In an era where humans were still using stone tools. There was a tribe where a child was born. He was special, more so than any other. He doesn't seem special at first, but fate have some plans for him indeed. The child grew up, and he began to learn new things from the elders, such as crafting, searching, hunting, tracking and fighting.
The child had learned killing since he was four years of age. He did non stop training and grew stronger, faster and smarter, the child started hunting since he was seven, killing everything in his path. Soon enough he was sighted to be the chief of the tribe at only twelve.
But this won't come without trouble as even before he was born his tribe was an enemy of many. His tribe always had been able to fend them off using something that they were explicitly better than any other tribe at. That thing is magic. With mightier magic on their side, no other tribe could best them, at least not alone.
He needed to be careful, but being a child in the stone ages he has no mind to think with, and that will become his tribe's downfall, as of one day after he was done hunting, laying down on the ground with peace until...
*CRASH*
A large mammoth with people on it crashed through the tribe walls. As it crashed in it started killing, the people on top of it started throwing spears at his people. the kid tried fighting back but couldn't do anything. The kid knew he had no chance as the other tribes were invading his. Death was everywhere, people were dying left and right. The kid was terrified, he was barely a teenager after all. The only that was in his mind was that he needed to run, and run he did. As his tribe were getting destroyed he ran as fast and as far as his feet could carry him.

"AHHHH!!!"
A loud scream could be heard all throughout the forest, shaking every tree in its radius. Zooming in to the source of the sound you'll see a child, the kid of the tribe. It had been a few months since that day, he had a dream, a dream about that day, the day of the attack. He had some idea of who attacked, but he can't do anything to them, at least not now. He wanted revenge, but what's important right now is survival. He's mastered the art of survival in these couple of months, he's better than he ever was.
Right now, he was starting to get hungry, that's why he began hunting. Jumping down from the tree he slept on, he started searching for food.
[{Small Time Skip}]
It's been an hour now and the boy has found his meal. He was right on the track of a bear, he was hungry and he needed to eat quickly. His saliva was dripping down his mouth as he eyed the bear with an intense feeling of longing. He was more than ready to eat it, even if it was raw he'd eat it.
He followed it for a couple more hours, his patience longer than you'd expect, as the sky started to turn dark. The bear, seeing the night approaching, went to sleep, a horrible mistake... As it's body fully fell down, he struck. He came rushing in at the bear, jumping down from the tree he was on with his spear pointing at the bear. Before it had time to open it's eyes, his spear was already shoved into the bear's skull killing it instantly.
Seeing his success, he placed his torch down, and took out a knife, beginning to ready it. Taking slowly carving off the the furr and skin, he reached the meat. Without any hesitation, he took his face and chomped down on it, eating it raw. After a few minutes went by as he demolished the bear leaving only bones behind. After that he simply walked off to find a place to rest. After a small while, he found a good enough looking cave.
Thinking it is the best place to spend the night, he walked inside. Holding his torch up over his head as he walked inside. The inside was interesting as it had dozens of spears, burnt out torches and paintings all over the place. He was confused, not understand any of this since he wasn't really the smartest person around. Intrigued, he walked deeper in the cave. He began to see more paintings as he walked further in.
He walked around dazed by the things he saw, until he suddenly felt nothing under his feet. Looking down to see a pitch black hole, he started to fall. Looking downward, this seems to be the end for him. That's what he thought as he closed his eyes and waited for the impact, but it never came. As he landed all he could feel was grass on his face. As he opened his eyes and stood up he was shocked, as he saw a beautiful scenery.
A flower field with flowers of all shape and size, a beautiful view of mountains and the coolest thing of all, a tree. A tree with beautiful green leaf. It was enormous, so big it was above the clouds somehow. This place seemed unreal, you wouldn't believe that this is inside a cave.
As he saw the scenery, he unconsciously walked closer to the giant tree looking at it, mesmerized, until he saw something fall, seeing the thing fall he quickly grabbed it. As he grabbed it, he took a look at it. It was a quite a weird thing that hit his eyes.
An apple looking thing. But it was unlike anything he has ever seen before. The body of it had a color that he has never seen and more than that it has a purplish flower inside it's see-through body. The flower is emitting a majestic blue light.
He looked at the beautiful fruit in his hand. As he looked at it, he started to feel hungry, a level of hunger he had never felt before. So without second thought looking at the apple one last time, he chomped down his teeth into it, biting a chunk of it and started chewing. But after chewing on it for a second, he felt a burning sensation, pain he had never felt before, it was like his head was about to explode, it made him scream in pain.

A girl with light green hair and deer antlers complete with a beauty unbound. She was sitting on a large grass field that reached out miles, playing with the wild life around her. She was playing happily, until someone approached her. It was another girl with brown hair and eyes, wearing adventurous clothing topped with a green cloak. When the deer girl saw her she quickly gave a smile and greeted.
"Ah, hello there Mumei. Do you need something to come so far from your place to see me?" She asked the other girl supposedly named "Mumei" as she answered.
"Hello fauna, good to see you, and well no, not really. I was just wondering what you were doing, so I came here to check, it looks like you're having a good time" Mumei answered as "Fauna" nodded simply.
"Well, thanks for checking in on me Mumei, and yes i d–" As she was going to say something, she quickly cut herself off, closing her eyes and focused on something.
Mumei quickly noticed her reaction, looking confused and slightly worried on what could steal her attention so easily.
"Hm? Is there anything wrong" She said, looking at her friend with both worry and curiosity.
"Well, it doesn't look like anything is wrong, but I thought I felt a disturbance... Hm, well whatever problebly just my imagination" She said, shrugging at whatever it was as Mumei just nodded.

As he yelled out in pain, he soon fell unconscious. It felt like an eternity when he was unconscious, though he woke up. Looking around him, he was in an unknown location. He looked confused as he knew he was in that weird cave earlier. Looking around, he easily noticed that he was in a different place than before.
This was all weird to him, wondering about what just happened and how it happened. As he looked around with confusion, he suddenly fell down to his knees as information rushed into his brain, just full of things he never comprehended. He was granted knowledge and a thinking capacity unbound by any.

He looked on in slight confusion before the feeling of a sharp needle stabbed through his brain could be felt. Information about the power of the apple, the fate of the person who eats it. He could tell that his fate was sealed now. He had to be the "Guider Of Evolution". It seems like he's now been given an eternal job, and he had to do it. Not like he could do anything about it. So he took the job, now he'll guide evolution to new ends.
