I am floating above the school using my Divine Dividing wings. "Tonight's finally the night. All the higher ups are gathering to discuss the most boring issues to be discussed." I then look to my right and saw a small girl with long black hair standing on an electric post. She then said, "There's nothing left in this boring world to interest me." I then said, "Ophis?" "Vali." Ophis then teleported in a blink of an eye to my right sitting on top of a roof. Ophis then said, "That is what you always say." "That's right, there's nothing left in this boring world to interest me."
——————Scene Break Eric's POV——————
It's now sunset and a barrier is now surrounding the school. I hear a knock at the door and I hear, "May we come in?" I then see Rias and her team come in as I'm standing behind ArchAngel Michael. Then Rias and her group walks over to the right side of the room to be behind their king. Then you hear Sirzech talk, "Everyone's here. This is my sister Rias and her retainers. They're the ones who fought against Kokabiel in his surprise attack. A few days ago." ArchAngel Michael then says, "That is a rather impressive feat. I thank each one of you for all your hard work." Azazel then says, "Once again I apologize. It seems one of my boys caused you a bit of trouble." Sirzechs then says, "Now that all the participants are represented, let this summit commence." I didn't bother listening to what Rias was saying. It was something about the incident about Kokabiel. Then Sirzech says, "Perhaps the Governor General Of The Fallen Angels would care to share his opinion about the report?" "Kokabiel went rogue. Therefore my thoughts on the incident are irrelevant." Michael then says, "So he acted entirely on his own?" "Well he never had my permission if that's what you're asking. But something tells me the damn fool wouldn't destroy the whole town if he knew I was staying here. I've grown quite fond of this quiet little place." Sirzech then says, "Try to stay on topic if you please." "I sent The White Dragon Emperor in to resolve the issue and the culprit is I don't know where but I'm sure he would like to elaborate." "I interrogated him and when I was done I froze him solid for all eternity. He won't bother you again." Michael then says to Azazel, "But I find most troubling about the attack itself. It seems he was unsatisfied with the current status quo." "Yea but we're in a tight spot because he wanted perpetual war. But at this late stage in the game I have no desire for war." Serafall then said, "The seeds of discontent." "Hphm that behavior isn't exclusive to my faction." Sirzech then says, "Again I ask that we stay focused on the matter at hand. After all that is why we convened here." "Spare the verbosity won't you. Let's just make peace and be done with it." Everyone was shocked except for me Akeno and the Great powers and Vali. "That's the purpose of this grand summit isn't it? Of course it is. Our perpetual three way stalemate is getting rather old and hardly doing this world any favors. I assume we're all in agreement on that?" Michael then says, "God and the Devil King are gone. Both of our war generals have been annihilated." Azazel then said, "We have a complication. Once again it's not even our three powers, but these forces are equally if not more destructive are The White and The Red Dragon Emperors. So I'd like to hear their thoughts." Vali then says, "All I want, is to fight someone as strong as me." "Yes but you can still find a lot of powerful opponents without resorting to war." "I suppose." "And you Red Dragon Emperor. Thoughts?" "All I want to do is protect my new friends that I've made. That's all I want to use this power for." Michael then turned to Eric who is now in front of the Rias group, "Red Dragon Emperor do you still have a question you want to ask me?" "I do, although I didn't think you would remember that." "I made a promise." "Alright you weren't fair to Asia or Xenovia. I want to know why you kicked them both out of the church. They love God more than anyone, especially Asia." "After God was destroyed only the system remained. The only thing we had to keep the faith was our power to still administer divine protection, mercy, and miracles. Even with me as the center the church is barely functioning right now. Consequently there was a need to get rid of anything. That could affect the system." "So you had to. I mean Asia could heal devils and fallen angels on top of humans." "Indeed, the faith of believers are the reason we in heaven exist, a threat to the system is a threat to our survival. Therefore anything that could be negatively affected had to be removed." Xenovia then said, "Of course that's why I suffered the same fate as Asia along with others who found out the truth." "Exactly it was unfair you were hardly heretics we should have discovered another way. I ask for your forgiveness." "Apology accepted Chief Michael I understand. I grew up in the church so I must admit I do have a few regrets but to be honest I'm more than happy to serve under Lady Rias as a devil." Asia then stepped forward as she said, "As am I and I'm so much happier as a devil. I've met people who I cherish who also care about me." "Both of you have forgiving spirits and I am grateful for that." Azazel then says, "Oh right I've heard of her. Wasn't one of my underlings responsible for killing you." "Yes." "Then I am sorry. I take full responsibility. So to atone I will satisfy you in a way only I can." We then hear a sudden crash. A giant magic circle is covering the school yard and it's in the air higher than the school. I then said, "Who are those freaks?" Serafall then says, "They're magicians." They began to kill all of the troops at an alarming rate. We then begin to talk about what's going on and 1 minute later all our guards outside are gone. Vali then says, "Don't even try teleporting out because there's a barrier here that prevents that along with that giant teleportation circle." Azazel then says, "Since there's nothing to do right now why don't you upset their ranks some seeing The White Dragon Emperor might do the trick." Vali then stops leaning on the wall as his Sacred Gear Divine Dividing comes out, "Of course." Vali then jumps out the window as he starts flying above the magicians then stops when he reaches an optimal height, "Here we go. Balance Break." [Vanish Dragon... Balance... Breaker]
Eric saw this and said, "He pulled that off fast. If I tried that I'd have to sacrifice my left arm and I can only hold it for ten seconds." All the magicians started shooting at Vali but to no surprise he has made a magical barrier around himself. Then he forms a blue ball of energy and throws it at the magicians. It's like lambs to the slaughter; they stood no chance. "He's strong. I mean like stupid strong." Xenovia then says, "True but his power also feels dangerous to me." Azazel then says, "Wait a sec before you start fighting." Azazel gives me a bracelet. "Put this on and you can use Balance Breaker without using your arm." "Wow thanks." "Use it for emergencies only." Me and Rias's team got on the battlefield. We are with the great powers now. A orange magic circle forms on the ground and a woman comes out of it. Sirzech then says, "Wait I know this magic it couldn't be." "Well if it isn't the unworthy devil kings Zechs and little miss Serafall." Serafall then says, "Explain yourself, what are you doing here." Sirzech then says, "Katerea Leviathan descendant of the first leviathan." Katerea then says, "I'm here to bring destruction and chaos." She then blows up the school thankfully everyone's okay including the people in the school because the three great powers erected a barrier. "Adorable the three great powers put up a defensive barrier together. Adorable and pathetic." Sirzech then says, "What are you thinking Katerea?" "What I'm thinking is the complete opposite of everyone at this disgusting meeting. If God and the Devil king aren't around anymore then there should be a revolution in this world." Serafall then shouts, "Katerea stop this right now." "Serafall, you stole my leviathan title and now question me. How dare you. However no need to fret once I kill you today I'll simply take back the devil king leviathan title for myself." Azazel then says, "Of course, I suppose it's too much to hope we're caught up on a devil's coup d'é·tat." Michael then says, "I think it's more than that her plan is most likely to take over the whole world." "Oh Michael nailed it. No one wants a world where God and the devil king's death are covered up so since you have clearly failed we will take this decaying realm and reform it for our very selves instead." Azazel then starts laughing, "Ahahahah." "Azazel, what do you find so amusing?" Azazel starts speaking, "Uh decaying, reform how clìche. Come on, you have to know the first villain to die always says crap like that." "I'll teach you to mock me." An orange aura envelopes Katerea. Then a yellow aura envelopes Azazel as well as if responding to the challenge, "Oh you will. Will you. Sounds like fun." Azazel then begins to walk out of the barrier. Sirzech then says, "Katerea you have no intention of backing down?" "Not at all Sirzechs. Don't get me wrong you were a good devil king. But you won't have that or any other title much longer unfortunately." Sirzech says, "Doubtful. Shall we then." The barrier reforms around the great powers again. Now with both Azazel and Katerea in the air with Azazel having unfurled his 10 wings. Azazel says, "A descendant of the former devil king leviathan. A desperate monster nearing her end. Not a bad opponent. I think I'll treat myself to some Armageddon." Katerea then says, "Surprise, you don't scare me." Azazel and Katerea start fighting. Katerea makes magic circles with beams coming out of them in the shape of a wolf. Azazel simply dodges them. Katerea continued with her onslaught of attacks either Azazel dodging the attacks or using defensive magic to block her attacks. Katerea realized it wasn't working so she comboed into an attack from above shooting down like a lightning bolt. Azazel used a defensive magic circle to block the beam. Getting over the beam they stopped attacking each other as they both wanted to take part in their own bravado. Katerea says, "Are you as excited in your final moments as I am?" Katerea then uses her magic to envelop her body in what looked like a coat of some magic. Azazel then says, "Snake?" Then Katerea forms a two circle magic attack to beam Azazel however even though it was her strongest attack yet Azazel just dodged it and moved behind Katerea. "We should clear something up before moving forward." Katerea coats her fist in her aura and tries to karate chop Azazel. Azazel blocks it with a fist of his own. "You got a lot of aura. Seems to be a lot more than a devil king's descendant should possess. Where'd you get this power?" "I would love to answer that question. But why waste such breath when you are just going to die." Katerea exploded in aura around her pushing back Azazel. Azazel forms hundreds of light spears above his head and sends them at Katerea. "Here have a gift." She however erected a protective magic circle. Azazel then says, "Well then why don't we start getting serious here. I'm so bored right now are you?" Azazel then pulls a gold item out of his jacket that also has a purple gem on top of it. "What are you holding?" "Something much more interesting than war. Call it my hobby." Azazel then raises it above his head as the gem starts to shine. "This is The Downfall Dragon Spear. It's an artificial Scared Gear created by yours truly." Azazel then said, "Balance Break." He then starts to shine. At the same time both Eric and Vali got an alert from their gears that Azazel was doing something Eric looked and asked, "What's he doing?" Azazel then says, "Armor of The Fallen Dragon King. Downfall Dragon Another Armor."
Eric then says, "A dragon's armor. He can do a balance breaker too?" Azazel then says, "Now, come here." Katerea shouts, "I'll kill you." Azazel cuts her in half. But she still presses on as she mutates her arms to latch onto Azazel's left arm she states, "I am not necessarily needed for the creation of our new world. If I can take down one of the three great powers. Then I'll welcome death. I'll destroy myself for glory." Azazel then says, "Destroy yourself huh. I don't want to mock your hopes and dreams, but it doesn't seem worth it." Azazel cuts off his whole left arm, "You'll still die." As he said this Azazel threw his trident at Katerea going through her head killing her instantly. "However, I'm willing to give up an arm for you." Azazel goes out of Balance Breaker and makes a magic circle at his arm to stop bleeding. The purple gem from the spear falls down to Azazel, "There's still plenty of room for improvement. But I guess you can stay around my dragon king fafnir." Eric says, "Dude is hard, he lost his arm." In the meantime almost all the magicians and the teleportation circle has been eliminated. A few minutes go by. Azazel says, "Nice they eliminated everyone." Then out of nowhere Azazel gets shot to the ground by a whitish blue energy ball. This makes a huge crater in the ground as Azazel crawls out of it. Azazel then says, "Ah you got me. Must be losing my edge. Bad Vali." Vali says, "Sorry Azazel, things look more interesting on this side." I screamed, "Vali, you're the one who betrayed us." Azazel then says, "I can understand but there's something I like to ask you. You know, Shimizai my Vice Governor General. Well he's recently informed me about a faction gathering the dangerous elements and members of the three great powers. What were they called? Oh yeah, The Khaos Brigade." Sirzech then said, "Khaos sounds accurate." Serafall then says, "Whoever's in charge must be strong but why would anyone gather such dangerous people together." "So I bet I can guess who's leading you. Has to be Ophis The Ouroboros Dragon right?" Rias then said, "Ophis, no it can't be." Eric then asks, "Is that another dragon?" "The Infinite Dragon God. A dragon so powerful even God was afraid of them." Vali then says, "Yes it is true I have sided with Ophis. But believe me neither of us has the slightest interest in world domination. We're just a group formed in order to use our power. That's all." Azazel then says, "Well that makes more sense. Conspiring with Katerea was really beneath you but you both had your names stolen or in your case hidden from you." Everyone one said, "Wait what are you saying." "My name Is Vali Gwiber. I am a direct descendant of One Of The Heavenly Dragons Albion Gwiber. I'm also the next in line to become a Dragon God. The Dragon God Of Time. However my mother was a human so I'm a half-blood. My father was the grandson of The Great Dragon Albion." Rias then says, "No it can't be true." Sirzech then said, "Of course half human there was no way of knowing." Azazel then says, "While you have the blood of The Heavenly Dragon Albion. Since you're also a human, you just happenly to be able to be possessed by your Great Grandfather. So basically your very existence is a joke." Vali then says, "I would go with miracle personally. But to each their own." Michael then says, "Dear God." Azazel then says, "I have a feeling that this one will be the best White Dragon Emperor the world has ever known, past, present, and future." Eric then says, "The best dragon ever." Vali then says, "Eric Heartwell. Fate can be cruel wouldn't you agree?" "Yea maybe." "I am the strongest dragon and I carry with me the blood of my great grandfather Albion and I also carry the Concept of Time. But you are just a lowly human. After becoming acquainted with Gabriel. You weren't even an impressive student. That is to say aside from the boosted gear you are nothing. It's disappointing it's so disappointing it's funny. Even though we are rival sacred gears you and I are far apart as the sky to the earth. No more than that." "You got a point there Vali." "I do I think you should try harder. Maybe you should try being an avenger. I could kill Gabriel if that would help." Eric's eyes widened as he imagined Gabriel getting killed. "If I take something as precious as your adopted mother away surely you should be able to act on that tragic fate. Gabriel would most likely be grateful for her murder. Any death I would grant her would be far more exciting than her current boring life. Yes, let's do that." Akeno says, "Jake, how can you be so cruel." Eric then says, "I'm so gonna kill this asshole. Why should Gabriel have to die for his damn convenience. Like I would just sit idly by and let him take ANYTHING FROM ME!" The bracelet on Eric's arm shines as his sacred gear shines overflowing with power. [Welsh Dragon OverBooster] Eric now in his Balance Breaker overflows with his red aura. "NO ONE HURTS THE PEOPLE I CARE ABOUT I DON'T CARE WHO THEY ARE" "Your power has gone up exponentially. The Sacred Gear does run on emotions like anger." "YEA KEEP TALKING DOUCHEBAG. ASCALON" [Blade] "The dragon slayer I gotta be careful." Both Eric's and Vali's auras expand as they begin to clash. Akeno was worried about Jake as she tried to go to him. "Jake!" Akeno was grabbed by Sirzechs. "Let me go, Jake needs me." Sirzech then says, "At this point both their auras have surpassed their limit. If you go in now you will burn then die." "But I don't want to sit around and do nothing to get him back." Vali then says, "Weak you're too weak." Vali then kicks Eric in the stomach. Eric then throws up blood. [Divide] Vali took half of Eric's energy making Eric near powerless compared to Vali. Eric hits the ground he then says, "Damn it how could I have forgotten he absorbs the power of whatever he comes in contact with. I'm so stupid." Asia yells, "Are you okay?" "A oh kay. You don't have to worry about me." Kiba then said, "Eric you have to beat him and bring back my best friend." "Don't worry I will. I won't lose." [Boost] "Heh adorable." When Eric looked back at Vali, red particles came out of his wings instead of regular blue. "What he do?" [He sent the extra energy that he got from you out through his wings. By doing that he can use his power at it's upper limits of its capacity] Vali then starts making white spheres in his hands. "So no matter how awesome he is, there's a limit to what he can handle?" "Exactly. During the fight with Kokabiel you were fighting for the sake of your friends weren't you? Does that mean I should kill your friends before I kill your family?!" Vali then threw the sphere he conjured at Asia." Eric went to use his body to shield Asia. Vali then flew in closer to Rias and said, "What about her?" "YOU BASTARD. STOP FUCKING AROUND YOU PIECE OF SHIT." "Yes, get angrier, get stronger and stronger for me. Let's have some real fun." Vali then used his magic to shoot Eric off of him. As Eric screamed in pain. Eric then says, "Ddraig transfer power to Ascalon." [Transfer] Eric then punches Vali. "Do it again. [Transfer] Rias then says, "Eric's transferring power to Vali?" Eric then says, "I'm going to boost the power you absorb then the power you're releasing at the same time at that point your precious wings can't take it anymore. [Warning the capacitors are going into overdrive you need to restart the system] Feel the power of, The Dragon Slayer!" Eric punches Vali's armor again and it shatters. Vali now only using his regular Divine Dividing. Coughing up blood Vali says, "That was amazing. You completely blew away my sacred gear." Vali then wipes the blood from his mouth. "I knew you could hold your own if you just tried. That's what I expect from my rival." "Balance Breaker." [Vanishing Dragon Balance Breaker] Akeno shouts, "What's going on now?" Eric then says, "Son of a bitch." [It won't be over until the other person is unable to fight. This is how dragons battle] After Ddraig said this his left gauntlet's gem shined down. Eric noticed this and said, "What's wrong?" [The arm band is reaching its limit of effectiveness] "This is because I'm too damn weak again. [There is no way we can win against the time limit. Run away or you'll die] "I can't abandon everyone. Ddraig the sacred gear evolves to what I'm feeling right?" Eric asks after seeing a gem from Vali's sacred gear. [Yes but before you do anything rash are you really ready to die] I can't die yet especially not after that promise I made. For that I can take on the whole world. [Hahahaha I like your resolve. Now let me show you my determination] Eric's sacred gear started shining green through one gem at Eric's left palm. [I am the mass of power known as The Red Dragon Emperor. We will survive this together as true partners Eric Heartwell are you with me] "Yea!" Vali then says, "What can you do so late in the game." "LISTEN VANISHING DRAGON DICK HEAD. THIS IS WHERE. I TAKE YOUR POWER!" Eric is now screaming as his right hand gem is shining from green to blue repeatedly. "Aaaahah damn it this fucking hurts Gabriels training is nothing compared to what I'm going through now." Vali then says, "Are you trying to take my power?" "Kiba managed it, fuse them holy and devil powers together I can too. I'm going to take your vanishing power, combine it with my sacred gear and then kick your ass." "Rather reckless Albion and Ddraig are separate beings trying to do that is suicide." [So you know host of Albion, even a fool can make the impossible possible as long as he never gives up] "I'm that fool. Proud of it. If my abilities can't get me through it, I'll stick to being an idiot to the end. So come at me and do your worst." [Vanishing Dragon, Power Is Taken] Eric's right gauntlet of his armor changed from red and green to white and blue. Eric then smashed his fists together, "Bam dividing gear right in your face." "This is impossible, this is impossible. You have definitely shaved years off your life. Humans live almost to 70-100 years but you will not be one of them." "Didn't plan to live that long anyway. So Vali I've taken away your power surrender to me or." Vali then breaks out into a maniacal laugh, "Hahahaha this fun my turn to play a little seriously." Vali then jumps up into the sky as his sacred gear wings gets bigger and shouts [Half-Dimension] Vali raises his arm and is squeezing it, warping the dimension. Eric then says, "What's he doing?" Michael then says, "Vali is warping the dimension, it's a very dangerous action." Asia then says, "Wait, how is that fair." Azazel flies down as he says, "It isn't fair at all. Oh what are we going to do with our two fight dragon love birds you'll have to want it more to win. Let's use an element unfair of our own. Hey Red Dragon Emperor Eric." "What do you want?" "Let me be clear that power he has divides things around it and warps it in unnatural ways. Meaning if he visits Gabriel she'll turn into a hideous monster." Eric then thinks in his mind, 'What, he's going to make Gabriel a monster but I love her so much she took me off the streets and was always kind to me. She like another mother to me. She doesn't deserve this. Gabriel.' "DONT FUCK WITH ME!" [Boost] "YOUR TRYING TO MAKE GABRIEL AN OUTCAST, A MONSTER. YOU'RE PURE EVIL, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR THIS! [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] [Boost] Azazel laughs, "ahahah this fight is hilarious he got this much stronger to protect her from a move that Vali doesn't even have." Eric explodes in aura even the barrier around the school started breaking and his aura flooded out of him like a tsunami. Vali then says, "Today has been full of surprises but at least it's not boring. "TRY LAYING A FINGER ON GABRIEL. I DARE YOU, I'LL DESTROY YOU SO COMPLETELY YOU'LL NEVER WANT TO BE REBORN EVER AGAIN YOU HEAR ME VALI." They started to fly around until Eric caught up with Vali and punched him. Vali said, "Where did that speed come from?" "IS IT JUST GABRIEL OR ARE YOU GOING TO GO AFTER YOUR FRIENDS TOO THIS IS FOR KIBA, KONEKO, XENOVIA, AND RIAS." Eric kicks Vali in the crotch. [Divide] "AND THIS IS FOR ASIA AND IRINA." Eric punches Vali in the gut. "AND THIS IS FOR LIZ." Eric headbutt's Vali, breaking both of their helmets. "AND THIS FOR THE PERSON YOU LOVE THE MOST YOU CAN'T TURN ON HER YOU'RE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN HER LIFE." Vali suddenly loses focus as he sees an image of Akeno smiling at him. Eric then punches Vali to the ground. Vali nosedives to the ground as his balance breaker vanishes and his wings are still there. Then you hear a voice scream [AKENO GET OVER HERE MY HOST IS GOING TO BATTLING FOR CONTROL AND HE NEEDS YOU] Akeno without a second thought starts running as fast as she can. Holding up an unconsidered Vali or Jake. [Akeno send your energy into him as much as you can. This is the most you can do to get him conscious again. You are the only one that can transfer power to him without repercussions since you both are linked]
————Scene Break Jake's Mindscape————

Jake's mind escape is currently a white plain. "It's been so long since I heard her voice." Jake is currently crying happy tears. But then he looks behind him. And sees Vali. Jake knew he had to steel himself for a battle. Vali then says, "So you want to challenge me for control again? You have failed before and you will fail again." Jake says, "Not this time, because this time I have to, EVERYONES COUNTING ON ME. I WON'T SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS! ARONDIGHT" Vali then says, "How can you wield that sword when I can't!" Vali said in fury, "It's because I'm worthy, I'm pure, I'm better than scum like you." Me and Vali clash. "All I know is that I want to get my Akeno back." Vali says, "Weak you are too weak." "So what if I am. Is it bad to be weak? Is it good to be strong? The never ending cycle of hate. This is also from within myself. So I will need to extinguish it. Here one of us is going to get control." Vali then shoots a white ball of energy at Jake as he begins to dodge it until Vali throws a beam at him from above. He nearly got Jake if it wasn't for Arondight Jake would be toast. At the last moment Jake slashed the beam and he continued towards. Vali who went in for a close quarter combat fight. As each of them begins to land blows on each other Vali gets a good punch in on Jake sending him flying as Jake does a backflip and sticks the landing using friction to slow him down. Then they both knew as they both said in unison, "Balance Breaker." [Vanishing Dragon Balance Breaker] Then each of them started to fight using magic as Jake used some fallen magic while Vali used his dragon magic. Jake shouted, "Fallen God" as he said this Vali shouted, "White Dragon Emperor's Roar." Light met Ice and they tied for a bit until Jake let up and as Vali was about to land the finishing blow he said, "Look Jake you stood no chance against me. I'm the true owner of this body. You lost. I won." Vali held his hand up and ran it through Jake's chest holding his heart on the other side and he crushed it. Then Jake begins to fade away piece by piece while his memories flash before his eyes, now thinking, 'I guess your life flashes before your eyes when your dying was true.' Jake then sees all the times he's been with Akeno all her laughing, pouting, sadness, anger, worry. 'I'm sorry Akeno looks like I can't keep the promise of marrying you.' But at the last second he thought, 'No I don't want to leave.' But it was too late for our hero; he faded away. Vali then said, "Hah I won." Vali then begins to walk away until he hears, "No" as you see Jake fade back into existence his body is transparent but you can still see him. "I reject your reality. And I substitute my own!" Vali smiled at the last second before. Jake sent Arondight through Vali's chest. The next thing Jake knew is all he saw turned white blinding him as he covered his eyes.
——————Scene Break Jake's POV———————

Jake then begins to hyperventilate as he touches his chest while grunting in pain. He then says, "What is, what is happening to me." Everyone then screams, "Jake." Akeno then tries to help Jake but he gets worse as he begins to scream. "Aaaaaaah." Dark spiraling circles start to form on Jake's chest as more appear the more intense the pain he went through and the louder his screams are until. It all went silent. 5 spiraling circles in the shape of an hourglass formed on his chest. Jake's eyes held no light in them as he falls back down onto the ground unconscious. Albion shouts, [Take Jake to the Sitri hospital right now he's in danger hurry]
