Hey guys!

Just thought I'd mention that this story will be updated every 3 days (For those who are wondering when to tune in).

Also, what do you think will happen once your abilities are revealed to Cyborg? Will the rest of the team accept you?

(Be sure to vote, and save the story.)

This was... unexpected. Did Cinderblock get a makeover?

Cyborg and Y/N gazed up at the Grimace-looking figure which hulked over them. It reeked of old diesel oil, and made their eyes sting due to the aroma.

Cyborg prepped his sonic canon.

Y/N then shifted into an ever-so-slight fighting stance, his fights glowing white.

The prisoner smirked and looked over at Cyborg, "Ready to rock?"

Cyborg replied in a low voice, "Stop talking to me like that."

Just as they thought the monster would strike, it turned around and walked right through the wall of the Power Plant, without a single care that two teens existed.

They stood there, taken aback.

"Uh... did you see what I just saw?" Y/N proclaimed. Neither of the teens had disarmed their fighting stances.

"Unless my circuits are trippin' me up..." Cyborg answered, still recovering from the situation straight out of a comic book.

There was a brief moment of silence. Y/N then lost the glow in his fists, resuming his normal stance. "Oh well, let's keep lookin." He turned around and began walking back the way they came, which came as a surprise to Cyborg.

"Hey, where are you goin?", the cybernetic teen called out.

Y/N continued walking, "Out to look for that Cinderblock dude."

He then pivoted to face Cyborg. "Was that not the deal? I help you find Cinderblock, you get me outta this prison."

Suddenly, a very brief thought crossed Y/N's mind - Why did he even want to leave prison in the first place? He was convinced that nothing more could ever possibly come of this life.

The hole he had dug himself was too deep; free of all love, and hope. Where the heck did this motivation come from? For the first time in a while, he began to show a slight sense of optimism.

He didn't dare let Cyborg pick up on it.

"I mean, well... yeah! But you gotta help me deal with this sludgy guy!" Cyborg protested.

"Oh, come on. Don't fool yourself here." Y/N wore a wicked smirk on his face.

He slowly inched closer to Cyborg.

"You're just scared. You know that you can't take him on without the rest of your team, don't you?" Y/N chuckled.

Cyborg appeared very offended.

"What do you think you're talkin' about? You don't know me!" Cyborg exclaimed.

He was subconsciously backing away from the mysterious prisoner in fear.

"Oh, I know enough." Y/N's voice lowered with each passing sentence. "And from the looks of things, more than what you do."

Cyborg remained silent. It was strange. Y/N hadn't even done anything worthwhile for Cyborg to witness, yet he gave off a devious essence. An essence which the cybernetic team had yet to witness before this night.

"You know what," Y/N continued. "I'm feeling nice tonight. Wanna catch this prune dude?".

"I guess..."

Y/N's demeanor completely shifted. "Then what the heck are we waiting for?"

"Friend Robin, are you feeling alright?" Starfire's voice echoed throughout Cyborg's room.

"Oh, what?!" Robin snapped out of the trance that had been brought on by the regret of letting one of his teammates go. "Y-yeah Star, I'm... fine."

The boy wonder had been having a look around Cyborg's old room, fulfilling his soft spot for nostalgia.

Robin never liked to admit it to anybody, but despite growing up in the shadow of Gotham's all-powerful guardian, he most definitely had an emotional soft spot.

The hardest thing a leader can do, is admit that they were wrong.

Among many things, this was something that Robin had not yet realized as a leader.

"If you are feeling much of the trouble, allow me to procure my special Tamaranean 'Pudding of Sadness'. It... sounds much more appetizing in my language."

The 'Pudding of Sadness' was many things, but appetizing was not it, despite what language you said the name in.

"Oh, no thanks. I've kinda lost my appetite." In reality, Robin was too scared to try the 'Pudding of Sadness' after Starfire fed it to Beast Boy after he lost a Mega-Monkeys 3.0 match to...

...Cyborg.

Starfire sighed. "I understand that you must be grieving now, friend Robin. But I promise, he will come around, perhaps you should give him ti-".

Suddenly, the Titans Tower alarm system went off.

Robin visibly switched his demeanor to his regular 'business-as-usual attitude. "Trouble."

"Ugggghhhh, dude, this is so boring!". For the past 2 hours, Beast Boy had been moping around the infamous circular couch in the Titans Tower Ops Room.

As a wise man once said: There are only so many comic books you can read, and only so much emotional-tofu eating one can engage in before they rage quit.

To onlookers, Beast Boy was a real party animal. He would always be cracking jokes (often with poor timing), attempting to get a laugh out of his peers. This often rendered him being perceived as a bit of a doofus, which for the most part, was true.

But deep down, Beast Boy had the fragile intrusive thoughts of any other hormonal teenager.

"Why'd Robin have to kick Cyborg out like that?! Who am I gonna play GameStation with now?".

"That's your concern?" Raven responded. She was levitating near the T.V. in a lotus pose, reading a book, as usual.

Raven had not spoken much of her thoughts on Cyborg's departure. However, she never really spoke much on anything.

"Duh?? I'm still looking to get that tinhead back for letting my Starfire's junk pudding!"

Beast Boy then had an idea, "Unless you wanna play, Raven???" Beast Boy purposely held a facial expression of that annoying little brother who always wants a bite of your Snickers.

"Uh...." Raven was visibly uncomfortable. Luckily, the day was saved, when the Titans Tower alarm system went off.

After a few seconds, Robin and Starfire came charging into the room, as Raven lowered down to the floor, and Robin began making his way to the main Ops Room Monitor.

"Look's like we've got business to take care of, Titans." He brought up more information on the case that had been sent through. There were photos of a giant sludge monster breaking into the Jump City Power Plant.

Beast Boy chirped up, "So? Let's get down there and kick his butt!".
