as garou started to look around he saw a city from far apart from the woods. he walked towards the city and began to look for a shelter. he saw people with different colours and was confused by since he thought they were monsters. he hears a woman scream and asks for a help. garou look back and sees a theif trying to rob her. garou punches the theif and sends him crash to a building. from the crowd, three teenagers rush in to see what happened.
"Todoroki-kun did you see anything happening?" asked the green haired boy
"no midoriya i couldn't but i think that guy is trying to steal that woman's purse" points at garou
"ENOUGH WITH STORIES ICEY HOT I'M ABOUT TO TEACH THAT VILLAIN HE ISN'T MESSING WITH ANYONE" a blond boy with spiky hair answered
"kachann don't you think your a bit too harsh" midoriya asked nervously
"Like hell i would!" bakugo shouts out
the three rush at garou who was confused as he handed over the purse unsure of what to do so he blocked all of their strikes despite being severely injured. blue streams of water began to come out from his hands as he used the water stream rock smashing fist to strike the trio. he sent them back but as a result he coughed blood and was about to faint. he suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder and saw a buffed man having fire mustache. garou was punched in the face by endeavour and was sent flying i to a building as he lost consciousness
"endevouor thank god you came" said midoriya
"it doesn't matter. what was his deal anyway?" he asked annoyed and pissed
"we don't know" said midoriya "but i'm sure he did fight from the looks of his injuries"
"what do we do with him" asked todoroki
"LETS BURN HIM INTO CRISPS" offered bakugo with anger
"lets take him to jail and ask him about who he is but first we need to take him to a hospital" orderd endeavor to the trio
**2 hours later**
garou woke up with bandages all around him. he looked around and he realised he was in a hospital bed with his hands in cuffs next to the bed pipe at the window was hawks and endeavor looking at him with curiosity
"oi you two where the hell am i"
asked garou
"oh your awake nice to see you fellow guy" hawks said with a smile but endeavour just glared
"you gave us quite a trouble back there huh?"
hawks asked teasingly "what's your name?" he asked
"i'm garou"
"your last name?"
"don't have one, never knew who my parents were"
"oh sorry about that. what quirk so you have?"
"what's a quirk?" garou asked confused
endvour and hawks were completely shock at the question garou asked and they remained silent
"where am i?" garou asked
"your in a hospital in mustufa city" endeavour said with seriousness
"where is mustufa city?" garou asked confused
"like some part of city A or city Q maybe?" garou asked with confusion
"what?" hawks said confused "no, its in japan"
"do you know where japan is?" hawks said with suspicion
"wait.. give me a map of the world- if this is true then..." he mumbled to himself
**5 minutes later**
Garou's bewilderment only grew as he reached out and took the globe. Glaring at the world model, Garou began spinning it. His glare was practically burning through the spherical model of the earth as it rotated horizontally around a vertical axis. Just like the map, Garou did not recognize anything on the orb. Moreover, there was more than one continent.
The crimson-haired hunter's mind reeled as he parsed the unexpected revelation. He was no longer at home - a pastiche of the world he called home.
"hey, what do you know of monsters?" Garou asked.
"Uhhh... like the boogieman?" hawks said jokingly
"...The Hero Association?" garou asked agian
"Um, there are heroes, but... I don't know about an association."
" S-Class?"
"." hawks and endeavor's silence was deafening.
"Oh my god.." Garou blinked as he dropped the globe to the floor, letting it clattered on the floor. Now, he had confirmed it.
"hawks was it?" garou asked
"y-yeah" hawks said in shock
"tell me everything you know about your world i've realised i'm not from here. i'm from another dimension"
hawks and endeavor were in shock to what garou had stated. they had no idea multiverse was even a thing the only thing they knew for sure was that garou was not from here so hawks began telling garou about their world.

garou was at loss for words. he wanted to know how he even got here. how was his world after saitama was back in time. was loosing everything he had and cared for worth it. or maybe a new start would be a better option after all he was a monster and now he thinks about it.. he can start his life from the beginning... a new start
"your world is interesting you know what? i wanna stay here and start a new life if it's possible.. i'm also a (hero)" a word garou despised the most was now what he wanted to do now
hawks smiles
"i am happy to help you mr garou welcome to japan but you need a hero license and an identity. don't worry we will come back tomorrow and talk more..," hawks said happily
"right"
"i'll see you tomorrow mr garou" hawks said as him and endeavor left the hospital room leaving garou"
"maybe this isn't half bad who knows maybe i'll get a job as a hero and meet new people"

"who dares awakening me" asked god (opm)
"it is i lord god your servant"
"what is it coycutus?, what have you awakened me"
god asked demanding
"my lord the mortal who calls himself monster is alive and was never killed when you took his powers away" the servant answered
"what will you do now"
"seems like i'll have to engage into a battle if he's not dead it mean my powers are still in him but still sleep" god said
"i'll do that once i finish my sleep coycutus, however on the mean time keep an eye on him for now and make sure he doesn't do anything too major like wiping off planets"
with that being said god went back to sleep and left his servant look over garou and watch him
