Yes! Finally we've reached.
"I was wrong. You're at least bearable when you drive. " I said looking at Arjun Raichand who smiled sheepishly and quickly got down.
"Damn! Are you planning to live here for a month? " I said looking at the huge suitcase he had.
"No.. Actually I don't like bland food and this place has done masters in it, but mom sent us here because she likes the ambience here, so this has my food too. " He said and I looked at him amused.
"Aren't you a doctor?" I questioned raising a brow.
"Yes. You didn't know? " He asked, clearly shocked.
"I know. But aren't you supposed to preach about how healthy the food without spices and oil is? "
"What? No. Who says food with spices and oils is unhealthy? I mean, it is. But not if you have a normal amount. " He said and started carrying his bag while I carried mine and we proceeded to check in.

Within minutes we were standing in the room, which was decorated so much.
"Are roses so cheap? " I asked, eyeing the rose petals which were almost in every corner of the room.
"Not cheap. But they are considered to be the symbol of love and as you know this is a honeymoon suite... " He said dragging the last part.
"Anyways, since we've really got nothing to do, shall we have lunch? " He said excitedly.
"Hmm." I said as I was busy looking at the way the room was.
Floating candles, rose petals, dimmed lights and a huge ass bed.
"So, what will you have? " He asked and I finally turned towards him.
"It's lunch time and from the past two weeks, you're the one that's making me forcefully have it. Do you really don't know what you should order? " I questioned.
"Oh yeah! So I'll order and you can freshen up till that time. " He said, signalling towards the bathroom and nodded and proceeded to take the required things from my bag.

We were sitting on the chairs and the room service guys were keeping the food he ordered.
They did so and went away without much conversation.
"Are we just going to eat, sleep and repeat?" I asked, clearly bored as I had nothing to do.
"Umm... It's hot outside right now, but we can go on a walk after the sun sets a little and there is a pub here, so we can go there at night if you want. " He said with a bit of an unsure tone.
"Hmm. Sounds perfect. " I said and continued eating the food he ordered.
He knows my choices too well.
"You know what, you're really spoiling me. " I said all of a sudden and he chuckled a little.
"Your family says the same. " He said and I looked at him with a smile knowing how well they've bonded.

We then finished our lunch and all of sudden decided to play the game of Ludo. And surprisingly, I was really good at it.
"No, it doesn't move here. You're cheating. " I accused him on a move.
"No, it's played the way I'm doing. It's correct. " He claimed and we both started arguing over it.
"Ok,ok, calm down. Let's end the game here. Anyways it's already evening and we had to go for a walk. " He said looking outside the window.
"Why are you the smart one? " I questioned absent mindedly.
"I know right. " He said, and came to my senses and now I regret praising him.
Why? Because he'll not stop now.
"Anyways, I'll freshen up and we'll go down, you wrap this up.
"Yeah. Sure. I'll do it. Because I'm the smart one. " He said I rolled my eyes before entering the bathroom.

We both then came to the beautiful garden that the resort had to take a walk as decided before.
"It's good that you're now becoming nice to me." He said and I looked at him with a questioning face.
"When was I bad to you?" I questioned.
"You know initial days of our marriage. " He said, trying to make me recollect everything.
"I was not bad to you, I was mad at you. " I stated clearly.
"And that was only because you married me against my will and I didn't want that. I was angry because when I told you to go and say no, you said yes. " I said simply shrugging my shoulders.
"That was not my fault. " He said.
"Oh really? "
"Yes. I was in love with you and I heard about all your break up and stuff, and Jay told me that your mom is going to get you married, so I thought I should do what I did. Like, I thought the universe was giving us a sign that we are meant to be together." He explained to me getting super hyper.
"Calm down. I'm not angry anymore. And I'm fine with the marriage now. " I said and he looked at me with over joyed expression.
"You are?" He asked and I nodded my head and then he cheered out a loud yay, that everyone around us started looking at us and I needed to apologize to everyone.
"What are you doing? "I asked holding his arm as we started walking.
"Oh, sorry. I actually got a little over excited." He said in a apologetic tone.
"Little? " I asked raising a brow while he smiled sheepishly.
"But, I would never fall in love. " I said as a matter of fact.
"No problem. I never even expected you to love me. I just wanted you to accept this relationship. I'll love for both of us. " He said getting emotional.
This guy is unusual.
"But why so? You haven't moved on? " He questioned as if asking a doubt to a teacher.
"No. I have moved on. Just without that love feature. " I said and he nodded his head mumbling a ok.
"Wanna have coffee? " I asked pointing at the restaurant side that we reached from God know where.
"Sure. I love coffee. " He said and we both went and sat down on a table with a great view.
We both ordered our coffees which came within a minute and while I was quietly enjoying sipping the coffee, he decided to interrupt it.
"I know you said that you can't fall for me, but we can't even live like complete strangers as we are doing now, so... " He said stretching the last word.
"So? " I questioned and looked at him, turning my head that was focused on the scene outside.
"Friends? " He said all of a sudden standing up and forwarding his hand.
"Uhh... " I did a little thinking act, while his smile slowly started to fade away, but returned as soon as I accepted the handshake.
"Friends." I said and he looked like the most happiest person on the planet.
"We're going to go to the club, right? " I asked.
"Yes, you like going to club? " He asked and I nooded my head.
"I loved it. It was mostly an escape but I used to enjoy it. But I didn't go much in the past few years. " I said dejectedly.
"Why so? " He asked.
"Because my ex couldn't tolerate alcohol" I said and he looked at me with shock but masked it.
"So you don't like a partner who doesn't drink alcohol? " He asked in a timid manner.
"No. That's not the case. But he couldn't tolerate it's smell, so I never went to any place that serves alcohol. " I said he breathed a sigh.
"What happened? " I asked, worried.
" Nothing. Actually I don't drink alcohol. " He said.
"Ohh... But you can like tolerate it's smell right? " I asked and he nodded his head.
"Then it's not a problem, we'll go. " I said happily and he nodded and we proceeded to our room.
