the loud sound coming from his alarm woke a sleepy Hyunjin up, he took some minutes to get use to the light before standing up and starting to prepare for school, unfortunately for him today he had an hour of english class where he will meet Jisung and talk to him, just the thought made him throw up some petals along with blood.
today was going to be hard for him and he knows it.
he finished getting ready, and went downstair, and in the kitchen to have breakfast, he quickly ate everything that his mother prepared for him before getting out of the house and walking to the bus station where he met his friend.
"hey Felix" the boy turned around after hearing his name, when he saw Hyunjin a big smile appeared on his face, "Good morning Hyunjin!" but as quickly as the smile appeared it went away and was replaced with a concerned expression, after taking another look at the boy in front of him "why do you look so pale, are you sick?"
"no don't worry about it, I just didn't sleep much" and luckily for him before the boy could ask any further question the bus arrived and they both hurried inside to take the seats next to each other, and started listening to some music together.
after a few minutes while Hyunjin was watching outside the window his phone vibrated indicating that a new notification arrived.

remember to talk to Jisung about me today.

yes hyung don't worry about it.
Hyunjin could feel the petals and the blood trying to get out of his mouth, so he quickly took a tissue to spit them not wanting to worry his friend.
he didn't even say hello or ask me how I was feeling I guess he really doesn't care about me, he cares just about Jisung. Hyunjin thought as he spat some other petals with blood in the tissue, he then took a book out of his backpack and started reading it to distract himself.

Hyunjin and Felix got out of the bus and started walking forward the entrance of the school, where they saw their other friends waiting for them.
Hyunjin's pov
"hey guys!" chan said with a loud voice as me and Felix are getting closer to them, "hey!" we said as we reached them and were now in front of them, the others started talking together, but I couldn't pay much attention at what they were saying, I still don't know what to say to Jisung, and I don't even want to see him.
I din't realise that we were now in front of the class, luckily for me I have math as first class today so I won't see Minho or Jisung for now and I will have time to think about what to say.
"let's go inside and sit before the teacher comes and scolds us." "you're right Felix let's go in" said chan before him and Felix entered the class, with me following behind.
I sat down at my usual sit that is close to Felixs while Chan sat behind us. they started another conversation while I started drawing on my notebook waiting for the math teacher to come in.
I didn't know what I was drawing, just letting my hand do whatever and see what comes out. suddenly I heard the door open and the teacher coming in, and immediately started the lesson.
But my mind seemed to always think about a certain someone, not letting me focus on the lesson, it doesn't matter how much I try to distract myself my mind always comes back to him.
I came back to reality when Felix started calling my name, "Hyunjin, are you sure you are okay?" I looked up at him and he had the same concerned expression as this morning, "yeah I already told you this morning that I didn't sleep much" I simply replied "yes I know but for the entire lesson you kept spacing out, and you were making me worried."he said making me feel guilty for making him worried "I'm sorry for worrying you, but I'm really fine, I was spacing out because we have a history test in a few days."
"okay, I'm sure you will do great" "thank you" before more words were exchanged between me and Felix the science teacher entered the room.
"good morning guys, today we will go to the lab so pack your stuff and follow me." the teacher said, me and the others started packing our staff and then followed the teacher to the lab.
since we go to the lab we will probably do an experiment, and I will need to put all my focus on what I am doing so hopefully I won't think about Minho.
we reached the lab and took our places of course I sat next to Felix while chan was in front of us (the seats were facing each other), everything was going just fine, I wasn't thinking about Minho, and the experiment was fun, but in the middle of the lesson someone knocked on the door, the teacher opened the door and started talking to whoever was outside I wasn't able to see or hear anything, but then the teacher backed away and Minho along with Changbin and Seungmin entered.
"as you all can see some students will stay in the room doing another experiment" the teacher said and the three guys sat down on the only seats available, and unfortunately for me they were close to us, and Minho sat on the seat next to me, while Changbin sat next to Chan and Seungmin next to Changbin.
I tried to get my focus back on the experiment, but I couldn't help glace at him from time to time, "guys what is the next step" I asked the other two guys, but none of them replied so I looked up at Felix only to find him giggling while looking at chan, I shake Felix's arm a bit to get his attention "what are you looking at?" I asked him curios of what was making him giggle so much.
"look at Chan" he said so I immediately advert my look from hit to Chan, and I started giggling too, Chan was blushing a bit too much while he was talking with Changbin, making very obvious his crush for the other boy, we were surely going to tease him about it later.
I was still looking at my friend when someone touched my arm to get my attention and I turn around only to find Minho looking at me with a little smile.
"hey Hyunjin" "hey" I replied, knowing that he was about to bring the Jisung thing up "have you already talked with Jisung?" I knew it but I still hoped that he was going to ask something else like how was your day? or something similar but maybe i'm hoping for too much.
"not yet I have english class after the lunch break" I replied clearly not wanting to keep talking about it "sorry I'm just exited, I had the biggest crush on him for so much time, that I can't wait" I tried not to listen to what he was saying knowing that it could hurt me "hmm okay" "I don't know how I even resisted so much to not touch and squish his soft cheeks, and kiss them, hold him close to my body...."
Minho was still talking but it was as if I couldn't hear him, and then I felt the burning feeling in my stomach and throat, I quickly stood up even if Minho was talking and asked the teacher to go to the bathroom and luckily for me she let me go, so I hurried out and when I reached the bathroom I got into a stall and started throwing up.
the burning in my throat was increasing and I couldn't help but let out some tears, god it hurts so much, Minho's words kept coming back in my mind, and my blood mixed with petals kept coming out of my mouth.

Finally after some time he stopped I'm so tired I don't even know how much time passed since i came here but I'm to tired to think about it, suddenly I heard Felix and Chan's voice and knocking on the door.
"Hyunjin are you okay, can you open the door please it's just me and Felix we were worried since you didn't came back to class" I heard Chan voice, I gathered all the strength that was left in my body to stand up and open the door, Felix immediately hugged me tight, it made me want to start crying again, everything was peaceful until Chan screamed "HYUNJIN IS THAT BLOOD!!?? and uhm petals?" Felix ended the hug and looked at the same direction as Chan and gasped "Hyunjin what is that!?" I started panicking I forgot to flush the toilet, but then the two hugged me again and I couldn't help but to start crying again.
"I-I'm s-sorry guys, I didn't w-want you to worry about me." I said in between sobs "don't worry about it Jinnie we will always be here for you when you need help" "yeah why don't you calm down, and I will go tell the teacher that your not feeling to good and then we can talk about it okay?" said chan, "y-yeah that sounds g-good"
