I sat on the computer. Izuku was at school right now. The cafe was closed, because it was night, but also because the sports festival was in the morning. I'd been doing research on Stain. Humming I stared at the computer. I was again researching Stain. Better known as the Hero Killer. I had maps spread out on the ground. Pins in areas he's been, areas he's killed, areas he's attacked hero's, and areas he's been spotted. My arms crossed as I stared at the computer. He uses knives of all shapes and sizes. I stared. He seems to some sort of paralyzing quirk. After all, all the hero's he's attacked say at some point, after being stabbed they go numb. I pulled up the case that consisted of info known about Stain. They had a lot, and I mean a lot, more info on him than they do on me. By the info I gave, I'm guessing his quirk must have something to do with a persons blood.

Moving I began to hack into the police force. I began to search up people with black hair, red eyes, and a blood quirk. I gasped. Leaning forward. I see. He's also. My eyes widened as I grabbed a notepad and pen. It was empty. So mister stain. Your also Stendhal. I remember you. I sighed. What changed? I used to work with Stendhal. In fact. He was the one who gave me my vigilante name. You move like a shadow. You blend in with them, so easily. And you wear green. He had said. Looking up at the moon as I stood by his side. I was young. Roughly fourteen or fifteen. How about Viridian Shadow. I had agreed.

I glared at the info on my page. Sighing I began to weight down all his victims, their injuries, and any and all the other info I can get on them. By the time I had finished I noticed a pattern. Fake, there not as people call them 'true' hero's. They abuse their power. I stood up. But Ste-Stain is strict with his true hero stuff. Which means. I instantly began to wright down 'fake' hero names. I then moved back to the map. Where are you going now though? I stared at the map. Completely ignoring Touya as he walked in. Then I gasped. Lunging forward I circled an area on the map. Hosu. I then lunged to my note book. Three injuries, that will force the hero to retire. And one killed. I grabbed the note book and circled the hero's located in Hosu. Touya was still watching me silently. Like he always has, creeper. Nah, I'm just joking.

I pivoted to my computer. Searching up incidents in Hosu. Shit. There's already two victims. I crossed out the two hero names. Then I moved. I signed. 'Tell Izuku no training today. I'm headed to Hosu, I don't know how long I'll be there. Also tell him I'll watch him on live. Oh and tell him I wish him luck. I gotta go bye!' With that I pulled on my vigilante suit. I then took off. Headed to Hosu. If I was going to rescue anyone, then I needed to hurry.

It was early afternoon, I have been trailing Stain since the Calvary battle in the sports festival. I was hopping from roof to roof. Hidden in the shadows. My eyes zeroed in on my target. I watched him silently. I was ready to attack. I watched, and waited, like a wolf trailing it's pray. Then, right when he threw a knife, when I heard a male grunt, I lunged forward. My arms circled around Ste-Stain's torso and we tumbled down to the ground. I spotted Ingenium on the ground, his hand clutching his leg witch had a large blade stuck in his leg. He went to go pull it out. I chuckled a rock at him. Stopping him before he could.

Stain and I tumbled on the ground before we both jumped up. He drew his sword, I pulled out and put together my Bo-staff. "You st- Vi!?" I stared at the man I once called a friend. Then twirling my bo-staff, now holding it with one hand I signed.
'Stendhal. Or should I call you Stain.' I stared at the male as he smirked. I stood between him and the young hero.
"Well I be damed. I knew you'd be the one to figure me out. I didn't think it'd be so soon." He smirked taking up a stance. "You really should be a hero. Viridian Shadow." With that we lunged, blade against staff. Vigilante against villain. We fought, and it broke my heart to fight the man I once called my friend.

I twisted, dodging a dagger. I twisted trying to whack him with my staff he dodged. Our fighting continued. I'm not sure for how long. But after a long while. When we were both panting. Him covered in bruises me in cuts. And with a dagger sticking out of my right shoulder. We stopped. He smirked. "Your holding out on me. So you still refuse to use your quirk." I nod. He shook his head. "Though this was fun. I've spent to much time here and I respect you. So I'll be going." With that the man left. I grunted. Looking at the dagger in my shoulder. Asshole. You say you that. But you still fucking stabbed me. I turned and moved over to Ingenium.
'You where in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was after a different hero. I can't tell if you have the best or worst luck.' I signed. I kneeled down and looked at his left leg where a dagger was sticking out. Completely ignoring my own injuries.
"How'd you-"
'Shut it.' I touched the blade. He flinched. I sighed and looked up. I pulled out the medical supplies I always carry, disinfectants, needle, dissolvable threat, wraps, and pain killers. I placed I rag down as well. Then pulling out my phone I pulled up the UA sports festival. I placed it to the side and propped it up. 'Here. This'll distract you.' I then looked at him. Tapping his leg to gain his attention. He had started watching the sports festival. 'This will hurt. I ask you to try not to scream. Please. I don't want to be caught.' He nodded.
"It's the least I can do. You saved not only life but also my career." I hummed. "You know. I was just put onto you case. They really wanna catch you if they have over three hundred heros on your case." I froze, my head snapping up as I ripped the dagger out of his leg. Tensei grunted but didn't scream, I was so grateful for that. I then placed the bloodied dagger on the cloth and folded it up.
'Shit really. Here take this it'll help in your investigation into Stain. Oh, and here's a copy of all the info I got of stain.' I handed him the folded cloth and a stack of printed off paper with info on stain, Stendhal, and his victims.

I then began to cut off his pant leg and pull off his armor. I began to clean and disinfect the wound. I stopped and again tapped Tensei. He looked at me. 'The blade went all the way through. It missed all major muscles some how. But it will take a while to heal. I'll stitch it up but you'll still need to go to a hospital.'
"Alright. I will. Thank you." I nodded and began to prepare to stitch his wound. It took roughly thirty minutes to get the lower part of his leg done. My should was starting to bleed pretty bad. I stopped, Tensei looked at me only to gasp. I was whipping away my own blood. I shouldn't remove the blade yet. "Holy shit. H-"
'Not now. Later. Let me finish.' My left arm was starting to fell numb. I ignored it and continued to stitch the hero's leg. Then I wrapped it up to stop the bleeding. Once I finished I heard someone calling out to him. I shot up. Grunting at the pain in my shoulder. The hero acted faster, calling out before I fled into the shadows.
"I'm fine! Keep patrolling I, I'm just stopping to take a drink."
"Yes sir!" I looked at the hero.
'Why'd you do that?'
"Your hurt. And I owe you a lot. Let me help you." I glared. Then sighing, I signed my answer.
'Fine. Do you know how to treat a wound.'
"Umm. I..." I groaned.
'First pull out the dagger, press on the wound, whip up the blood, clean and disinfect it, then I'll stitch it. I'll just need you to whip away the blood as I do so.' He nodded.

The hero pulled out the blade, I grunted. He then began to clean and disinfect it. I stopped him so I could get a good look at it. I got lucky. It missed my bone and major muscled. But it still went all the way through. I sighed. Then looked at him. 'I need to cut off my sleeve, I also need you to stitch up the back of my shoulder.' He nodded and did just that. Surprisingly he wasn't all that bed. But once he finished he spoke and I froze.
"You have a lot of freckles." Shit. My eyes closed.
'I know. So do my dad and brother. Their a dominant trait in my family.' He just hummed and turned to the front and I began to stitch my front shoulder.
"Thank you. I can see why Shouta, Hizashi, and Hawks are so against arresting you. Why aren't you a hero though?" I had just finished the inner stitches and I looked up. Stopping for a bit, my lips pursing.
'The system. I don't like the system. So I'm doing this my own way. Plus I haven't used my quirk to cause harm, I never throw the first punch, and I haven't broken any real laws. The law says using one's quirk to do heroic work without a license is vigilantism and is punishable by law. Therefore in the eyes of the law. I am not really a vigilante. Plus I can't control my quirk, therefore I have a license that allows me to use it.'
"Really."
"Sir!" My head snapped up once again, and this time. Before Tensei could react, I retreated into the shadows. Whispering under my breath.
"All traces of me but Iida Tensei's memory shall disappear from this alleyway." Tensei jumped.
"Shit! Wait! Shadow! You're still hurt!" Ignoring his yells, I left.

Iida Tensei sat in his hospital bed, his eyes focused on the winners of the sports festival, in the third place was a boy called Tokayami, and his own brother. Though Tenya wanted to come here immediately, he stayed. Tensei was proud of his brother. Eyes moving he froze, the first place kid was a blonde boy, with red eyes and a permanent scowl on his face, but he seemed to smile at the boy in first place. Huffing he looked up at the boy in second. Endeavors youngest. Shrugging Tensei went to turn off the TV. When he saw a boy. With forest green hair and emerald eyes. But that's not what caused Tensei to freeze. No, the boy had freckles, a lot of them.

Freezing up like a deer in headlight Tensei froze. Pausing the TV he looked closer at the boy. Freckles, he seemed familiar. 'Freckles are a dominant trait in my family.' 'My brother and father had a lot of freckles too.' Tensei felt his eyes widen. His lips pursing. Could this be her brother? Could Viridian Shadow have a brother in the hero course? If so then why had she used 'had'. Was she taking care of him. Tensei's heart clenched. If so, then he'll keep this to himself. Tensei couldn't tear this boy away from Shadow. She clearly cared for him.

Tensei turned off the TV. What he's learned about the Viridian Shadow shall never leave that ally way. He'll keep what he knows a secret, because he himself would break if Tenya was taken from him. And he knew that Viridian felt the same way about her brother. He'll stay quiet. For now.
