Lord, how pleased I am
It felt like a gift.
Pouring rain, the kind You know I love. I was jumping with joy and was eager to get outside.
The thunder rolled and the lightening flashed.
A hint of a rainbow before the storm was in full motion.
I walked around, totally and completely content.
My dress was drenched, clinging to my body. Cold rain drops poured down my skin.
I loved every minute of it.
I was outside until the very end.
Thank You, God, for this joy, for the rain.
Thank You for reminding me to keep this joy and love for You in my heart.
Thank You for showing me to be happy, even in a storm.
