Usha comes in twinj's room. Twinkle was sitting in balcony playing with ishaan who was in her lap. Both were giggling and were busy in their own world.

Seeing her twinkle's smiles fades away but she quickly plasters a fake smile.
T- ishaan bchcha u go in ur room and play with ur toys. Chachi will join u soon ok.

U- ishaan beta I have to talk to ur chachi about something very important toh abhi aap jao thodi der baad me aa jana ok.
Is- toh dadi aap bhi hmare saath khelo na fir aap chachi se baat bhi kr lena.
U(sternly)- ishaan didn't u listen what I said. Go in ur room r8 now. Itna jiddi kbse hogya tu han.
Ishaan eyes fills with tears listening her scoldings. Twinkle feels bad seeing his tears.

After this ishaan doesn't argue and immidiately runs away from there.

U- tumne use khudki aadat kyu daal rkhi h twinkle. U should think about ur and kunj's future too. Uske liye uske maa baap hain aur wse bhi jb tumhara aur kunj ka bcchha aa jayega tb tumhara attention suddenly divide hone ki wjh se ishaan ko bohot bura lgega isliye better h ki abhi se use thoda km attention Dena start kro.
Now twinkle lost her all calm bcz first she don't like anyone remind her that ishaan is not her own baby and telling her to not give him attention is toh another matter and second she wanna keep him always as her first baby and want to forget about her problem but this lady is not helping at all. She is continuously wandering around her and wants her to go for treatment which twinkle don't want and third kunj is not helping her to get out of this situation. If she will say anything then kunj will be angry that why she don't speak for herself but how can she. Usha is kunj's mother and also like a mother to her then how can she deny her for something. She dont want that anyone will blame her mother that she didnt teach her manners but this sadu sarna is not understanding this na. He is toh hell stubborn to make twinkle speak. So now twinkle couldnt control herself.
T- mummy ji ishaan mre aur kunj ka phla baby rhega hmesha and I cant become a mother u also knw that toh baar baar wahi baat krke kya fayda.
U- are aise kse nhi bn skti maa. I told u na i will talk to vasundhara ji aur unhone tumhari sari reports wapis check ki and she said tumhari surgery hokr u will be all fine.

U(sighs)- dekho twinkle we have to take risk r8 aur vasundhara ji jyada experienced hain. Wo sb smbhal lengi i have full faith on her. Bs tum kunj se bol dena wo day fix kr dega kis din surgery krwani h thik h.
T- mummy ji.....(taking a deep breath) I DONT WANT THIS SURGERY. Me jesi hun bilkul thik hun mre pati ko me aise hi achhi lgti hun toh mujhe apni body ke saath koi bhi experiments nhi krwane i m sry. Me aapse ye phle hi bolna chahti thi lekin me aapko sad nhi dekhna chahti thi but now i cant give u any false hopes anymore. Usha becomes hell shocked seeing her speaking like that bcz twinkle never give her back answer for anything. She thought twinkle will accept whatever she will say but today she was seeing her completely different avtar.
U- twinkle tum kunj ke liye hm sbki Khushi ke liye itna nhi kr skti....aur konsa experiment haan. It is just a way to cure this problem jo tumhare andar h. Twinkle's eyes fills with tears and guilt knowing she was r8. Kunj definitely would have undergone any treatment if this would be the case with him but here she is at fault still she is denying for surgery.
T(slowly)- but he said he is happy with only us.

U- he considers na lekin isse reality toh change nhi ho skti. Ishaan Nikki aur Anand ka beta h. Unka waris h kunj ka khudka khoon nhi.
K(from behind)- achha toh fir maa ab tk wo log kahan hain jinka khoon ishaan ke andar h?
Ushan and twinkle turns back and see kunj was standing at the door. It was clearly visible that how much he is trying to control his anger. Twinkle looks at him with tears flowing through her eyes and continuously shaking her head to not say anything but today kunj was in no mood to stay silent. He had enough of his mother senseless arguements. He very well knws how much usha is trying to convince twinkle for the surgery anyhow and knowing twinkle's innocence he knew she will definitely agree even if she dont want it just to make usha happy but he wants her to speak for herself and today when she did he was happy. He comes inside and stands in front of usha keeping his both hands in his pockets.
K- now why r u silent maa....say na what were u saying to twinkle...
U- n...nothing kunj beta i was just suggesting her that she should go for the surgery. Aise koi thoda pain bear krne ki wjh se itni bdi oppertunity thodi na chhodta h. Now usha has nothing to say bcz she also somewhere knw that whatever he is saying is so damn r8 and thats the only reason bebe is always angry with her and nikki bcz somewhere down the line they both r same doesnt matter what reasons they have. Usha looks at kunj for some seconds not knowing what to speak and then left from there not before throwing an accusing glare to twinkle as if she was at fault here. But twinkle was not in the mood to pay attention to her. Her whole focus was on kunj who seems like is going to break down badly anytime. As usha left kunj sits on the couch palming his face. Twinkle sits beside him and gently touch his shoulder.
T- dont u think aaj gusse me tumne kuchh jyada hi bol diya.
K(chuckles sadly)- yada hi sach bol diya na.
T(sighs)- kunj its ok.
K- twinkle if i was unplanned so is it my fault? Ye mujhse bardasht nhi hota kya bde hokr ishaan bardasht kr paega?
Kunj looks up at twinkle with innocent in his eyes. Twinkle heart breaks seeing unshed tears in his eyes. She cant see him this much weak. Nothing can defeat him except mental breakdown. She knws now she have to handle her sadu sarna like he always does whenever she needs him. She cups his face in her hands and very softly kisses his both eyes.
T- ishaan ke liye hm dono hain kunj. We will never let him feel this way i promise to u.
Kunj nods kissing her forehead. She hugs him tightly and kunj hides his face in her neck seeking some comforting warmth of her body. She was stroking his hairs gently and rubbing his back. Kunj encircles his hands around her waist pulling her more close to himself and twinkle let him do whatever he want. They stay like this for some minutes then kunj looks up at her face which was showing so much concern for him. She raises her eyebrows asking what.
K- can we cuddle for sometime?
T(confused)- ofcourse why r u asking like this? (opening her arms) Come here.
K- no not like this......umm wo without clothes. (twinkle looks at him shocked) No no not that. I promise i wont do anything just cuddle promise. Plss.....
Seeing his asking this much cutely twinkle couldnt control her smile. She immidiately pecks his lips and gets up. Kunj also gets up but she pushes his back.
T- just sit and enjoy what u r getting today. Its special and rare treatment ok.
Kunj chuckles and nods. Twinkle removes her dupatta and throws it in a corner. Kunj raises his one eyebrow seeing she is giving him a show. Definitely this girl very well knws how to make him mood better. He sits comfortably and twinkle turns around swaying her hips and plays with the dori of her kurti. She looks over her shoulders and winks at him opeing her dori and her sleeves slides down slightly showing her bare shoulders with black color bra strap. Kunj gulps hard seeing this and feels something stirring in his pants. He palms himself making twinkle blushes.
T- u dont have self control na.
K- in this matter no.
T- and some seconds before someone was saying we only gonna cuddle...
K(chuckles)- wo toh just bcz of u it happened. Now dont waste time baby and continue what u r doing otherwise i may end up breaking my promise.
Twinkle rolls her eyes and removes her kurti. Now she was only in her black color bra which was kunj's favourite. Now poor guy was in more trouble.
K- u really love to test my patience na. (she just shrugs making him sigh)

Kunj closes his eyes cursing his fate.
K- beta wo i just came and weather is so hot na so i took off my shirt. I was going to take shower only. Wse tu itni der se tha kahan ki tu abhi yahan aa tapka?
Is(sadly)- me toh chachi ke saath hi khel rha tha but dadi came and scolded me. Huh bad dadi. I wont talk to her now.
Just then twinkle also comes out from washroom and kunj looks at her with questioning face. Twinkle looks down making him grits his teeth. He goes towards ishaan and picks his in his arms kissing his cheeks.
K- koi ni dadi bdi hoti hain na toh agr unhone daant bhi diya toh aise bura thodi na mante hain r8. Accha leave all this and u tell me what badmashi u did whole day with ur chachi hmm?
Is(giggles)- we played a lot aur na hmne alphabets bhi sikhe.
K- really? (ishaan cutely bobs his head up and down)
Is- me aapko sunaun? (kunj nods and ishaan starts singing all alphabets just like twinkle taught him. After he finish twinj kisses his cheeks together)
K- wow my piddi toh has become so intelligent haan. Chachi's company is not that much bad.
Twinkle glares him making him chuckle but he sidehugs her and both squeezes ishaan between them making him giggle loudly.
