Sumire POV:
"What should we do? They took the leading point!"
Haruna exclaimed worriedly
"This doesn't look good. All our hissatsu techniques were blocked."
Aki said, worried about the possible outcome of
their match.
"it'll be okay."
they turn their heads to an auburn haired girl leaning on the wall.
"They've grown quite a bit after going through the Inabikari training center"
Natsumi tells them
"Umm... But they weren't able to do any special practice on soccer there."
Aki said to her.
"Oh, is that so? I wonder if it was a waste of time."
Natsumi wondered, her voice slightly wistful, I tried to defend them
"They have levelled up. It wasn't pointless."
I said, earning a stare from Natsumi for a second before she eventually nodded her head, believing my words without any proofs
"The second half begins with Mikage Sennou staying back on defense. At this rate, Raimon Junior High won't be able to break their protection!"
"What should we do? Should I go up there as well?"
Domon looked at his captain as he asked of this.
"Damnit, if they won't attack, then I can't just stay here!"
Endou exclaimed as he ran forward. His unexpected play made everyone surprised.
"Endou-kun!"
Aki exclaimed at the sudden and unexpected action, leaving confused Domon back near the goal, moving his hands terrified
"That's not what I meant by exceeding their data, Endou!"
I added, mentally slapping him on the head
Endou stole the ball from Mikage Sennou's players and approached the opponent's goal.
"What?"
Sugimori, albeit confused and shocked, got in a stance and prepared for his shoot.
"Why?!"
He questioned as Endou makes his shoot
Sugimori catched the ball, however, he was still appalled by his actions.
"Damn it!"
Endou yelled out; he didn't sound that frustrated about it, that much though.
"Why did you join in the offense?"
"To score points, of coursel That's soccer!"
Endou replied easily as if it was matter-of-fact.
"Endou! Hurry back to your position!"
Someoka shouted as the brunette grinned widely.
"It's been a long time since I made a shoot. That was fun!"
He exclaimed and ran back to his position,
"I don't comprehend."
Sugimori mumbled as Endou's words echo in his head.
There seemed to be sparks, ir the wire connected to his head, as if his unnecessary thoughts were making the device malfunction.
"Offense Formation, Silver 1."
Sugimori commanded his team.
That being said, the coach of Mikage Sennou's shouted few things frustrated
Kabeyama intercepted the ball as Max ran with the ball. Sangou marked him but he passed him quite easily
"Amazing! Matsuno-san can do those kinds of turns?"
Kabeyama was in awe as he watched the second-year's plays.
Shimozuru stole the ball from Max,
"Patriot Shoot!
Endou narrowly blocked the ball, sending it flying behind the goal.
"Mikage Sennou continues with a corner kick. Mikage's combination messes up for the first time!"
Shimizuru gained possession of the ball.
"Damn it."
Endou ran forward and called out to Gouenji.
"Endou, what're you planning?"
The platinum haired forward asked
"Let's go! Patriot Shoot!"
Shimozuru yelled
"Don't stop and shoot!"
Endou shouted at the platinum-haired male.
"What?!" Gouenji looked at the keeper in shock from is incredolous order.
"Believe in me!"
The keeper told him.
"Let's go!"
"Yeah!"
He and Gouenji send the ball back to Mikage
Sennou's side
"What?! This shoot has exceeded the data we've collected! Tha'ts impossible!"
Sugimori held his hands out to stop the ball.
"How can this be?!"
He was sent backflying to the goal
That's it, they did it
"We did it!"
Aki and Haruna started jumping with hands held together, happily shouting
I just smiled, still sitting on the bench
Goenji looked at me smiling
I returned the smile before squealing as Haruna and Aki suddenly sat down on my both sides, squeezing me, we 3 laughed

"Our communication link with Coach has been cut off!"
Sugimori said, holding his head
Mikage Sennou members looked lost and shocked. Unable to move
"Dragon Crash!"
"Make it in!"
"Shoot Pocket!"
"Captain!"

"Fight until the end!"
He exclaimed, taking the wires and pull it away, throwing on the ground
Mikage Sennou's members following his
captain lead
Both sides are giving 100%
"Finish it, Goenji!"
Endoi shouted, passing ball to Goenji
"Fire Tornado!"
But before he could finish, Shimozuru intereptuted him, jumping with him stopping the ball mid air, causing both Goenji and Shimozuru to fall down harsh on the ground
"Arata!"
Sugimori shouted
My eyes widen, I stand up, gripping my cane tightly
"SHUUYA!"
I look terrified as both boys fall down on the ground
"Shuuya..."
Aki noticed my shaky hands and wobbly legs, so she put her arms around my shoulder to support me

Sugimori suddenly started charging into our side of the field
"Endou!"
He screamed, kicking the ball with full force
"God hand!"
Endou stopped it
3 whistles blew, and the game ended
I immediately wanted to go to Goenji, Aki let me go, rushing after me
"Shuuya!"
I say, arriving next to him, cheers erupted around the stadium
"I'm fine"
He said little shaky, as Someoka helped him up
I look at Shimozuru
"And you?"
He looks taken back, and so does Sugimori
"I am fine, I had fun"
"Let's play soccer together again!"
Endou exclaimed as he and Sugimori shaked hands
I look at Shuuya
"We are going to the hospital, immediately"
I said, leaving no room for negotiations
He and Someoka chuckled
"You got it..."
I looked at the sidelines to ask Fuyukai-sensei for approval, but he was gone...
Reporting, I suppose...

Clubroom, after match/Sumire POV:
"Eh, a doctor's order to stop?"
Goenji's eyes darted to me
"Hmph"
I was the one who insisted to the doctor
"Sorry, I can't participate in next match."
"NO WAY!"
Endou exclaimed
"Sorry..."
Goenji said once again, I just glare at Endou, telling him to shut up with my eyes
He raised the hands in defeat.
"I thought so."

Goenji walked inside the taxi, I sent him home to rest
"I'm sorry -"
He once again tried to reason, but I shut him up with a glare
"Leave semi-finals to us!"
Endou reassured him, Goenji nodded his head, walking inside the taxi
"I will see you later"
I said, bidding him goodbyes with the rest of the team
Taxi drove away
"Goenji won't be participating in the semi-finals, huh?"
Endou said trailing off
"He will be healthy just for the district finals"
I say to which Endou smiled
"What a waste of powerful shoot"
Domon said
"Are you talking about Inazuma One?"
"Inazuma One?"
Domon asked, dumbfounded
"Yeah, it was written in secret manual"
He said opening it
"Grandpa already thought about it"
He closed it
"If only Goenji were here, then we could use it during the semi-finals"
Handa said, feeling down
"Even without Goenji, you guys will be fine."
'You guys'... not 'we' or 'us'...
I looked sceptically at him for a second before returning back to normal listening to him
"And if my turns comes, I'll go of course."
"Yeah, let's hurry and go practice!"
Endou exclaimed
"Yeah!"
I followed them, leaving Aki and Domon behind
I'm not sure if it's just acting now... I need to rethink this...

"In their next district preliminary match, Occult Junior High is fighting against Shuuyou Meito Academy"
Aki said, with open notebook
"Whoever wins this match will be our opponent"
I say standing next to her
"Occult Jr High, you say?"
"Rumors say that their abilities have improved greatly due yo some vigorous special raining"
"Special training?..."
Team felt uneasy
"What about Shuuyou Meito Academy? What kind of team are they?"
"They have strong academic achievements, their members are each a bit of an enthusiasts too. They are viewed as the weakest team among all participants in the Football Frontier."
I say motioning Aki to continue as I think
How can be that the weakest team is step away from semi-finals?

I gaze at her before looking down into the notebook
"Even on the day before their match against Occult Junior High, they spent it entirely at a Maid Café"
I narrow my eyes, raising an eyebrow
"Maid Cafe?"
Megame exclaimed

Natsumi asked, uninterested
Haruna burst inside

"What's wrong?"
Endou asked, panicked girl
"Just now, the match result was posted on the net!"

One of the maids asked

Endou looked around, not seeing light brown haired female
"Suzuki-san?"
He exclaimed, looking around. The team followed his lead, but no traces of female.

"I fled"
I say simply as I sit down on the couch near him
"Fled..?"
"Yes, simple and fast"
I shrugged my shoulder
"I have some shame."
Goenji laughed agreeing
"Yes, you definitely do."
"I will call Haruna later, I'm gonna help you around"
Goenji's eyes widen a little, as he shakes hands
"No wait-"
He catches my wrist before I can get up fully
"We both can't walk straight, let's just relax"
We have a staring contest
"...fine, you win."
I say giving up.

Natsumi asked. Her stilled form shook from anger

I mutter, fuming too
