"You did do apple sauce, didn't you ?" Abby says, we all laugh at her comment.
"Now the group won they won the overall but you know what ? That was one competition for this week we are going to Starbound in New jersey you walk into Starbound you need to be those national champions." Abby says.
"Alright, on the bottom Nia simply because of the mistake in the choreography, and that dance is easy it's simple."
"Next I have Kendall you need to learn to read music and you need to learn to hear the music, I'm gonna keep her on probation until I hand her that jacket she's still proving herself."
"Paige I've seen you do the press better I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, I thought you did a nice job."
"Next Mackenzie, this week you are not in the group you are going to do a solo." Abby says to Kenzie. I smile at her.
"Alright, next I have Maddie. You were second place after all, it's not like you were going to be at the top after all. I want to see more from you, more ambition, more enthusiasm because right now you're just miss losing face to her best friend." Abby says, Maddie look at me with a weird face.
"Next I have Chloe, you didn't do a solo last week you were great in the group people are recognising you from the video but I want them to recognize you for your dancing understood ?" Miss Abby says to the blonde.
"Moving on, Naïla you did well in the group, your won your category, good job." Abby says
"Thank you." I say
"And on top of the pyramid this week is Brooke you went out there, you proved yourself I mean you went from worst to best in one week, you're the oldest person in the group you need to be the role model and that needs to continue."

"Maddie this week you're going to be doing a jazz routine to Lights camera actions."

"Chloe you're doing a lyrical routine to Don't catch me."
"Chloe's so happy she's having a lyrical solo." Maddie says, Chloe smile.
"Now the group dance that everybody's in expect Mackenzie is Born to dance and it's about a child being born there's a little mystery to it, Brooke you're going to be featured but you should be the glue that's holding it together and Naïla and Maddie have been holding it together, you need to be the most advanced one in the group not looking around to see what these three are doing understood ?" Abby says referring to Maddie, Chloe and I.
"Brooke don't let me down, moms please go, girls stretch out." Abby says as we start to space apart.

Five days to competition

Two days to competition
"You are doing a jazz solo, it's a little hard but I think you'll do good with it." Abby says to me.
I really like it.
"What are you doing with your arms ?! Come on !" She says while shouting.
"You are going in the wrong direction." Abby says
"Posture ! Legs !" Abby shouts

"You okay ?" Paige asks me
"Yeah my arm just hurt a little you know." I reply
I go back in studio A.
"You're ok now ?" My dance teacher asks me

"Ok we're doing it one more time." Abby says
The music start and I dance my heart out.

"Tomorrow we are leaving for the competition, we have 45 minutes and that's it, you'll be on stage, understood ?" Abby says, we all nod.
"Alright, let's go." As soon as Abby say that the music start.
Brooke is not here this weird.
"Kendall you are right behind Chloe, you should be beyond her." Abby says
"Stop !,"Abby says raising her arms "Where is Brooke." She asks us. We all stay silent.
"Maddie turn the leg out, what is wrong with you ?!" Abby screams at Maddie
"Brooke ! Brooke !" Abby calls Brooke, when she is going to understand she isn't here ?
"Let me go find where Brooke is, I am going to chew her mother." Abby says
Abby goes out.
"Are you okay ?" I ask Maddie who is trying not to cry.

"Don't worry miss.Abby is just mad everything isn't going her way." I say

"No problem, that what friend are supposed to do." I say
"Naïla and Maddie stop talking together, it's definitely not the moment." Abby says
Kelly goes down here.
"I don't think she's coming this weekend." Kelly says
I look at Maddie with wide eyes, Abby seems annoyed.
"We had a long discussion and there's something at school that she wants to do. And I am gonna allow her to do it." Kelly says, we weren't prepared for that.
"You're asking a decision for me and for everybody else in this group, you are letting a thirteen year old kid dictate my futur and their futures." Abby says
"But I am letting my thirteen year old dictate her future." Kelly says
"She knew when she was at the top of that pyramid and this is where it's bad parenting Kelly ! She should've opened her mouth and said Abby let somebody else be at the top of the pyramid this week, that is a mature thirteen year old not screwing everybody and stabbing them in the back !" Abby says
"But I don't think she's screwing any of them." Kelly says
"She's crewing me I can feel it ! You're all dismissed, you're gonna do your solo , you're gonna do your solo , you're gonna your solo. You're staying home, you're staying home and you're staying home, that's it." Abby says referring to Chloe, Maddie and I and to Nia, Paige and Kendall.
"You're dismissed, you're dismissed, you're dismissed, run the solo, run the solo, run the solo. Get the senior company in here. Let's go." Abby says. Chloe, Maddie and I go in studio C to run our solo.
"Who want to run their solo first ?" I ask Maddie and Chloe
"Me if you two are ok with it." Chloe says
"No problem." Maddie and I say at the same time.
Chloe do her solo, then Maddie does hers and I do mine too.
The day is finished, I go in the car with my mom and my sister.
"It's sad, we are not doing the group." I say sadly
"Actually Abby said that the group is going and that you are going to rehearse it tomorrow morning." Mom says
"Really ?!" Nia asks
"Yes, really." Mom says

One day to competition
It's 6 am and we are reforming the group or whatever. Abby made me the lead of the group.

We are on the bus and Abby isn't here so we do things we don't Spode when she is here.
Then we see Abby going in the bus with us. Surprising.

Cathy call Melissa, Cathy will show up at the competition.
I start to sleep.

We are in the dressing room getting ready.

"Girls remember this is Starbound you are their national winners you can't be less than that do you
understand ?" Miss Abby tells us

"Remember Brooke never existed they shouldn't know you are missing a dancer. We cannot and will not have little mistakes like that you cannot afford this weekend, does ever understand ?" Abby says

"Is Mackenzie ready ?" The competition lady asks
"Yeah she is ready, and Mackenzie if you forgot don't go backstage because I am going to chop your head off." Abby says to the 7 year old.
I hug Mackenzie and we follow her backstage,
"Who's gonna take my boots." Kenzie asks.
"I am going to take them don't worry." I say and then I take her boots in my hands.
"Judge next up to the stage, age 7 and 8, number 321."

I think I was a little nervous but that it was good overall.
Maddie is about to go on.
Mackenzie kiss Maddie on the cheek with her red lipstick, Chloe and I wipe it off but I think we can still see it.
"Jazz age 9 and 10 number 324, Lights, Camera, Action."
I think it was good but the choreography wasn't competition worthy. But she made it entertaining.
Solo awards
"Top junior petite overall award is going to Bigger isn't bigger." I hand Mackenzie the award since I was Starbound junior petite winner last year at nationals. I hug Mackenzie.

"Top ten junior soloists, third place...324 Lights, Camera, Action. Maddie from Abby Lee."
"Second place, junior soloist... Lovefool. That's Naïla from Abby Lee." I go in the line beside Maddie, I really hope Chloe come first.
"And Our top soloist it's Chloe from Abby Lee dance." I hug Chloe. She deserves it.

We are in the dressing getting ready and Abby calls us.
"Listen to me I wasn't even gonna come not only do you have to prove Brooke wrong that's she's worthless and doesn't mean anything everyone's replaceable, the way that I choreographed this routine should be the way we were goi to perform it, we all make choices and we have to live with those choices so let's go."
We head backstage. We are watching the cadc group dance, Mermaids.

I think the I did good, hope the others did too.
Group awards
"Check this out, junior groups , eight place with a score of 249, it's Mermaids, Candy Apples dance."
"Top junior overall award , Born to dance, Abby Lee dance company. Make some noise."
"Tell everybody what studio you're from."
"Abby Lee dance company !" We shout all together
"This is your top junior overall, take a last bow." We bow and go back to the dressing room.

We went in the cadc dressing room to get our famous bee costuback.
"Hello!" Christi say smiling.
"All right, we just wanted to tell you all congratulations. I-I thought you did a great job, I don't know what happened." Miss Abby tells the Candy Apples, "But anyways, do you have the bee costume?"
"You mean, hold on. The ugly bee costume that Vivi wore?" Cathy asks
"Yes-"
"I gave it to the GoodWill."
"That was $300." Melissa says.
I would never thought in any univers that this costume cost 300$'
"Bill me." Cathy says
"It's a memory." Christi says, "It's irreplaceable."
"Listen disco ball, I'm not talking to you today. This is between Abby and I, so pipe down!" Cathy says
Okay now that was funny.

"Disco ball! By the way, Christi, Whoville called, and they want your nose back."
"Oh, my God. Cathy, listen!"

They argue a lit it longer and we go out of the room.
It was a good week, well when I think of it it wasn't a so good week.
