I forgot to metion Izumi may or may not automaticaly get the hevens's chosen quirk or the any of the quirk I have stated.  I will say Izumi won't be weak and as for now I'm not going to have her have those said quirks for now but she will get it later and a different quirk that I won't state she will have but you'll have to wait to find out!
