We went inside and everyone's smiling faces were focused on us.
"Hayeeee, mere bachee tera chehra itna laal kyu hai?", asked Malini dadi.
(Hayeeee, why is your face so red my child?)
"Oh ho dadi, ab di, jiju k sath rahegi toh laal toh hogi hi na", teased Sikha.
(Oh ho, grandma, when Di stays with Brother-in-Law (bil), then she will definitely turn red)
"Aree Sikha abhi toh dono ne haan bhi nii kiya hai, aur tu abhi se jiju bulari hai?", questioned Ruhan.
(Aree Sikha, they didn't even say Yes , and you started calling him bil)
"Mujhe toh bht pasand hai, agar dii ne nii ki han shadhi k liye toh main kar lungi, di, pasand nii krti toh main kya kar skti hu isme", answered sikha.
(I like him, if di doesn't want to marry him, I will, if di doesn't like him what can I do)
"Maine aisa kab kaha", said Adwitya immediately and my head snapped towards her.
(When did I say that?)
Everyone burst into a fit of laughter, turning her darker shade of red.
A smile appeared on my face.
"Aisa toh nii kaha tune, par kal tak toh tujhe ladke se milne me bhi dar lag raha tha, aaj aisa kya hogya, ki teri nazre usse hatt hi nii rahi h", teased Meera chachi.
(You didn't say that, but you were even scared to meet him till yesterday, and now what happened that you can't take your eyes off him)
"Oh ho aunty, aap hamare bhai ko bhi toh dekhiyeh unki nazre bhi toh nii hatt rahi hai humari bhabhi se", said Akarsh.

"Aarav bete humare ghar k sabse khaas insan ko tujhe dene wale hai, khayal rakhna, humari bachii ka", said Jeet Dadu.

"Aree yeh bhi koi kehni ki baat hai Jeet, Adwitya humari beti hai, kyu nii khayal rakhega yeh gadhe ka bachaa", said Dadu.
(You don't need to say that Jeet, Adwitya is our child, why won't he take care of her)
"Papa aap meri bezzati karre ho, apne Pote ki nii", Sulked Dad.
(Papa, you are insulting me, not your Grandchild)
"Kyuki tu hai hi gadha, mera Pota mujhpe gya hai", answered Dadu.
(Because you are a donkey, not my grandchild, he has taken my genes)
Everyone laughed.
"Adwitya Aarav, hum sab ki toh haan hai is rishte k liye, par tum dono ki haan sabse jada zaruri hai, toh tum dono ek-do bar milo, jano, samjho ek dusre ko, date pe jao, phir hume apna jawab dena", said Sandhya Aunty.
(Adwitya Aarav, we all like this relationship, but your response matters the most for this relationship, you both meet eachother, get to know eachother, go on dates, and then you both can answer)
"Hawwww, aap meri Buaaa ko date pe le jaoge?", asked Tara.
(Hawwww, you will take my aunt on a date?)
"Maybe", I answered squatting down to her level.
"Agar aapki Bua mere sath date pe jana chahegi toh", I said and looked at Adwitya who was looking at me but looked away when our eyes met.
(If your aunt wants to go on a date with me)
"Main bhi date pe jaugi Buaaaa k sath", said Tara when I picked her up in my arms.
(I'll also go on a date with my aunt)
Causing everyone to giggle at her cuteness.
"Bachaa, date pe sirf Buaa aur aapke PJ (PJ- Phufa Ji) jaege", said Shranya Bhabhi .
(Bachaa your Aunt and PJ will go on a date, no one else)
"Main kyu nii ja sakti date pe?", questioned Tara with a pout.
(Why can't I go on a date)
"Kyuki Buaaa aur PJ ko ek dusre k sath time spend karna hai, islye wo date pe jaege", explained Adhik Bhai and Tara's happy face turned into a sad one.
(Because your Aunt and PJ want to spend some time with eachother)
"Mujhe bhi date pe jana hai", muttered Tara.
(I also want to go on a date)
"It's okay, main aapko date pe le jauga mere sath, aap chalegi na mere sath date pe?", I asked Tara, but that question was also meant for someone else.
(I will take you on a date with me, Will you go on a date with me?)
I looked in her direction and this time she didn't look away instead blinked her eyes, as if understanding my question and answering it with her eyes, a smile appeared on my face and I looked back at Tara.
Nodding her head she hugged me and said, "Yesh, I'll go, You are so nice, I like you."
After that, everyone talked for a while, and then we returned back home, not before the elders told me to take her on a date this weekend.
Adwitya's POV
I was in my room thinking about all the things that happened today, but the only thing that remained playing was "Aap chalegi mere sath date pe?", the question was for me, I could tell that, the way his eyes looked at me after he said that and then the smile when I blinked my eyes in response, made it more clear.
(Will you go on a date with me?)
My room's door flung open and entered my siblings with Bhabhi.
"So?", questioned Bhabhi.
"What do you think about him?", asked Bhai.
"..............." I remain quiet.
"Take your time, di", said Ruhan.
"Yes, and if you don't like him, tell me", said Sikha.
"So, that you can marry him, phle thik se badi toh hoja", said Ruhan hitting on her head.
(first, grow up)
"I'm 20 now", huffed Sikha.
Bickering with eachother Ruhan and Sikha left my room.
"Adhu...... we all really like Aarav, I've met him a few times, and he is a nice person, I can say that but, you know when it comes to you I can't trust anyone, but I trust him, What do you think matters the most Adhu, it's your life it's an important decision for you take your time, and then answer everyone," said Bhai and walked out.
"Take rest Adhu, don't stress yourself thinking", saying Bhabhi too walked out closing the door behind her.
Thinking about everything I fell asleep.
