𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐠: 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 - 𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐚

As I make my way back to the dorms, I find Celine waiting for me in our room, her eyes filled with anticipation. "So, spill the tea! What did you find in Enzo's room?" she eagerly asks as soon as I step inside. I take a deep breath and sit down on my bed, recounting everything I discovered in Enzo's room. Celine listens intently, her expression changing from excitement to concern as I reveal the dangerous secrets I stumbled upon.

"Wow, this is crazy," Celine says, her voice hushed. "Enzo is involved in some seriously shady stuff." "Yeah, and there's more. I found a picture of Enzo, Louis and a guy. He seemed familiar, but guess what, it turns out that guy is his brother, Noah, Noah Blackwood," I explain, still trying to process the shocking revelation.

Celine's eyes widened in surprise, "Noah? As in the same Noah who helped you with those equations?" I nodded, "Yes, the same Noah. It all makes sense now. That's why Enzo got so angry when he saw me with him."

Celine leaned back on her bed, deep in thought. "This is like something out of a movie. Mafia brothers at a boarding school? It's insane. But we've never seen Noah until he helped you, are we sure that he is even a student in this school?" she questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah, you're right. Weirdly, we haven't seen Noah before," I pondered, furrowing my brow. "Maybe he's keeping a low profile for some reason, hey wait, remember when I said that rumors say that Enzo has a brother who graduated this school, maybe its him" Celine guessed,

"It's possible. But what I can't wrap my head around is why we don't know about his relationship with Noah," celine said, still trying to piece everything together. "to be honest, I don't know, but here's the thing, Enzo seems to hate this whole mafia world, judging from his journal, but why stay here and risk it?"

Celine shrugged, "Maybe he's trying to distance himself from that life. You know, trying to be someone different here at school." "Could be," I mumbled, still lost in thought. "But there's more to it, I mean, You know, when I was in his room, and he caught me, and things got intense for a moment? It's like there's this dangerous side to him, and I can't ignore it despite how hard he is trying to be good, everyone still fears him."

Celine raised an eyebrow, "Dangerous, huh? Well, it's probably best to stay away from that side of him. We don't want to get caught up in any mafia drama." "Yeah, you're right," I agreed, feeling a mix of fear and fascination about the enigma that is Enzo Blackwood.

Celine leaned in with a mischievous grin, "But you have to admit, it's kinda hot. The bad boy with a dangerous secret." I rolled my eyes and pushed her away, "Celine this is the second time that you're romanticizing it, stop it, you really need help." Celine chuckled, "Okay, okay, I'm just teasing. But seriously, be careful, Cinth. This is not a situation to take lightly."

"I know, says the one who romanticized it a second ago," I deadpanned, "I'll be careful. I can't shake the feeling that there's so much more to this story, and I want to uncover the truth." Celine laughed, then nodded, her expression softening, "I get it. Just promise me you won't do anything reckless." "I promise," I assured her. "I'll be cautious, but I won't back down from finding out what's going on."

As the night goes on, we continue discussing the mysteries surrounding Enzo and his family. With each passing moment, I feel more determined to unravel the truth, no matter the risks. Little did I know that my curiosity would lead me down a dangerous path, one that would challenge everything I thought I knew about myself and the people around me. But sometimes, in the pursuit of truth, we find ourselves facing unexpected dangers and uncovering secrets that were never meant to see the light of day.

Next day

my schedule today wasn't too demanding—I had math, biology, English, and music, which was my first music class ever. I gathered my things and walked to the music room. As I entered, everyone seemed busy training with other musical instruments, and then there was Natalie, the popular girl with her usual attitude, trying to convince the teacher to give her an A. He refused, and I couldn't help but chuckle at her failed attempt to manipulate him,

I walk towards celine, and stood by her side, noticing how she was admiring Louis while playing guitar, I laugh and softly push her shoulder, "Someone's in love, aren't they?" I wink at her, and she flinches and pushes me back, "Cinth seriously stop it, you're literally mocking me and it breaks my tiny little heart" She dramatically pats her chest, and I pinch her cheeks "okay my little love bird, stop staring at him you're making it obvious," I laugh, "speaking of staring" Celine says, pointing her gaze across the room, "Look who's been staring at u the minute u stepped in", I quickly move my gaze to see Noah, staring at me like he has seen a ghost

"Oh shoot, he definitely knew about my sneaking into Enzo's room," I exclaimed, realizing that he might have seen the whole thing.

"I still can't see Enzo though. Is he skipping class or something?" Celine wondered aloud. "I don't know, and I don't care. Thankfully, I won't have to confront him again about what I did. He clearly didn't believe that I was only curious about him," I replied, trying to shake off the encounter from my mind. "Well, good for you then—oh," Celine paused and turned my attention towards the room's door. To my surprise, Enzo walked in, looking furious, like he had just been in a fight with somebody. His eyes were scanning the room, and when they landed on Noah, he walked towards him, pulling him outside the room and slamming the door shut.

"That looked terrifying. I hope Noah's okay, though. Enzo looks so angry like he's about to commit a crime or something," Celine said, her face showing concern. Natalie suddenly walked behind the siblings, and my jaw dropped at her audacity. She was practically throwing herself into danger by involving herself with Enzo and his brother. I quickly walked towards her, trying to prevent her from making a reckless move, I pulled her arm

"Natalie, don't interfere. You'll end up getting hurt," I warned her, worried about her safety. "Bitch, the fuck, don't touch me!" she screamed, pushing me hard. I stumbled and fell, hitting my forehead on one of the hanged guitars, causing one of its strings to a cut that started to bleed on my forehead. "aough!" I moaned, and everyone gasped as Celine and Louis rushed to me.

"Don't you dare touch me again, Gustavo," Natalie said, storming out of the room with her minions by her side. "This girl, I so wanna knock some sense into her," Celine said angrily, watching Natalie leave the room. "Are you okay, Cinth? That looks bad," Louis said, his voice filled with concern, as he brushed his finger gently around the cut on my forehead. "I'll be fine," I assured him, though it stung a little. "Let's get you to the clinic," Celine suggested, looking at Louis, who nodded in agreement. They both helped me up and led me to the clinic.

We reached the clinic, the nurse started giving me treatment, Celine couldn't understand why I warned Natalie about Enzo's temper. "I don't understand, why did you warn her? I'd let her get hurt if I were you," she said, crossing her arms. "I agree with Celine. Natalie is a psycho," Louis chimed in, patting Celine's back. I glared at them both, rolling my eyes. "You need to stop being kind Cinth. Your good heart will get you hurt for real," Celine sighed. "Stop being dramatic, Celine. I just tried to help. Now let's go back to class," I said, and they both nodded as we walked back.

Once we returned to the music room, everyone was packing their stuff, preparing to leave as there were only a few minutes left until the end of class. "Guys, I want to try to play the piano," I said excitedly. "Go for it," Louis encouraged, and Celine nodded in agreement.

I walked to the piano, sitting on the chair, brushing my fingers against the keys. I took a deep breath and confidently started playing a song, drawing everyone's attention. I began to sing, and soon, everyone stood in a circle around me. Some admired, others recorded, and some even sang along or used other instruments to accompany me. It was a heavenly moment, and as I finished playing, the room was filled with applause. I smiled, feeling the warmth of the appreciation. I looked up at Louis and Celine, celine had her head resting on Louis's shoulder, and I cleared my throat, but they quickly moved away from each other, and their expressions were slightly awkward. "I see, lovebirds," I teased, and they cleared their throats, trying to act casual. "Uh, I gotta go, I have homework to do!" Celine quickly said, trying to escape the situation.

"Same," Louis said, following her lead, and they both left the room in a hurry. I laughed, watching everyone else leave too. I wanted to stay alone and play more on the piano, but I had work to do, so I packed my things and started to leave. However, as soon as I stepped foot out of the room, I noticed Enzo walking in through the other doors.

My heart skipped a beat, and I hesitated for a moment. Part of me wanted to avoid him, but another part was curious about why he was there alone. I decided to stay hidden and watched from a distance, peeking through the slightly opened door.

Enzo slowly walked towards the piano I had played on earlier, and I felt a mix of nerves and anticipation. He took a deep breath and sat on the piano bench, his fingers hovering over the keys for a moment before he began to play a song.

As the music filled the room, I was once again captivated by his skill and passion. The song he played seemed to reflect his emotions, and the song was familiar, it was "New Person, Same Old Mistakes" by Tame Impala, I love that artist,

I couldn't help but wonder if it was his way of expressing something he couldn't put into words. I stood there, hidden in the shadows, listening to the haunting melody. It was as if the music was a window into his soul, showing me a side of him that he kept hidden from the world. For a brief moment, it felt like we were connected through the music as if he was reaching out to me in a way he couldn't in person., I am totally delusional.

As the last notes echoed in the room, Enzo stopped playing and sighed. He seemed lost in thought, I noticed a tear run down his cheek, and my eyes widened in shock, for a moment before he looked up, his gaze locking with mine through the cracked-open door. My heart raced, and I quickly looked away, my face flushing with embarrassment at being caught,

I quickly ran away, "HEY WAIT!" Enzo shouted from behind. I panicked and rushed back to the dorms. As soon as I reached the room, I pushed the door open, got in, and slammed it shut.

My heart pounded in my chest as I leaned against the closed dorm room door, trying to catch my breath. Celine looked at me with wide eyes, clearly taken aback by my sudden entrance and panicked state."Girl you look like you've seen a walking dead, What's going on, Cinth?!" she asked, concern lacing her voice. I tried to steady my breathing, my mind racing with what I had just witnessed. "I... I saw Enzo... He was playing the piano, it was beautiful, but when he finished, he started crying," I blurted out, my words stumbling over each other.

Celine's expression softened, and she walked over to me, placing a comforting hand on my shoulder. "Are you okay? Did he see you?", she asks, "He did see me," I admitted, feeling my cheeks flush with embarrassment. "I panicked and ran away."Celine sighs and gave me a reassuring smile. "It's okay, Cinth. Maybe he needed a moment alone."I nodded, trying to calm myself down. "I don't know why I'm so worked up about this. He's my enemy, and yet... seeing him like that was..." I trailed off, unable to put my conflicting emotions into words. Celine tilted her head, studying me with understanding eyes.

"Sometimes, the lines between enemies and something else get blurred. It's okay to feel empathy for him, even if you don't fully understand it."As I processed her words, I realized she was right. Enzo's vulnerability had shaken me, and it made me question whether our rivalry was as straightforward as I once believed. "wanna walk by the ocean? u could use some fresh air" celine offers, "that would help, let's go" I nodded gratefully at Celine's suggestion. A walk by the lake sounded like the perfect way to clear my head and process everything that had happened. As we strolled towards the tranquil waters, the setting sun painted the sky in hues of orange and pink, casting a warm glow over everything.

"I can't believe that you actually saw Enzo crying," Celine said, breaking the silence between us. "Yeah, it was... unexpected," I replied, still trying to wrap my head around it. "I never thought I'd see that side of him.", Celine gave me a knowing look. "People aren't always what they seem, you know. Enzo may put up a tough front, but he's human too, just like the rest of us."

Her words resonated with me, and I couldn't help but think back to our conversation earlier. Enzo's vulnerability had shown me a side of him that was far from the confident and aloof persona he projected. It made me wonder what else he kept hidden behind his walls. "I guess you're right," I admitted, a newfound understanding dawning upon me.

Celine smiled, her arm linked with mine as we continued our walk. "You should talk to him," she suggested gently. I stopped in my tracks, looking at her in surprise. "Talk to him? About what?" "About what you saw, about how it made you feel," she replied. "Communication is the key to understanding, Cinth. Maybe there's more to your rivalry than meets the eye."

Her words made sense, but the idea of talking to Enzo about something so personal felt daunting. I wasn't sure if he would even be open to such a conversation.

"u do realize what you're asking me to do right? It's impossible celine," I said hesitantly. "It's not like we're friends or anything., it's a bad idea, and he would never open up at all"

Celine gave me a reassuring smile. "You never know until you try. Besides, I think Enzo is more complicated than he lets on. And maybe, just maybe, you two have more in common than you think.", "Whatever, u sound like mom when u talk wise" I reply, sighing.

As we continued our walk, I couldn't help but mull over Celine's words. Maybe she was right. Maybe there was more to Enzo than the enigmatic and guarded exterior he presented. And maybe, deep down, we were both searching for something we hadn't found yet.

The sound of water lapping against the shore soothed my racing thoughts, and I found myself drawn to the shimmering reflection of the sun on the ocean's surface. It was a moment of calm amidst the chaos of boarding school life

Before I could say anything else, Louis appeared, he was walking towards us, I looked at celine, who seemed to have her heart flying, I chuckled, and caressed her shoulder, Louis stood in front of us and smiled warmly at Celine, she looked at him and blushed, and I couldn't help but notice the spark in his eyes. It was evident that he cared deeply for her, and seeing them together made me chuckle softly, my heart warming at the sight of their affection.

"Hey girls, sorry to interrupt," Louis said with a warm smile, his gaze never leaving Celine's, they both smiled at each other again, "O-oh hey Louis!" celine stuttered, and he winked at her. "Cinth, I think I'm going to steal Celine for a minute," he chuckled, glancing at me playfully. "hey Louis, and don't worry She's all yours," I winked in response, pushing her gently to Louis

"What do you mean, Louis?" Celine asked, her eyes narrowing playfully as she looked at him, then glared at me.

"Haha, chill love, I was just wondering if you'd like to go grab a coffee or something?. Just the two of us," Louis asked, lowering his gaze to her, as she was a bit shorter than him. Celine blushed, but then her gaze shifted to me a bright smile spreading across her face. I nodded to her, "I'd love to," she replied, trying to contain her excitement. "Great!" Louis beamed, and in a spontaneous moment, he leaned in and planted a gentle kiss under her jawline. Celine blushed even more, and her eyes darted toward me for a split second.

I chuckled at her adorable reaction, and I couldn't help but feel a wave of happiness for Celine. Seeing her so elated with Louis made me forget about my earlier worries and uncertainties. They made such a cute couple, and their connection was evident in the way they looked at each other.. "You two have fun," I said with a teasing tone, happy for my friend. Celine blushed even more, playfully swatting my arm. "Stop teasing Cinth oh my god," she says, I giggled

Louis chuckled, wrapping his arm around Celine's waist. "We will. Thanks for the permission," he teased, his eyes still fixated on her. As they walked away, I felt a twinge of loneliness but pushed it aside, focusing on the moment. Seeing Celine so happy with Louis brought a sense of warmth to my heart.
