3 weeks before (Jimin's first hospital visit.)
Jimin forgot to take his bag from Yoongi's room as he was rushing back.. Now he is anxiously stomping back and forth at the hallway debating himself to go back inside the room or not. He was really embarrassed to meet with his sex partner's parents. Maybe now they are not just fuck buddies, but still he was afraid to go in for some reason. And maybe the reason might be Yoongi's parents considering him as his lover.
"Aish!! screw it. Lets just go in" he walked towards Yoongi's room taking a deep breath,
"Ah! fuck.. I can't.. I'll tell mom to fetch it." he turn his heels and walk towards the exit.
"Jiminie.. baby!"
he halted on his steps as he saw his mom walking in.
"Mom?! I thought you will be dropping on evening only" he said. "Oh you bought fruits. here, let me help" he grabs the fruit basket from his mom.
"Thanks baby. I couldn't wait to see him.. I was so worried so I take a half day leave. How is he? Which room he is in? And why are you wandering around here?"
"uh.. He is fine I guess.. right hand has fractured and a little wound on forehead.. nothing more. He is is 709 room. take right from there" he points to the sides of hallway. "And I kind of forgot my bag inside his room.. and I couldn't go back because his father is there." he grins awkwardly.
"Aw.. my baby is afraid to face his father-in-law" she coo's
"Mom.. we're not at that stage yet."
"But you will.. eventually" He winked at him.
"I doubt that!" he thought.
"And why is that?" Ms. Jeong frowned.
"D..did I just say that out loud?" Jimin lowers his head as his mom raised a brow
"Mom.. I.. that.. uhmm.. I need to tell you something." He bit his lips.
"I am all ears" she folds her hands on her chest.
"Yoongi hyung is not my boyfriend. W..we.. we were just uhm.." he searched for the right words to tell her mom.
"What? YOU GUYS WERE JUST FUCKING? Not boyfriends?"
"Eww.. mom.. Don't say it like that.." he looked around to make sure no one heard that. "But yeah.. we were just fu- uhm.. just friends with benefits." He sighed.
"Jimin.. dear, I don't like to interfere in your sexual life.. but why did you lied to me!"
"How can I say that I'm fucking a total stranger at your house. Would you have accepted it if the person was not yoongi hyung?"
"Fair. Wait! YOU TOP?" she yelled again.
"For god's sake mom.. can you keep your voice low?" He facepalmed himself. "And no.. I.. don't.. top.. uh.. he.. do me.." he let out hesitantly as he saw a playful smirk on his mom's face. His face reddens in embarrassment.
"But that's not the point.. I kind of like him.. I liked him before I knew he was my hyung.. But I'm not sure if hyung feels the same.. and it's awkward to meet his parents.. like.. it's really not how I want to meet them.. i mean.. like.. aghh you got my point right?" He put both palm on his face to cover his face out of embarrassment.
"Aw.. baby.. you are blabbering.. if you like him just ask him out.. I'm sure he will accept you. "
"I don't know mom.. our relationship was supposed to be a no strings attached thing.. and what if-"
"Dear God" she rolled her eyes. "You guys are attached with more than enough strings already.. just get married- oh I mean ask him out.. And right now come with me. I don't have time to spend on your bullshit. I need to visit my son in law." she said and dragged him with her despite his protest.
They made it to the room and was about to enter when they heard the conversation inside which made their heart stops. They looked at each other with wide eyes as they listened to the whole conversation.

"What do you mean by it was not just an accident?" It was Mr. Jeon.
"That truck was following me and the hit was at the area without cctv's. And I heard gun shot." Yoongi
"Gun shot? oh god.. Yoongi.. You should accept the help from your father. or shall I arrange a bodyguard for you?"
"I.. I don't think that's necessary appa. He.. I mean someone is already following me.. Mr. min's man I mean. I think he is the one who saved me. Maybe he shot the truck. I don't know."
"Oh, thank god. I'm glad you are safe my dear."
"I think I should leave Korea as he suggested.." Yoongi's voice trembled "I'm scared, they will hurt everyone around me. I should stay away from you all. You, mom, Jungkook. I can't forgive myself if something happens to any of you." he sobbed.
"Oh.. buddy.. come here.. nothing will happen.. don't stress yourself.. there will be another way!" Mr. Jeon pull yoongi towards him cradling.
"And Jimin! what if they founds about him.. what if they hurt him? aunt Jeong! She lost his husband because of me. I can't do the same with her son. I.. I need to stay away from him.. And I can't do that if I stay here. I.. I think .. I like him much more than I planned to." Yoongi cried on his appa's comfort.
There were tear rolling down the cheeks of the duo standing behind the door. Jeong can't believe her ear's. Her little one is in danger. Living his every day in the fear of death following him. And Jimin was on the edge of breaking down. Yoongi likes him.. It take a minute to sink the information in his mind. He knew his father died on the rescue mission of Yoongi. But he didn't hold any grudge against him. It was his fathers job to protect the min family. His mother raised him telling the stories about that particular hyung who was waiting for him to be born and play with him, who loved him from the day one. He always wanted to meet him and he loved that hyung regardless he knows him from his mother alone. And now he finally found him. Yet again he is drifting away from him. Yoongi's life is in danger. he is going to leave the country. And he likes Jimin. He likes him. He likes-
"min.. Jimin!" he wafted out from his thoughts as his mother shook him. He was not sure what he was feeling right now. Scared? Concerned? Both? He was devastated. He realised they moved away from the door and now he was sitting on a chair outside Yoongi's room. He glanced at his mom with teary eyes.
"Don't let him go Jiminie.. you need to protect him.. " Jeong said
"How-" he covers his mouth as soft sobs left his lips.
"You will know how... And I know you can. We will discuss this later. Now wipe your tears.. we need to go inside." She rubs her thump on Jimin's cheek comforting him. They knock on the door plastering a smile on their face and saw Yoongi wiping off his tears and smiling at them when they entered.

Jimin noticed Yoongi was trying to avoid him. But he understands Yoongi. He will do the same If he is in yoongi's place. He really tried not to be fed up because of this. He has a mission now. He needs to protect Yoongi at any cost. For that he needs to know the actual problem. And he needs to find a way to convince Yoongi to stay with him.
Ms. Jeong was a double agent at min's service. Even though she left her job at min's after her husband's death, she was still in contact with them and helped them whenever they needed. Mr. Min always treated her and Jimin like family. Jimin had met Mr. Min when he went to their training place as his mother insisted him to train on weapons.
So finding out what the actual threat was not an issue. His mother came to know about the property dispute between the Min brothers and the involvement of Yoongi. About how Yoongi refused to take his help so that he had to hire a bodyguard secretly. Jin was a trusted man of Min's. Ms. Jeong understands the whole situation and she promised Mr. Min that they will protect Yoongi. She knew Jimin would do that at any cost. He will do anything to keep his hyung safe. She has believed in his skills..

I hope the confusion in the last chapter is cleared. Now you know how Jimin knows about Yoongi's bodyguard aka Jin and the murder attempts towards Yoongi.
Jimin is not a weak person. And he certainly didn't become stronger because Yoongi is in danger.
He was broken and when Jae called him names and physically hurt him, he didn't react because he was shocked and he loved Jae so much that he couldn't hurt him. Taehyung knew that. That's why he defended him at the college. He protected Jimin until Jimin was ready to fight for himself.
I might not be able to update on this weekend because I'm moving from my hometown to another city for work. So here is the update.
