Season 2, episode 24

!smut warning!

✦✧✦✧

"Guys, I figured it out!" Spencer exclaimed, rushing over to join the other four girls in the courtyard. The brunette slammed a handful of newspaper down on the table in front of her friends – the same newspapers that Ali's things had been wrapped in, "Alison took out a classified ad asking A to meet her in Brookhaven, and A responded"

Sophie definitely was not expecting that.

"This was going on for like a month, look-" Spencer continued, using her index finger to point along one of the ad's as she spoke, " 'Dear A, what's it going to take to end this? You need to stop – A.D', 'Hey, desperately seeking silence, who says I wanna end this? - A'"

"Let me see that" Aria said, outstretching her hand, gesturing for Spencer to hand her a newspaper.

"What's this one?" Emily asked, picking up one of the papers.

"It's the last paper before Labor Day weekend" Spencer told them, "Alison was set to meet A at 235 Spruce Street"

"Why do I know that street?"

"Because we walked on it" Sophie said, finally putting the pieces together in her head, "It's the street of that creepy doll hospital"

"Guys" Emily whispered, nodding her head in the direction behind Aria and Sophie.

The girls quickly turned their heads to see Jenna and Toby making their way into the courtyard. Jenna had her arm linked through her step brother's, her usual black sunglasses were perched on her head. However, Sophie didnt miss the fact that the thick, white bandage that poked from underneath her glasses was in fact missing.

"She took off the bandage" Spencer whispered.

"She's not using her stick" Sophie noted.

"Why is she still wearing the shades?" Hanna asked.

"Hanna, stop staring" Emily pleaded, however it didnt deter the blonde girls from watching Jenna.

However, Sophie soon noticed that the two were making their way towards them. Emily and Spencer quickly moved the newspapers from the table, out of sight from Jenna and Toby as they neared the girls' table.

Toby's face was blank as he guided his sister towards the group, never once meeting Spencer's eye.

"Thanks Toby" Jenna said once she was standing in front of the girls, "I'll meet you inside"

The harsh glare never left Toby's face as he nodded before walking away, leaving Jenna alone with the girls. The dark haired girl took a seat next to Aria, squishing herself in between her and Hanna.

Sophie shared a wary look with Spencer as they watched Jenna.

"Sorry to interrupt" Jenna said.

"Can you see or not?" Hanna questioned abruptly, earning herself a harsh jab in the side, courtesy of Sophie.

"Hanna!" Spencer muttered harshly.

The blonde's question seemed to trigger something in Jenna. She folded her hands in front of her, nervously picking at the skin on her thumb. Sophie didnt miss the unusual tremble in Jenna's hands as she slowly shook her head.

"Wait" Sophie mumbled, "the surgery didnt..."

"No, it didnt" Jenna told them, "I went in knowing the odds, so I can't be shocked"

For the first time since the initial accident, Sophie actually felt sorry for Jenna.

"The funny thing is, I woke up this morning and, uh-" Jenna scoffed, "I could see clearly ... just not with my eyes. Sophie?"

Sophie's eyes widened after hearing her name.

"You could've left me in that smoky room, Sophie, but you" Jenna said, pausing as she sniffed, desperately trying to hold back the tears that were threatening to escape, "you didn't. Instead, you – you saved my life"

Sophie couldn't help but slightly cower as Jenna looked at her, and Sophie hated to admit that it felt Jenna was staring into her soul through her sunglasses.

"And it made me realise that people can grow" Jenna continued, "So, now it's my turn, that's why I'm here. I'm here to apologize and to let go of the anger hat's been holding me back"

Sophie couldn't quite believe what she was hearing, Jenna was apologizing. To them. If it wasn't for the way her heart was pounding and the way in which her palms were growing increasingly sweaty, Sophie would have thought she was dreaming.

"So can we just move on?"

"What exactly are you apologizing for, Jenna?" Emily asked.

Jenna lifted her hand to wipe away the tears that were now spilling from beneath her glasses.

"For holding a grudge and uh for hating you" Jenna said, "we've all don't things that we're not proud of and I know what you think of me but you're wrong. I've never been the person you really need to fear"

A chill ran down Sophie's spine at Jenna's words, and she didn't stick around long enough for the girls to get any more information out of her. Jenna pushed herself up from her seat, pulling her cane out from her jacket pocket.

The girls intently watched as Jenna walked off, using her cane to guide her.

"Please don't tell me you bought that" Emily asked once Jenna was out of earshot.

"I kind did" Aria shrugged.

Sophie didn't know what to believe, apart of her wanted to think that Jenna was being genuine, she wanted to be hopeful that they could put all this behind them. However, that other part of her was screaming that there was no possible way that Jenna would ever forgive them. Sophie herself certainly wouldn't forgive the people responsible for ruining her life.

"Guys, if the surgery didn't work, there's no way she hates us less" Emily reasoned, "I still believe she had something to do with the fire at Jason's"

"So, you think she just set the fire and walked into it?" Sophie asked.

"Yeah, I've heard of cutting off your nose to spite your face but-"

"Cutting off your whole face" Spencer interrupted Aria.

"So, if Jenna isn't A then who is she talking about?" Emily questioned, "Garrett?"

"Melissa?" Hanna suggested.

"Melissa only admitted to sending Ali angry text messages" Aria sighed, "if she was A why would she do that?"

"I don't know, I don't have the answer" Hanna huffed.

"I think Vivian did" Spencer stated, "I think she found out, that's why she's not sitting with us"

"What do we do now?" Sophie asked.

"We retrace Ali's steps, go back to Brookhaven" Spencer said, "we're too close now to back off"

✦✧✦✧

"He couldn't run Ezra out of town, so now he's shipping me off" Aria grumbled as the girls walked down the streets of Brookhaven, heading in the direction of the creepy doll hospital. Aria was telling the girls about how she had found a transfer form on her mothers desk.

It appeared that the Montgomery's were doing everything in their power to keep Ezra and Aria apart, including sending the brunette off to boarding school.

"What did Ezra say?" Spencer asked as the girls rounded the corner.

"Well he's not really surprised" Aria scoffed, "my dad's turning this into a war"

"So what are you gonna do?" Emily asked.

"Look, can you just hurry up and figure it out?" Hanna questioned, "because Vermont it like Iceland the sequel"

The blonde made a fair point. In Sophie's opinion, she didn't see why this relationship was worth all the hassle.

"Wait, there's not 235" Spencer said, pausing in her steps as the girls stopped in front of a couple buildings. Sophie looked up at the building in front of her, and sure enough, there was numbers '234' and '236', but no 235.

"You guys look" Hanna whispered, nodding for the girls to look down the street.

The girls turned to see an old woman walk up to the doll hospital. Sophie furrowed her brows as she watched the woman put down her handbag before reaching into her pocket to pull out a key. The mystery woman unlocked the door slowly, allowing it to creek open.

"Um, hi" Spencer exclaimed loudly, announcing the girls' presence to the woman, "Hi, um – sorry, excuse"

The woman turned to Spencer at the sound of her voice, looking less than pleased at seeing the five girls approach her.

"We're not open" the woman said firmly, turning back to what she was doing.

"Oh, we've tried to call you, well your shop a couple times" Spencer explained, "we just want to ask a few questions"

"You can ask me, but it don't mean I'll have answers"

"We were curious if you keep records" Sophie asked, "of all of all the customers which purchase your dolls"

"We don't sell much" the woman snapped, "it's mostly repairs"

"Oh, um, well, you do sell some dolls" Spencer added on, "because a friend of ours might've received that one as a gift"

The brunette pointed out one of the many dolls that were lined up in the window of the shop. It was the same type that the girls had received, the creepy little voodoo doll.

"We've never sold those" the woman told them with a shake of her head, "that one was left here and never picked up"

"Could you tell us who left it here?" Sophie quizzed.

"I couldn't tell you what i had for lunch" the woman scoffed causing Sophie and Spencer to give her a half-hearted smile.

"Ya'll better come inside" the woman finally said, "Seth, baby, turn on the light would ya, we got guests"

The woman swung open the door to the shop, emitting a light clang of a bell as she did so. The girls shared a wary look before Spencer took the lead and stepped into the shop, Sophie following closely behind.

The blonde's heart was pounding the minute they entered the shop and she felt an uneasy pit in her stomach. She had a weird feeling about this place that she could neither explain nor shake.

"My late sister did the books" the woman told them, still sounding a little uneasy, "I've been trying to sell the shop, no takers, kids these days only like things they can google" she explained, leading the girls further into the shop without a second glance.

The girls silently followed the woman, cautiously eyeing over the creepy dolls that were displayed all over the shop. There were dolls without various different body parts, heads, arms, legs – you name it. Random body parts were limply hanging on pieces of string. Sophie felt like she had stepped into an actual horror film.

"Which doll was it again?" the woman asked, leading the girls down a flight of rickety, old wooden stairs, "so many faces in here, they start to blur"

"Um, it was a small one, kind of folksy and burlap-y" Spencer explained.

"Terrifying" Hanna added.

"They mean the voodoo doll" another voice said from behind them causing Sophie to jump.

Standing behind them was a young boy, he couldn't have been older than ten. He seemed to appear out of nowhere, and his childlike voice only added to the creepiness of the situation. The boy's eyes lingered on the girls, almost as if he was memorizing them. Sophie couldn't help but think that his eyes were almost cold, hiding behind the sweet, innocent appearance of a child appeared to be something much more sinister.

"There was another girl who came in asking about the same one" the boy continued.

"When was that?" Aria asked.

"Summer before last"

"I can't make tails out of this" the woman interrupted, "let me check that stack over there"

"This girl who came in, what was she asking?" Sophie asked.

"She wanted to know who bought it"

"Was this her?" Emily questioned, pulling out her phone and showing the young boy a picture of Alison.

"That's her face" he confirmed, "but she had dark hair, lots of it, like that" he explained, pointing to a specific doll that was laying on the counter in front of them, one that had a head full of dark, brown hair.

Vivian.

"Did you ever figure it out?" Sophie asked, "the person she was looking for?"

"No" the boy shook his head, "but I told her to stop looking"

"Why?"

"There were people who wanted to hurt her" he replied simply, "a man and a woman"

"Seth, hold your tongue" the woman snapped.

"What is he talking about?" Spencer asked, turning her attention back to the old woman, "when did these people come into the shop?"

"The didn't" the woman denied, "that's something he saw in his mind"

What the hell was going on?

"He sees things – things that haven't happened yet" the woman continued, "he's gifted"

Sophie didn't believe this woman not one but, but it didn't stop her heart skipping a beat as she started to nervously pick at the skin around her nails.

"The man and the woman who were after her" Spencer said slowly, "what did they look like?"

"They had dark hair, like your friend" Seth answered again.

"Um, was she wearing sunglasses?" Emily asked, "did she have a cane?"

"Is she blind?" Hanna quizzed.

"Oh, no, she can see" Seth told them.

"Seth, baby, why don't you take the groceries up to the kitchen?" the woman intervened, sending a harsh glare in the boys direction. She really didn't want him to say anything else which only added to the girls' suspicions.

Seth nodded, moving to pick up the paper bags that had been placed on one of the counters, making his way to the stairs. However, before he ascended upstairs, he paused to look at the girls once more and told them something that made a chill run-down Sophie's spine.

"Sorry about what happened to her, must have been awful, breathing dirt into your lungs, I don't even like sand in my mouth"

✦✧✦✧

After their rather unsuccessful trip into Brookhaven, the girls retreated back to Hanna's house, which is where they all currently sat around the kitchen island as Aria rummaged through the freezer.

"Do you think this will be enough to split?" Aria questioned, holding up a box of frozen pizza.

None of the girls responded however. Sophie couldn't shake the little boy from her mind, she was skeptical, of course, and she didn't believe the old woman's stories for a second until what Seth had told them before he left. The blonde didn't know what to think, and honestly there were so many thoughts going through her kind that it was giving her a headache.

"Guys, seriously, he's nine years old, he's never seen the sun and he probably lives in a cupboard with like 600 dolls" Aria snapped when none of them responded to her initial question, "okay, so, you don't need to get all freaked out over a newsflash from Casper the friendly host"

"Aria he remembers Alison" Sophie said, "he warned her that something bad was going to happen"

"Well, if it wasn't Jenna and Garrett, who was the couple he saw in his head?" Aria asked.

"Melissa and Ian" Hanna scoffed.

"Can you let it go?"

"No, he said the girl wasn't blind" Hanna snapped.

"That doesn't mean we have to go back there" Aria tried to reason.

"Yeah, we do" Spencer muttered, "my parents thought that Melissa could've killed Alison"

The silence that followed Spencer's revelation was deafening. Sophie stared at Spencer with wide eyes, not really knowing what to say. The brunette took a deep breath before continuing.

"Say that again"

"They hired a private detective after Alison disappeared" Spencer stated, crossing her arms against her chest and hunching over the kitchen counter as she spoke.

"What did the detective find?"

"I don't know" Spencer shook her head, "but Melissa tried to convince me that my father wanted to see Ali dead"

Sophie's breath hitched as she listened to Spencer and she straightened up in her seat as the brunette spoke.

"Wait" Aria said, "Melissa accused your father of wanting Alison dead, why?"

Spencer took a deep breath, swallowing hard as she glanced over to Sophie. The blonde subtly nodded her head, shooting Spencer a soft smile as she waited for her to reveal the secret to the rest of the girls.

"Because Alison knew...Ali knew that my dad, my dad-" Spencer stuttered, struggling to get the words out, "that my father...is Jason's father too"

The girls' eyes widened at Spencer's revelation as the three looked between Spencer and Sophie.

"She would drop hints and make weird jokes about how close our families were" Spencer explained, "And then Jason figured it out and he told me"

"So, your father and..." Hanna muttered, trailing off as she looked at Spencer in disbelief.

"Did Ali rub this is Melissa's face too?" Aria asked.

"All I know is that Melissa hated Alison's guts" Spencer replied, "she worked in the next town over, and she probably drove past that creepy doll shop everyday"

✦✧✦✧

It was late by the time that Sophie had returned home, most of the household had retreated to bed – including Jason who was still occupying the guest room. She had received a text when she was still at Hanna's, informing her that he was going to bed and wished her goodnight.

However, sleep didn't come easy for the blonde that night. It was around 2 am and Sophie hadn't even managed to close her eyes, she just tossed and turned in bed, not being able to shake the weird feeling that had been attached to her since they arrived at the doll hospital.

The blonde let out an annoyed huff, before she practically threw the covers off of her body and pushed herself out of bed. She allowed her feet to carry her towards the guest bedroom, pausing outside of the door as she debated whether or not if she wanted to disturb Jason.

Sophie shook her head and sighed as she reached out, slowly turning the door handle and opening the door.

"Jase?" she whispered, stepping into the room and approaching her boyfriends bed, "Jason, you awake?"

"Soph?" Jason whispered, his voice groggy as he lifted his head from it's place on his pillow, squinting as he looked up at his girlfriend, "what's wrong?"

"I can't sleep" Sophie muttered. She felt pathetic, like a little kid that had woken up in the middle of the night due to a bad dream and was seeking comfort from their parents.

However, Jason didn't seem to mind one bit.

"Come here" he muttered, scooting over in the bed and holding the covers up so she could slide into bed next to him.

Sophie wasted no more time and quickly climbed in next to him, facing him as his arm wrapped tightly around her waist.

"What's on your mind?" Jason asked softly.

"Too much" Sophie sighed, "my brain just won't turn off"

From where she was lying, Sophie could see every single one of Jason's features in the soft moonlight. Her eyes travelled around his face, counting every freckle that dotted his skin.

"Let me distract you" Jason muttered, leaning over slightly to capture her lips in his own.

Sophie welcomed the kiss of course, letting out a satisfied hum at the feeling of his rough lips moving against her soft ones. The hand that Jason had draped over her moved to grab her hips, pulling her body closer to his own.

Deciding she wanted more, Sophie sat herself up ever so slightly, biting his lip as she did. Jason got the hint, opening his mouth to let her slide her tongue in.

Jason shifted the two and rolled them over so that he was now leaning over the blonde, he kept one hand firmly gripping her hips as the other kept himself up – his lips never leaving her own.

Sophie's own hands travelled up his torso, her fingers ghosting his smooth skin as she reached for his hair. She grazed her nails along his scalp, gently tugging on the ends of his hair resulting in a muffled groan falling from Jason's lips.

Her breathing sped up as she felt Jason's hands slip under the cotton material of her shirt – his shirt – his rough hands a contrast against the smooth skin of her stomach.

"Take it off" Jason muttered, tugging at the fabric of her top. Sophie momentarily broke the kiss as she lifted her body up to discard her shirt, throwing it somewhere on his bedroom floor.

Jason's eyes wandered down her body, his eyes lighting up as he looked at her, evidently very pleased to see that she in fact wasn't wearing a bra under her pajamas.

"Look at you baby" Jason muttered, leaning down to connect his lips to the sweet spot on her neck, "so fucking beautiful"

His compliment left a bright pink blush on her cheeks and Sophie was thankful that Jason was busy kissing down her neck so he couldn't see just what he was doing to her.

The blonde had to bite her lip to contain her moans as Jason's kisses moved from her neck down to her bare chest. His mouth attached itself to her right breast, his left hand abandoning it's place on her waist to grab her left one. The feeling had a gasp falling from her lips as her hips unconsciously bucked up.

Jason let out a strangled groan at the friction and Sophie could now feel the very prominent bulge in his pants.

A quiet moan fell from Sophie's lips as his hand gently squeezed her breast. She rolled her hips once more up into his, causing just the right amount of friction for the both of them.

However, Sophie wanted more.

She needed more.

Sophie allowed her hands to trail once more down Jason's torso, brushing over every bump of his toned abs. Her eyes followed her hands, enjoying the view of his naked upper half.

Her hands finally came to a stop once they reached the waist band of his boxers. Jason looked up at her as Sophie eye's locked with his green ones.

"Are you sure?" Jason asked, his voice low.

"Yes" Sophie whispered back, looking up at him through her lashes, "please"

Her plead came out as more of a whine which sent Jason crazy. He leant up, leaning back on his heels and for a moment the blonde was confused as to what he was doing. That was until his fingers curled around the hem of her shorts, tugging them down her legs at ease, leaving her in her baby blue underwear.

The boy leant back down, capturing her lips with his own, the kiss this time was much more heated and frantic.

Jason's tongue swiped over her bottom lip, asking for acceptance which Sophie allowed without a second thought. Their kiss was no longer gentle, teeth clashing, tongues intertwining with a force Sophie hadn't felt for a long time.

Sophie hitched one of her legs up, wrapping around Jason's waist, pulling his clothed cock closer to her, grinding up as she did so. The moan that left Sophie's mouth at her own actions had Jason feeling feral.

"Such pretty noises baby" Jason muttered against her lips, his hand trailing up her thigh.

His mouth once again left her lips as he returned to her neck. Leaving a trail of sloppy kisses and harsh love bites that he soothed over with a lap of his tongue.

His actions had her soaking.

Sophie allowed her hands to slip under the fabric of his underwear, pushing them down.

"Eager, aren't we?" Jason teased, his words vibrating against the soft skin of her collarbone.

"Shut up" Sophie retorted.

Jason's actions mirrored Sophie's, pushing the fabric of her blue underwear down until it was gathered around her ankles. The blonde kicked the last piece of clothing that separated them off.

Once again, Jason removed himself from her neck to lean above her, his eyes looking directly into hers. Sophie knew what he was silently asking her and so she gave him one final nod to tell him this is what she wants.

The blonde harshly bit down on her lip to try and stop the moan from leaving her lips as Jason slowly slid his length into her. She reached up, hands finding themselves tangled in his hair as she pulled him down to her, lips immediately connecting.

Sophie couldn't stop the whimpers that fell from her lips as Jason started to thrust into her. The sounds coming from her mouth only gave the boy motivation to speed up.

"Oh my god" Sophie muttered, her back arching into him as his actions never once faltered, "Jase, please don't stop"

✦✧✦✧

"She's bluffing" Hanna stated, walking in front of the rest of the girls, lunch tray in hand.

Spencer had filled the girls in on what had happened the previous night. After the brunette had confronted her sister about what she was doing in Ali's house the night she died, Melissa turned defensive. The older Hastings girl had practically threatened Spencer, accusing her of doing things that were less than innocent.

"That's a pretty big hand to play with no cards" Emily retorted.

"That's what happens when you have nothing" Hanna shrugged, "you play big and psyche everyone out"

"Okay but what if Melissa was telling the truth?" Sophie asked, "what if there was a camera on us the night of the Jenna thing?"

"You know what?" Hanna snapped, "enough is enough. If we have to trick Melissa into sending a text message to prove that she is A, then that's what we'll do"

"And how do we do that?"

✦✧✦✧

The plan was in motion. Was it a good plan? Absolutely not but it was a plan nonetheless and it was happening.

Mona and Caleb were supposed to sit in Mona's car, looking as if they were together, even going as far as sharing a kiss. The point of the whole thing was to trick Melissa into thinking Caleb was cheating on Hanna in order to see if they would receive an A message.

Sophie, Spencer and Hanna were currently at Hanna's house, waiting to see if a text from A would come through whilst Emily was playing lookout.

"Are you sure that Melissa went-"

"Positive" Spencer nodded, cutting Hanna off, "Emily followed her there"

The silence that followed was tense.

"How did you even talk Caleb into doing this?" Sophie asked, turning to her blonde friend.

"He loves me more than he hates Mona, that's how" Hanna explained.

Sophie didn't know how Hanna was comfortable going through with this. The thought of Sophie being in Hanna's position and having Jason kiss her best friend made her skin crawl.

"Believe me, I'm not digging this either" Hanna muttered.

The girls fell into yet another tense silence as they waited to hear anything. The moment Hanna's phone chimed Sophie's heart fell to her stomach.

With shaky hands, Hanna reached out and picked up her phone, a gasp falling from her lips as she did so.

"Who's it from?" Spencer asked, watching as Hanna read over the text, "Hanna let me see"

The blonde handed over her phone to Spencer as Sophie moved to peer over Spencer's shoulder.

UNKNOWN ID

'Hey Han, you into sharing everything with your BFF? Even your BF? -A'

"Do we need anymore proof?" Hanna scoffed, taking her phone back, "It's been Melissa all along"

Spencer remained silent.

"Spencer your sister is A"

"I need to find my pen drive" Hanna said suddenly, standing up from where she was sitting at the kitchen island.

"Han" Sophie called out, trying to stop her blonde friend, however her efforts were unsuccessful as Hanna darted upstairs to her room.

Sophie peered over at Spencer who still hadn't said a word, she looked devastated. The blonde debated speaking but she didnt know what to say, she had no clue what or how Spencer was feeling in this moment so she chose to remain silent.

It felt like an hour had passed as Sophie waited for Hanna to return downstairs, and when she did she was holding her laptop.

"I can't find my pen drive so we're just gonna give them my laptop"

"Wait, who?" Spencer finally said.

"The police" Hanna said firmly, "Are you driving or me?"

"Hanna!" Spencer snapped, "this is my sister! What am I going to tell my parents? They tried to protect her"

"Yeah, so did you" Hanna retorted, sounding annoyed that Spencer was still trying to protect her sister, "for way too long! We should've turned her in the second that we knew she texted Ali"

Before either girls could get a chance to respond, their conversation was cut short by the sound of the front door swinging open and slamming shut again.

"Mom?" Hanna called out.

"Where have you been?" Spencer asked as Emily rounded the corner, entering the kitchen.

"I drove Caleb home, he told Mona he'd rather walk home" Emily explained, "he doesn't get why we aren't trapping Jenna and Garrett. To him, that's the enemy"

"Well, he's wrong" Hanna replied, "we have proof now"

"No, we might need more"

"More?" Hanna scoffed, "I just forced my boyfriend to make out with my best friend from junior high. What's next? Hiding in Melissa's closet? Rubbing her belly until the baby confesses"

"Hanna" Emily jumped in, "Jenna and Garrett-"

"No Emily!" Hanna snapped, cutting the raven haired girl from saying anything else, "stop confusing us! We know who A is now!"

"No, Hanna we're still just guessing"

"Spencer's right" Sophie added, "it wasn't a fool-proof plan. What if someone else was there? Someone who could've relayed the information to Jenna or Garrett?"

"What if we show that kid the video from Alison's room?" Emily suggested, "Let Seth tell us which couple-"

"Have you lost your mind?" Hanna snapped back, "we are now going to ask a nine-year-old slideshow to tell us who's been torturing us?"

As much as Sophie hated that doll hospital, it wasn't a bad plan. Or at least, it was better than Mona making out with Caleb in the middle of town.

"Hanna, he remembered Alison"

"So what? He reads the paper!" Hanna exclaimed, "it doesn't mean that he can bend a poon just by staring at it"

"He knew how she died" Sophie muttered, "that was never in the paper"

Yet again, before their conversation could continue, the front door opened and Mona called out.

"Hey there" Mona said, "so did it work? Did you guys get a text?"

The girls shared a look, not sure on what to say. But it seemed like Hanna had decided for them.

"No, not yet" Hanna denied, "what's in the bag?"

"Shower gel" Mona told them, "I need to scrub off ten layers of shame. Well, um, I'm gonna go shower, see you before lights out"

"You can't tell her everything" Emily said, her voice just above a whisper as she turned to Hanna, "Okay, this is Spencer's family"

"Fine" Hanna muttered, "we'll show Seth baby the video. That's the only stop we're making before the police station"

✦✧✦✧

"Do you think it's too late?" Emily asked as the girls walked up to the doll hospital. Like most of the buildings along the street the lights were off, and the door was locked.

"Yes"

"They could be downstairs" Hanna suggested.

Sophie watched as Spencer stepped forwards, giving the door a gentle push and to their surprise, it opened. The door hadn't been locked at all.

"Hello?" Spencer called out, stepping into the empty store, "hello?"

"Is anyone down here?" Sophie called out, following after Spencer as she walked down into the basement.

"Why's the light on?" Emily asked, "looks like somebody just left"

"You guys, lets just go" Hanna suggested, looking around the empty basement.

"Wait, look!" Emily shouted, bending down to pick up a box that was lying on the floor. It was a box full of those voodoo dolls the girls had initially asked about.

"She said they didnt sell those here" Sophie scoffed, taking one of the dolls out of the box.

Suddenly the light went out, leaving the girls standing in the pitch black.

"Martha?" Spencer called out, "Um, I'm sorry, we're down here"

Silence.

"Lets just come back when they're open" Emily said, the panic evident in her voice.

"That would be 1979" Sophie sarcastically retorted, "just find a light switch"

"Lets not and just leave"

The girls turned to walk back to the stairs when a muffled voice echoed throughout the room.

'Follow me, end up like me'

'Follow me, end up like me'

'Follow me, end up like me'

The girls followed the voice, it was clear that it was coming from someplace inside of the doll hospital. Spencer took the lead, guiding the girls to stand in front of an old wardrobe, one that was splintered and chipped.

'Follow me, end up like me'

'Follow me, end up like me'

'Follow me, end up like me,

'Follow me, end up like me,

Spencer reached her hands out, shaking ever so slightly as she opened the wardrobe. The girls let out a collective gasp as they saw what was inside.

Inside was a small doll with bright blue eyes and golden hair. It was dressed in an all too familiar yellow top and was sticking out from a pile of dirt.

Sophie instantly realised that this doll was meant to be Alison.

The blonde felt like she could throw up when she saw that the doll's head was covered in a thick, red substance.

Blood.

She only hoped that it wasn't real blood.

However, it soon became clear that this was only the beginning or the torment. A crash sounded from somewhere behind the girls immediately triggering nearly everything in the basement to go off. Things started to fall from the shelves, body parts of dolls were being scattered around the room, different objects were being hurled at them and that awful, robotic voice didn't stop.

"Hanna!" Spencer called out as she girls started to run off, noticing that she was falling behind.

"No, wait, my laptop" Hanna shouted back, retracing her steps to retrieve her laptop.

Even after the girls had made it out of the shop, Sophie couldn't stop her hands from trembling and the voice of the doll echoing in her head.

'Follow me, end up like me'

'End up like me.'

'End up like me.'

'End up like me.'

✦✧✦✧

"What should we take?" Emily asked as the girls were gathering every last bit of evidence they could find.

"Wait, put that in the duffel bag, we have to give them everything" Hanna said, motioning for Spencer to put her laptop in the bag.

"What are you looking for?" Sophie asked as she watched Hanna pace aimlessly around Spencer's room.

"I have no idea" Hanna replied.

"This feels really weird, giving them all of Ali's stuff" Emily muttered, packing things into the duffle bag.

"Well, maybe there's something in here that the police can use" Spencer reasoned, "Alison even said there was"

"What?"

"When?" Hanna added on to Sophie's question.

"Yesterday"

"In a dream" Emily told them.

"Why are we only hearing about this now?" Hanna asked, gesturing between herself and Sophie.

A knocking sound came from downstairs as the girls fell into an immediate silence, trying to listen for who was downstairs. When they heard muffled voices coming from the living room, the girls silently made their way out of Spencer's room and onto the landing.

The moment they stood on the stairs, they saw Melissa and Garrett standing in front of a couple Rosewood Police officers and a detective.

"Officer Reynolds, will you please surrender your weapon?" the detective ordered Garrett.

"What?" Garrett asked, hesitantly handing over his gun and badge, "what the hell is this?"

"Why are you doing this?" Melissa jumped in, "what had he done?"

"Garrett Reynolds, you're under arrest" the detective announced as another police officer moved to stand behind Garrett, taking his hands and place them behind his back before wrapping them tightly in a pair of handcuffs.

"For what?"

"For the murder of Alison Dilaurentis"
