Chocolate fudge is favorite to everyone .There are some people in the world who doest like chocolate I don't how they survive without eating it but am not that kind of person .you know I will be happy if there was a chocolate flow in vein instead of blood ...lol jus fa fun :)
Ingredients
2 cups (450 g) sugar
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt milk
2/3 cup (150 g) 5 oz 10 tbsp butter
4 oz (100 g) plain chocolate
2 oz (50 g) clear honey
method
1. Place all the ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan. Stir over a low heat until dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil gently for about 1 0 minutes until a little of the mixture, dropped into a cup of cold water, forms a soft ball when rolled between finger and thumb. Remove from the heat, stand the pan on a cool surface for 5 minutes, then beat until thick and beginning to grain.
2. Pour into a buttered 20.5 x 15 cm (8 x 6 inch) tin, mark into squares and cut when cold.
