customers begin to come to Moe's restaurant. Ash and Green then begins to set everything up outside by placing outdoor tables for the customers who want to eat outside. The boys were watching the customers eat, proud of their accomplishment]
Ash:Looks like everybody wants to eat in the only Porta Vista restaurant with Pokémon!
Green:You got that right, buddy. We really made some good progress to attract all these customers.
[Suddenly, trouble begin to ensue. First flyers began to blow away from Ash and Green's Pikachu, Ash's Squirtle, and Sandshrew making them chase after them. Then as Moe Helios and Charmander were cooking, the stove blew up in their faces. Then, the food that Beedrill and Spearow were cutting gets sucked away. And finally, banana peels were thrown on the floor, causing both Bulbasaurs and Skarmory to slip and spill the drinks and food].
Lexus:What's the matter?
[She walks over but she slips on another banana peel causing her to spill food on some customers.]
Customer:Why don't you watch where you're going!
Lexus:Sorry.
Another customer:I hate this place!
[And with that, the customers all cleared out of the restaurant].
Ash:What went wrong?
Brock:Just about everything.
[Green could only facepalm at what had just transpired]
[Back in the restaurant, the gang and the Pokémon were at the tables feeling down at the failure of attracting customers].
Green:So much for making progress.
Lexus:Yeah.
Fern:Saur [Fern said depressed].
Ash:Moe, we're really sorry with the way we messed things up for you. [Ash said to the old man]
Moe:You all did the best you could, at least things we're going good for a while until those accidents started happening.
Ash:I guess so.
Lexus:Something's weird! There's no way those were all just accidents!
Lexus:I found this banana peel on the floor after I tripped. Someone deliberately threw it there [ she held up the peel]
[The gang gasped as they saw this]
GreenThat proves it then. Obviously someone is trying to sabotage this restaurant so Moe wouldn't get any customers.
[All of Green's Pokémon all nod their heads at this].
?????:Well well.
[The gang turn to see a woman with red hair and the Team Rocket trio]
Moe:Brutella! [He yelled]
Both:Team Rocket! [Ash and Green yelled].
Brutella:Don't need a reservation to get in here anymore! If things keep up like this, you might have to go out of business, Moe!
Ash:Why do you care?! [Ash asked as he, Green, and Moe stood up].
Brutella:I couldn't care less if this dump goes under, but you better find some way to pay me back the dough you owe me, and fast!
Green:He owes her money? [thought Green in surprise]
Moe:You'll get your money!
Brutella:Yeah? Well, I want it tomorrow! And if you don't pay me back every penny, I'll just take that boat of yours instead. [She threatened]
Moe:No, please! Take anything you want, but not that boat! [begged Moe]
Brutella:See ya tomorrow! [Brutella said as she left the restaurant with a chuckle].
Jessie:The clock's ticking!
James:Hope you don't get the money!
Meowth:Cause that boat of yours is our honey!
[The trio then mocked them and leaves the restaurant with a laugh. Green glared as they did that].
James:We'll pick it up tomorrow!
Green:Those guys make my blood boil [He grumbled]
Fern:Saur saur! [his Bulbasaur said with a glare]
Moe:The deadline's tomorrow, but there's no way I can earn that money in less than a day! I guess I'll have to hand my boat over to Brutella. [Moe lamented]
Lexus:That's so sad.
Green:This boat means everything to you, does it Moe?
Moe:Yes. For years I've been dreaming about taking it on a cruise around the world. I wanted to see the world before it's too late, but I guess it wasn't meant to be. [Moe explained as he slumped down]
Ash:Don't say that, Moe! You can't give up on your dreams! You have to follow your dream, no matter what! [Ash yelled in encouragement] Green:Ash is right! You have to keep fighting for that dream no matter the odds.
Ash:Green and I always dream of becoming the world's greatest Pokémon trainers, and even though it isn't that easy, we're gonna do everything we can to make it come true! Please, Moe. Please don't give up. You can't give up! Not when your dream is so close to coming true!
Brock:They're right, Moe! You can't let that lady take your boat away!
Lexus:Yeah. We'll find some way to help you get that money!
[Ash and Green's Pokémon nod their heads at this].
Moe:You think it's possible?
Ash:Anything's possible, Moe! We're gonna make it happen!
Green:What he said.
Moe:But how? In one day?
Lexus:You know. That's a good question.
[The gang then begins to think of something]
Oak:Mind if I make a suggestion?
[The gang turn and become surprise to see Professor Oak at the doorway]
Oak:I think it's a good one.
"Professor Oak?" Green said in shock
Ash:What are you doing here?
[Ash's mother, Delia comes in too]
Delia:Hi, Ash. Surprised to see me, too?
Delia:Mom!?
[Don George then came in the restaurant. He was dressed in some beach attires]
George:Hello, son.
Green:Dad!? [he said in surprise].
Ash:What are all of you doing here!?
Oak:We'll explain that later. Look at this. [Professor Oak said as he shows the gang an article from a magazine ] The annual Beach Beauty and Pokémon Costume Contest.
Brock:A beach beauty contest sounds excellent!
Green:How is this gonna help us, Professor?
Oak:The contest draws thousands of people each year, and most of those people get hungry. They'll all be looking for a place to eat, so why not advertise this place? You'll cleanup, and you'll have the money you need by the end of tomorrow.
[Don George nod his head at this along with Delia]
Green:That's a good idea, Professor.
Oak:There are cash prizes for both the beauty and the costume contests. [Professor Oak said. He then turns to Lexus"What about you, Green? Do you want to enter?"
Lexus:I don't do beauty contests not my style at all.
Green:Come on It's for Moe do it for him please just 1 time.
[She sighs she relunctantly agrees].
Ash:Well, our money days are over.
[Everyone cheers at this]
Green:Alright, everyone. Let's get to it!
Don George:That's the spirit, son!
[The gang then got down to business. Pidgeotto, Spearow, and Beedrill begins to dropping off flyers for the beauty contest for all of the beach goers to look at. Then, the beauty contest began as everyone was coming to it].
Brock:Ladies and gentlemen, we're happy to announce that the Porta Vista Beach Beauty and Pokémon Costume Contest will soon begin! There's a thousand dollar prize for the winner of each category! It's not to late to sign up, so hurry and enter!
[Soon everyone begins to enter]
Ash:Yay! Professor Oak was right! The place is packed!
"This is perfect!" Misty added
"We really did good out there" Jake added
"No doubt about it" Green said
Moe:And I'll be able to pay Brutella her money!" [he gets teary eyed]
[Nearby, Brutella was growling angrily at the successful plan the gang has came up with. Then as everyone was getting settled, Green and Lexus were catching up with Don George . They were sitting next to Ash, Delia, Professor Oak, and Moe]
Lexus:So, this is your Father , Green?
Green:Yep. Lexus, this is dad, Don George former leader one of battle clubs in unova . dad, this is my friend, Lexus [Green said as he introduced them to each other].
Lexus:Hi, Mr.Don George It's so nice to meet you.
Don:The pleasure is all mine , Lexus. So Greenight me not have you and ash made it official hmm?
[He teased a little laughing a bit as Lexus joins in ].
[This caused Green to blush in embarrassment]
Green:Dad, it's not like that! We're just friends!
Lexus:At least for now.
Don:Calm down, Green. I'm just messing with you.
Green:Anyway, why are you here? [He asked after shaking off the blush].
Don:I was lonely if I'm being honest Green me boy I was getting ready go on vacation take my mind off things Just as I was doing that, Delia and Professor Oak came to me. They invited me to Porta Vista and here we are.
Green:Wow [Green said in awe]
Don:So, Greenie. How is your journey? Did you capture any Pokémon lately?
Green:As a matter of fact, I did. I actually captured 9 Pokémon. Plus I also have three gym badges.
Don:That's great, son. You're aiming to enter in the Pokémon League just like I did. I'm so proud.
[Green nods his head. Then the contest begins as Lexus heads up quickly to join reluctantly].
Brock:Welcome, everybody, the Porta Vista Beach Beauty and Pokémon Costume Contest is about to begin! Now, here's our first contestant! [Brock announced]
[The curtain opens to reveal Lexus. As she was walking down the stage, everyone cheers for her]
Lexus:This is totally embarrassing and degrading, but we need the money.
Brock:This is Lexus, the lovely and Strong Tauros Pokémon trainer, who's sure making a big stomp today. Now let's look at the costume she and her Pokémon have created!
[Just as he said that, Ash's Squirtle on Misty's Aqua breed Tauros descends from the sky. They look like an alien on a UFO].
Brock:Well, this is a very imaginative costume! It's Wave and Squirtle as extraterrestrials in their flying saucer!
[Ash's Squirtle then shoots a little Water Gun which sprinkles over Lexus ].
Brock:Great job,Lexus !
Don:Wow. That was kinda nice[He said in amazement]
Green:I've got to give Squirtle and Wave credit for that out of this world performance. Lexus was not too shabby either,despite fact she really didn't want to do this.
Fern:Bulbasaur [Fern said].
Brock:And next we have, two Pokémon calling themselves the rocket boosters dressed as a Legendary Pokémon [Brock announced in confusion]
Ash:They're from Team Rocket!
[Just then, Ekans and Koffing come out of the curtain. Ekans was wrapped on Koffing's head as the latter was wearing a seawead over it's body]
[Green, his dad , Charmander, and Fern just sweat drop at this].
'You've gotta be kidding me!' thought Jake
Brock:This is a very interesting costume. I believe it's suppose to be Omastar. And the Pokémon are Ekans and Koffing [Brock announced]
????:Get lost! [someone yelled as he kicks the two Pokémon off the stage. It was revealed to be Gary Oak and his cheerleaders.]
Ash:It's Gary! [He yelled in shock]
"And now we have a surprise guest appearance by Gary Oak, an up and coming Pokémon trainer, accompanied by a squad of his adoring and adorable fans!" Brock announced
Oak:I forgot to mention that my grandson came along with us.
Ash:That's great. [Ash said infuriated]
Gary:Ash, I know you're out there in the crowd somewhere! But I didn't come here to make you jealous of me, Ash! I came here so that some of my beautiful fan club members could make you jealous of me! [Gary taunted on the mic]
Cheerleaders:Gary! Gary! He's our man! He'll trash Ash! We know he can! [his cheerleaders cheered]
Gary:Thank you, fans! Great cheer! I wrote that one myself, Ashy! [he insults Ash]
[This made Ash vey furious]
"We'll see who trashes who!" he yelled as he runs off
Green:Oh boy like our childhood all over again.[he takes off after his best friend.]
Fern:Saur? [he said as it watches it's trainer go]
Brock:Not one, not two, but six beautiful girls on stage all at once! Choosing the most beautiful is gonna be tough, but it's a good kind of tough! [Brock announced as the crowd goes wild]
Lexus:With a buildup like that, none of the judges will give me a second look. [Lexus sighed as she watches this from backstage].
[Meanwhile, Ash made his way onto the stage to confront Gary]
Ash:I'm not gonna let you stand up here in front of all these people and insult me like that! I challenge you to a battle, right now!
Gary:I'd love to, but I only brought my fans with me.
Ash:You're just chicken!
Gary:Why would I be scared of having a battle with an amateur trainer like you? [Gary asked tauntingly]
Ash:I'll...! [Ash began. Until Green comes up and pulls him back]
"Chill Ash! Don't let him get to you!" Jake said
Brock then comes up too
Brock:Yeah. Take it easy, Ash. Don't pay any attention to what he says.
Green:Brock's right. Gary may talk tough, but he's still a rookie like us.
Ash:But, Brock, Green, you heard what he.. [Ash protested]
Gary:I don't know how you'll ever control your Pokémon if you can't even control yourself. [Gary taunted Ash]
[This earns him a growl from Ash]
Lexus:He is arrogant. Not to mention, rude' [thought Lexus as she watches with a glare].
[Suddenly, a large Gyarados appeared from the water and begins to scare the everyone]
Ash:Hey! What's that?!
???:It's a Gyarados! [one of the beach goers cried as they ran away from it]
[Green takes a look at the Gyarados. He notices some wheels under it]
Green:Wait a minute. This is not a real Gyarados!
Ash also looks at it and gasps as he sees that Jake was right
Ash:You're right, Green. Can you hand me the mic?
Green:You got it! [he gives Ash the microphone]
Ash:Just stay calm, everybody! That thing's not a real Gyarados, it's a fake! It's a phony! It's just a phony Gyarados! [Ash said in the mic]
[This caused everyone to stop panicking as they got a closer look at the Gyarados].
Green:Good work, Ash.
[Ash nods his head at him]
Ash:Team Rocket is trying to ruin the contest and scare everybody away! We're not gonna let em!
Green:What he said!
[This earned them a smile from Lexus, Ash's Pikachu, Green's Bulbasaur, Brock, Don George, Gerald, Delia, and Professor Oak].
Don:You tell them, boys!
Delia:My son! [Delia said as she looks at Ash proudly]
Oak:He's quite a boy [Professor Oak remarked]
[Suddenly, the Gyarados sub then shoots out a missile]
Green:Incoming missile!" [Green yelled as he saw this].
Brock:It's heading this way!
Gary:So now what are you going to do, Ash, Green? Freak out?
Green:Nope. Just leave it to us.
Ash:Yeah
Brock:Ash, Green. It looks like one of those heat seeking missiles [Brock pointed]
Ash:No sweat. Ready to do this, Green? [he turns his cap around]
Green:Always buddy. [Green replied]
Ash:I choose you, Charmander! Pidgeotto! [Ash yelled as he lets out Pidgeotto]
Green:Spearow, come out! [Green yelled as he lets Spearow out]
[Pidgeotto and Spearow grab Charmander by a shoulder and flew it over to the missile].
Ash:Okay Charmander, Flamethrower!
[Charmander did just that. It fired Flamethrower at the missile causing it to redirect to the Gyarados sub. Team Rocket saw this and then drives away with the missile hot on their tail. They headed straight for Brutella's Ocean Chateau.]
Brutella:Stay away! Don't come any closer! A bomb's right behind you! [Brutella yelled]
[But seeing them get closer forced Brutella up the stairs. Just as the Gyarados sub crashes into the restaurant the missile exploded sending the Team Rocket trio and Brutella flying].
Rocket trio:We're blasting off again! [they cried]
Brutella:Whoa! [Brutella yelled]
[Everyone cheered as they watched this. Ash and Green then gives each other a hi-five for their victory].
[With the event over, Ash, Green and the gang were waving goodbye to Moe who is on his boat]
Ash:See ya, Moe!
Lexus:Take care of yourself!
Green:Good luck on your trip!
Brock:Thanks for everything!
Moe:So long kids! Goodbye Charmander and Fern! And thanks for helping make my dream come true! I'll never forget you! Good luck on your Pokémon journey! [Moe called back as he waved back]
Ash:Thanks Moe!
Green:And good luck to you too! Make your dream a reality!
Fern:Bulbasaur! [Fern said as he waves goodbye].
[Everyone bids Moe goodbye as he sailed the ship out to the open sea. They then see Professor Oak, Delia, Don George].
Ash:We got to get going too, Mom.
"I know" Delia said as she was holding a trophy
Green:Yeah. It was great to catch up with you too, dad. But now we got to continue our journey.
Don:Thank you, Green. It was good to see you again too [Don George said with a tears in his eyes]
Don:Take care, son. You and Ash look out for each other, okay.
[Green and Ash nods their heads]
Don:And let me and Delia know if you and him start dating. [He teased his tears drying up he smiled ]
[This caused Ash get confused and Green to blush].
Green:DAD!" [Green yelled in embarrassment]
[This caused everyone to laugh]
Ash:We're gonna make you proud of us [Ash said as he and Green look at their parents]
[And with that, the group parted ways with the grown ups. Seeing Green walk away causes Don George to tear up see how much his little man grown up Delia hugging big softie understanding how he feels].
Narrator:The gang continue to walk through the beach to resume their journey. What will happen to them next time as the journey continues? Ash's Pokémon:
