I'm going back to school in a week I'm so excited cause it's my final year right now I'm in ya nif's room cause it's been long we haven't had a brother sister talk we are talking about his girlfriend.
"I'm missing her" he said pouting she travelled with her family for a vacation she's coming back next week.
"Allah ya bamu hakuri us that don't have anyone(God help us)" I said
"Abeg move you have Othman"he said
"Othman that has a girlfriend I don't want"I said
"I forgot to tell you hanifa is greeting you (his gf)" he said
"Oh I'm greeting her too I haven't talked to her for a while now" I said
"How's Amir"I asked him about his best friend
"He is fine"he said
"That's nice" I said
"You know it's been a while since we all went out " I said
"Yh we should go out before you leave"he said
"We can go now since we aren't doing anything now" I said
"Ok go and tell Ayasha and auta" he said
"Ok" I said with that I left his apartment I entered the main house I saw auta and Ayasha in the parlour
"you guys should get ready we are going out with ya nif" I said
"Yay where are we going to" auta asked
"I don't know but go and get ready my baby" I said she smiled and ran upstairs
I entered my room and got dressed I did the necessary things and left my room

We all told ommah we were leaving we all looked good mashaAllah we entered ya nif car and we drove off

"Ok" I said as I connected my phone to the Bluetooth I played city boys all of us were singing on top of our voices it was so fun I will definitely miss them when I leave we went to cold stone we bought ice cream and pizza then we went to Abuja cars and bought wings and lastly we went to nosta cafe and brought milkshakes I pity ya nif but sha he's rich we went back home and met ommah we sat in the parlour gisting like old times ya nif was telling them how I was crushing on his friend
"Wallah she use to run if she sees"him he said
"Haba ya nif" I said whining while they all laughed
"What is it not the truth" he said
"But I have stopped" I said
"Since you have Othman right"Ayasha teased
"How many times do I have to tell you he has a gf" I said
"Yes that what you will say ommah you you know what happened when they came they were hu.." before she could finished I quickly ran to close her mouth
"Shut up"I told her with a glare
"Toh nayi shuru(I will be quiet)" she said laughing that's how we continue talking until it was 12 it's ya nif's birthday
"Happy birthday ya nif" I shouted as I jumped on him we have a tradition in our house to see who wishes the celebrant first
"Kai Omaya don't you know you are fat"he said
"Yes naji(I've heard)"I said then everything came to wish just then his phone rang I saw the caller id it says mi amor it was hanifa he quickly stood up and left to answer the call and he knows we are going to tease him we laughed and went to our rooms.
Next day
"Really" I said excited I am on a call with hanifa she said she's in Abuja to surprise ya nif but he thought she's coming back next week I was more close with her than anyone expect ya nif
"Yeah I am at home sef is everything ready" she asked we decided to surprise him we are celebrating at home so we have decorated the parlour it was actually her idea he's actually in the office right now so
"When are you coming her"I said
"I'm coming now let me get ready" she said
"Ok bye" with that I ended I went downstairs to check out if everything was ready we invited his friends and then we invited Othman and iman and their last born and I know if he comes back he will go to his apartment first so and he comes back after magrib now it's 6:30 I went to get ready I heard a knock on my door
"come in" I said Just then hanifa came in
"Haniiii" I said hugging her
"My love"she said hugging me back
"Don't let ya nif hear you oo" I said as she laughed
I quickly got ready, then I heard the adhan for Maghrib we prayed and we all went down hanifa went to greet ommah all of the people we invited have come expect for Othman and the rest I know something came up
"Ya nif is coming"Ayasha shouted
"Everyone hide"I said as I went to turn off the lights he entered the house
"Why is it dark"he asked his self
"he called out our names but no response then he went to the light switch he turned it on
Everyone shouted surprise
Omg he said with a smile hanifa was actually somewhere we all hugged him just in time them Othman came just the children without the parents just then he saw hanifa
"Baby" he shouted and hugged her tight she giggled and hugged him back
"When did you come back"he asked
"Today"she replied
"I missed you so much"he said still hugging her all the parents have gone upstairs so
"God when"I said
"Soon" I heard a girly voice I turned to see iman
"why did you come late"I said eying her
"Sorry babe wallah ya Othman had to stop to pick the clingy girl" she said
"Who" I said confused
"Tasneem" she said pointing at a girl that held Othman like her life depend on it
"Ohk where is my baby"I asked
"Probably with Maha" she said just then I saw Othman coming
"Hello mr late come" I said
"I'm sorry please" he said coming to hug me I hugged him back then my eyes met a person behind I can see her looking at me like she wants to kill me then I pulled away from the hug
"So Omaya this is Tasneem my girlfriend and Tasneem this is Omaya my best friend" Othman introduced
"Nice to meet you" I said smiling
"Same"she said with a fake smile then she turned to leave
"What is wrong with her"I asked iman
"She's just jealous of you" she said
"Why"I asked confused
"Because she feels like Othman likes you" she said
Oh I said Othman is already with the guys so that how the part continued with ya nif clinging to hanifa like she will run away or something while Tasneem giving me side eye but the party was fun everyone enjoyed it
One week later
I'm leaving today I'm at the airport with Noor and we are heading to the plane we entered the plane I chose a sit close the window I did my dua and slept off
