Halos alas diyes na pasado ng gabi ng magising si Tyler. Hindi na siya nagulat ng magisnan ang pusa niyang si Prince na natutulog habang nakasiksik sa kanya. Maingat siyang tumayo para hindi niya ito magising at pumasok sa banyo. Naligo muna siya bago bumaba kasama si Prince na naghihintay na sa ibabaw ng kama para kumain.
Naabutan niya ang magulang niya kasama ang mgulang ni Jems na masayang nagku-kwentuhan habang may iniinom na wine. Lumapit siya sa mommy niya para humalik sa pisngi nito. Nagmano naman siya sa ama at mga magulang ng dalaga.

Ang gwapo mo talaga hijo.
Napakamot siya ng batok sa papuri at bahagyang natawa.

What time did you arrive?

Around 7pm ho.Where are the others?

Si Jems nasa pool area kasama ang mga kaibigan niya.
JEN (Tyler's Mom)
Your sister and brother are in their room.
Nakipagkwentuhan sa pa siya saglit sa mga ito patungkol sa trabaho bago pumunta sa kusina. Hinanda niya muna ang pagkain ni Prince bago kuhanin at initin ang sariling pagkain. Pumunta siya sa may terrace ng kwarto niya para doon kumain. May isa ding dahilan kaya niya napagpasyahan na doon kumain, tanaw kasi mula sa terrace ng kwarto niya ang pool area. Mula doon ay malaya niyang nakikita si Jems kasama ang mga kaibigan nito na nagku-kwentuhan habang nag-iinom ng wine.

Jems' is busy looking at the night sky full of stars with the bright moon reflecting on the pool. She's alone but still feeling happy and contented. She still does not believe that they're complete after years of busy lives.

Sabay silang natawa at napailing dahil sa ilang beses na pagsasabay sa pagtatanong. Ilang beses na din kasi ganto ang nangyayari kapag sila ay magkakausap.

Okay. What time do you arrive? Ang akala ko hindi ka makakapunta because obviously you're busy working.
TYLER
Around 7PM. You know mom and Tiana they'll grill for sure if I didn't come, and it's your birthday later.
Hindi maiwasan na pamulahan ng mga pisngi ni Jems. She just praying silently that Tyler didn't see it.
TYLER
How about you? How are you doing?
JEMS
I'm good. Plain and extremely happy.
TYLER

JEMS
Because I have the chance to celebrate my special day with the people important to me.
TYLER

Another silence surrounds them. Tyler starts to strums his guitar while humming 'Can't Fight This Feeling'.

TYLER

JEMS
