3rd POV
The capital was known for being corrupted, from the rich being able to do what they want to the poor suffering from the young emperor's rule, truly nothing was good with the the world these people lived in.
But there was other places that was more fair than the capital, the main one being district 7 which was mainly ruled by a young man named Yn Ln. This man first started to rule over his district when his parents passed away and ever since then he has kept his people safe from the rest of the world.
But he didn't do it alone, he had his best friend Konro Sagamiya who was always there to help him out with ruling and watching over there home, truly Konro was someone Yn knew he could never replace.
Then there also was the kids that Yn was taking care of named Hikage and Hinata and they were both twins girls who greatly annoyed him.
But this was the life that Yn had and he was fine with it, his people were safe and greatly appreciated and respected him, his best friend always had his back there really wasn't anything Yn could ask for in his life.

Currently Yn was taking care of some type of monster that appeared in the outskirts of his district.

Konro: What the hell is this thing, I've never seen anything like it before
As Konro was fighting the monster, it was soon hit with a powerful fire based punch which came from Yn Ln himself, he soon landed right next to his friend and stared at him with his circle and x pupils.
Yn: Yeah same, but this does prove that the world is bigger than we thought
They both soon heard the monster let out a great big roar which did shake the area around them a little.
Yn: Damn I could have swore that attack would kill it
Konro: Are you getting soft on me Yn ?
Yn: As if that would ever happen, but I guess I'll put a little more power into this attack
Yn soon pulled his fist back and coated it in fire until he soon appeared in front of the monster and gave it a hard punch which the results were different from the first attack because this one completely turned the monster into ashes.
Yn soon looked back at Konro and gave him a nod which he knew what that meant, the duo soon started to walk back into their district.
As they entered the district the citizens would give them a friendly greeting which they would return back with a gentle smile.
The duo soon entered a big building which was basically used as a HQ for all the people who were soldiers/guards and its also where Yn and Konro mainly be stationed.
As they entered the building Yn put his hand through his Hc hair pulling it back a little before he pulled his hand away and let his hair drop back to its original shape.
His Ec eyes scanned the area and saw how some of his soldiers were frightened, which was odd because no one in his district was ever scared of him because they knew how he was.
Soon enough one of his friends came to him and decided to let him know what's going on.

Rui: Captain
Yn: Rui do you mind telling me why everyone looks shaken up ?
Rui: Well it's easier to show you, let's go to your office Sir
Yn: Sure
The trio soon started to make their way to Yn's office until they came to the doors which Yn pushed open, when the trio came into the office they were greeted by a small group of people which consisted of two males and five females.
Rui: They wanted to talk to you Captain
Yn soon made his way to his desk and sat down in his chair and looked at the group in front of him.
Yn: So, who is the leader of this ?
A women with silver hair and what seemed to be a green metal arm soon walked in front of Yn's desk she also had a eye patch, the silver haired women gave a small bow to Yn before straightening herself up.
Najenda: Hello I'm Najenda and I'm the head of my group known as-
Yn: Night raid
As Yn said that he could see how everyone in night raid tensed up a bit until they decided to calm their nerves.
Najenda: So it seems like you know who we are
Yn: Yes I'm aware of who you are since their is a lot of places that know you and most of the members in your group
Najenda: That's kinda surprising, considering the fact that I thought no one this far from most of the Mainly popular cities would hear about us
Yn: Yes my district is cut off from most of the popular cities but we have heard about you and have even seen some wanted posters of you
Najenda: Well I guess that means there really isn't any need for me to introduce everyone then huh
Yn: No but I would like you to get to the point as to why you are here, considering the fact your group goes after the corrupt people of the government that are a part of the capital and last time I checked we don't really associate with them
Najenda: Well we aren't here to kill you and even if we was I'm sure you would kill us instantly
Yn: At least you know, so why are you here ?
Najenda: We are here because we was hoping you would want to form a alliance with Night raid
Yn: And why would we do that ?
Najenda: I'm sure you know how the capital and the emperor are and what they are doing
Yn: Yes I am aware of that
Najenda: Well it would only be a matter of time before the emperor sends his army here to take over your district
Yn:....
Najenda: Mine please give me the map
A pink haired girl soon walked to Najenda and gave her a map, Najenda soon placed it on Yn's desk which he opened it up and saw how many villages and other cities were crossed out.
Yn: So he took over these places ?
Najenda: Yes he did
Yn: And what makes you think he will come here
Najenda: Well he has went after other small villages so what makes you think he won't come after here soon enough
Yn: I see your point but how will me making a alliance with you help out my people ?
Najenda: We don't ask for soldiers, all we ask is for your district to help us with supplies and maybe some information about the emperor and when he is making his next move
Yn: You are aware that the emperor is a child right
Najenda: We are aware but he along with his army are bringing nothing but chaos and violence to the people outside of the capital
Yn: Fine I can see what you mean, I guess we can form an alliance with you
Najenda: Thank you that's all we ask for
Yn: But I will say that I will be joining you guys myself
Najenda: As in you joining are group in the field as in fighting
Yn: Yeah
Najenda: You are aware that if someone sees you, you could be putting your district in danger because the emperor will see you as a threat and even send his men after you and they will eventually come here
Yn: I'm not really worried about that cause I'll just wear something that covers my face, and no one apart from the people in my district knows that I run this place so even if they do see me I'm sure they won't know anything about me or my district for a while
Najenda: If that is what you want then I'll allow you to personally join us
Yn: Thank you, we'll leave in a hour
Najenda: No thank you, this really does mean a lot to us and I'm grateful for that

It has been a complete year ever since Yn's first encounter with Night raid.
And keeping true to his word Yn personally joined Night raid and left Konro in charge of the district until he returns home.
Ever since the alliance of district 7 and night raid they managed to make a lot of progress and Yn has still remained unknown to the public eyes thanks to the fact that he always wore a mask to cover his face and eyes.
So far the capital has lost around 47% percent of their overall power and finances thanks to the fact that Yn went on a lot of solo missions to help stop the capital from receiving supplies and over all income from other cities.
Yn actually made a good bond with all the members of night raid in his year of working with them, From helping Sheele with her clumsy personality to dealing with Mine's bratty attitude he really did feel like the members of Night raid were his friends and he really did want to protect them.
Then there also was the fact that Lubbock decided to ask the question that was on everyone's mind, What is your imperial arm ?
Yn didn't really tell any of them about the fact that he didn't use one and instead used pyrokinesis and told them how his people have their own set of power which revolves around Fire. He also told them about the generations and how he was a second and third generation, meaning he could control and manipulate existing fires and how he can generate his own flames.
He also decided to tell them a little about his background and how he was adopted by Hibachi after his parents death.
The entirety of Night raid was shocked by what they just heard since Yn was doing some stuff that would seem impossible for a normal person to do without the help of a imperial arm. But Yn did assure them that he was telling the truth about everything he said so they decided to take his word for it but they were still shocked by the news.

Currently Yn was waiting in the forest wearing a black cloak and black mask that was covering his face, he was growing impatient with how long everyone was taking to regroup.
It was currently Night time in the capital and night raid had a mission which was to kill a rich family that was said to be kidnapping poor people and torturing them in different ways which really did make Yn's blood boil with how cruel these people were.
Unfortunately for Yn he didn't get to kill any of the members since he killed most of the guards which meant his part of the mission was done so he left and decided to wait at the spot they were meant to regroup at, but he has been waiting for over a hour and most of their lowercase missions don't take this long so he started to wonder what was taking them so long.
Before he knew it he soon heard someone saying 'let me go' he turned his attention to the noise just to see Leone with Akame and it seems like Leone was carrying someone on her shoulder, it was a guy who was trying to get out of her grasp which wasn't working in his favor.
Yn: Took you guys long enough
Leone: Sorry about that Handsome but we kinda got sidetracked with something
Yn: Does this happen to be because of the guy who is currently on your shoulder ?
Leone: Yup
Akame: He wasn't a target so I didn't kill him at first
Yn: So he tried to attack you ?
Akame: Yes and failed....miserably
Yn: so why bring him ?
Leone: Well long story short he saw two of his friends dead because of the rich family so he snapped and killed the daughter so I thought he might have some potential, so why not let him join us ?
Yn: You are aware that's for Najenda to decide right
Leone: Yeah I know but why not try and ask her, what's the worst that could happen ?
Akame: Najenda kills him
Yn: Yeah that could happen
Leone: Well that's on him then
?: Let me go !
Yn soon walked behind Leone to now see the guy face to face, and to Yn's shock the guy Leone was carrying seemed to be a young teen who has brown hair and green eyes.
?: Who are you ?!
Yn: Don't worry about it, you'll find out soon enough now be quiet
Yn soon punched the teen in the face with enough force that it made the teen go unconscious. Yn walked back to his original spot and saw the looks on Akame's and Leone's faces.
Yn: What ?
Leone: Was it necessary to do that ?
Yn: Yes
Akame: Why ?
Yn: Because we can get some peace and quiet and if we do bring him back to base and rejects the offer and some how escapes us I rather not have him know the way back to base, just in case he gets captured by the capital and is forced to surrender information about are whereabouts
Leone: Okay I can see your point
Akame: Same
After some time the rest of the members of Night raid finally arrived only to see Leone holding the boy which they decided to question later.
The team managed to get back to base and Leone told Najenda about the boy and how he shows a lot of potential, but Najenda did decide that each member of Night raid will train him in a different way before he's allowed to go on any missions which everyone in night raid paled at since they knew he would have to train with Yn soon enough.

So far things have went to shit during this mission, Sheele, Mine and Yn were attacked by a capital officer who apparently had a living imperial arm that looked like a dog but would grow into a 20ft monster on command.
Sheele did managed to get the jump on the officer but she was soon heavily damaged by the Dog.
Sheele soon looked up to see the beast In front of her about to attack, Until it was hit by a punch that sent it some distance away from her, Sheele turned to See Yn in his disguise and gave him a small smile.
Sheele: Thanks
Yn: Your welcome, Can you stand ?
Sheele: No not really
Yn looked at her to see that she was bleeding from her side, so he knew that this fight was necessary since he was sure she would bleed out before they could get her to base if he decided to fight.
Yn looked around and found Mine on the roof looking at them with tears in her eyes, Yn soon sighed and picked Sheele up in his arms and quickly jumped to mine and crouched down to her level.
Yn: Just hop on my back and hold on cause we're leaving
Mine: Okay just make sure to be careful with Sheele
Yn: I will now let's go
Mine soon hopped on Yn's back while holding on to her and Sheele's imperial arms.
?: Where do you think your going criminals ?!
Yn and mine Soon looked at the person and saw that her and that dog were now right back up and glaring at them.
Yn: We're leaving
?: And what makes you think we are just going to let you leave ?!
Mine: Probably for the fact that Sheele took your arms off and how Yn tamed your mut with a single hit
The girl was now furious with the responses that she got so she turned to The dog.
?: Koro kill them !
The dog now named Koro soon jumped at the trio but to the officers surprise the trio were soon gone in a blink of a eye.
?: I should inform General Esdeath about this whole situation but first...
Seryu soon looked down at her lost limbs and let out a heavy sigh.
Seryu: I should get some new limbs first
After a while Seryu soon came to General Esdeath who was just writing something in a notebook, when Esdeath heard the footsteps of Seryu she soon put down her notebook and looked at her.
Esdeath: Yes Seryu, is there a reason why you have came to me also what happened to your arms ?
Seryu: um it's a long story General Esdeath
Esdeath: Then tell me cause I have time
Seryu starts to tell Esdeath about her encounter with the three members of night raid and how they managed to escape from her and Koro but she mainly told Esdeath about the male member that was with the two girls and how it's possible that he's been a member for a while Seryu also told her that there is a good chance that the girl she managed to injure most likely is alive.
Esdeath: There was three of them and you had other soldiers with you and Koro and you still managed to not kill a single one
Seryu: General I could have killed both of those girls but I couldn't because of that guy, he was very strong so strong that he managed to knock Koro out with one single attack
Esdeath: Did you manage to see what his imperial arm looked like ?
Seryu: No i didn't ma'am and if I'm being honest I don't think he has one
Esdeath looked at Seryu with a look of confusion, there really wasn't any way for a regular person to just knock out that monster Koro so Esdeath really didn't believe what Seryu was saying and thought maybe she hit her head too hard but she did decide to keep that in mind.
Esdeath: okay, if that is all then please leave
Seryu: Okay General Esdeath
Seryu soon left the room leaving Esdeath alone with her thoughts.
Esdeath: A person who has powers without a Imperial arm....how interesting

Currently Yn along with Leone, Lubbock and Tatsumi are in the capital and they are on their way to go to the coliseum because apparently there is a tournament being held there and the winner of the tournament gets a prize, which Tatsumi was hoping for it to be money so he can send it back to the village he grew up in.
But Tatsumi didn't get to join since Leone and Lubbock wanted to see Yn fight in this tournament to see if anyone has a chance against him, Yn just decided to agree with what they were saying since he really didn't have anything to do today and why not get a little spar in for today, Yn also agreed that when he does win he'll give the money to Tatsumi since Yn himself really didn't need it.
Tatsumi was over the moon when he heard Yn say that, that he decided to hug him which made Yn kinda angry since he just invaded his personal space but he just got over it which did surprise Leone and Lubbock.
The tournament was a pretty straightforward one on one fight each round and so far the fights have been extremely one sided for the opponents that were facing against Yn since all of them couldn't really handle a attack from him, there were even some opponents who decided to forfeit the match instead of fighting against him.
Now it was Yn vs some boar guy named Kalbi who Yn was able to tell seemed to be arrogant.
Kalbi was apparently some blacksmith or something, Yn wasn't to sure cause he stopped listening to the guy after three seconds of him bragging about himself and how he was going to crush Yn.
The match soon started and Yn decided to end it with a little more effort and to also give the audience a little surprise.
Before Kalbi could get close to Yn he saw how Yn's right hand seemed to catch on fire, before he could even question it he heard Yn speak.
Yn: Fire Moon
Yn used his right hand that was on fire and swiped it to the right of him which caused a giant wave of fire which was shaped like a crescent moon to directly hit Kalbi and the aftermath was Kalbi unconscious from the attack with some first and second degree burns, luckily Yn did hold back or else he would be dead.
The announcer soon called the match and the audience soon started to cheer for Yn which caused him to smile a little and give a small wave to the crowd.
But Yn along with the other three members of Night raid were unaware that Esdeath herself was watching the whole tournament and it seemed like she really didn't care for the tournament in general until Yn just finished his match and gave his smile which made her blush and made her heart skip a couple of beats.
Esdeath at that very moment knew that she found the one that she truly loves so she got up from her seat and made her way into the arena as she got into the arena the audience went quiet. Yn on the other hand was kinda shocked to see the general herself here especially since Najenda was the one that told him about her and how she is so he decided to try and play his cards right after all one small slip up and it could cause a massive problem for him and the other Night raid members.
Esdeath soon stopped in front of Yn and gave him a smile.
Esdeath: Yn Ln right, I would like to congratulate you on your win and say that your an amazing fighter
Yn: Thank you General Esdeath, Your compliment means a lot
Yn slightly gave a bow to Esdeath since he didn't want to be suspicious in anyway but he was unaware of the fact that this was just making Esdeath fall for him more.
Esdeath: There really isn't any need to bow to me Yn but tell me do you know why this tournament was made ?
Yn: I can't say that I do but I did hear that the winner would receive money so that is why I entered
Esdeath: Really and what would you do with the money exactly ?
Yn: I was planning to give it to a friend so he can help his village
Esdeath: My my how sweet of you but that wasn't really why this tournament was hosted
Yn: Then why was it ?
Before Yn could even say anything else he soon felt a cold metal collar go around his neck which Esdeath herself placed on him.
Esdeath: I was mainly looking for a lover and it seems like I found one
Yn: Wait can-
He was soon interrupt by Esdeath because she decided to hit him in his stomach to try and knock him unconscious but to her surprise he only fell to his knees and coughed a bit.
Esdeath: It seems like you are quite durable
Yn: I guess so
But Esdeath decided to this time hit him on the side of his head directly where his temple was which did knock him out this time.
Esdeath soon picked Yn up and literally threw him over her shoulder and proceeded to walk away from the arena with a smile on her face.
As for the three members of Night raid they were in a state of panic and shock about what has just happened and transpired, so they quickly rushed out of the coliseum and went to Najenda and told her everything.
Najenda told them to remain calm and just to trust that Yn will be alright.

3rd POV
Yn soon woke up and found himself in a bed, he soon looked around until his eyes soon realized the women next to him that was sleeping. He was so surprised by this that he fell off the side of the bed which caused Esdeath to wake up and just stare at him with a blush covering her face.
Esdeath: It seems like you are awake, I'm sorry about knocking you out but I thought you would probably panic and not come peacefully so I just acted on instincts
Yn: Um, it's fine but can you tell me where I am and why are you not fully dressed ?
Esdeath: Well your in my personal quarters, and I thought why not try and be comfortable while sleeping with you
Yn: I guess that makes sense but I think I should be leaving now
When Yn said that he could see how Esdeath's demeanor change from happy to cold.
Esdeath: Well I'm sorry to say this but you aren't going anywhere since you are now my lover and future husband, Okay ?
Yn: So what you said at the tournament was true then
Esdeath: Yes it was, now we can try and do this nice and easy or we can do this the more difficult way which would involve you not listening so what will it be ?
Yn was able to reject her but decided not to since he was sure he could make this whole situation work in his favor and even provide Night raid with useful information, so he gave a heavy sigh and just looked at Esdeath and gave her a smile which made her blush again.
Yn: Fine I accept you Esdeath as my lover
Esdeath was actually very happy to hear this that she mentally squealed in her head, she soon went over the edge of the bed and quickly pulled Yn into a kiss, For Esdeath Yn's lips felt warm almost like a summer breeze as for Yn, Esdeath's lips were kinda cold but surprisingly he didn't mind he even found himself slowly kissing her back until they both pulled away.
Esdeath: Your lips are very warm
Yn: And your are very cold
They both soon let out a small chuckle, Afterwards Esdeath soon got up and told Yn to follow her until they came to a shower which Yn kinda knew what she wanted to do, so he decided not to try and argue with her.
They were both soon undressed and in the shower feeling the warm water run along their bodies both Esdeath and Yn were unaware of the fact that both of them were sneaking looks at each other's bodies, with Esdeath biting her lower lip slightly and Yn getting a heavier blush each time he looked at her.
Esdeath soon told Yn if he could help her wash her back since it was kinda hard for her to do, so he decided to help her but he was slowly feeling his face heat up more and more with how much he was touching her skin but what he wasn't aware about was the fact that Esdeath would tease him slightly by moving her body slightly so Yn's lower half would touch her private parts.
Yeah the whole experience was making Yn feel like he was going to die from embarrassment of some sort it also didn't help that Esdeath decided to make a comment saying 'it seems like you are gifted in other areas as well', yeah Yn quickly found out that she can be a tease at times which was surprising.

It has only been five months and a lot has happened in that time spanned, with Bulat dying and Tatsumi taking his incursio from him, to Night raid gaining two new members and even Killing all of Esdeath's team called Jaegers, luckily Night raid was able to do a lot and keep their members safe with the information Yn was giving them.
But the final battle still came which did take place in the capital, with the emperor having a imperial arm that was the castle itself to the fact that both Tatsumi and Yn had to deal with it themselves and even take it down.
Now Tatsumi was a bloody mess and Akame was holding him up trying her best to drag him away from the battlefield but before she could do that she soon heard some cracking and saw that a piece of the Emperors Imperial arm was completely frozen and soon enough Esdeath broke through it and gave a icy glare to Akame and Tatsumi.
Esdeath: Well it seems like you two survived but that won't matter anymore because you both will die here
Akame was about to place Tatsumi down and draw her sword but before she could Esdeath sent a quick wave of ice at them which Akame knew she wasn't going to be able to do something about it so she soon tried to run.
But to her shock and Esdeath's the ice was completely destroyed by a fire based attack, the two females looked around to see that the one who caused the fire attack was Yn.
Yn: Akame take Tatsumi and get him help, let me deal with her okay ?
Akame: Okay
Akame soon took Tatsumi and made her way to safety leaving Esdeath with Yn.
Esdeath just stared at Yn with a look of betrayal and pain, in truth she didn't want to believe that the man she loved was the one giving information to Night raid it was something one of the members of Jaegers told her about and how it could be Yn but she refused to believe that, but looking at him now and seeing how he just saved those two she knew it was true but she was still heartbroken.
Esdeath: So it was true......you were the one giving Night raid information about the capital
Yn: Yeah it was me
Esdeath:.....Why ?
Yn: Esdeath take a look around you and see what has happened thanks to the capital and its corruption, millions of people have died because of it, there are people who are suffering outside of the capital thanks to the emperor and his advisor can't you see that this all needs to end the people would be better off without the capital and it's government
Esdeath did take a look around and saw all of the destruction and chaos that was caused by this war and she couldn't lie to herself it truly was terrible but she also did think of one thing that crossed her mind.
Esdeath: And what would happen to me if I just decided to leave this all behind me, do you really think anyone anywhere who knows me will let me live a normal life, no they would not cause they would want me dead for what I have done so what would become of me if I just decided to leave this all behind me ?
Yn: You could come with me, District 7 will welcome you with open arms even if they will be scared at first I'm sure over time they'll see the real you and come to respect you and treat you like a normal person
Esdeath: And how can you be so sure of that Yn, you don't know that for certain what if they don't and instead they hate me just like with the people here ?
Yn: You don't know so you just have to take the chance Esdeath
Esdeath: Promise me something, that if they don't accept me then we will leave together and try to find somewhere else to call home.....so please promise me that and I'll happily put this whole life behind me
Yn: I promise Esdeath, So please let's just go
Esdeath soon walked to Yn and just stared at with until she started to cry slightly and soon pulled him into a kiss, after some seconds they both pulled away and placed their foreheads together and let out some tears.
Esdeath: I love Yn, You really are my flame in this dark world
Yn: And I love you too Esdeath, You really are my whole world

Years later
It has been years ever since that day when Esdeath decided to leave her old life behind her and in truth she didn't regret it at all.
Both Esdeath and Yn soon returned back to district 7 which the people were surprised to find out that their Captain did bring back a lover. At first the people wasn't too sure about Esdeath but with the help of Yn and Konro the people soon grew to love and respect her.
After two years of dating Yn asked Esdeath the big question during one of their dates, she really wasn't expecting him to get down on one knee and show her a ring which had a sapphire crystal and a silver body.
Esdeath was a complete blushing mess when she saw all of this and couldn't even speak properly.
Until she accidentally screamed 'Yes' which did cause Yn to laugh A little at her response.
During their wedding Yn really couldn't believe how she could be more beautiful in her white dress, Konro had to snap Yn out of his trance since he was staring for a little too long.
After one month of being married Esdeath told Yn the knees of how she's pregnant which did make him happy to hear it but they both soon found out she will be giving birth to twins.
Both a older looking Esdeath and Yn can be seen kissing with Esdeath currently on a table while Yn is holding her hips.
Before things could go any further they soon heard footsteps running towards them so they pulled away just to see their twins Daughter.
Himawari was the older twin only being older by two minutes, she has short Hc hair and her mother's Blue sapphire like eyes.
Then there was Ella who was the younger twin, just like with her sister she had her father's Hc hair and shared her mother's Blue sapphire like eyes but unlike her sister she actually had long hair.
both of them were now seven years old and it really did seems like yesterday when Esdeath gave birth to them and even almost broke Yn's hand from squeezing it too hard.
Ella: Morning Mama and papa
Esdeath: Morning sweetie how did you both sleep ?
H/E: Good !
Yn: Well it's good that your both up cause Breakfast will be ready soon enough so go sit down for now
H/E: Okay !
they both soon made their way to the table and sat down with smiles on their faces, which did cause their parents to be happy.
Before Yn was able to serve them he felt Esdeath wrap her arms around him and lay her head on his back.
Esdeath: I love you Yn
Yn: I love you too Esdeath
Esdeath: Also number three is on it's way soon enough
Yn: Number three.......oh so your pregnant again huh
Esdeath: Yeah, why is that a problem ?
Yn: No it isn't but I hope this time you don't try and brake my hand
Esdeath: No promises Darling
