Hey guys so you don't have to read this. I just found it important to discuss. So, if you're someone who reads my lil updates between stories then you know I've had to take some breaks due to my mental health before and just life as a whole. So, I wanted to discuss the importance of mental health which I know you've probably all heard about. But, it's important. Life gets tough and it isn't always going to be perfect but it's extremely important to keep your head up and always always always! Talk to someone when you're feeling down. I know a lot of people don't always express their feelings and thoughts but it's important to. If you're having any bad thoughts. No matter what they are. Suicidal or not. Please talk to someone. My DMs are open and if needed I do have personal accounts on different social medias you can reach out to me on. Remember, you aren't alone. And make sure you take care of yourselves too. Drink lots of water, eat at least 3 meals a day and take your vitamins. It's important to keep yourself healthy. That includes showering and brushing your teeth at least 3 times a day.
