NARRATOR'S POV:
You woke up from the sudden feeling of your head pounding and you felt sick as hell. The only memory that popped up your mind was you and Sabrina going to a bar, and you can only imagine you got wasted.
You picked your head up to be met with a red stain on your pillowcase. You reach up and touched your lips, blood showing up on the tip of your finger.
"Oh, shit" You whisper to yourself. You look over to see Sabrina not in bed with you. You placed your palm on her spot, feeling that its cold, meaning she had probably been awake for a while now.
You drifted your head towards the nightstand to check the clock and it read; 12:26 PM. You jump out of bed, although you immediately fell back right on the bed as you feel your head pounding. You sit there for a while, wincing from the pain.
You slowly get back up and went to the kitchen, where you saw your girlfriend sitting at the stool with a cup of coffee, focused on her macbook. She hears you coming as she turns around and slightly smiles at your disheveled state.
"Look who finally decided to get up" She teases, putting her hand on your cheek. You give her an unamused look and sat down beside her.
"There's blood on my pillowcase," You trail off, looking at her. "Just thought you should know."
Her smile quickly turns into a frown when she sees blood coming out of your lip. She goes in to touch it as you pull away slightly. She pulls her hand back and looked down for a second before drifting her eyes back to you.
"Sorry" She apologized. "You probably wiped off the scab while you were sleeping, it was all dried when you went to sleep last night."
"Uh, about that," You start as she gets the first aid kit at the top drawer. "What happened last night?" She sighs and closed the drawer.
"You got into a fight" She responds, pulling out a cotton swab and pouring a little alcohol on it before slowly putting it on your lip. You slightly flinched from the rubbing alcohol. "Yeah, no shit" You say to her. She looks up at you with a slight smile before focusing on cleaning you up again.
As she finishes cleaning you up, she turns back to you. "How's your stomach feeling?" She asks, looking into your eyes.
"Fine...." You trail off as you made your way to the bathroom before lifting your oversized shirt revealing a rather large bruise on your side along with a long cut with dried blood on it just down below your belly button. "Jesus, what the actual hell..." You whisper to yourself, tracing the cut on your stomach. You had no memory whatsoever of any of this happening.
You looked up to your face in the mirror to see another bruise on your cheek and a slight cut on your left brow. You look stunned as you stared at your injuries a little longer before running out to the bathroom to find Sabrina again.
You went to the kitchen and saw Sabrina cleaning the counter.
"Sabrina" You call out, grabbing the blonde's attention. "What the hell actually happened last night?"
She motioned for the two of you to sit down at the stool as she takes a deep breath and began to speak.
"Last night, you got super drunk then there is this guy who kept trying to touch me. You did what you can do best; you fought him."
Your eyes went wide as you looked at Sabrina. "Sabrina," You say, bringing her im for a hug. "I'm so sorry, you know i didn't mean that. I promise, i wouldn't do that onpurpose." You knew that Sabrina didn't like it when you get into fights. You felt terrible knowing you beat up a stranger infornt of her.
"Its okay, Y/n" She says into your shoulder. "If it wasn't for you, i probably got raped by that guy already. It seems like he really wanted to fuck me."
You felt a pit of rage growing in your stomach. You tensed up a bit but eventually managed to calm down. You took a deep breath before speaking, "So, since you're not mad, did i win?" You pulled away from Sabrina and looked at her in the eyes.
She gave you a soft laugh before answering. "Well, if its based off of how many injuries you gave him, then yes, definitely. I think you might've broken his nose, he ended up in the ER when we left, apparently."
Your eyes went wide again before you buried your face on your hands. Sabrina let out a slight laugh before hugging you again, putting her chin on your head. "Its okay, honey. You had good intentions, and he kind of deserved it. He was literally hitting on every girl there."
You looked up to her, your eyes slightly welling up while you looked at her. Before you could say anything, you felt a huge pit in your stomach before sprinting to the bathroom.
You immediately started vomiting in the toilet. Sabrina came up behind you and held your hair back as you get everything out of your system. She rubbed light circles on your back as you finished and fell back, leaning against the wall.
"How do you feel?" Sabrina was still rubbing circles on your back as you lazily look over to her.
"Like shit" You respond, not having enough energy to get up.
Sabrina got up and started running water in the tub. You just sat on the floor watching as she got up to go grab you some clean clothes. She came back and stopped the water and got warm towels for you. After a lot of negotiating, Sabrina finally got you up.
"Do you need help getting undressed?" She looked up to you as you nodded weakly. She slowly took off your shirt, slightly flinching from the injuries on your stomach. She finished getting you undressed and brought you over to the bathtub. You slowly stepped in, Sabrina holding your arm for support as you sat down in the warm water.
Sabrina left the room and came back with a painkiller and a glass of water for you. "Open" She said to you with the pill in hand. You slowly opened your mouth as she put it in, handing you the glass to drink some water to help the pill go down. Sabrina strokes your hair as you close your eyes and relax in the bath.
You turn to look at Sabrina after a few minutes. "If i don't wake up tomorrow, you'll know why" She gives you a soft smile and a slight laugh, making you smile.
"Y/n, you're not dying" She says to you with a slight smile.
"You don't know that"
"I do know"
"How?"
"Because a hangover can't kill you, love"
You blushed at the pet name, so you turn your head away to hide it. She smiles from this and looks at your side profile.
"I love you" She says. You look over to her with a large smile.
"If you really love me, you would join me" You say to her. She looks at you with a smile before rolling her eyes and leaving the room for a few minutes before coming back with her own clothes and towel. She gets in bath with you, her back pressed against your chest. Your arms immediately snake around her waist, her head going on your shoulder.
"Better?" She looks over to you with a smile.
"Much better" You answer.
She leans in to kiss you, and you do the same. You pull back, wincing from the pain of the cut on your lip.
"Sorry" She looks down at your slightly swollen and bloody lip and back at your eyes.
"Hey, i'm fine" You respond. "I've dealt with something a lot worse."
After taking a bath, you watched movies and cuddled on the couch for a few hours. You eventually fell asleep with Sabrina next to you.

You woke up with Sabrina still sleeping on you. You look over the time which read 10:38 PM. You decided to wake up Sabrina so the two of you could go to bed.
Sabrina flopped down on her side of bed as you go to brush your teeth. Sabrina is already cuddled up under the covers and you smiled at her. You looked down at your pillowcase to see blood still on it.
You look over to Sabrina who is already looking at you. "Sabbyyyy," you trail out. She hums in response. "Can you change my pillowcase? Pleaseeee?"
She groans and rolls over on the bed to face away from you. "Change it yourself" She responds.
You rolled your eyes, "But i'm sick"
"And who's fault is that? Hmm?"
You let out a frustrated sigh, Sabrina slighty laughing at you. "But i'm hurt" You say, waiting for her response.
She groans loudly as she get out of bed and grabs your pillow. "You're very lucky i love you, Y/n"
You smile and kissed her cheek. She looks at you unamused before rolling her eyes and leaving to go change your pillowcase.
She comes back in and throws the pillow at you before climbing back in bed. You smile and get under the covers.
"Thank you, baby"
Sabrina just rolled her eyes and smiled. "Welcome, princess"
You look slightly offended as she cuddles closer to you, being careful to not bother your cuts and bruises.
"I'm not a princess" You say as you wrap your arms around Sabrina.
She g8ggles slightly before looking up to you. "Then stop acting like one, princess."
You roll your eyes before kissing her. "I love you, Bri"
"I love you too, Y/n/n"
Before you knew it, both you and Sabrina were fast asleep in each other's arms. The both of you are so lucky to have each other.

Hi everyone, how's it going? First of all, i apologize for not posting for the past months. A lot has been going on, my grandma passed away and its been so hard for me since she was the one who took care of me since i was a kid. I've been feeling so empty without her by my side so i spent a few weeks crying my heart out. I know, it sounds so dramatic, chill your beans. But anyways, i'm feeling a bit better now and i thought why not publish something? Its almost Christmas anyways so yep. I hope y'all like this.
