Greer Albright is newly single after discovering her boyfriend of two years has cheated on her. Heartbroken and angry, she's definitely not looking to jump into anything else.

But then Greer meets Atlas. Charming. Attractive. Complicated. Devastating. Almost immediately, sparks fly, and the two become inseparable. Atlas sees something in Greer that no one else has seen and brings out a side of her that is both thrilling and terrifying. Despite their differences, Atlas and Greer seem to be perfect for one another, and already Greer imagines herself spending a lifetime with him.

After five years together, Atlas calls it quits. Leaving Greer completely heartbroken. Their once-perfect love has now been shattered.  Greer begins to question how things got to this point-and, more importantly, why they had to end. The memories, mistakes, and secrets that they have built up over the years have somehow managed to tear them apart.

These Violent Delights follows a couple through the beginning of their relationship up until the end. From a magical first kiss to a tragic ending. Mining their history for the days and details that might help us understand love-how it happens and why it sometimes falls apart. A profound novel about a damaged couple whose potential future hinges on promises made in the past. This is a heartbreaking page-turner that asks: Can a resounding love with a perfect beginning survive a lifetime between two imperfect people?

I've always been very passionate about the world, and my imagination is exceptionally vivid. My mind is a kaleidoscope of never-ending thoughts, ideas, and visuals. Often, I'd question the world and the way things were to my fellow peers, and even still, I can see the looks of confusion on their faces and the heaviness that consumed my youthful heart as they would say things like, 'I don't understand you.' Or 'Why would you even ask something like that?' as if nobody else shared my curiosity. The constant reminder that maybe my mind doesn't work like everybody else's. Maybe I am strange and different. As a result of this, my inherent desire to be understood branched out in beautiful ways. Unable to make sense of the traffic in my mind and the overbearing feelings in my body, I began to write. I wrote all day, every day. Short stories, poems, and full-on novels that left the floor of my bedroom covered in sheets of paper. It came to me so naturally. All the things I couldn't articulate out loud flowed effortlessly on paper. Writing was the translation of my brain.

I am hidden in all my writing. There are parts of me in everything I've written. My own personal horcruxes that will live on long after me. We are constantly searching for who we are in everything around us. Writing unites people in a way that words can't. What I strongly believe in and the love I have for people and the world, I incorporate into my writing so someone who is like me and doesn't feel understood can read my writing and feel like they aren't alone.

I greatly appreciate anyone who has read my stories and continues to read them.
